This work is devoted to the analysis and improvement of the effectiveness of the marketing strategy of Garveks Group under sanctions. The object of the research work is the enterprise Group of companies "Garveks". The subject of the research work is the marketing strategy of the Garveks Group of Companies. In the course of the study, the following tasks were solved: 1. To study in detail the theoretical foundations of marketing and competitive analysis. 2. Analyze the current marketing strategy currently used in Garveks Group of Companies. 3. Identify the key elements of the micro and macro environment of the enterprise under study. 4. To assess the impact of the identified elements on the company's activities. 5. Identify the main directions of changes in the marketing environment of the enterprise that occurred during the period of economic restrictions. 6. Provide recommendations for improving the marketing strategy of Garveks Group, which will allow the company to develop successfully during the period of economic constraints. The work was carried out in the Garveks group of companies. In the course of the work, the existing marketing strategy of the enterprise was considered, as well as the environment in which this company operates. The result of the work was the development of tools to improve the effectiveness of the marketing strategy of Garveks Group, which will allow the company to develop in the conditions of economic sanctions.
