Morphological features were revealed and the seed quality of samples of shrubby perilla ( Perilla frutescens (L.) Britton) was determined when introduced to the Southern coast of the Crimea in a subtropical climate of the Mediterranean type. It is shown that samples of various geographical origin under the conditions of introduction undergo all cycles of development, are characterized by high variability of morphological parameters and aroma; form full-fledged seeds with high laboratory (79-92%) and field (75-90%) germination. The application of the X-ray method showed that the seeds have a high degree of completion (57-95%), correlated with germination. The mass of 1000 seeds of the studied samples varies from 1.25 to 1.86 g. The use of light microscopy methods allowed us to study the size, shape, color and surface pattern of the seeds, and to establish that the length of the seeds of shrubby perilla of its own reproduction varies within 1.44-2.23 mm, width - 1.33-1.89 mm. It was found that the seeds of the studied samples have a similar plan of structure: they are characterized by a rounded or oval shape, the surface of the shell has a cellular structure, is colored brown in various shades.

Serogroup B streptococci (Streptococcus agalactiae) are one of the main etiological agents responsible for the occurrence of severe perinatal infections in both postpartum women and newborns. The experience of microbiological diagnostics of infections caused by streptococcus serogroup B (GBS) according to the data of the microbiological laboratory of the perinatal center is generalized. In the study of biomaterial from patients, the proportion of positive cultures of Streptococcus agalactiae was 2.2% in cervical samples, 8.8% in vaginal contents, 6.6%; 2.8% and 0.7% in amniotic fluid, placenta and urine, respectively. In 57% of cases, GBS was released at a concentration of more than 5 lg / ml and in 73% of cases as part of polymicrobial associations with other opportunistic microorganisms. In the biomaterial from newborns, GBS was found in 2.5% of positive findings in blood samples, 4.6% in tracheobronchial lavages and 2.7% in detachable skin of the armpit when taking material immediately after childbirth and 1, 1% and 0.7%, respectively, during examination in the second stage of nursing. 5 cases of GBS isolation in newborns ended in early neonatal mortality with definitive diagnoses of congenital pneumonia and IUI of newborns, while there was only partial coincidence of the results of microbiological studies of the genital tract of the mother and biomaterials from the newborn. Relatively frequent findings of GBS in newborns of the high-risk group in intensive care unit indicate intrauterine infection with this pathogen. The examination of smears from the cervical canal is not informative in relation toGBS infection in comparison with the examination of the vaginal contents and recto-vaginal smears. The results of the introduction of microbiological screening and its effectiveness in real practice to prevent the development of early and late forms of GBS infections in newborns require further analysis.

Problem Statement and Purpose. In Transnistria, the deposits of Sarmatian-age limestone are explored and exploited. These minerals are used as raw materials for cement production, as well as for the production of buta and rubble. The issues of genesis and facial transitions of these deposits remain under-studied. Data & Methods. The purpose of this work is to determine the genetic affiliation of the limestone deposits of the Gidirim and Severin deposits on the basis of facial and chemical analysis. The materials of the research are the limestones of two deposits of Transnistria. The object is the limestone of the Sarmatian age of the deposits of Transnistria. The subject of the study is the lithological and paleontological characteristic, the chemical composition of these limestones. Research methods: topical; biofacial, computer processing with GIS – programs; Laboratory quality diagnostics, chemical and physical-chemical methods of quantifying the main components of carbonate rocks. Results. The geological conditions of the Severin and Gidirim deposits were studied, and the place of productive layers of deposits in the stratigraphic scheme of Transnistria was determined on the basis of the lithological and paleontological characteristics of the rocks. Limestones mined at the Gidirim field belong to the May Day retinue, and the limestone of Severinovsky belongs to the Bessarabian reefs. Chemical analysis of limestone samples extracted from the deposits was carried out and differences in the chemical composition of the limestone of these deposits were determined. The limestone deposits in the content of calcium carbonate are clean. The concentration of silicon dioxide in the samples of the Severin field is higher than in the samples of the Giderim field, the content of one-and-a-half oxides, on the contrary, in Severinovka – 0.68%, in samples of the Giderim field – 1.04%. Analysis of the lithological composition and fauna of limestones has made it possible to distinguish within the Middle-Sarmatian basin of sedimentopulation: (a) accumulation of biogenic-chemogenic limestone of the near shelf, b) biogenic precipitation of the transition zone (reefs), c) silicate-terrigenous formations of the far shelf. The variety of phased conditions in the basin is associated with the position of the coastline and the inflection of the bottom on the boundary of the near and far shelf. The limestone of the studied deposits was formed in two different facial environments: the chemogenic-carbonate and the transient, which is associated with the formation of a strip of Bessarabian reefs. The study of paleontological residues, lithology and chemical composition of rhypogenic limestone showed the autonomy of this environment, as it has features of sedimentogenesis and near and far shelf.

