The article presents a detailed discussion regarding the rural Ethiopian community and population policy. It explains the methods of antinatalism, which states that there should be a provision of birth control services on demand but doing nothing or very little to stimulate demand and persuading individuals to have smaller families but not inducing them to do so through legal and administrative measures. It emphasizes that the dependence of government policy on social support and participation grows as the policy becomes a lot ambitious and acquires wider dimensions.
