2. 脑小血管病 MRI 总负荷评分与急性缺血性 脑卒中患者吞咽障碍发生的关系.

- Abstract
目的 探讨脑小血管病磁共振成像 (MRI) 总负荷评分与急性缺血性脑卒中患者吞咽障碍发生的关系。 方法 选择急性缺血性脑卒中患者223例, 患者均进行头部MRI检查, 根据腔隙灶、脑白质高信号、血管周围间隙扩 大和脑微出血情况进行脑小血管病MRI总负荷评分。采用洼田饮水试验评估患者的吞咽功能, 以是否发生吞咽障 碍将患者分为发生吞咽障碍者及未发生吞咽障碍者。比较发生与未发生吞咽障碍的急性缺血性脑卒中患者临床资 料, 采用多因素Logistic回归分析卒中后吞咽障碍发生的独立影响因素。绘制受试者工作特征 (ROC) 曲线, 计算曲 线下面积 (AUC), 分析脑小血管病 MRI总负荷评分对卒中后吞咽障碍的预测价值。结果 223例急性缺血性脑卒 中患者中有51例发生吞咽障碍, 172例未发生吞咽障碍, 吞咽障碍发生率为22. 87%。发生吞咽障碍患者年龄、卒中 史比例、入院时美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表 (NIHSS) 评分、同型半胱氨酸水平、脑小血管病MRI总负荷评分均高 于未发生吞咽障碍患者, 总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于未发生吞咽障碍患者 (P均<0. 05) 。多因素Logistic回 归分析结果显示, 高入院时NIHSS评分、高脑小血管病MRI总负荷评分是急性缺血性脑卒中患者发生吞咽障碍的独 立危险因素。ROC曲线分析显示, 脑小血管病MRI总负荷评分预测急性缺血性脑卒中患者吞咽障碍发生的AUC为 0. 748 (95% CI为0. 667~0. 829, P<0. 001) 。结论 高脑小血管病MRI总负荷评分是急性缺血性脑卒中患者发生吞 咽障碍发生的独立危险因素, 对急性缺血性脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的发生具有一定预测价值。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Taking the bored pile mud of Shuangliu Yangtze River Bridge on Xingang Expressway as the research object,different mud of the same bored pile were selected to carry out flocculation settlement test and medium pressure filtration test,and the mud sludge specific resistance (SRF) and capillary water absorption time (CST) under different water content werecompared. Particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze the composition inthe mud, the dehydration performance and influencing factors of bored pile mud were studied to explore the factors affecting thedehydration performance. The results show that the settlement performance of bored pile mud is poor, and the addition of PAMhas no significant effect on the improvement of settlement performance. Mud water loss based on medium pressure water lossinstrument can reflect the mud settling performance. There is a certain linear correlation between SRF and CST of the test mud,and the correlation size is affected by the mud dehydration performance, the more difficult it is to dehydrate, the better thecorrelation. Among the characteristic particle size of mud, D50 particle size has the greatest influence on the mud dehydrationcharacteristics. Mixing with concrete has the effect of increasing the particle size of mud D50 and above, and increasing thecontent of Ca, Mg, Si, and Fe elements in the mud to improve its dehydration performance. 7. 端粒长度与 10 种常见肌肉骨骼疾病的关系孟德尔随机化分析.