The features of growth and development of Melothria scabra Naudin - a new vegetable and medicinal crop for the Southern Coast of the Crimea (SCC), a source of biologically active substances, including citrulline and arginine, essential micro - and macronutrients. It is established that in the conditions of the SCC, the crop passes a full growing cycle and gives viable seeds; it is resistant to fungal diseases and pests; it stops growing when the average daily temperature decreases to 8-9 ° C, and gives self-seeding. The content of essential elements (potassium 12270 ±131 mg/kg, calcium 2951± 61 mg/kg, magnesium 3101 ± 53.5 mg/kg, ferrum 104.5 ± 4.5 mg/kg, zinc 39.7 ± 0.8 mg/kg, cuprum 13.2± 1.0 mg/kg and manganese – 0.8 ± 0.01 mg/kg) in Melothria scabra fruits was determined. The results obtained allow us to attribute melotria to functional vegetable crops - sources of valuable biologically active substances. and recommend the spread of the culture not only on the SCC, but also in other regions suitable for its cultivation.

Objective. To identify risk factors for acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) (influenza and novel coronavirus infection (NCI) COVID-19) in pregnant women and evaluate the effectiveness of pharmacological prevention. Patients and methods. During the first phase, 152 individual medical records of pregnant women were retrospectively studied: 102 women (the first main group) with acute respiratory viral infections and 50 pregnant women who had no acute respiratory viral infections (the control group). The second phase was a prospective comparative study: the second main group (n = 100) – pregnant women who received recombinant interferon α-2b (IFN-α2b) with vitamins E and C as preventive treatment; the comparison group (n = 100) – without preventive treatment. Results. Risk factors for the incidence of ARVI included anemia (χ2 = 0.003), obesity (χ2 = 0.026), cardiovascular diseases (χ2 = 0.060), diabetes mellitus (χ2 = 0.050), frequent ARVI in medical history (χ2 = 0.028), nicotine intoxication (χ2 = 0.008), urinary tract infections (χ2 < 0.001). The second phase: 10% of pregnant women who received preventive treatment had mild forms of influenza and NCI; 2% of women had a moderate form. In the second main group, 33% of pregnant women were sick (OR = 2.852, 95% CI = 1.354–6.005, χ2 = 0.005): 26% of women had a mild form, 6% of women had a moderate form and 1% of women had a severe form. In the second main group, threatened miscarriage (χ2 < 0.001), preterm birth (χ2 < 0.001), gestational pyelonephritis (χ2 = 0.006), placental insufficiency (χ2 < 0.001), pre-eclampsia (χ2 = 0.006), congenital anomalies of the fetus (χ2 = 0.017) and intrauterine infection (χ2 < 0.001) were more frequent. Conclusions. Among risk factors for ARVI during pregnancy were anemia, obesity, diabetes mellitus, and nicotine intoxication. Preventive treatment with recombinant IFNα-2b with vitamins E and C reduced the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections in pregnant women by 2.8 times and improved perinatal outcomes by 4.7 times. The article presents data on the content and component composition of essential oil in the aerial mass of a valuable essential oil crop - Shrub Perilla (Perilla frutescens var. nankinensis (Lour.) Britton), which grows in anthropogenic and natural phytocenoses in the Republic of Abkhazia and it is grown in the Nikitsky Botanical Gardens (the Southern Coast of the Crimea). It was revealed that in the aerial mass of the railing contains from 0.24 to 0.68% of essential oil. The prevalence of perillacetone essential oil (with a relative mass fraction of 39.09-47.79%) and isoegomaketone (40.65-52.40%) in the component composition allows us to attribute the studied samples to isoegomaketone-perillaketone and perilloketone- isoegomaketone chemotypes. Egomaketone (as a precursor in the biosynthesis of perillaketone and isegomaketone), f-karyofellen and a-farnesene are present in small amounts. The results obtained characterize Perilla frutescens var. nankinensis, growing on the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia, as a source of valuable pharmacological essential oils.

