【目的】探讨肝活检病理检查对先天性胆道闭锁（CBA）和婴儿肝炎综合症（IHS）鉴别诊断及预后判 断的重要意义。【方法】对2012年12月到2016年12月在广东省妇幼保健院就诊的77例先天性胆道闭锁和48例 婴儿肝炎综合症的患儿进行肝活检病理检查和随访，并结合免疫组化及PAS染色、网状纤维染色和Masson染色 技术，对比分析两者的组织病理学特征及预后。【结果】CBA与IHS患儿的肝纤维化分级、肝小叶炎症活动度分 期、胆小管增生程度及预后的差异均具有统计学意义（P

针对5种典型单层球面网壳结构型式（联方型、施威德勒型、凯威特型、三向格子型和短程线型）,本文采用基于离散变量的序列两级截面优化算法对一百个不同跨度（30m60m）、不同矢高（1/31/7）的网壳进行截面优化设计,在截面优化设计结果中提取选型所需的优秀样本,一个优秀样本由3部分组成:跨度,矢跨比和该跨度、矢跨比下用钢量最少的网壳结构类型;然后利用BP人工神经网络对复杂非线性映射关系的模拟能力建立网壳跨度、矢跨比与用钢量最少的网壳型式之间的映射关系,避免了结构选型优化的多维、多重非线性模型的求解困难,通过截面优化简便地实现了网壳结构的选型优化。

本研究主要目的是在面對全球化趨勢影響之下，企圖以統整課程的方式將全球化課程融入國小社會學習領域課程之中。因此，本文首先由全球化趨勢與反全球化運動的背景與發展脈絡加以探討；其次分析全球化課程的核心概念及發展，並試圖以一則國小六年級全球化課程融入社會領域的實施歷程為例，提出分析與自我反省；最後探討課程設計與實施的成效及所面臨之問題。 本研究係由一名教育大學教授和現職國小教師協同完成，以行動研究的方式探討國小全球化課程融入社會領域教學之歷程，研究者以觀察、訪談、文件蒐集、省思札記等方式，從中蒐集相關文件資料，並進行資料的整理及分析。希望建構本土的全球化課程作為教育人員與課程編制者發展與統整課程之參考。 This study attempted to design a workable globalizational curriculum which was integrated with social studies at one elementary school. For this purpose, the researchers reviewed the research literature about the development and content of globalization, the relationship between globalization and anti-globalization, and further explored the concepts of global education and the curriculum of globalization. Action research method was adopted in this study. The research data were collected by ways of participant observation, interviews, collection of documents and reflection notes. The researchers had found some problems from the natural teaching situation at the first cycle. Then, we evaluated the teaching strategy and made adjustment at the next cycle. Conclusions and implementation were offered which may provide a basis for further study on the curriculum of globalization in Taiwan.

本文根据各国节点设计的不同思想,按照柱贯通式节点和梁贯通式节点分类,介绍分析了圆钢管混凝土柱钢梁框架的一些研究和使用较多的节点的构造型式、受力特征和优缺点,并提出了简洁合理的端板螺栓连接新型节点型式,以供圆钢管混凝土柱钢梁结构体系的节点设计参考。

質性研究資料的分析，是研究者在進行研究時最艱鉅的工作之一，若能有強大軟體的協助，將提升分析工作的效能，並減少分析時可能的疏漏。

院前延迟是急性缺血性卒中患者错过再灌注治疗时机的主要原因，常因患者不合理的就医行为决策导致。既往研究多探讨就医延迟、转运延迟等外在影响因素，较少从患者自身决策的角度进行院前延迟的分析。本文从缺血性卒中患者就医行为决策的概念、现状及其影响因素这3个方面进行总结，分析目前急性缺血性卒中患者就医行为决策中存在的问题，讨论认知、环境、心理等因素对患者就医行为决策的影响及原因，为制订针对性的干预措施提供参考。 Abstract: Pre-hospital delay is the main cause of missing reperfusion opportunity in patients with acute ischemic stroke, which is often caused by unreasonable seeking medical services decision-making. Previous studies mostly discussed the external factors such as delay in medical treatment and transport, and rarely analyzed the patient and family's own factors. Therefore, this article summarized the concept, status and influencing factors of seeking medical service decision-making for stroke patients and their families, analyzed the existing problems of seeking medical services decision-making, discussed the influence and cause of cognitive, environmental and psychological factors on patients' seeking medical service decision-making, to provide reference for making out the corresponding measures.

