ÐÐ°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ ÑабоÑа наÑелена на ÑвелиÑении пÑибÑли компании за ÑÑÐµÑ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð°ÑкеÑинговой ÑÑÑаÑегии компании. This work is aimed at increasing the company's profit due to changes in the company's marketing strategy. In the course of work, the following tasks were solved: Analysis of the current strategy of the company. Development of a new company strategy and implementation of measures to increase sales. Calculation of the economic effect and effectiveness of the strategy development project. Information about the company, financial statements and characteristics of the company's facilities were obtained from Manushkin LLC. In the work, calculations of financial indicators were carried out, diagrams of the dynamics of growth of financial indicators were made. Also used marketing methods to analyze the state of the company in the market. The economic effect was calculated based on the gross profit of the company. In the course of our work, we developed a number of measures to change the company's strategy. Appreciated the project to implement our strategy. The economic effect of the project amounted to 88.7 thousand rubles.