The article presents a clinical case of cardiovascular syphilis in a 30-year old man. The authors provided a detailed clinical picture and results of laboratory and instrumental examinations. Tactics of managing patients with cardiovascular syphilis are addressed.

Objective. To study correlations between TORCH infections and antiphospholipid antibodies in spontaneous abortion. Patients and methods. We analysed 137 medical records of women with histories of abortion, who were divided into two groups according to the presence/absence of plasmapheresis in their treatment regimens at the stage of pregravid preparation with subsequent ranking to two subgroups according to the presence/absence of an active TORCH infection. Results. A moderate positive correlation was found between the levels of TORCH infection markers and IgМ against cardiolipin, IgМ against annexin V, IgМ against phospholipids. The maximal values of a strong positive correlation was noted in the pairs «TORCH – anticardiolipin IgG» as one of the most specific markers of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) and «TORCH – antiphospholipid IgG» as the less specific antibodies, whose concentrations significantly increase in case of a TORCH infection, irrespective of the presence of APS. The presence of antibodies against a TORCH infection and correlations between them have shown a reciprocal relation between the markers of a TORCH infection and anticardiolipin IgG, anti-b2-glycoprotein-1 IgG, and TORCH – antiphospholipid IgG. Conclusion. TORCH infections are associated with higher titers of antiphospholipid antibodies, which in certain cases might lead to the appearance of the clinical symptoms of antiphospholipid syndrome. Objective: to evaluate the effectiveness of termination of pregnancy in the later stages of a combined method for congenital malformations of the fetus, incompatible with life. The prospective study involved 195 pregnant women, divided into two groups. The main group consisted of 98 women who underwent termination of pregnancy in the later periods by the following combined method. The comparison group included 97 women, abortion was carried out according to the WHO scheme. The effectiveness of the combined method of termination in late pregnancy in the main group was 99.0 % and 96.9 % in the comparison group.

To develop predictive model of damage of nervous system on the basis of definition of concentration of interleukins-23, 12p40 and also a glial fibrillar acid protein (GFAP) in liquor of patients with various forms of syphilis. Comprehensive laboratory examination of patients with neurosyphilis and syphilis without specific damage of nervous system who were observed in venereologic office of BOUZAS of OO «Clinical Dermatovenerologic Clinic» of Omsk is conducted. To all patients were carried out: a serological blood analysis, serological and clinical trial of liquor, and also immunological research of liquor (interleukins - 23, 12p40, and also GFAP). On the basis of the research IL-23, SILT-12p40, GFAP, the level of protein and a pleocytosis in liquor the predictive model of development of neurosyphilis in patients with syphilis without specific damage of nervous system is offered. The analysis of immunological changes in liquor of patients showed that the research of a number of cytokines and markers of damage of nervous tissue to liquor as the most specific and reliable, especially in the absence of clinical symptomatology from central nervous system can be an integral part of diagnostics of neurosyphilis also.

The presence of regularities and features in the deviation of the immune status in the examined disease was established. Analysis of immunological changes in patients’ cerebrospinal fluid showed that in patients with neurosyphilis, regardless of the presence or absence of clinical symptoms, the levels of IL-23 and IL-12p40 in CSF significantly exceed those in patients without specific lesion of the nervous system.

