Ðа оÑновании пÑоведеннÑÑ Ð¸ÑÑледований в ÐР«ÐÐÐ-Ðлимов», бÑло пÑинÑÑо ÑеÑение о ÑеализаÑии вÑÐµÑ Ð¸Ð· пÑедложеннÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÑопÑиÑÑий.<br />The topic of the final qualifying work: "Development of a program for the social well-being of employees in JSC "UEC-Klimov""This work is devoted to the analysis and development of measures to improve the level of social well-being of the department in question. Tasks that were solved during the study:1. Study of the concept of well-being, approaches to its understanding and features of the application of such well-being programs;2. Analysis of the personnel structure of JSC "UEC-Klimov";3. Description of the implemented social welfare program of JSC "UEC-Klimov";4. Identification of the shortcomings of the social welfare program and the needs of employees;5. Development of options for improving the social welfare program of JSC "UEC-Klimov";6. Assessment of the economic efficiency of the proposed projects.The work was carried out on the basis of JSC "UEC-Klimov", where a significant part of the factual material was collected: the results of the analysis of the structure of the personnel of the enterprise, the results of the survey of employees of Logistics and Equipment Management Department of Parts and Assembly Units. Calculations were carried out showing the current financial condition of the company, its stability and business activity. The analysis was conducted by interviewing a number of specialists and conducting a questionnaire for employees of the department.As a result, the social welfare program was analyzed, calculations were made to assess the economic efficiency of three projects. Effective recommendations have been developed to eliminate such problems as the lack of the possibility of career realization, the lack of the possibility of changing the type of activity, the lack of specialists to solve psychological problems and problems on financial and legal issues. Based on the research conducted in JSC "UEC-Klimov", it was decided to implement all of the proposed measures.
