Данная работа посвящена изучению деятельности ООО «Авто Брокер Мурманск», выявлению Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ недостатков в системе стимулирования персонала и ее совершенствованию.  Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования:1. Раскрыть понятия и сущность стимулирования персонала.2. Исследование деятельности ООО «Авто Брокер Мурманск».3. Провести комплексный анализ Ñ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑÑƒÑ€ÑÐ¾Ð² и существующей системы стимулирования персонала ООО «Авто Брокер Мурманск».4. Разработать рекомендации по совершенствованию системы стимулирования персонала ООО «Авто Брокер Мурманск". Работа проведена на  базе  ООО «Авто Брокер Мурманск»»,  где  собиралась значительная часть информации о работе организации: общая Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ°Â Â Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ,  основные  экономические  показатели деятельности  предприятия,Â Â Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Â Â Ñ€Ñ‹Ð½ÐºÐ°Â Â Ð¸Â Â Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Â Â ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑƒÑ€ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð², анализ Ñ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑÑƒÑ€ÑÐ¾Ð². В результате был произведен комплексный анализ системы стимулирования персонала. Разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию существующей системы стимулирования персонала. На основании Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹, было предложено три варианта развития системы стимулирования., This work is devoted to the study of the activities of Auto Broker Murmansk LLC, the identification of existing shortcomings in the personnel incentive system and its improvement. The work was carried out based on Auto Broker Murmansk LLC, where a significant part of the information about the work of the organization was collected: general characteristics of the enterprise, main economic indicators of the enterprise, analysis of the market and main competitors, analysis of labor resources.As a result, a comprehensive analysis of the personnel incentive system was carried out. Recommendations have been developed to improve the existing system of incentives for personnel. Based on the studies conducted, three options for the development of the incentive system were proposed.

Тема работы: «Совершенствование системы мотивации персонала на предприятии (на примере ООО «Эвентус Плюс»)». Целью данной работы является улучшение существующей системы KPI и обосновании эффективности данного проекта, а также разработка рекомендаций по его исполнению. Предмет исследования: система KPI компании ООО «Эвентус Плюс». Данная выпускная квалификационная работа была проведена на примере ООО «Эвентус Плюс», предприятия, занимающегося продажей кормов для Ð¶Ð¸Ð²Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ . Методы, которые были использованы в данной работе: анализ, сравнение, измерение, синтез и другие методы теоретического исследования. В результате была создана новая система KPI, проведен анализ ее эффективности, анализ рисков и были предложены способы Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ñ‚Ð²Ñ€Ð°Ñ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ или снижения Ð¸Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ³Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ влияния. Область применения созданной системы KPI – работа отдела продаж, колл-центра. The purpose of this work is to improve the existing KPI system and substantiate the effectiveness of this project, as well as to develop recommendations for its implementation. Subject of research: KPI system of Eventus Plus LLC. This final qualification work was carried out on the example of Eventus Plus LLC, an enterprise engaged in the sale of animal feed. Most of the data was taken from open sources, as well as directly from representatives of the organization. Methods that were used in this work: analysis, comparison, measurement, synthesis and other methods of theoretical research. As a result, a new KPI system was created, an analysis of its effectiveness, an analysis of risks was carried out and ways to prevent them or reduce their negative impact were proposed. The scope of the created KPI system is the work of the sales department, call center. Conclusions obtained as a result of the work carried out: – the proposed KPI system based on the results of the analysis should be very effective; – it is possible to modify and refine the proposed project for the immediate needs of the company due to its flexibility; – the project does not require large expenses; – the main risk of this project is the subjectivity of the assessment.

Цель работы – разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию системы управления персоналом ООО «Орими Трэйд». Работа выполнялась на Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð°Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¸ ООО «Орими Трэйд». The aim of the graduate qualification work is the development of measures to improve the personnel management system of the enterprise LTD “Orimi Trade”. The work was carried out on the materials of LTD “Orimi Trade”. Research methods used: data collection and processing, observation, general scientific methods, comparative analysis, SWOT analysis, survey and questioning, technical and economic analysis. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - studied the theoretical foundations of the personnel management system; - technical and economic analysis of the enterprise; - the existing personnel management system was analyzed; - measures have been developed to improve the personnel management system; - indicators of economic efficiency of the proposed measures were calculated. The given work is devoted to the development of measures to improve the corporate culture of a real estate agency. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Studying the essence of the corporate culture of the company, as well as determining the significance in the development of the organization. 2. Review of corporate culture management methods. 3. Research of the corporate culture of LLC REA "ITAKA". 4. Development of recommendations and measures to improve the motivation system in order to strengthen the corporate culture of the real estate agency. 5. Evaluation of the economic efficiency of the developed measures and proposed recommendations. The work was carried out in the “Itaka” real estate agency. In the course of the work, the organizational structure of the personnel was considered, and the component of the agency's corporate culture was determined. The study revealed the shortcomings of the existing system of motivation, which had a negative impact on the corporate spirit of employees. The result of the work was the development of recommendations and measures for LLC REA "ITAKA" to increase the loyalty of employees, in order to strengthen the corporate culture of the company using a modernized motivation system. An evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed system was also carried out, which showed the economic feasibility of the application.

