ÐÑÐµÐ´Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð¸ÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ â опÑÑ Ð¼Ð¾ÑиваÑии пеÑÑонала в ÑпонÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑÑ Ð² Японии и РоÑÑии. ÐÑовеÑÑи анализ ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð¼Ð¾ÑиваÑии междÑнаÑоднÑÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ и Ð¸Ñ ÑкономиÑеÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñелей. 3. ÐÑедложиÑÑ ÑоÑÑийÑким пÑедпÑиÑÑиÑм пÑогÑÐ°Ð¼Ð¼Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ ÑовеÑÑенÑÑÐ²Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð¼Ð¾ÑиваÑии пеÑÑонала. РабоÑа пÑоведена на базе ÑпонÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ ÐÐР«Nikon» и ÐÐР«Uniqlo» (РУС). ÐÐ»Ñ ÑÑÐ¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ бÑл пÑоведен анализ ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð¼Ð¾ÑиваÑии, оÑенка деловой ÑÑÑекÑивноÑÑи и анализ ÑенÑабелÑноÑÑи. Ðа оÑнове полÑÑенной инÑоÑмаÑии бÑли вÑÑÐ²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ñ ÑлабÑе меÑÑа ÑоÑÑийÑкого менеджменÑа и клÑÑевÑе доÑÑоинÑÑва ÑпонÑкой ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ´Ð¶Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ñа, Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñе Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÑогÑÐ°Ð¼Ð¼Ñ ÑекомендаÑий. Ð ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе бÑл пÑедложен ÑÑд ÑекомендаÑий по ÑовеÑÑенÑÑÐ²Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð¼Ð¾ÑиваÑии пеÑÑонала Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑоÑÑийÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿ÑедпÑиÑÑий, иÑполÑзÑÑ ÐºÐ¾ÑоÑÑе ÑÑководиÑели ÑоÑÑийÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ ÑмогÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²ÑÑиÑÑ ÑÑÑекÑивноÑÑÑ Ð¸ лоÑлÑноÑÑÑ ÑабоÑников.<br />The object of the study is the motivation of personnel and the management system in Japanese companies. The subject of the study is the experience of personnel motivation in Japanese companies in Japan and Russia. The purpose of the study is to study the effective Japanese management and to study the improvement of the efficiency of the employees of Russian companies through the development of the motivation system. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. To study the theoretical foundations of management and personnel motivation. 2. Analyze the motivation system of international companies and their economic indicators. 3. Offer Russian enterprises a program to improve the system of personnel motivation. The work was carried out based on the Japanese companies "Nikon" LLC and "Uniqlo" LLC (RUS). For these companies, an analysis of the motivation system, an assessment of business efficiency and an analysis of profitability were conducted. Based on the information received, the weaknesses of Russian management and the key advantages of the Japanese management system were identified, which are necessary for creating a program of recommendations. As a result, several recommendations were proposed to improve the system of personnel motivation for Russian enterprises, using which the heads of Russian companies will be able to increase the efficiency and loyalty of employees.
