Research and improvement of personnel motivation and stimulation methods by organizing sport events (by the example of spbpu)

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Исследование и совершенствование методов мотивации и стимулирования персонала путём организации ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹ (на примере ФГАОУ ВО «СПБПУ»)». Данная работа посвящена анализу системы стимулирования и мотивации персонала на примере СК Â«ÐŸÐ¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÂ» СПбПУ и внедрению ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹ для ее совершенствования. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: Изучение Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð°ÑÐ¿ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð² стимулирования и мотивации персонала, анализ ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð² стимулирования и мотивации, анализ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð² и методик оценки Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ„Ñ„ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸; Разработка методики оценки степени удовлетворенности персонала системой стимулирования. Проведение комплексного анализа деятельности и ÐºÐ°Ð´Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑÑƒÑ€ÑÐ¾Ð² СК Â«ÐŸÐ¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÂ»; Проведение финансовой диагностики СК Â«ÐŸÐ¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÂ»; Внедрение методики оценки степени удовлетворенности персонала системой стимулирования путём Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ ÑÑ‚ÑƒÐ¿ÐµÐ½Ñ‡Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ анкетирования, выявление ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð±Ð»ÐµÐ¼ и недостатков; Разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию системы стимулирования персонала спортивного клуба Â«ÐŸÐ¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÂ». Оценка эффективности мероприятий. Работа проведена на базе спортивного клуба Â«ÐŸÐ¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÂ», где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала. Методы исследования: наблюдение, конкурентный анализ, анализ мотивации, опрос. В результате были разработаны мероприятия, направленные на совершенствование системы нематериального стимулирования СК Â«ÐŸÐ¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÂ». Разработанные мероприятия являются экономически эффективными и привлекательными к внедрению.
Subject matter of the graduation qualification work: "Research and improvement of methods of motivation and stimulation of personnel by means of sport actions organization (by the example of FSAO SPbPU). This work is devoted to the analysis of personnel stimulation and motivation system on the example of SPbPU SC "Polytechnic" and introduction of sport events for its improvement. The tasks that were solved in the course of the research: 1. study of theoretical aspects of stimulation and motivation of personnel, analysis of existing methods of stimulation and motivation, analysis of approaches and methods of evaluation of their effectiveness; 2. Development of a methodology for assessing the degree of personnel satisfaction with the incentive system. 3. Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the activities and human resources of SC "Polytechnic"; 4. Carrying out financial diagnostics of IC "Polytechnic"; 5. Implementation of the method of evaluation of staff satisfaction with the incentive system by means of a two-stage questionnaire, identification of existing problems and shortcomings; 6. Developing measures to improve the staff incentive system of the sports club "Polytechnic". 7. Evaluating the effectiveness of the measures. The work was conducted on the basis of the sports club "Polytechnic", where a significant part of the factual material was collected. Research methods: observation, competitive analysis, analysis of motivation, survey. As a result, the activities aimed at improving the system of non-material incentives SC "Polytechnic" were developed. Developed measures are cost-effective and attractive for implementation.
