The main results of the work: â theories of motivation of labor activity in the organization are considered and the main methods of motivation and stimulation of labor of personnel are described; â the characteristics of the economic activity of McDonald's LLC are given and the organizational structure of the company is described; â an analysis of the main competitors and competitiveness of McDonald's LLC was carried out, the system of motivation and stimulation of the work of employees of the enterprise, its advantages and disadvantages was considered, motivational types and levels of motivation management of the company's personnel were determined; â recommendations were developed for improving the motivation system to increase the competitiveness of the organization, an assessment of the socio-economic efficiency of recommendations for improving the incentive system for the staff of McDonald's LLC was carried out. The object of the study is the commercial organization McDonald's LLC. The subject of the study is the system of motivation of employees of McDonald's LLC. When solving the tasks, methods of economic and statistical analysis were used: grouping, sorting, sociological research methods (interviews, questionnaires).
