Improvement of enterprise motivation system

Цель работы – анализ действующей системы мотивации в компании PUMA и разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию системы мотивации на данном предприятии. Работа выполнена на Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð°Ñ ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ торговой компании ООО «Пума-Рус» Использованные методы: изучение ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€Ð¸Ð¹ мотивации, анализ действующей системы мотивации в рассматриваемой организации, разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию системы мотивации в данном предприятии, сравнение с основными конкурентами. Результаты работы: – были выявлены недостатки действующей системы мотивации персонала; – было предложены эффективные мероприятия по совершенствованию системы мотивации персонала. Область применения результатов ВКРраспространяется на любые компании вне зависимости от особенностей экономики. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.
The aim of the graduate qualification work analysis of the current motivation system at PUMA and development of measures to improve the motivation system at this enterprise. The work has been carried out on the materials of sports trading company LLC " Puma-Rus» Research methods used: study of existing theories of motivation, analysis of the current motivation system in the organization under consideration, development of recommendations for improving the motivation system in this enterprise, comparison with the main competitors. The main results of the graduate qualification work: – the shortcomings of the current system of personnel motivation were identified; – it was suggested that effective interventions for improving the system of personnel motivation. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application applies to any enterprise, regardless of the characteristics of the economy. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