- Abstract
BACKGROUND: Multiple observational studies have suggested a potential association between telomere length and musculoskeletal diseases. However, the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the genetic causal relationship between telomere length and musculoskeletal diseases using two-sample Mendelian randomization analysis. METHODS: Genome-wide association study summary data of telomere length were obtained from the UK Biobank. Genome-wide association study summary data of 10 common musculoskeletal diseases (osteonecrosis, osteomyelitis, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, low back pain, spinal stenosis, gout, scapulohumeral periarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs) were obtained from the FinnGen consortium. Inverse variance weighting, Mendelian randomization-Egger and weighted median methods were used to evaluate the causal relationship between telomere length and 10 musculoskeletal diseases. Inverse variance weighting was the primary Mendelian randomization analysis method, and sensitivity analysis was performed to explore the robustness of the results. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Inverse variance-weighted results indicated a negative causal relationship between genetically predicted telomere length and rheumatoid arthritis (odds ratio=0.78, 95% confidence interval: 0.64-0.95, P=0.015) and osteonecrosis (odds ratio=0.56, 95% confidence interval: 0.36-0.90, P=0.016). No causal relationship was found between telomere length and the other eight musculoskeletal diseases (all P > 0.05). (2) Sensitivity analysis affirmed the robustness of these causal relationships, and Mendelian randomization-Egger intercept analysis found no evidence of potential horizontal pleiotropy (all P > 0.05). (3) This Mendelian randomized study supports that telomere length has protective effects against rheumatoid arthritis and osteonecrosis. 【Objective】In October 2023, skin ulceration, subcutaneous hemorrhage and enteritis appeared in a breeding base of Epinephelus coioides in Shenzhen, China. We clarified the causative organisms that triggered the sudden death of E. coioides and their biological characteristics, and screened the disinfectant that effectively inhibited the causative organisms, with an aim to provide theoretical guidance for the scientific prevention and control of E. coioides infected with Vibrio alginolyticus. 【Method】The pathogen of V. alginolyticus was isolated from the diseased tissues of the dying E. coioides by streak plate method, the morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical properties, phylogenetic tree, virulence genes and resistance genes as well as drug sensitivity of the pathogen were investigated, and regression infection tests were carried out. 【Result】A dominant strain was isolated from the diseased tissues of E. coioides and named as strain SZGP226. The results of phylogenetic analysis showed that, the sequence of strain SZGP226 was homologous to V. alginolyticus HH101307, IB1 and Xmb015, with a similarity of 99.72%. The strain was identified as positive in physiological and biochemical indexes such as sucrose, mannitol, glucose, urea, oxidase activity and V-P, and it also carried five virulence genes, namely, tlh, toxR, ctsA, sto and vpi. The results of drug sensitivity showed that strain SZGP226 was resistant to 9 antibiotics like ampicillin and benzoxacillin, and carried 9 resistance genes including qnrB, fl oR, tetC, tetM, qnrD, gyrA, Sul1, SHV, and Oxa-24. The screening results of disinfectants showed that, sodium hydroxide had the best bactericidal effect, and its minimal inhibition concentration (MIC) was 8 mg/mL. The regression infection test showed that strain SZGP226 was strongly pathogenic to the E. coioides, with a LC50 of 1.63×107 CFU/mL, and it could cause obvious pathological damage to the liver, kidney and spleen of the E. coioides. 【Conclusion】V. alginolyticus was the main pathogenic bacterium for the sudden death of the E. coioides, and its causative genes included tlh, toxR, ctsA, sto and vpi, and the LC50 was 1.63×107 CFU/mL. Sodium hydroxide (3 mg/mL) showing the best bactericidal effect on strain bactericidal effect could be selected to clean up the culture environment before aquaculture was carried out. 【Objective】 The study was conducted to investigate the causes of sudden death of largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) in a bass culture base in Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone, and reveal the biological characteristics of the Pathogen, with an aim to provide theoretical reference for disease prevention, treatment and prevention in breeding largemouth bass.【Method】 A dominant bacterial strain, named SZNH-S20230817, was isolated from the liver, spleen, intestine and lesion tissues of the diseased largemouth bass, and the isolate was subsequently subjected to morphological characteristics observation, physiological and biochemical characteristics identification, artificial infection experiment, drug sensitivity test, MIC and MBC determination, 16S rRNA sequencing, identification of resistance genes and virulence genes to analyse its drug resistance and pathology. 【Result】 The results showed that the extended 16S rRNA sequence of SZNH-S20230817 had a 99.38% homology with Aeromonas caviae AP019195, and also carried four virulence genes, including aer, act, lip and fl a. The results of physiological and biochemical identification showed that, indole, oxidase, phenylalanine, mannitol, xylose, arginine dihydrolysate and glucose acid production of the strain were positive, and the strain SZNH-S20230817 was identified as Aeromonas caviae. Regression infection revealed that the strain SZNH-S20230817 was highly pathogenic, with an LC50 of 1.39×107 CFU/mL for largemouth bass. The results of drug sensitivity tests showed that the bacterium was resistant to 12 antibiotics such as cefazolin, kanamycin, tetracycline and vancomycin, ampicillin, and clindamycin, and also carried 13 resistance genes such as qnrS, catI, emrB, Sul1, rmtB and etc. Histopathological analysis showed that infection with the strain SZNH-S20230817 could cause swelling and freeing of splenocytes, fracture and rupture of intestinal mucosa, shedding of villi, necrosis of renal cells, infiltration of inflammatory cells and vacuolisation of hepatic cells in the fish. The results of in vitro bacterial inhibition tests showed that the bacterium had low MIC and MBC against rheum officinale and gallnut, and the remaining seven herbs had weak inhibition against the bacterium.【Conclusion】 Aeromonas caviae is the pathogen that causes the sudden death of largemouth bass, which carries four virulence genes of aer, act, lip and fl a, and has an LC50 of 1.39×107 CFU/mL against largemouth bass. It is resistant to antibiotics such as cefazolin, kanamycin and tetracycline. Low dose of rheum officinale and gallnut can inhibit the growth of the bacterium effectively, with good preventive and inhibitory effects [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Additionally, the construction plan for the next stage is formulated from several aspects, such as the demonstration centerʼs carrying capacity, optimization of the experimental teaching system and development of experimental projects, digital construction of experiments, construction of teaching teams, and enhancement of its demonstration role. These construction strategies aim to better support the construction of national first-class undergraduate programs in chemistry, chemical engineering and applied chemistry at Hunan university, thereby promoting the cultivation of high-quality talents in chemistry and chemical engineering. 19. 基于分子动力学方法的石墨烯/聚乙烯复合材料 界面剪切力学性能的研究.