Intrauterine infections - infectious diseases in which infection of the fetus occurred in the ante- or intrapartum period, accompanied by clinical manifestations. The purpose of this study was to study the information content and diagnostic significance of the microbiological research method for the etiological diagnosis of intrauterine infections of a bacterial nature. A retrospective (2011-2014) and prospective (2015-2019) analysis of the results of microbiological studies of biomaterials from puerperas and their newborns was carried out in 63 cases of early neonatal mortality with established diagnoses of intrauterine infections. In the study of the separated cervical canal, placenta samples, and amniotic fluid, seeding of coagulase-negative staphylococci was most frequently observed, among which the species Staphylococcus epidermidis dominated, Staphylococcus hominis, Staphylococcus haemolyticus, Staphylococcus warneri also met. Frequent isolation of group B streptococci from the placenta and amniotic fluid was revealed in comparison with the material from the cervical canal.The information content of the microbiological study of materials from the puerpera and the newborn in terms of confirmation of the pathogen and the fact of its transmission from mother to fetus/newborn does not exceed 30%. Even with high contamination of the genital tract of the puerpera, placenta or amniotic fluid, examination of the materials from the newborn immediately after birth often does not allow to identify the causative agent, probably due to the low degree of contamination at the initial stage of development of the infectious process. An increase in the diagnostic value of microbiological research can be facilitated by an increase in the frequency of examinations, the number of samples taken; the use of techniques to increase the sensitivity of cultural research at the stage of analysis; the use of molecular genetic methods, especially in the study of materials from newborns.

A retrospective study of 76 pregnant HIV-positive women (main group) and 198 pregnant women without HIV infection (comparison group) with preterm birth and their newborns was conducted. In the main group, anemia, fetal growth retardation, meconium release into the amniotic fluid were most often recorded. Grade 1–2 cerebral ischemia was detected in 86.8 % of infants, respiratory failure in 7.9 %, while respiratory distress syndrome was prevented in 46 % of cases.

The paper presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies of the operating process of the seeder section for the no-till sowing machine. Based on the theoretical studies, the authors derived the dependences allowing one to obtain the motion trajectories of the seeder section elements with a parallelogram mechanism when following (gauging) the microrelief contour of the soil surface, taking into account its design parameters. The obtained theoretical trajectories were used as a basis for identifying rational parameters of the gauge wheel of the section. The results of the theoretical studies were confirmed experimentally by the laboratory experiments on a tillage bin, using the developed prototype of the seeder section when following artificial roughnesses. A comparison of the results of the theoretical and experimental studies demonstrated a sufficient degree of their convergence. The authors also established a regularity of the change in the uniformity of the coulter motion of the seeder section relative to the microrelief of the soil surface, depending on its position relative to the gauge wheel.

The purpose: to study the features of markers of lesion of nervous tissue and cytokines in patients with various forms of neurosyphilis. Material and methods. The complex clinical examination of patients with syphilis was carried out in the venereological department of the Clinical dermatovenerologic dispensary in Omsk in the period from 2015 to 2017, in order to identify signs of damage to the nervous system. Results: the presence of regularities and features in the deviation of the immune status in neurosyphilis was found. Conclusion. Analysis of the immunological changes in the cerebrospinal fluid showed that the level of interleukin 12p40 is significantly higher in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients with neurosyphilis, while the maximum values of these indicators are in patients with manifest forms of pathology. In patients with neurosyphilis, the concentration of glial fibrillar acidic protein in CSF was statistically significantly increased then in comparison group.

