Abstract
- Tema ovog diplomskog rada je „Oglašavanje na društvenim mrežama“. U radu se objašnjava što je marketinška komunikacije i koji su njezini oblici, internetski marketing, e-trgovina, mobilni marketing i oglašavanje na društvenim mrežama. Digitalni svijet se razvija brže nego bilo što do sada, a s njime rastu i društvene mreže. Razvojem društvenih mreža promijenio se način na koji svijet komunicira, stoga su važan komunikacijski alat za stvaranje, dijeljenje i širenje informacija kako za poduzeće tako i za potrošače. S time oglašavanje na društvenim mrežama je veliki uspjeh zbog lakšeg ciljanja korisnika i niskih troškova. U sklopu rada provedeno je istraživanje putem anketnog upitnika o prisutnosti oglašavanja na društvenim mrežama u mjesecu kolovozu 2022. godine putem online programa Google Form. Anketa je usmjerena prema studentima, i podijeljena je na društvenim mrežama Facebooku i Instagramu za svojevoljno rješavanje. Na anketni upitnik je odgovorilo 30 ispitanika. The topic of this thesis is „Advertising on social networks“. This paper explains what marketing communications is and what its forms are, Internet marketing, e-commerce, mobile marketing, and advertising on social networks. The digital world is developing faster than anything before, and social networks are growing whit it. The development of social networks has changed the way the word communicates, so they are an important communication tool for creating, sharing, and spearing information for both companies and costumers. With that, advertising on social networks is a great success to easier targeting of users on low cost. As a part of the work, research was conducted through a questionnaire about the presence of advertising on social networks in the month of August 2022 through the online program Google Form. This survey is aimed at student and has been shared on social networks like Facebook and Instagram for voluntary resolution. 30 respondents answered the questionnaire.
