Sustainability practices have attracted many industries in recent years and now organizations are searching for opportunities to implement sustainability practices in their supply chains to develop a competitive advantage. The main challenge with the organization is to identify the economic factors which can help them to be profitable while meeting the environment and social objectives. In addition, the joint sustainability practices in supply chain with respect to service sector like tourism have largely remained an ignored area. A conceptual frame work is developed through many iterations and successive steps of data collection, analysis and refinement. Our proposed conceptual framework depicts that sustainability practices collaboratively undertaken by the supplier and focal organization of Service Supply Chain (SSC), which will contribute to sustainable development of service sectors. The research model is validated through a Confirmatory factor analysis. The identified sustainability practices are used for conceptualization of the model and contribute to the continuing research on sustainability performance in the supply chain. The results show strong structural relationship between sustainable practices and performance of focal organization. Landuse Landcover pixel-by-pixel classification and change analysis play a vital role in sustainable development applications. A single study area is generally focused on classifying the landcover features using remote sensing images. This study aims to train the segmentation models based on multiple areas to prepare classified models, so it could be utilized to assign a unique label to the landcover features. Considered images were taken for five cities including Jaipur, Alwar, Ajmer, Sikar, and Tonk of Rajasthan, India, which are in the north, south, east, and west direction of Jaipur city. Landcover classes considered in this research are Vegetation, Water, Built-up, and Freeland. Landcover images with masks are created for training the deep segmentation models FPN, LinkNet, and UNet. UNet achieves 91.04% accuracy that outperforms the traditional FPN, and LinkNet models. The outcomes demonstrate that encoder-decoder-based UNet provides better results with an average accuracy rate of 88.06% across all four classes. The resolution of training images also affects the performance and computation speed. The resultant model can be applied to label or classify the land cover features for any large area. The project selection process in the public sector is complex and important because it is a huge contribution to the achievement of sustainable development goals and meet the needs of society. In Iraq and public sector organizations encounter economic and social difficulties that require will informed decision making when choosing projects. study's main goal is to find out what factors affect the choice of public sector projects in Iraq. Through focus group discussions (FGD) is a method that is used for factor selection throw multiple rounds and starting with 88 factors and ending with 30 factors, however the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique was utilized to prioritizes factors by categories as following technical, financial, risk, and quality aspects. The outcome of AHP showed that technical factors like idea quality and practicality were key, emphasizing new solutions and expertise. Financial planning was also important due to funding and ROI. Risk assessment and quality control were very important for lowering project risks and making sure the quality of the deliverables. Integrating qualitative FGD insights with quantitative AHP analysis works in the study approach. The city corridor is a public space that anyone can use. Corridor MT Haryono is one of the corridors in Medan Kota District, Medan City, with a length of roughly 1 km, and it has yet to implement sustainable and resilient development. Corridors must be remodeled to address current and future issues related to adapting and transforming existing urban infrastructure to climate change, environmental damage, disasters, traffic, and other challenges. This research aims to determine the model design in the physical infrastructure to enhance the sustainability and resilience of the MT Haryono corridor. This study employs a qualitative approach. The authors study the five aspects of Urban Form in the research site and do the SWOT analysis. The result of the analysis will be the basis for creating a design to remodel the corridor based on a sustainable and resilient city concept. Hence, the authors recommend four approaches to remodeling the corridor with the sustainable and resilient approach, namely: (1) green infrastructure application through a perforated pipe and bioswale; (2) the application of green roof, green wall, and water harvesting system; (3) walkway improvement model; (4) public transportation infrastructure improvement. Sustainability has been a popular topic for surviving some global problems, and a former researcher has discussed culture preservation as a fourth pillar in reaching sustainable development goals. Unfortunately, cultural heritage preservation often goes wrong, making it stuck inside an ancient historical or traditional tourism building. This romantic conception of preservation differs from the sustainability conception that discusses future living strategies. On the other hand, Eko Prawoto, as an architect, artist, and culture practitioner, showed the experience of living with culture through his current house-living projects. He created local sustainability through his knowledge of making new house-living ornaments. This