Purpose - to conduct clinical and epidemiological analysis of the incidence of neurosyphilis in the Omsk region in the period from 2008 to 2015. Material and methods. The assessment of level of a condition of a case rate of various groups of the population and implication of epidemic process carried out on the basis of the analysis of data of the statistical account on Omsk and the Omsk region and statistical cards of the patients. Complex clinical examination of patients with a lues for the purpose of identification of signs of a lesion of a nervous system is conducted. Results. The analysis of an epidemic situation in Omsk and the Omsk region for the specified period of observations showed that the case rate a neurolues of the population of the region remained stable. Conclusion. Now depression of the general case rate by a neurolues with symptoms against body height of a case rate an asimptomny neurolues is observed. In the conditions of body height of a case rate an asimptomny neurolues closer interaction of dermatovenerologists and neurologists in questions of diagnostics and treatment of a neurolues is necessary.

Objective: to improve the diagnosis of fetal hemolytic disease. Subjects and methods. A study group consisted of 42 pregnant women whose newborn infants had varying degrees of hemolytic disease. The women were divided into 3 subgroups according to the severity of neonatal hemolytic disease: 1) pregnant women whose neonates were born with severe hemolytic disease (n = 14); 2) those who gave birth to babies with moderate hemolytic disease (n = 11); 3) those who delivered infants with mild hemolytic disease (n = 17). A comparison group included 42 pregnant women whose babies were born without signs of hemolytic disease. Curvesfor blood flow velocity in the middle cerebral artery were analyzed in a fetus of 25 to 39 weeks’ gestation. Results. The peak systolic blood flow velocity was observed in Subgroup 1; however, the indicator did not exceed 1.5 MoM even in severe fetal anemic syndrome. The fetal middle artery blood flow velocity rating scale was divided into 2 zones: 1) the boundary values of peak systolic blood flow velocity from the median to the obtained midscore; 2) the boundary values of peak systolic blood flow velocity of the obtained values of as high as 1.5 MoM. Conclusion. The value of peak systolic blood flow velocity being in Zone 2, or its dynamic changes by transiting to this zone can serve as a prognostic factor in the development of severe fetal hemolytic disease.

Objective. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combined administration of interferon alfa-2b in combination with antioxidants, Viferon as rectal suppositories 3,000,000 IU and gel for topical use 36,000 IU/g in pregnant patients with new coronavirus infection (NCI) COVID-19. Materials and methods. The study included 140 pregnant women with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 NCI. Pregnant women were divided into two groups of 70 subjects each: Group 1 received Viferon and complex standard of care;Group 2 received standard of care only. The efficacy of therapy was evaluated by a comparative analysis of the course of disease symptoms, laboratory parameters, and birth outcomes. Results. The addition of interferon alfa-2b with an antioxidant complex into the regimen of complex standard of care in pregnant women with NCI COVID-19 resulted in quicker relief of the main disease symptoms and development of a persistent antiviral immune response. Significant decrease in the level of proinflammatory cytokine IL-6 due to the complex therapy with Viferon (interferon alfa-2b with antioxidants) is a favorable prognostic index for recovery after the disease. Based on the analysis of birth outcomes depending on the therapy, the efficacy and safety of complex therapy with Viferon in Group 1 pregnant women was confirmed. Most of the births occurred at 38—40 weeks of gestation and no perinatal losses were recorded. In group 2 pregnant women receiving only standard of care, two cases of antenatal fetal death were recorded. Conclusion. The addition of interferon alpha-2b with antioxidant, Viferon in the form of rectal suppositories and gel for topical use for COVID-19 treatment in pregnant women results in a quicker relief of symptoms, development of a sustained immune response and birth of infants with no abnormalities. © 2021, Media Sphera Publishing Group. A new design of cutter plate is offered; in this design, the cutting edge is partially unloaded due to force and temperature effects of projections on the inside of the chip-forming flute.

This paper discusses several automated methods of acceleration of program operation. The acceleration is achieved by parallelization and optimization of memory access. Optimization of accesses to RAM is provided by switching to a block code and a block distribution of arrays. When using a distributed memory, automated distributions of arrays and array distributions with overlapping are used. Automation is implemented by using the C language with pragmas in the Optimizing Parallelizing System. Numerical results for problems of linear algebra and mathematical physics are presented. Some features of this demonstration converter have a remote access to the Internet.

