Abstract
- The aim of this bachelor's study is to analyze emploees' benefits and their influence on the employees'motivation of the particular selected company, in this case Raiffeisenbank, a.s. The methodology used is a questionnaire. The bachelor's study's theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with basic concepts, sources and motivation theories. The second chapter targets work performance motivation, work motivation theory and the relation between remuneration and motivation. The third chapter looks into employee benefits and describes their importance, types, forms, advantages and disadvantages. The first half of the practical part includes introduction, history and present of Raiffeisenbank, a.s. The second half of the practical part attends to the targets, the methodologies used and the results of the questionnaire survey. In conclusion, the results of the questionnaire survey are analyzed and the theories, which were set in the introduction of the bachelor's study, are confirmed or disaproved and several improvements are suggested.
