The optimize condition were created for the welding and analyzed to check it the problem associated with the aluminum welding. the result for the condition is come out as optimum condition will have depended upon the down force of the plunge tool. During the analysis of the welding three different conditions have been notify as first condition was related with excess of the passing heat which results in the more flash mass and second one is produced when the proper heat is not passing to the work piece and formed a cavity and last one is cavity formation due to abnormal melting of the metal. The tool plunges down force effect is low for this aspect of defect, although the magnitude of the imperfection due to inadequate heat contribution decreases meaningfully as the down force increases. There are many information systems through which users can share different types of information about items. Users build strong relationships based on new technology models. Therefore, the recommender system is used to find user's interesting things among a large amount of information. Today, many recommender systems have been developed for various domains; however, they are not accurate enough to achieve users' information needs. In this paper, a user prediction model was built to improve the collaborative filtering recommendation system. In this paper, two methods were used: demographic information with the matrix factorization, and the other using the content-based. The experiments have been applied to the Movielens dataset, and the results were (0.9055 and 0.8591 RMSE) for the first and second experiments, respectively. The paper presents a modification of the value decision-making approach, named the emergence approach, developed to make decisions in designing innovative complex engineering systems, also called technological innovations of new complex systems. Their design and development is a relevant topic nowadays that cannot be done traditionally due to the necessity to consider innovativeness and the increasing complexity of systems. For design decision making, consideration of innovativeness typically lies in applying mathematical operations, which may lead to a worse understanding of the procedure by all decision-makers as they can include non-technical specialists. This paper proposes another solution based on implementing systems emergent properties. These properties represent higher systems functionality than just the sum of functionalities of systems elements. They allow reaching systems values and consider innovativeness and complexity as complementary features of innovative complex engineering systems. A decision-making approach based on reaching systems values through emergent properties was named the emergence approach. Green products are highly demanded by the global population due to the fast depletion of world resources and high energy intensity use. However, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) still appear to lack knowledge in environment monitoring and improvement including the SMEs in Malaysia. For example, the implementation of a green innovation into products in SMEs is still relatively young and limited. This paper underlines the operational upgrade necessity to companies is needed in long run in the adoption of green product innovation. In addition, this paper analyses the issue, challenges, and significant characteristics of green environmental management practice in Malaysian SMEs. The related articles from secondary sources were carefully selected and analysed from reliable journal publishers. A total number of 26 paper that highly related to Malaysia SMEs cases, ranged from 2017 to 2021 were reviewed thoroughly. The major finding of this research paper has been related to the problems and barriers that faced by Malaysian SMEs. Research and development (R & D) are typically lacking in SMEs, as are economies of scale and the inability to change established operating practices. Many SMEs do not pay enough attention to improving the skills and knowledge of their employees, or they are unwilling to take advantage of government-sponsored training programs, which are designed to do just that. The Small Medium Enterprises (here after will be referred as SMEs) represent a divergent of enterprises and are the backbone of a country's economic development fostering growth, creating employment opportunities, and generating revenue for the country. However, SMEs on average have a high environmental footprint and literature shows an estimated 60%–70% of industrial pollution is contributed by SMEs, especially from the manufacturing sector. The SMEs are vital stakeholders in their role as the main benefactor to economic activities, environmental impression, and social well-being, hence, it is crucial for SMEs to adopt eco-innovation. The concepts of structural flexibility became one of the important goals in the design phases to reach high performance in architecture. The pioneering projects and ideas that linked architecture with technologies and scientific innovations appeared, with the aim of reaching projects that mix the concepts of flexibility with the development of machine thought and modern technology to meet the functional, environmental, and aesthetic requirements for human wellbeing. The aim of this paper is to identify the mechanisms used in order to reach flexible structural systems capable of accommodating technological changes and developments. The research hypothesizes that the structural design according to the concepts of flexibility achieves high structural performance. The paper depends in its theoretical framework on a set of research and studies on the basic concepts of flexibility, and the possibility of their application within the structural design at the intellectual and application levels. Precast concrete is one of Industrialized Building System (IBS) types that is mainly used in Malaysia. Even though precast shows promising performance in ongoing project but in building maintenance, precast shows otherwise. This is due to the usage of the conventional method (paper-based report/unsystematic