The use of game methods in foreign language lessons in primary school as a means of increasing students' motivation to study the subject

В данной работе изложена сущность игрового метода как способа повышения мотивации ÑƒÑ‡Ð°Ñ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ Ð½Ð°Ñ‡Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ»Ð°ÑÑÐ¾Ð² к изучению иностранного языка. Даны общие понятия и классификации как мотивации, так и игрового метода. Проведен анализ игр, Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÑÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð½Ð° уроке, и, Ð²Ð»Ð¸ÑÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° развитие Ð»ÐµÐºÑÐ¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ , Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ Ñ„Ð¾Ð½ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð²Ñ‹ÐºÐ¾Ð². На основании проведенного исследования на уроке английского языка у Ð¼Ð»Ð°Ð´ÑˆÐ¸Ñ ÑˆÐºÐ¾Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð², выявлены показатели Ð¸Ñ Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ в процессе использования игрового метода на ÑƒÑ€Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ñ , и изложены выводы касаемо результативности и эффективности использования игрового метода на ÑƒÑ€Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð°Ð½Ð³Ð»Ð¸Ð¹ÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ языка в Ð¼Ð»Ð°Ð´ÑˆÐ¸Ñ ÐºÐ»Ð°ÑÑÐ°Ñ .
In the given work the essence of the approach to the game method as a way to increase the motivation of primary school children to learn a foreign language. The general concepts and classifications of motivation, including the game method are given. The analysis of games used in the lesson and those affecting the development of the lexical, grammatical and phonetic skills is carried out. On the basis of research carried out in the English lesson for primary school children, the indicators of their activity in the process of using the game method in the classroom are identified. Based on the research, conclusions are presented regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of using the game method in English lessons in elementary grades.
