Tasks that were solved in the course of the study:1. Study of the main aspects of motivation theory.2. Analysis of the features of personnel management for enterprises of the budgetary environment.3. Analysis of the main financial and economic indicators of the institution under study.4. Identification of problems in the field of personnel management and the proposal of solutions.5. Development of a new system of motivation and stimulation of the staff of the institution.6. Economic assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of measures.The study was conducted on the basis of the sports direction of the teenage youth club "Courage" of the teenage youth center "Kalininsky", where a significant amount of information was collected: organizational structure, personnel documents, staffing. A staff survey was conducted to determine the type of motivation.As a result, the existing system of motivation and stimulation of personnel in the institution was analyzed, the main problems and shortcomings were identified and a new incentive system was proposed that could increase the effectiveness of the person and his satisfaction with the work performed.
