The article discusses the three major crises experienced by the government of the Soviet Union. In 1949, many high officials in the country had fallen when the government lifted the Berlin blockade and started its initiative of tactics during the cold war. Along with the political crisis it had experienced, the country also faced two other tremendous crises which were attributed to its economy and morale. Other foreign political failures were viewed in the succeeding era of governance.