- Abstract
Molecular dynamics simulation was used to study interfacial shear mechanical properties of graphene/polyethylene composite materials. The molecular dynamics simulation model for graphene/polyethylene composite materials was established firstly, and then a pull-out simulation experiment was conducted on graphene at a temperature of 300 K to explore the effects of graphene inclination angle and number of layers on the interfacial shear mechanical properties of the composite material. The simulation calculation results show that at a pull-out rate of 0.01 A/fs, the interfacial shear strength of the graphene 25 inclination angle model is the highest, which is 39.8% higher than that of the 0° inclination angle model. Tt can be seen that the inclination angle of graphene has a significant impact on the interfacial shear strength. At a pull-out rate of 0.01 A/fs and a 0° inclination angle of graphene, the maximum interfacial shear stresses of single-layer, double-layer, and three-layer graphene polyethylene composite models were 89.20 MPa, 114.21 MPa, and 129.28 MPa, respectively. Tt is evident that increasing the number of graphene layers can significantly improve the interfacial shear properties of 0 the composite material. When the pull-out rate is 0.005 A/fs, the shear strength values of single-layer, doublelayer, and three-layer graphene polyethylene composite models were relatively close. As the rate increases to 0• 0 01 A/fs, the shear strength of the three-layer model increases the most, followed by the double-layer model, 0 and the single-layer model has the smallest. However, after the rate exceeds 0.01 A/fs, the shear strength of the single-layer model almost linearly increases. The magnitude of shear strength enhancement in both the two-layer and three-layer models is smaller than that in the single-layer model, indicating that the increase in pullout rate leads to a significant improvement in the interfacial shear strength of the composite material. - Abstract
The hyporheic zone is a critical zone for the interaction between groundwater and surface water. The heterogeneous system composed of iron oxides and ferrous in the low-permeability zone of the hyporheic zone is vital for the abiotic natural attenuation of pollutants. This review summarized the universality, reduction ability, and influencing factors of the iron oxides and ferrous in groundwater. Chlorinated hydrocarbons are taken as typical pollutants to indicate the role of iron oxide and ferrous system in their abiotic natural attenuation process. The review indicates that the reducing ability of the iron oxide and ferrous system can be expressed by Eh which is influenced by pH, ferrous concentration, and natural organic matter. Whereas the rate constant of abiotic natural attenuation of pollutants can be quantitatively described by Eh. 30. Scr, hs-cTnT, NT-proBNP 与烧伤患者院内主要 心血管不良事件的相关性分析.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum creatinine(Scr), high-sensitivity troponin T(hs-cTnT), N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP), and in-hospital major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE) in burn patients and evaluate their predictive value. Methods In this retrospective study, 254 burn patients were enrolled and divided into the MACE group(n = 85) and non-MACE group(n = 169) according to whether MACE occurred during hospital stay. Clinical baseline data and laboratory indexes were statistically compared between the two groups. The predictive values of Scr, hs-cTnT, and NT-proBNP for inhospital MACE in burn patients were assessed by the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve. Results Compared with the nonMACE group, older age, larger total area of burns, and higher levels of Scr, hs-cTnT, NT-proBNP, and cystatin C were observed in the MACE group(all P < 0.05) . There were significant differences in gender, history of hypertension, sepsis, and smoking history between the two groups(all P < 0.05) . Multivariate analysis showed that Scr, hs-cTnT, and NT-proBNP were the independent risk factors for nosocomial MACE in burn patients(all P < 0.05) . The area under the curve(AUC) values of Scr, hs-cTnT, NT-proBNP, and their combined prediction of MACE were 0.743, 0.802, 0.733, and 0.801 by ROC curve analysis. According to the DeLong test results, the AUC value of MACE predicted by the three combined was more significant than the value indicated by Scr alone(Z value = 2.897, P = 0.003) . The predictive value of Scr, hs-cTnT, and NT-proBNP for MACE was not significantly different(Z values were 1.398, 0.202, and 1.900, and P values were 0.162, 0.840, and 0.057, respectively) . Subgroup analysis showed that the incidence of MACE in burn patients in the hs-cTnT≥0.014 5 μg/L group was higher than in their counterparts in the hs-cTnT < 0.014 5 μg/L group (P < 0.05) . Spearman correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between hs-cTnT level and the severity of burns (P < 0.05).Conclusions Scr, hs-cTnT, and NT-proBNP are the independent risk factors for nosocomial MACE in burn patients and have good predictive values. - Abstract
