Abstract

Taking the bored pile mud of Shuangliu Yangtze River Bridge on Xingang Expressway as the research object,different mud of the same bored pile were selected to carry out flocculation settlement test and medium pressure filtration test,and the mud sludge specific resistance (SRF) and capillary water absorption time (CST) under different water content werecompared. Particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze the composition inthe mud, the dehydration performance and influencing factors of bored pile mud were studied to explore the factors affecting thedehydration performance. The results show that the settlement performance of bored pile mud is poor, and the addition of PAMhas no significant effect on the improvement of settlement performance. Mud water loss based on medium pressure water lossinstrument can reflect the mud settling performance. There is a certain linear correlation between SRF and CST of the test mud,and the correlation size is affected by the mud dehydration performance, the more difficult it is to dehydrate, the better thecorrelation. Among the characteristic particle size of mud, D50 particle size has the greatest influence on the mud dehydrationcharacteristics. Mixing with concrete has the effect of increasing the particle size of mud D50 and above, and increasing thecontent of Ca, Mg, Si, and Fe elements in the mud to improve its dehydration performance.
