In this postgraduate specialist paper, a study of the factors influencing the behavior intentions and the adoption of mobile banking services was conducted. Factors whose influence is being determined are presented and explained, as well as previous research and their results according to each individual factor. In order to provide a theoretical basis for mobile banking adoption, the paper investigates and analyzes the most important theoretical frameworks for technology adoption that allow a deeper understanding of the factors affecting users. For the purposes of this paper, mostly foreign literature was used due to its scarcity in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. One working hypothesis and seven auxiliary hypotheses were set. The sample was collected using the Snowball method and amounted to a total of 359 respondents, of whom 331 were valid. The collected data were analyzed by the PLS-SEM method using the SmartPLS3 statistical software. The results confirmed the influence of four hypotheses, while the remaining three hypotheses were rejected. In the conclusion of the paper, recommendations for action are offered with regard to the research results.