Thanks to the cultural turn in human geography and the spatial turn in sociology, the space of "home, " is a multi-dimensional assemblage full of material, social and emotional elements. This paper utilizes CiteSpace and Bibliometric to analyze the papers on the geographies of "home" in the WoS core collection and CNKI Chinese core journal. By figuring out its cur‐ rent developments, including the number of papers, researchers and their institutions, published journals, research topics and important achievements, we summarize the overall characteristics and latest progress of Chinese and international researches on the geography of "home". It is found that this research has witnessed great development since the 21st century, while most focused on Western developed countries and regions. Besides, a number of research groups have been formed in many universities and research institutions. On the other hand, the geography of "home" in China is in its infancy for its insufficient researchers and outputs. In international academia, the journals of the geography of "home" have stronger academic influence, but the average citation frequency is low. In China, the journals are mainly hosted by the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, CAS. The average citation frequency of papers is significantly higher than the journal's impact factor. Research topics of the geographies of "home" are variable, such as mobility, transnational migration, gender and family. In recent years, there have been more research hotspots which have close relationships with the latest international current affairs. Chinese scholars tend to focus on mobility, the home of commerce and spatial practice and share many similar research interests with international researchers. Rainfall is one of the most important factors affecting slope stability. Based on the Bizui Avionics Hub project in Xinjiang, Jiangxi Province, and based on the saturation-unsaturated seepage theory, Geo-studio was adopted to simulate the seepage and stability changes of slope under different rain patterns, which were less concerned by previous studies. SLOPE/ W and SEEP/ W modules were used to analyze the seepage field and safety factor evolution of slope under different rain patterns. The calculation results show that the effects of different rain patterns on the stability of the slope are as follows: sudden type < post peak type < middle peak type < front peak type < uniform type. Under the condition of rainfall infiltration, the lag of pore pressure change after the cycle peak and uniform circulation is stronger than that of other rain patterns, and the longer the distance from the slope surface, the stronger the lag of pore pressure change. Under the same cycle conditions, the influence of each rain pattern on the slope in different periods is different and the difference in each period is different. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In view of the problems in waste slurry disposal during the construction of large-diameter pile group foundation of Long tan Changjiang River Bridge, an appropriate slurry conditioner is selected through flocculation conditioning experiments, a process is designed for slurry environmental protection disposal, and ways for resource utilization of residual water and soil from mud disposal are analyzed. The results show that the optimal combination of mud conditioner is 60 mg/L and 20 g/L for PAM and PFC respectively, and the specific resistance of slurry can be reduced by 50%. After comparison and selection of processes, a disposal process of flocculation conditioning combined with high-speed centrifugal dehydration is selected to dispose the waste slurry. With the selected disposal process, the treatment efficiency reaches 55-60 m3/h, and the system operates stably. The residual water and soil from the slurry disposal have no potential pollutants and can be reused as water for construction and production and as backfill for slope greening respectively, thus realizing the resource utilization of waste slurry. In recent years, in Japan which has become a super-aged society, laborers' aging is progressing. Therefore, there is a problem that heavy tasks for elderly people is existing, such as task that continues maintaining the position of the upper limbs. In order to solve this problem, assistive devices for maintaining the position of the upper limbs is developed. However, an application place is limited, because many of these devices are complicated and large. On the other hand, assistive devices with simple mechanisms have been developed, but these devices cannot hold the upper limbs in a free position because the upper limbs position is fixed. Then, in this research, we developed the wearable upper-limbs support orthosis whose structure is simple and that can hold the upper limbs in a free position.