research discussed the implication and new way of living with the culture as a sustainability strategy in modern house living from an emic perspective. It focused on the ornaments in two house-living projects by Eko Prawoto as a research subject. Tectonic architecture became the background knowledge in this qualitative architectural biography research. This research shows how tectonic architecture created local sustainability through new ornaments in modern house living. This result shared a new perspective and a rule-breaker in such outdated preservation thinking with the government, architects, and modern citizens. Peri-urban agriculture plays a pivotal role in urban sustainability, offering economic, social, and environmental benefits. However, its development faces challenges from rapid urbanization and modern agricultural practices. This study focuses on Batu, East Java, Indonesia, examining how peri-urban agriculture evolves amidst urbanization and identifying factors and stakeholders crucial for its sustainability. Through statistical analysis of land use changes and qualitative system dynamics, the typology of peri-urban agriculture in Batu are: family-based commercial, multi-cropping commercial, and multifunctional commercial. Furthermore, the pivotal role of regional governance in developing peri-urban agriculture is important to enhance the sustainable development. Moving forward, policymakers should prioritize the development of multifunctional peri-urban agriculture, collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure its sustainable growth. This requires revitalizing local peri-urban agriculture initiatives and integrating them into broader urban development strategies. To achieve sustainable development, Electric Vehicles (EVs) are considered one of the future directions of the automotive industry, competing with Gasoline Vehicles (GVs). EEbatteries have a limited lifespan and eventually require replacement or repair. Therefore, EE battery refurbishing becomes crucial. The primary goals of battery refurbishing are to reduce costs and environmental impact associated with the production of new batteries while extending the lifespan of existing batteries. To address this, we have developed a two-period model to explain the Closed-loop Supply Chain (CLSC) process of EVs. This study aims to map the supply chain of EEbatteries and discuss strategies for determining the quantities of batteries, EVs, and GVs. The difference in this research compared to previous studies lies in the addition of the functionality of the new quantity of batteries required. The model involves four parties: new energy vehicle manufacturers, consumers, battery manufacturers, and recyclers. This research develops a two-period model. In period 1, batteries are only produced from raw materials; in period 2, used batteries will be recycled into materials. The resolution of this model employs a one-variable function optimization strategy and Nash equilibrium to maximize profits. In period 1, we find that higher production costs for new batteries lead to decreased profits for EVs and new batteries, but increased profits for GVs. In period 2, we discover that a higher recycling rate of used batteries (β) leads to increased production profits for both EVs and GVs but a decrease in new battery production. Urban heat islands are characterized by an increase in surface temperature that occurs in urban areas which are relatively higher than in rural areas. This is due to the vegetated land being converted into built-up land due to human activities. Green Open Space is actually an area that one of its functions is to balance the surface temperature in an area. In the urban areas, the existence of green open space is very less. The purpose of this study is to determine the priority of the location and the area of addition of green open space by considering the urban heat island phenomenon using population density data, NDBI, SAVI, LST. The use of urban heat island variables in this study, is based on the fact that in the areas with Urban Heat Island Phenomenon that the temperature in that area will be higher than the sorounding area, it will need green open spaces. The The results of this study can be seen in the Tegalega SWK there are 2.03% of locations identified as very high priority areas and around 40.98 % locations which are high priority areas for green green open space to be built in this location. The conclusion of this study is that the Tegalaga SWK area is a location where the need for green open space is quite wide (more than 50%), and the development of green open space needs to be prioritized in this area. The role of the Bintan Regency Government is considered to have a very large role in achieving SDGs in Sei Lekop fish village by revitalizing it. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Where this method utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. This method is appropriate to use to analyze the phenomena that occur. Building constructions are among main causes of climate change, and in smaller circumstances, can affect the occupants' health and comfort. GREENSHIP uses the concept of green building as the ways to catch up with climate-related building problems. Aspects of indoor health and comfort (IHC) assessment in GREENSHIP are carried out to improve the building's space in terms of user's health and comfort from its finishes works. This research was conducted to analyze the parameters in IHC aspects of nine-floor integrated classroom buildings at the State University of Malang, which covers CO2 monitoring, no-smoking campaign, chemical pollutant, outside view and daylight, and interior plants. The results of the study stated that: (1) a no-smoking campaign, as benchmark for top management's commitment to determine all smoke-free rooms has met the prerequisites; (2) for setting in high-density rooms, CO2 sensors have been installed and procedures in monitoring the CO2 is applied; (3) as for the use of finishes material use, floors and walls components use low volatile organic compound (VOC) or formaldehyde and comply with GREENSHIP, whilst ceiling components do not use asbestos-containing materials; (4) the outside view can be accessed by 16,485 m2 of 21,777 m2 or 75.70% of floor area on facing directly to the openings, and for optimal use of natural light, the buildings has the light intensity value of 213 lux, which is still low compared to requirements by GREENSHIP (300 lux); (5) as for the use of interior plants, the buildings have 2% of its area for plant canopy or equals with 871.09 m2. The oil palm plantation industry plays a pivotal role in Malaysia's economy, contributing significantly to global palm oil production and exports. However, the industry faces challenges related to labour-intensive harvesting, particularly the manual collection of loose oil palm fruits (LF). This manual process not only leads to reduced productivity but also poses health risks to workers. To address these issues, the development of an autonomous LF collector is proposed, aiming to reduce labour requirements and enhance collection efficiency. The automated LF collector incorporates a robotic arm for fruit picking, an LF detection system using image processing, a GPS-based human-follower vehicle, a back-to-home navigation system, and obstacle avoidance mechanisms. This innovation allows the LF collector to operate autonomously in oil palm plantations, thus relieving the workforce. The project details materials and components selection for the LF picker, providing insights into the practical implementation of this technology. By reducing the reliance on manual labour and improving LF collection, the proposed autonomous LF collector contributes to increasing overall palm oil production, ensuring the industry's sustainability and economic growth. In line with the Malaysian government's efforts to increase renewable energy in energy generation to 30 percent by the year 2030, ambitious efforts are being made to promote the implementation of utility-scale solar PV plants with ample policy backing. The goal of the current study is to use PVsyst software to evaluate the economic and environmental assessment of On Ground PV (OPV) system. This paper serves as a pioneering study on the design, simulation, economic evaluation, and environmental assessment of a 300-kW grid-connected Photovoltaic (PV) system installed on the ground at Xiamen University Malaysia. The effectiveness of the proposed design is evaluated from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022 using the PVsyst software version 7.2, which works on accurate plant specifications. The simulation is performed using PVsyst 7.2 software to design the whole system properly. Four main systems were considered for this stare i) Assessment of geographical location and meteorological data, ii) Development of orientation analytics and optimal PV layout, iii) development of PV model which includes detailed losses calculation and shading analytics, iv) Development of technical performance, economic evaluation, and environmental assessment. The proposed PV design is expected to provide 100 % of the A5 building's lightning electricity energy consumption while reducing CO2 emissions by 3648.904 tonnes throughout the lifespan of the system's deployment. Sustainable construction becomes the main agenda in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. One of the efforts is the material selection that builds the numbers of Embodied Energy (EE) or Embodied Carbon (EC), which is the total energy or carbon consumed throughout the life cycle of the material, starting from production, continue to construction until demolition. The life cycle has been a major consideration in the decision-making of material selection and the construction process. The use of available local materials becomes one of the approaches to achieving low EE for achieving sustainable construction. This study investigated the consideration of using locally available materials in supporting sustainable construction and compared the amount of EE before and after the construction process. The brick wall is determined as the scope for this study and the concept of Just-in-Time (JIT) is also be used to simulate the implementation of lean construction. There are two scenarios investigated in this study, which are construction process without JIT compared with JIT. Both qualitative and quantitative approaches through survey, observations, and focus group discussion (FGD) were applied as the research methodology. Further, the analysis also included the comparison of EE brick wall value on the common construction process and the JIT method. It is found that integrated consideration for sustainable and lean construction supports the achievement of sustainable development, where the implementation of JIT reduces the EE value and cost to improve construction efficiency. However, the commodity's development still has many problems for providing products that meet the standards and existing resources among farmers, resulting in poor performance. Therefore, this study examines the effect of collaborative networks, information sharing, and resource sharing on fresh vegetables supply chain performance. It focuses on the