One of the leading doctrines of present time is that people are both the goal and driving force of socio-economic development. This conceptual idea is the basis of the theory of human development. The complexity and multidimensionality of the category of "human capital" has led the authors to conclude that the methodology for assessing human development should be based on a multiplicative model calculating the human development index. The authors gave a rationale for the use of dynamic normalization rate of per capita gross regional product in the calculation of constituting the index of income. In this research, a method for the analysis of structural changes in human development is presented. Criterial attributes of typology, which allows to reveal the specifics of human development regions of Russia at the present stage, are identified. The rate of incremental effectiveness, which was designed in this study, allowed to assess the efficiency and results rating of human development in the studied areas. Basing on the analysis of empirical data from the past ten years, the authors concluded that human development has an intensive nature.

The core dynamics of a fast reactor in a cascade reactor system operating in a periodic-pulse regime are examined. A model of a BN-600 fuel element is used as a computational model. Computational studies of the neutron kinetics processes in a fast rector-subcritical assembly system and the thermal dynamics of a fuel element in the core of a periodic-pulse reactor are performed. Estimates are made of the service life of a fuel element operating in a regime with repeating pulses and a number of heat loads that is admissible from the standpoint of the fatigue strength of the element.

Activity of such enzymes, as creatinkinase and lactatdehydrogenase, as well as contents of electrolytes (Na+, K+, Ca2+), were analyzed in biological material (the blood serum and muscular tissue) of patients with the trauma consequences in the extremities nerves. Depending on severity of the disease and duration of pathological process in patients, the changes in indices of energetic metabolism in the extremities were registered, witnessed by results of the activity measurements of certain enzymes-markers and the electrolytes contents.

Russian Abstract: Экономика окружающей среды невозможна без мониторинга изменений качества окружающей среды. Мониторинг, как каждый вид принципал-агентских отношений, легко приводит к коррупционному поведению. В настоящей работе мы анализируем экономические модели, касающиеся таких проблем: работы по мониторингу окружающей среды с учетом неполной информации, работы по коррупции в экономике окружающей среды и экологические проблемы управления в отраслях, сотрудничество должностных лиц и фирм в сфере мониторинга. Мы анализируем и классифицируем различные способы мониторинга в зависимости от политических систем, стоимости контроля, типа рынка и так далее. Мы также строим нашу собственную модель, которая включает в себя провалы рынка реального мира и учитывает асимметрию информации. Monitoring, as every other kind of principal-agent relations, easily provokes corrupt behavior. In the present study, we analyze economic models concerning this issue: papers on environmental monitoring with high value of monitoring and incomplete information, works on corruption in environmental economics and ecological problems of management in industries, collaboration of officials and firms against monitoring. We analyze and classify different ways of monitoring depending on political systems, costs of monitoring, type of the market and so on. We also build our own model that incorporates market failures of the real world and information asymmetry. We also analyze the present ecological situation in the Russian Federation, in particular we discuss the issues of forest protection, fishing, and waste recycling.

The study of the perinatal mortality was carried out in the Omskaya Oblast from 1996 to 2005. The ample decrease of the perinatal mortality from 14.64 per 1000 newborns in 1996 to 10.21 in 2005 is noted. At the same time, the decrease of the still-born rate was less marked in comparison with the earlier neonatal mortality. The assessment of the analyzed indicators in the urban and rural settlements testify to the usefulness of the activities applied by the urban medical care institutions in comparison with the rural ones. The analysis of the fetus loss rates before and during the delivery and the comparison of the levels of the newborns mortality during the first week of their life in the formation of the urban and rural perinatal mortality in the aggregative (i.e. Five-year) periods give grounds to consider that that further decrease of the perinatal mortality will be restrained by the antenatal losses. In the present-day decade a tendency in increasing the numbers of small-for-date fetuses both in the urban and rural areas is taken shape. More pronounced deterioration of the physical development of new generations to come is noticed among rural population. The full accounting of the factual losses of fetuses and children is needed to make optimal management decisions promoting the development of the perinatal service and the decrease of the morbidity and mortality of children.
