The object of this bachelor thesis is to analyze existing marketing strategy of the hotel and to propose solutions for improvements on the basis of the information acquired. This thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and terms, especially marketing and marketing of the hotel, the marketing mix with all its parts, the marketing environment and the brand image and identity. The practical part is concentrated on the Hotel UNIC Prague and analyzes its marketing environment, communication strategy, image and identity and also contains a SWOT analysis. The last chapter of this part presents my proposed recommendations for improvement of the marketing strategy of the hotel. Conclusion of the work contains the overall summary of the thesis.

The thesis is focused on employee satisfaction. The goal of my work is to analyze employee satisfaction within the chosen organization to determine potential sources of dissatisfaction and suggest possible solutions that can increase job satisfaction of the company's employees. In the theoretical part I define the concept of job satisfaction and factors that have an influence on it. The next section describes the methodological approach and the method of data acquisition and processing procedure. The practical part decribes characteristics of the researched company, followed by an analysis of survey results and possible recommendations.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to describe the features of the American culture by analyzing the cultural standards, use them for comparison with the Slovak culture and create a set of recommendations for easier adaptation of the Slovaks in the United States. The work is divided into three parts - theoretical, practical and empirical. In the theoretical section we define the concept of culture, cultural standards and cultural dimensions, and on this basis we compare the features of the American and Slovak culture. The practical part describes the characteristics of the USA - national symbols, history, geography, religion, population, economy, political system, basic features of the US market, the impact of globalization and the specifics of the US business environment. The empirical section uses a questionnaire survey to examine the American culture from the Slovak point of view. The result of this thesis is a manual created with the use of the synthesis and comparison methods.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to describe Giftisimo Ltd. marketing concept and to analyse its current market position. The bachelor thesis is divided into 4 parts. The introductory part is considered as a theoretical basis of the thesis. In this part I describe what a marketing conception actually means in the context of other conceptual ways of business management. I also deliver basic information about segmentation, positioning, marketing mix 4P, marketing mix 4C, relationship marketing as a crucial component of the marketing conception and SWOT analysis. In the second part of the thesis I introduce Giftisimo Ltd. Company and look into its adjustments of the marketing tools defined in the first part of the thesis, with a focus on marketing methods. To give this part a complex quality, I also mention some most significant methods that Giftisimo Ltd. Company uses and that correspond to different conceptual methods of business management. In the third part of the thesis I briefly describe direct competitors of Giftisimo Ltd. Company on the local market. In the fourth part I construct SWOT analysis for Giftisimo Ltd. Company. During preparation of my bachelor thesis I used professional literature and websites of the companies mentioned in the thesis. Furthermore, I discussed my findings with Giftisimo personnel.

The aim of the thesis is to reveal Czech-Portuguese and Portuguese-Czech cultural standards by using the method of the in-depth interviews with respective respondents. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part introduces the important concepts underlying the practical part. At the beginning of the practical part, the author describes Portugal, its geographical, demographic, historical, economic, political and social background. The following is also a form of Czech-Portuguese relations since their establishment till the present days. The rest of the practical part is devoted to the methodology used, the target group, the description of interviews done and the research of Czech-Portuguese and Portuguese-Czech cultural standards itself. In conclusion, the author presents some tips and advices for Czechs planning to go to Portugal for private or professional reasons.

The main goal of the Master's thesis is to find out if the Hershey Company, a traditional American producer of chocolate products, has a chance to succeed on the Czech market. In the first section we are introduced to methods of marketing situation analysis and market research. In the next part of the thesis is described the Hershey Company, its marketing mix and main competition on the market. The analytic part researches preferences of Czech consumers when buying chocolate products and also their attitude to broaden range of chocolate products caused by the entry of a new chocolate producer. The final part of the thesis provides recommendations for the company that result from analytic part of the Master's thesis.

The main target of this work is to describe, analyse and evaluate the marketing strategy of SmartWings brand. I specifically aim for extended marketing mix and optimization of its components. Firstly, the theoretical part clarifies basic issues of marketing of services and its differences from the product marketing. Subsequently the insight into the aviation is stated in the context of changing liberalized aerial market. The competition is heavy but there is still quite enough capacity. The practical part is made by internal information of company, evaluation of marketing position of the brand is accomplished by comparison of current market situation and my own view on that issue. Suggested changes and recommendations refer primarily to communication and promotion of the company. An application of integrated communication is necessary. The market position in which Smart Wings are to be found is especially interesting. It is possible to find the comparison with low-cost model and also the classical model in the text.

The bachelor thesis is dealing with recruitment of the workers to a company. The main aim is to describe, characterize, analyze and assess process of recruitment as a whole. This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first two chapters are theoretical ones and the third and four chapters represent a practical part. The first chapter includes human resources activities, the second one focuses on job advertisement, job description and job requirements, recruitment process and process of selection including methods of recruitment and methods of selection process. The third part describes recruitment process that is applied in a real company. The last chapter is my assessment and recommendation for the company on the basis of gained theoretical knowledge and my findings.

The first chapter familiarizes with globalisation and defines it's basic fields of impacts. Within these impacts belong space-time compression, economic and environmental impacts, effects of globalisation on economic power of states and it also gives argumets for topic of inequality of economic and social growth. The second chapter describes impacts of globalisation on labour market. It concerns changes in international spatial division of labour and impacts on global unemployment, that is connected with technological progress and automation. It deals with topic of international migration and brain drain, that every economy has to face. It evaluates competitiveness of human capital of Czech Republic on the basis of basic and tertiary education, risks of brain drain in Czech Republic and computer skills of czech population. The third chapter summarizes conclusions from previous chapter and gives comments, observations and recommendations.