agro-industrial in the area of gabungan kelompok tani LA (Gapoktan LA), West Java. Purposive sampling for in-depth interviews and questionnaires for data collection is used. This research aims to study and analyze the climatic characteristics that affect human comfort through the garlic equation so that we can determine the months with the ideal tourist climate for the city of Khanaqin. Ecological security is not only an important aspect of national security, but also a red line to ensure the sustainability of towns' social economy. This paper takes the ecologically fragile towns of Xi'an in western China as the research object, and uses the PSR model to establish a town ecological security evaluation index system consisting of 21 indicators. Based on multi-source data, the ecological security status of 125 towns in the study area was evaluated. The results indicate that the average ecological security index of towns in 2020 was 0.568, which is generally in a critical ecological security state. Insufficient water resources, high population density, low waste disposal rate, and low vegetation coverage are the main factors threatening the ecological security of local towns. The objective of this paper is to explore the potential of green procurement to promote a circular economy and its opportunities in the context of construction as a paradigm shift from conventional procurement to a greener approach. This study aimed to investigate the effect of hydrated lime concentration on the neutralization of acidic HNO3 solution waste produced by the dore bullion gold refining process. The variable hydrated lime concentrations of 1%, 3%, and 9% wt of wastewater were used, with a processing time of 5 days. The results showed that the most effective variable was a hydrated lime concentration of 1.2% wt of wastewater for 1 day, which resulted in a pH value of 6.73 and a total dissolved solid value of 6.040 mg/L. This finding indicates that the neutralization process can effectively reduce the acidity and total dissolved solids of the waste. The indicators of the SDGs are a description of the principles of sustainable development. An SDG indicator for preparing a professional workforce is decent work to support economic growth. Through the professional workforce certification program, it is hoped that workers will get decent jobs to increase economic growth and apply sustainable development principles. This study aims to: 1) determine the implementation of a professional workforce certification program in the construction sector to support sustainable development following the needs and regulations of the Government of Indonesia; and 2) how much is the percentage of readiness of professional workers in construction in participating in the labor certification program. This study uses a survey approach. The subject of this study is a professional workforce in Yogyakarta. The aspects of the assessed review were the sub-classification of professional building workers, the sub-classification of construction safety work professionals, and the sub-classification of construction management work professionals. Data were collected through questionnaires and interview techniques. The results of the tabulation of data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show that 1) the implementation of the professional workforce certification program in the construction sector in the sub-classification of building professional workers, sub-classification of construction safety professionals, and sub-classification of construction management professionals is in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, including environmental, social and economy; 2) the proportion of professional workforce readiness in the construction sector in participating in the certification program for the application of building work sub-classification is 95.45% (very high), construction safety work sub-classification is 83.33% (very high), and construction management work sub-classification by 89.39% (very high). The Sea Tolls (Tol Laut) Policy is an implementation to perceive Indonesia's 2045 Vision of sustainable economic and equitable development. The Sea Tolls are expected to increase national economic growth as part of the logistics system. Experts say 90% of global trade uses sea transportation as the primary mode, and about 40% passes through Indonesian waters. The disparity in the price of basic needs has become the spirit of the issuance of the sea toll. In its implementation, it is necessary to evaluate and identify obstacles to implement mitigation towards a direction more aligned with field conditions and needs. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The literature review is used to identify sea tolls performance, which includes existing conditions, fleet development, routes, and freight and field constraints. Further analysis was carried out to obtain the influence factor on the low performance of several routes serving underdeveloped (tertingggal), remote (terpencil), outermost (terluar) and border (perbatasan), abbreviated as (3TP), as recommendations for strengthening the sustainability of the sea tolls program freight. The growth of sea toll service routes is increasing yearly; in the last five years, routes have reached 21.15%, and cargo performance has grown by 20.51% in the last five years. The performance of sea tolls to reduce price disparities is still relatively small. Ports in the 3TP area served by the sea toll program are only 59.23% of the total ports served by sea tolls. The main problems faced in implementing the current sea tolls are divided into three aspects, namely aspects