data of maintenance which is Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and by integrating it with BIM technology will help in enhance maintenance. BIM shows its benefits through maintenance by showing its coordination in design and three-dimensional visualization. This paper help into identifying the requirement of integrating CMMS and BIM technology in precast building maintenance. An interview was conducted to gain the objective of the study. Results showed that there are two requirements to support CMMS and BIM integration in maintenance management which is a complete and organize data and a compilation of a standard requirement that stated by the department (e.g., Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia, Syarikat Air Selangor and JKR). The Coronavirus Disease 2021 or COVID-19 has affected almost all individuals around the globe. Consequently, Malaysia is one of the nations that has been facing tremendous changes in various sectors due to COVID-19. As the number of positive cases is on the rise, the Malaysian government has executed its National COVID-19 Immunization Program to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and the severity of disease in case a vaccinated person is infected. However, there are also individuals who have contributed to vaccine refusal due to many factors including misinformation about vaccines, religious beliefs, lack of knowledge, and awareness. Therefore, this paper presents a combination of instructional design and cognitive load theory named CoLoMo model, to increase the awareness of COVID-19 among parents. The CoLoMo model is a theory for mobile application development involving three elements in mobile instruction design which include platform, design, accessibility, and design page. These elements have been chosen prior to the target users which are parents or adults. The three cognitive load theory types in this model are intrinsic, extraneous, and germane cognitive load. The combination of the mobile interaction design and cognitive load theory types will affect the user's cognitive performance which are concentration, learning capabilities and attributes. In this modern world, human life has become increasingly reliant on electricity, which serves to be one of the basic needs of human to lead a normal life. As the usage of electricity has increased over the years, the consumers are very much concerned about its consumption rate and the electricity bill generated out of it. Hence monitoring the consumption rate stands first which is very trivial and challenging by designing an efficient energy management system. This paper outlines the survey on energy management systems implemented with artificial intelligence techniques towards finding a viable solution to the aforementioned issue. This study elucidates how artificial intelligent systems are incorporated in different energy management systems to match demand and supply. A comparative analysis of different intelligent techniques with optimization goals, issues and solutions, applied to the energy management systems for effective functioning is also presented. Finally, Home Energy Management System (HEMS) using Binary Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm (BPSO) is presented. 26% reduction in the daily bill with optimization of HVAC and non-interruptible appliances was attained. Evaporative cooling has been around since ancient times. As a cooling device, evaporative cooling has several advantages and disadvantages. This paper discusses some of the results of investigations on three types of evaporative cooling, namely direct evaporative cooling, indirect evaporative cooling, and combined evaporative cooling. Cooling media is part of the evaporative cooling that is widely studied. Some researchers also made several innovations to improve the efficiency of evaporative cooling. One of the innovations that will be discussed in this paper is to add heat pipes to evaporative coolers. The importance of innovation production is indubitable with majority of businesses considering it. However, enterprises face challenges in adapting innovation processes to current conditions. Currently, enterprises encounter an inclusive economy which focuses on achieving engagement, growth, sustainability, stability, and equal opportunities, contributing to strengthening total well-being. Accordingly, while developing innovations, enterprises must consider the principles of an inclusive economy. The research aims at studying innovation problems in an inclusive economy based on bibliometric and visualization analysis. A bibliometric analysis is supplemented by a visualization analysis to make a graphical presentation. Data from two databases were used for a bibliometric analysis: those of Scopus and the Web of Science. Summarized and tested with Endnote publications were investigated in BibExcel. Additionally, 19 publications were highlighted as they are simultaneously recorded in two databases simultaneously. The results of the study were supported by a visualization map using Pajek. The 185 published papers were studied to achieve the purpose of this research. The provided analysis helped to achieve some valuable insights. First, the investigated problem is relatively new. Publication activity started to grow in 2014 reaching its peak in 2021. Second, the investigated problem turns out to be global as it was studied by the scholars from Europe, Asia, and North and South America. In addition, there is strong cooperation among scientists from different countries with different affiliations. Nevertheless, authors from South Africa show leading positions. Third, there are connections among authors who form scientific clusters and perform co-authorships. Fourth, three of the most frequently used words in paper titles and three of the most frequent keywords are equal. They are 'inclusive', 'development', and 'innovation'. Fifth, 19 publications demonstrate a high level of co-occurrence. Addressing this issue on an e-bicycle might lead to an overall improvement for riding quality as well as comfort of the rider.
