Abstract
- This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of the shopping atmosphere of two retail units -- Lidl and Penny Market in Klatovy. My thesis is divided into three main parts. The first chapter is about the shopping atmosphere in theoretical way. The second chapter not only describes both units in Klatovy but also their history in general. Finally the last part of my thesis evaluates the shopping atmosphere of both selected units and provides suggestions of their improvement.