This thesis focuses on the matters of luxury goods in the Chinese market. In the theoretical part, there are luxury and attitude to a luxury brand described in detail. The practical part is devoted to the objectives of the thesis and they are following: to find specifics of Chinese consumers of luxury goods, to determine how the Chinese perceive luxury goods how they approach them and primarily why they buy luxury goods. Finally, the thesis seeks to identify differences of the Chinese luxury goods market and based on these findings, it provides recommendations to the Czech luxury companies, which want to succeed with their products in the Chinese market.

The goal of this thesis is to get acquainted with the issue of employee motivation from a theoretical perspective, and then analyze the incentive system in a selected company - Sellier & Bellot. In conclusion, I would like to evaluate the lessons learned and propose some changes and recommendations for improving motivation in the analyzed company. The work is divided into four parts. The first three are rather theoretical. The first part deals with the explanation of the concept of motivation and characterizes its types and sources. The second part focuses on the motivation of negotiation at work, where the author presents the most important motivational theories dealing with the factors that encourage motivation and, on the contrary, the ones that distort motivation. The third chapter deals with the issue of employee benefits, especially their importance and classification. Then in the practical part, the knowledge acquired in the theoretical part is applied. The author tried to analyze the system of motivation in the selected company and conducted her own research through a questionnaire survey among employees of the company.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze Kladno kindergarten market in order to find out whether there is room for a new kindergarten operating according to forest kindergarten principles. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the nonprofit organizations marketing in general and its specifics. The thesis further deals with the idea of the forest kindergarten itself, describes its history and the current situation in the Czech Republic and finally it explores the conditions necessary for utilizing this alternative concept of pre-school education in the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the thesis the analysis of the pre-school education supply in Kladno is compared to local demographics, respectively the local demand. The market research part investigates possible clients' requirements for a kindergarten and reveals whether the respondents would be interested in a forest kindergarten being opened. Based on the results of the research a proposal of the new kindergarten is defined and a communication campaign suitable for the kindergarten's market entry is described.

The second chapter is describing actual fleet, particular key positions and focuses on the development of the company, in terms of number of the passengers, as well as profitability. Next chapter is dedicated to strategy and operation on the market, that reflect all relevant and important changes which has the company gone through during the whole period of its existence. Last chapter describes main competitors in the Czech republic and also in Europe. The purpose of this thesis is seamlessly unify information and interesting facts about the company, which in few years got to the top in its field and continues to grow and expands its operation to other countries.

It also expands on the relationship between motivation, employee benefits and employee remuneration. The established knowledge are used in a practical part of the thesis, which has been carried out in H1 s.r.o. The company is first introduced, with both the current situation, as well as its historical development described, and the thesis then outlines the current employee benefits based on a undertaken survey and also analyses the collected data. At the end of the practical part, the recommendations and suggestions for improvements of the particular aspects of employee benefits system functioning are listed.

The aim of this bachelor's study is to analyze emploees' benefits and their influence on the employees'motivation of the particular selected company, in this case Raiffeisenbank, a.s. The methodology used is a questionnaire. The bachelor's study's theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with basic concepts, sources and motivation theories. The second chapter targets work performance motivation, work motivation theory and the relation between remuneration and motivation. The third chapter looks into employee benefits and describes their importance, types, forms, advantages and disadvantages. The first half of the practical part includes introduction, history and present of Raiffeisenbank, a.s. The second half of the practical part attends to the targets, the methodologies used and the results of the questionnaire survey. In conclusion, the results of the questionnaire survey are analyzed and the theories, which were set in the introduction of the bachelor's study, are confirmed or disaproved and several improvements are suggested.

The first part of the study is focused on motivational stimuli, motivation theories, motivation program and other theoretical bases related to this issue. Based on these results were analyzed and compared current motivation incentives within a company by using a questionnaire. The aim of this questionnaire was to examine motivational triggers and current employee experiences. All obtained results compiled and concluded into recommendations.

The practical part is describing the company, its segmentation, policies and moreover the results of the research. The aim of the diploma thesis was to describe the conditions of entry Holidays Czech Airlines the Icelandic market, specifically the establishing of direct air service from Prague to Keflavik. The thesis is divided into six chapters, which are devoted to both theoretical expectations for companies entering foreign markets, and practical sections. The general reasons which lead a company to expansion and the associated risks are described in the first chapter as well as the macroeconomic analysis of the market, the PESTEL analysis, which I used to analyze the Icelandic market. The second chapter discusses the various forms of entry the foreign markets and compares their advantages and shortcomings. The third chapter was related to the specific cooperation of airlines. The practical part of the thesis introduces companies HCA and IEX, focuses primarily on the evaluation of HCA Company based on the SWOT analysis. The following chapter is devoted to cooperation of mentioned companies. The final chapter evaluates the Icelandic market using the above mentioned PESTEL analysis.

Due to economic crisis a lot of companies are facing financial difficulties and therefore they are saving costs in almost all areas. A large number of them first reduce investments into education, corporate benefits and overall costs of human resources department. At the same time these companies do not realize that their employees represent the most valuable asset, thus they represent the possibility of finding solutions of how to get out of the crisis. With regard to recency and marginalization of that topic in my thesis I deal with work environment issues that directly affect job satisfaction and ultimately productivity and efficiency of employees. In the technical part I grapple with work environment issues, working groups, management styles, communication, motivation and stimulation. In the practical part I have analysed the work environment of the company CMC Graduate School of Business o.p.s. in which I have applied achieved knowledge based on which I have proposed such measures and improvements toward the organization that will lead to increased willingness to work and hence to reduce the staff fluctuation.

The second questionnaire was sent among JOSZEF program graduates who had participated in a two-day AC in Austria.
