Improvement of the organizational structure of enterprise management (on the example of an international company)

Целью работы является разработка мероприятий для обеспечения эффективной организационной структуры. Задачи работы: - рассмотреть теоретические основы организационной структуры управления; - провести анализ организационной структуры управления и выявить недостатки в ее работе; - разработать проект мероприятий по совершенствованию организационной структуры; - обосновать ожидаемую эффективность Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹. Работа выполнялась на Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð°Ñ Ð¼ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÑƒÐ½Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ компании ООО «Вайлдберриз», осуществляющей торговую деятельность. Методы: статистическое наблюдение, сравнительный анализ, SWOT-анализ, метод аналогий, построение обобщений. Основные результаты работы: - рассмотрены теоретические основы организационной структуры управления; - проведен анализ организационной структуры управления международной компании ООО «Вайлдберриз», и выявлены основные проблемы в ее функционировании; - разработан проект мероприятий по совершенствованию организационной структуры исследуемой компании; - обоснована ожидаемая эффективность Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹, и даны рекомендации по Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÑŽ. Практическая значимость работы определяется возможностью применения Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹ не только в деятельности исследуемой международной компании, но и Ð´Ñ€ÑƒÐ³Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹, Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ масштабу и отраслевой принадлежности.
The aim of the graduate qualification work is to measures for providing of effective organizational structure. Tasks of the graduate qualification work: - to consider theoretical bases of organizational structure of management; - to conduct the analysis of organizational structure of management and educe defects in her work; - to work out the project of measures on perfection of organizational structure; - to ground the expected efficiency of the worked out measures. The graduate qualification work was carried out on the basis of the international company LTD. «Wildberries», carrying out trade activity. Methods: General scientific and specific research methods were used: statistical observation, content and comparative analysis, functional analysis, SWOT analysis, analogy method, grouping and generalization. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - theoretical bases of organizational structure of management are considered; - the analysis of organizational structure of management of international company LTD «Wildberries» is conducted, and basic problems are educed in her functioning; - the project of measures is worked out on perfection of organizational structure of the investigated company; - justification of the expected effectiveness of the developed measures and recommendations for their implementation. The practical significance of the work is determined it is determined by the possibility of using the developed measures not only in the activities of the studied international company, but also in other companies of various scales and industry affiliations.