of service, infrastructure, commodities, and freight. Therefore, the sustainable improvement of sea tolls performance requires issuing technical regulations and synchronization related to transportation route planning and developing adequate port infrastructure. The use of formaldehyde-based synthetic adhesives poses various environmental and health concerns. Therefore, the development of sustainable adhesives from eco-friendly sources becomes crucial. This study aims to evaluate the impact of starch concentration and hydrolysis temperature on the production of sustainable adhesives made from sorghum starch modified with chitosan. The adhesive was synthesized using NaOH hydrolysis on sorghum starch with varying temperatures and starch concentrations. Characteristics of the adhesive evaluated include viscosity, water absorption capacity (Swelling), and tensile strength. The results indicate that an increase in starch concentration significantly enhances the viscosity and tensile strength of the adhesive but negatively impacts its water absorption capacity. Moreover, the hydrolysis temperature has an influence on all the tested parameters. Edge computing capacity is being used by management to decrease costs by removing redundancy. In order to enhance energy efficiency and reduce waste, this research suggests a Vertical Farm design. Both traditional and cutting-edge system applications are founded on the principle of maximising efficiency in the development of sophisticated control environments. Modern agriculture is undergoing a sea change, with the concept of vertical farming emerging as the wave of the future. The tension between ecological, social, and economic sustainability must be resolved, and vertical farming provides the answer. In order to maintain accurate sensing, a plethora of sensors were used in vertical farming. It takes a lot of energy for these sensors. We suggest this strategy to lessen the load on sensors' power sources. The idea behind our project is to gather data from sensors and then 'delay' the most energy-hungry ones. The development of more environmentally friendly paints and coatings has received a lot of attention recently. Because of environmental concerns, there has been resurgence in the utilization of renewable resources in production of several industrial commodities. They are available from naturally existing plants including castor, mustard, kernel, sunflower, cotton, linseed, etc.; they primarily contain triglycerides. production of polymers from cheap, readily available renewable resources. Triglyceride oils are heated or blasted by air to produce bodied or blown oils, which are used for coating, respectively. While the Diels-Alder reaction joined triglyceride molecules together in body oils, the combination of free radicals produced by the breakdown of hydroperoxides produces the same connections in body oils. The air-blowing procedure introduces these hydro peroxides. Triglyceride oils are utilised in the production of polymers to enhance end-product characteristics. Ricinoleic acid (12-Hydroxyoleic Acid), which is responsible for over 90% of the fatty acid composition, is exclusively found in castor oil, which is also a nontoxic, biodegradable, and renewable resource. Ricinoleic acid is a hydroxylated fatty acid containing 18 carbons and one double bond. In this work, Maleic anhydride modified castor oil (MACO) had been created utilizing varying weight percentages of maleic anhydride (MA) and castor oil (CO) in the presence of the catalyst azobisiso-butyronitrile (AIBN). FT-IR, 1H-NMR, and iodine value were used to monitor the synthesis of MACO. The various MACO Polyurethanes (MACOPU) coatings were then created utilizing Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and MACO in a 1.6:1 NCO/OH equivalence ratio. The MACOPU's structure has been verified by 1H, 13C NMR, and FT-IR spectroscopy. By using FT-IR, XRD, TGA, DSC, DMTA, GPC, UTM, SEM, contact angles, and properties of dispersion techniques, the characteristics of the coating-free films were investigated. The thermogravimetric study results revealed that as the MA content rises, the MACOPU's thermal stability changes. As the weight% addition of MA increased, so did the MACOPU's glass-transition temperature (Tg). Population migration plays an important role in sociodemographic processes, as it allows optimizing the development of regional economic systems and increasing the efficiency of regional labor markets by redistributing human capital among various labor markets. At the same time, due to the development of globalization processes, migration has an increasingly significant impact on the demographic and social systems of the places of origin and arrival of migrants, as well as on the economic state of regional and local labor markets. The main driving factors for labor migration are economic and social, as a result of which labor migration is characterized by increased dynamics when directed to countries with a higher probability of employment in the official sector of the economy of the host country. Due to the strong differentiation of the level of socio-economic development of the regions of attraction, labor migrants are unevenly distributed across regional labor markets, which upsets the balance in the economic system. The main objective of this research was to examine the moderating roles of motivation on the relationship with emotional intelligence on women's leadership behaviour in the manufacturing industry. This study employed a quantitative approach with the distribution of self-directed questionnaires. Convenient sampling is employed in this research. The