Цель выпускной квалификационной работы: разработка и внедрение Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ Ð¿Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐºÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ð´Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ по усовершенствованию системы менеджмента качества на примере строительного Ñ Ð¾Ð»Ð´Ð¸Ð½Ð³Ð° «Аквилон». Общая методика исследования, применяемая в работе к изучаемым явлениям и процессам - наблюдение, системный Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´, анализ и синтез, структурирование и сравнение. This work is devoted to the study of life strategies of undergraduate students of technical and humanitarian specialties. The work was carried out on the basis of St. Petersburg universities. In the course of the study, a theoretical analysis of the concept of life strategy, its components, as well as an analysis of the concept of self-actualization in the context of life strategies was carried out, various typologies of life strategies are presented and described. Some leading life orientations among students of technical and humanitarian specialties are considered, differences in the severity of certain life orientations in the compared groups are analyzed. The obtained data were processed by methods of mathematical statistics. Statistically significant correlations between the factors of life strategies and the meaning-of-life orientations of students have been established. The personal qualities that determine the formation of certain life strategies are described.

This work is devoted to the study of modern digital and social tools for motivation and the development of an application for personal motivation. Development of a business model for a motivational app. Development of a minimally viable product of the application. The work includes research and analysis of the existing market of motivational applications, P2E application sector is also touched, as a result the concept of transferring real world achievements to the digital world in order to promote an individual when communicating in the digital world is put forward. To develop the motivational part of the app, quantitative and qualitative research was conducted, and competitors' best practices were analyzed. As a result, a business and financial model was developed, and partners were found to test the app on the ready-made community. The development was carried out in cooperation with the Fablab Polytech center for project activities for youth. As a result of the work a minimal viable application for testing business hypotheses and further development of the project was created.

The main psychological characteristics of students that are relevant for teaching foreign languages are highlighted. Some exercises were developed on the basis of online resources, taking into account the principles of individual-oriented and iterative learning. An experiment was conducted on the use of these exercises in the Secondary School No. 135 with an in-depth study of the English language in the Vyborg district of St. Petersburg. After analyzing the experiment, the corresponding conclusions were formulated.

The general concepts and classifications of motivation, including the game method are given. The analysis of games used in the lesson and those affecting the development of the lexical, grammatical and phonetic skills is carried out. On the basis of research carried out in the English lesson for primary school children, the indicators of their activity in the process of using the game method in the classroom are identified. Based on the research, conclusions are presented regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of using the game method in English lessons in elementary grades.

An analysis was carried out according to three scenarios of its effectiveness on the example of one of the city's chain coffee shops. Based on the calculations, a conclusion was made about the effectiveness of all three scenarios of the developed measures.

Разработана анкета для исследования особенностей отношения к школе родителей ÑƒÑ‡Ð°Ñ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ, помимо анкеты были использованы три другие методики («Оценка уровня школьной мотивации» Н.Г.Лускановой, «Методика изучения мотивации обучения» Е.М.Ð‘Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ñ€ÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾, а также методика «Мотивация учения» А.Д.Виноградовой) для изучения заявленной темы. Описаны особенности мотивации учебной деятельности в младшем школьном возрасте. Выявлены значимые взаимосвязи между показателями отношения родителей к школе и учебной мотивации Ð¼Ð»Ð°Ð´ÑˆÐ¸Ñ ÑˆÐºÐ¾Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð². Также было установлено, что отношение родителей к школе не имеет выраженной специфики в зависимости от пола. A questionnaire was developed to study the peculiarities of the parents' school attitude; in addition to the questionnaire, three other methods were used (“Assessing the level of school motivation” by N. The features of the motivation of educational activities in primary school age are described. Significant relationships between the indicators of parents' attitudes toward school and the learning motivation of younger schoolchildren are revealed. It was also found that the attitude of parents to the school does not have a pronounced specificity depending on gender. Differences in the satisfaction of fathers and mothers with the work of the educational institution and its teaching staff are insignificant.

The analysis of the main scientific approaches to the definition and classification of adaptation was carried out. The concepts of employee motivation and application were considered on the example of various companies. As a result of the study, data was obtained that provided an insight into the applicability of foreign experience in the implementation of adaptation systems in Russian companies. Also data was obtained to assess the effectiveness of existing processes of adaptation of new employees. Hypotheses were tested and conclusions about the most important aspects of personnel adaptation were made.

Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка мотивационной системы управления предприятием, с целью повышения экономического эффекта организации. Основными задачами данной работы являются: 1. Теоретическое изучение основ мотивации персонала. 2. Анализ компании и оценка мотивационной среды компании. 3. Предложение мер по совершенствованию мотивационной системы. Выполняется данная работа в соответствии с такими методами, как анализ, сравнение, аналогия и обобщение. The aim of the final qualifying work is to develop a motivational system of enterprise management, in order to improve the economic effect of the organization. The main objectives of this work are: 1. Theoretical study of the basics of motivation management. 2. Analysis of the company and identification of its motivation situation. 3. Proposing measures to improve the motivation system. This work is carried out in accordance with such methods as analysis, comparison, analogy and generalization. Based on the analysis of the company, shortcomings in the field of motivating management were identified. Measures were developed to solve the problems of improving the financial stability of the enterprise, as well as to identify crisis situations at the time of its inception. The implementation of these developments will lead to more efficient work of the company and employees, as well as improve the system of personnel motivation.

Объектом исследования является ресторан «Marketplace». Цель исследования: анализ действующей системы мотивации и разработка рекомендаций для совершенствования материальной и нематериальной мотивационной системы. На основе анализа мотивационной системы «Marketplace» предложено усовершенствование материальной системы мотивации и внедрение новой нематериальной мотивационной системы. Была дана оценка существующей мотивационной системы труда в ресторане «Marketplace». Исследуя данную систему, было выяснено, что материальная мотивационная система отсутствует у 1 группы линейного персонала - кассиры и Ñ Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÑ. Также был проведен опрос среди сотрудников и гостей, в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ которого выяснилось, что сотрудники довольны нематериальной мотивационной системой, действующей в ресторане, а гости остались недовольны уровнем обслуживания и напитками в баре. В связи с этим была разработана материальная мотивационная система для кассиров и Ñ Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÑ и нематериальная для барменов ресторана. Анализ экономической эффективности показал, что после внедрения Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹, повысится уровень труда персонала и увеличится Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´. The purpose of the research: analysis of the current motivation system and the development of recommendations for improving the material and intangible motivational system. Based on the analysis of «Marketplace» motivation system, an improvement of the material motivation system and the introduction of a new intangible motivation system are proposed. An assessment was made of the existing labor motivation system in the restaurant "Marketplace". Studying this system, it was found that the material motivational system is absent in 1 group of line staff - cashiers and hostesses. A survey was also conducted among the staff and guests, during which it turned out that the staff were satisfied with the intangible motivational system operating in the restaurant, while the guests were unhappy with the level of service and drinks at the bar. In this regard, in the third chapter a material motivational system was developed for cashiers and hostesses and intangible for bartenders of the restaurant. The analysis of economic efficiency has shown that after the im-plementation of the proposed measures, the level of labor of the personnel will increase and the income will increase. In this work, we used such methods of knowledge as: analysis, synthesis, classification, formalization and deduction.

В работе рассмотрены основные теоретические аспекты формирования и развития системы стимулирования и мотивации персонала. The analysis of the approach of the company ISS, one of the lead-ing international companies in the service sector, including clinics, to the formation of a system of development and incentives for staff, including the specifics of learning development as a form of stimulating and increasing the effectiveness of activities. ISS is one of the leaders in training personnel for the service sector and it can be successfully applied in the activities of Russian companies. The paper describes the activities of the Cross-Neva LLC cleaning company, and analyzes the main indicators of the company's availability of human resources. As part of the formation of the incentive system for the personnel of this company, using the experience of the ISS company, the motivational profiles of employees of Cross-Neva LLC were reviewed and analyzed. The system of compensation package, based on KPI, forms of additional material incentives. Recommendations for the development of a personnel training system are given as an element of labor incentives.

Исследована структура и динамика Ñ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑÑƒÑ€ÑÐ¾Ð² предприятия, а также дана оценка эффективности системы управления персоналом. На основе проведенного исследования выявлены недостатки в системе управления персоналом организации. В связи с этим был разработан ряд мероприятий, реализация ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ¸Ñ‚ эффективность текущей системы управления персоналом на предприятии ЗАО «ТОФ». The purpose of the work is to analyze the existing management system and develop measures to improve the efficiency of personnel management. In the course of the work, the analysis of the main financial and economic indicators of the organization was carried out. The structure and dynamics of human resources of the enterprise are investigated, and also the assessment of efficiency of system of personnel management is given. On the basis of the study identified shortcomings in the personnel management system of the organization. In this regard, a number of measures were developed, the implementation of which will increase the efficiency of the current personnel management system at the JSC «TOF». The following recommendations were developed: the creation of a system of adaptation for new employees, the introduction of a system of non-material motivation of employees, as well as training of employees in educational institutions at the expense of the organization.
