ÐÐ°Ð½Ñ ÑекомендаÑии по ÑазвиÑÐ¸Ñ ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÑÑÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑÑонала, как ÑлеменÑа ÑÑимÑлиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑÑÑдовой деÑÑелÑноÑÑи.<br />The paper discusses the main theoretical aspects of the formation and development of the system of incentives and motivation of staff. The analysis of the approach of the company ISS, one of the lead-ing international companies in the service sector, including clinics, to the formation of a system of development and incentives for staff, including the specifics of learning development as a form of stimulating and increasing the effectiveness of activities. ISS is one of the leaders in training personnel for the service sector and it can be successfully applied in the activities of Russian companies. The paper describes the activities of the Cross-Neva LLC cleaning company, and analyzes the main indicators of the company's availability of human resources. As part of the formation of the incentive system for the personnel of this company, using the experience of the ISS company, the motivational profiles of employees of Cross-Neva LLC were reviewed and analyzed. The system of compensation package, based on KPI, forms of additional material incentives. Recommendations for the development of a personnel training system are given as an element of labor incentives.