sample size was made up of 391 employees from manufacturing companies located in Malaysia. This study provided empirical evidence on the impact of emotional intelligence and motivation on women's leadership behaviour in the manufacturing industry. The results showed that motivation significantly moderated the relationship between emotional intelligence and women's leadership behaviour (β=-.0380; p=.000). Meanwhile, some practical implications have been reached and can be communicated to manufacturing company executives. Photovoltaic (PV) systems are extensive as an alternative energy resource in the public and private sectors. Despite having an electric supply from the conventional fossil fuel generator, PV systems provide more economical solutions. However, the implementation of PV systems without maintenances contributes to energy wastage and increases the cost compared to on-grid supply. Improper maintenances with an aged system will minimize the performance, decrease the lifetime and possibility of defect of the system. An intelligent monitoring system is the best solution to keep track of a photovoltaic system's performance to ensure the system to maintain at optimum condition. The aim of this project is to study the factors that affect the photovoltaic's energy harvesting and develop a PV performance monitoring system with the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT). The proposed PV energy performance monitoring system allowed users to wirelessly monitor the PV performance parameter by using Blynk application through the smartphone. A prototype was design and built with ESP32 development board, DHT22, Current sensor and Voltage sensor which then applied to the actual PV system consisting of a 20W PV panel,12V battery, charge controller and LED lamp as the load. The collected data was plotted in graphs for a better analysis. The data collected shows that the efficiency of the PV panel can be affected by shading and temperature. In day 3, the strong emitted sun from morning gave the average voltage and current of 13.1V and 0.33A compared to day 1, which was cloudy all day, giving the average voltage and current of 12.8V and 0.17A, respectively. The efficiency of PV panel depends on the value of voltage and current since both values was affected by the temperature and shading from cloud. The construction of a green concept canteen on campus is very important as a form of environmental protection and preservation. The construction planning of a green campus canteen includes four main activities: preparatory activities, structural work, architectural work, and mechanical work. So far, development projects executed by third parties often have delays from the schedule, therefore the construction needs to be carefully planned so the construction development can be executed efficiently, effectively, and finished on time. The delay of the project itself is a situation that should be avoided by all parties as much as possible. Therefore, this study will provide a planning concept and evaluation method for the development of a green canteen project using the Critical Part Method (CPM) and PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) methods. CPM and PERT methods are used to get a realistic fastest time to finish a project. This research method is performed by processing the information derived from the project's schedule and seeking information from related workers and then processing the information using standard CPM and PERT methods. The results of the fastest construction project networks are A-B-C-D-E-F-G-M-U-V or A-B-C-D-E-F-H-M-U-V or A-B-C-D-E-N-O-R-U-V. Construction industry as one of the sectors that causes climate change must start paying attention to environmental impacts. Through the provision of numerous ecosystem services, Green infrastructure (GI) is one of the essential strategies for achieving sustainable development since it can effectively coordinate social, economic, and environmental growth. Thus, GI has been highlighted as a promising strategy to aid cities in adapting to climate change. 197 papers published between 2016 and 2021 were organized and classified using the 7th version of Publish or Perish software as part of this study's literature review methodology. Results show that there has been a significant growth in research on green infrastructure in recent years, with Sustainability Journal dominating the field. The initial top three cited journals that cover GI research are China Earth Sciences, Construction & Building Materials, and Cities. Another set of findings reveals that issues with water, materials, heat, air pollution, and policies-regulation & cost have been particularly focused on. Future research is needed and quite promising, such as: green materials, solutions to water & flood problems, urban heat, and GI regulation are topics that need further research, especially in Indonesia. This paper describes the development of a blended-based sustainable training model. The blended learning model is used to overcome participants' limited time constraints in ongoing training to increase the competency of tourism village community empowerment facilitators. The research method used is development research. The research subjects were community empowerment facilitators in tourist villages, DKI Jakarta, and West Java. