Improving the strategic planning of the organization (on the example of the company LLC «MC «Global Ports»)

Объектом исследования является ООО «УК» Глобал Портс». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ существующей стратегии предприятия ООО «УК» Глобал Портс» и разработка рекомендаций по ее совершенствованию. На основе анализа существующей стратегии компании были выявлены основные проблемы в развитии деятельности транспортно- логистической компании ООО «УК» Глобал Портс». Были предложены мероприятия по совершенствованию существующей стратегии предприятия, проведена оценка Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ„Ñ„ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸. Выявлено, что основными факторами в развитии стратегии, которые требуют улучшения, являются слабое развитие Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑƒÑÐ»ÑƒÐ³, информационная «закрытость компаний», отсталая транспортная и складская инфраструктура. Сделан прогноз выручки и затрат от реализации мер по совершенствованию стратегии развития Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑƒÑÐ»ÑƒÐ³ предприятия. Реализация мер по совершенствованию стратегии приведет к повышению чистой прибыли компании.
The object of the research is LLC «MC» Global ports». The purpose of the final qualifying work is the analysis of the existing enterprise strategy of the LLC «MC» Global ports» and developing recommendations for its improvement. Based on the analysis of the existing strategy of the company, the main problems were identified in development of the transport and logistics company LLC «MC» Global ports». Measures were proposed to improve the existing strategy of the company, were evaluated their effectiveness. It was found that the main factors in the development of the strategy that require improvement are the weak development of logistics services, information «closed of companies», backward transport and warehouse infrastructure. The forecast of revenue and costs from the implementation of measures to improve the strategy of development of logistics services of the company. The implementation of measures to improve the strategy will lead to an increase in the company’s net profit.