Objective: To investigate the difference of the attention bias of the resilience level of professional technicians in hospital to negative information. Methods: A total of 383 professional technicians of logistics administrative posts in a third-level military hospital were selected and divided into high and low groups according to their scores on the resilience scale (the top 27% of the participants were in the high resilience group, and the bottom 27% were in the low resilience group). There were 22 participants in each of the high and low resilience groups that met the requirements. The attention bias test was conducted on the professional technicians in the high and low resilience groups using the Dot-probe Paradigm. A mixed experimental design of 2 (group: low resilience group, high resilience group) x2 (stimulus clues: negative stimulus, neutral stimulus) was adopted. The dependent variables were correct rate and reaction time. Results: The interaction between the response group and the stimulus cue was statistically significant (P<0.05), the response time of negative stimulus in low resilience group was lower than that of neutral stimulus. The main effect of the cue condition was statistically significant in both groups (P<0.05), the correct rate of negative stimulus was lower than that of neutral stimulus. Conclusion: This study shows that the professional technicians in the high resilience group do not have obvious attention bias to negative information, while the professional technicians in the low resilience group have obvious attention bias to negative emotional information. The spleen is the largest lymphoid organ of the body, which participates in the regulation of metabolic balance. High altitude hypoxia environment can affect lipid metabolism in spleen tissue, but the key mechanism of lipid metabolism is still unclear. We aimed to use lipidomic analysis to study the effect of high altitude hypoxia on lipid metabolism in mouse spleen tissue. C57BL/6 mice were placed at an altitude of 4 200 m and 400 m, respectively, and after 30 days the spleen tissues were harvested and lipidomic analysis was performed using an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-Orbitrap mass spectrometry system. Under the high altitude hypoxia environment, the spleen index of mice and the white pulp decreased, and the germinal center expanded with other pathological changes. The results of lipidomic analysis showed that a total of 41 lipid subclasses and 2 473 lipid molecules were identified, and triacylglycerides (TGs) and phosphatidylcholines (PCs) were the two most identified lipid molecules. Using univariate and multivariate analysis, 44 differentially expressed lipid molecules were identified, which were mainly concentrated in phospholipid metabolism. Subsequently, RT-qPCR was performed on the key enzymes hes in the phospholipid metabolic pathway, and it was found that the mRNA expression levels were different (P<0.05). It suggested that high altitude hypoxia environment mainly affects the phospholipid metabolism of mouse spleen tissue via reducing the contents of PC and phosphatidic acid (PA), promoting their conversion to phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and cardiolipin (CL) and facilitating the PE production via the CDP-Etn pathway. This study provides a new experimental basis for the abnormal metabolism of phospholipids in spleen tissue under high altitude hypoxia environment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of combination of Gusegzumab and Xiaobi Tang on psoriasis vulgaris and its impact on blood cell derived inflammatory markers. Methods: 86 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected. They were divided into an observation group and a matched group, with 43 patients in each group. The matched group received treatment with Gusegzumab, while the observation group received treatment with Gusegzumab combined with Xiaobi Tang. Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, including changes in blood cell derived inflammation indicators, changes in Th17/Treg cell levels, and changes in liver and kidney function before and Post-treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the matched group(P<0.05); Pretherapy, there was no difference in the levels of NLPR, dNLR, AISI, SII, SIRI, MLR, PLR, and NLR between the two groups of patients(P>0.05). Post-treatment, the levels in both groups of patients decreased. The observation group was lower than the matched group(P<0.05); Pretherapy, there was no difference in Treg, Th17, and Th17/Treg between the two groups of patients(P>0.05). Post-treatment, there were differences between the two groups, and between the observation group and the matched group(P<0.05); There was no difference in the expression levels of liver function related indicators such as alkaline phosphatase(ALP), glutamic pyruvic transaminase(ALT), glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (AST), blood creatinine (Scr), urea nitrogen (BUN), and cystatin C (CysC), as well as renal function related indicators between the two groups of patients Pretherapy(P>0.05), Post-treatment, there was no change in liver function related indicators such as ALP, ALT, and AST in the two groups of patients. The observation group showed a decrease in renal function related indicators such as SCr, BUN, and CysC, and the observation group was lower than the matched group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Gusegzumab and Xiaobi Tang has a significant therapeutic effect on psoriasis vulgaris, and can reduce the level of blood cell derived inflammatory indicators in the body. The anti-inflammatory response may be related to the combination therapy further regulating the Th17/Treg balance, and increasing Xiaobi Tang treatment does not cause significant damage to the patient's liver function, which can improve the level of renal function. In order to explore the macro- and micro-morphological characteristics of yellow-bellied sea snake (Hydrophis platurus), the morphological characteristics and scale microdermatoglyphic structure of one yellow-bellied sea snake specimen were investigated, using the classical classification and scanning electron microscope observation methods. The results showed that there was a clear boundary between the dark colored back and light colored belly of the specimen, with a prominent snout. There was no significant difference in the shape and size of the dorsal and abdominal scales. The microscopic dermatoglyphic structure of the dorsal scales showed many ear-like structures arranged in a staggered manner along the longitudinal axis of the body, and the entire field of view presented a ripple like pattern, with deep grooves between the ear-like structures. The morphological structure of the specimen conforms to the morphological characteristics of the yellowbellied sea snake, and the microscopic dermatoglyphic structure of its scale is obviously different from the terrestrial species of Elapidae family, such as the Zhoushan Naja (Naja atra) and Guangxi coral snake (Sinomicrurus peinani) . The morphological structure conforms to the morphological characteristics of the yellow-bellied sea snake, and the micro dermatoglyphic structure of the scale shows obvious characteristics of adaptation to aquatic life. This structural feature is conducive to reducing the resistance of the yellow-bellied sea snake when swimming, and its grooves and holes are conducive to the interception of sea water. The results suggest that the microdermatoglyphic structure of snake scales has a clear taxonomy significance, but it may not be appropriate to infer the phylogenetic relationship of snakes.