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and literature review. Data analysis in this research was carried out using qualitative descriptions. The study results show that conceptually implementing a blended learning-based continuous training model increases facilitators' competence in empowering the Tourism Village community through the stages of input, process, and output analysis. In the input component, the training manager maps the competency of the facilitator's objective conditions; the training process component uses an andragogy approach where participants have self-concept practical experience and can overcome the problems they face; and the output component produces tourism village facilitators who master three competency elements, namely basic, core and special. This study's main goal is to examine if green algae can 'be used as an adsorbent material to remove humic acid (HA) from water bodies. To effectively remove humic acid from water bodies, several factors were carefully evaluated. These factors include the contact time between the water and the green algae, the dosage of green algae used the pH of the water, the temperature, and the concentration of humic acid. The growth of the green algae consortium in pure media has been studied using the Monod equation. The response surface approach has been used to optimize the development of the green algae consortium in relation to HA removal. The 20 ppm HA concentration has now peaked; on day 10, growth was 0.5 to 1.10 g and concentration was 1.31 ppm, resulting in 93.45% HA removal. The 10 ppm HA concentration has now reached its peak; on day 10; the growth was 0.5–0.98 g and the concentration was reduced to 1.22 ppm, yielding an 87% removal of HA. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aimed to collect initial information in designing android media drafts in green chemistry-based chemistry learning. Green chemistry will be implemented in chemical materials, those are acids and bases. The method used in this research is a survey method. Data collection was carried out by distributing checklist in a Google form adapted from journals relevant to the research. The participants of this study were 19 chemistry teachers from schools in Tasikmalaya. The results of the study were analyzed by descriptive quantitative, and the data obtained that the most widely used media was student worksheets with a percentage of 32%, while android media was still rarely used. The advantages and disadvantages of the media are commonly the media used is easier with a percentage of 68% because they have obtained the tutorial. However, 53% of teachers felt that the media was not enough to support the learning process. The obstacles faced by educators in developing learning media in android were lack of understanding, knowledge and information about media development in android with a percentage of 95%, no ideas 53%, no supporting facilities 63%, and 84% taking a long time. As many as 95% of teachers wanted to get tutorials on media development and use, increase 100% of references and complete 100% of supporting facilities. Based on the analysis of aspects of green chemistry-based learning, 68% did not know about green chemistry-based learning and 95% were interested in knowing and integrating green chemistry in learning. Quality education emerges on Sustainable Development Goals or SDGs in point 4 that ensure everyone receives education inclusively and equitably. Blind refers to a condition in which the function of the sense of sight is impaired to varying degrees, ranging from mild to severe to total blindness. The main problem experienced by the visually impaired in accessing literacy is highly limited due to the high cost of producing braille books, the inability of blind individuals to read braille books, and the limited availability of alternative sources, such as audiobooks. Literaku is an Android-based application that allows blind people to independently improve their literacy through the implementation of Google Cloud APIs, which serve as a tool for running applications and have a role in receiving, processing, and executing voice commands from the end user. The Literaku application aims to optimize the use of Indonesian voice commands by understanding the meaning of the nearest word with the support of Natural Language Processing technology to aid the visually impaired in locating readings and performing all application-related tasks by commanding and listening. The method applied the Agile Software Development Life Cycle with the SCRUM framework, which was conducted in phases and iterations. The Literaku application was evaluated by conducting usability testing and surveying users' satisfaction scores. The usability test was performed twice with five blind junior high school students at SLB-A YAPENTRA Tanjung Morawa District to obtain accurate user experience feedback and ensure that the program runs as intended. As a result, the final usability testing of Literaku application reached a success rate of 100%, and the level of participant satisfaction reached 89.60%, representing that the Literaku application was accepted by users very satisfactorily. Entrepreneurial intention, as the preliminary idea of pursuing new ventures. Entrepreneurship is an important component to enhance the country's economic growth and sustainability as well as to meet the challenges of globalisation, such as increasing the unemployment rate among students. The objectives of this paper are to determine the relationship between personality, government support and entrepreneurship education with entrepreneurial intention among business students from selected public university in Malaysia and to measure the predictor of entrepreneurial intention. This study is quantitative in the form and questionnaires distributed to collect information from respondents based on the size of 100 samples and use convenience sampling method. The data obtained through questionnaires is analyzed and evaluated by correlation and regression testing. The results showed that all moderate linkages with entrepreneurial intentions. Government support also show the the most impact on the entrepreneurial intention. The use of recycled concrete aggregate has positive environmental and economic contributions to the sustainability of the materials. However, when recycled aggregate (RA) is used instead of natural aggregate, the mechanical and structural performance of concrete are negatively influenced. Therefore, the development of practical techniques that reduce these negative influences are very important. Due to the confinement effect, the mechanical behaviors of the RA can be improved by encasing it in a circular steel tube. This paper describes a series of comparison tests on steel tubular columns of circular sections filled with normal self-compacting concrete and recycled aggregate self-compacting concrete. Ten specimens consist of 5 recycled aggregate concrete filled double skin steel tubular (RACFDST) columns and 5 normal concrete filled double skin steel tubular (CFDST) columns divided into three groups according to the type of load were tested under (axial, uniaxial, and biaxial) compression loads. Loading eccentricity and full replacement of natural coarse aggregate with recycled coarse aggregate were the main parameters in this study. Overall, the failure mode, ultimate capacities, and general deformational behavior have been presented in this paper. The results clearly showed that the failure mode of the RACFDST columns is generally similar to their normal CFDST counterparts with a slight reduction in ultimate bearing capacity. Specimens under axial compression were subjected to local buckling failure, while the global buckling failure was the mode of all eccentrically loaded columns. As expected, due to the confinement effect of the steel tubes, the strength of the sandwich concrete was enhanced, and all tested columns exhibited ductile failure. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

What would be appreciated is to utilize recyclable, or preferably fully biodegradable materials with similar or even better properties than the ones originally used. Still, the solutions should be affordable, with the economical aspect in mind, and employing available manufacturing technologies. The research will conclude with the assessment of possible substitutes of materials used in construction of small wind turbines dedicated for urban and suburban areas. Nowadays, global problems such as environmental problems occur massively. Global problems cannot be solved quickly; a planned step is needed to solve them. One of the steps is through education. Education must be able to facilitate students to care about environmental problems. Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) is one way to solve this problem. We need to integrate ESD in learning, including in mathematics learning. The purpose of this study is to develop a student's worksheet integrated ESD in mathematics learning. The student's worksheet can be used widely if it has valid, practical and in effective criteria. The method used in this research is a Research and Development (R&D) which is carried out with a research design according to Plomp. Based on the results of the study, the validity score of the student's worksheet is 76.25% with valid category. The practicality score is 75,4% with practical category. The effectivity score is 75% with effective category. The scores mean that the student's worksheet is valid, practical, and in effective criteria. Exchange rate fluctuations have a significant impact on microeconomic factors such as export growth and capital formation, both of which are highly volatile. This is the first study in Bangladesh to investigate the nonlinear impact of exchange rate fluctuations on annual gross domestic products (GDP). In this study, we use a technique termed non-linear autoregressive distributed lag (NARDL), which was recently developed, to test for an unequal influence of the exchange rate on GDP growth as well as proxies for government expenditure and inflation. In Bangladesh, we discovered that a strong currency reduces GDP growth, whereas a weak currency increases it. Aside from that, we find evidence of imbalance in the short, long, and readjustment runs, as well as the asymmetric contribution of the exchange rate to economic growth in Bangladesh. Policymakers and exchange rate managers must concentrate on strategies that produce better results. The negative externality of carbon emissions is a global issue that necessitates government intervention. When countries begin to incorporate the SDGs into their national development plans, the current policy success parameters are required to ensure that these goals are aligned and achieved by 2030. The purpose of this study is to discuss tax policy as a key component of long-term development. The approach based on this problem is normative juridical research in the form of a problem approach in this journal through a literature review and invited regulations that can strengthen what is written in this journal. Furthermore, the social costs of carbon emissions can be partially transferred with the appropriate proportional coefficients depending on the parameters of the carbon tax policy, such as the expected emission level and the carbon tax price. The ideal carbon tax formulation can be used as a guideline in developing policies to address the externalities of carbon emissions and global warming in support of the SDGs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
