Functional experiment is an important part of training program of basic medical experiment technology in medical colleges, and a scientific laboratory management system is a prerequisite for ensuring the progress and training outcomes of the education. Based on the school-running concept of “small-scale elite education” in Peking Union Medical College, this paper expounds the progress of the construction of medical functional experiment teaching system in Peking Union Medical College from many aspects, such as the reform of medical functional experiment teaching, the construction of functional laboratory and so on, and puts forward some ideas for building of a qualified training laboratory, so as to provide reference for further deepening the reform of experimental teaching and supporting sustainable development of teaching laboratory of medical schools. Under the background of new liberal arts, public management laboratories play an irreplaceable role in cultivating students' practical innovation ability, teamwork consciousness and cross-border integration ability. In view of the specialty uniqueness and social demand of application-oriented undergraduate training, this paper puts forward the construction scheme of the industrial robot laboratory from the aspects of configuration of industrial robots, implementation of practical teaching reform and configuration of teachers so that it can support the principal and secondary classroom teaching of the Industrial Robots course to possess the industry assessment function for industrial robots and cultivate students' professional quality. The construction of innovation and entrepreneurship laboratories is an important carrier to promote the reform of talent training in colleges and universities. Under the new era, it is imperative to promote the collaborative construction of innovation and entrepreneurship laboratories in colleges and universities. This paper introduces the construction process of multifunction nano-biological laboratory. Through the basic reconstruction and design improvement work such as enclosure structure, clean room air volume calculation, air conditioning system selection, etc., the equipment layout is optimized and the laboratory safety protection is added to improve the convenience and safety of the laboratories. The laboratory and experimental teaching in universities is an important carrier to cultivate high level technical talents with innovative spirit and practical ability, an important pillar for improving the innovative ability of universities and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, a symbol of the strength of universities. The paper elaborates the existing problems in the construction of laboratory and experimental teaching, puts forward to promote the laboratory construction and the experimental teaching reform by the five in one way, i. e., "production, study, research, teaching and competition". Ancient books preservation laboratory plays an important role in promoting preservation technology and training professional conservators of ancient books. Established at the beginning of 2019, the ancient books preservation laboratory of Peking University Library was equipped with advanced instruments and facilities. There are five labs in total, namely physical property lab, simulated aging lab, precise instruments lab, chemistry lab, and preventive conservation lab. Looking back on the plan and design, building construction, equipment purchase, and improvement phase in the whole process, this paper summed up experiences in laboratory construction. The development of full-time experimental technical teams in the new period requires the exploration of new paths that are different from the traditional ones. This paper concludes that obsolete construction concepts, backward management systems, and lack of systematic cultivation of institutional systems have seriously hindered the development of experimental technical team. Taking Sichuan Normal University as an example, we explore and practice new ideas for the construction of a full-time experimental technical team. It creatively proposes new requirements for the development of full-time teams with the three capabilities of “construction, technology, and innovation” , and runs through the design of the full-time team building program. Emphasizing the construction concept as the guide, the institutional system as the guarantee, the encouragement and vitality, and the development and recultivation of the platform, the development direction of the experimental technical team and the establishment of the systematic institutional system are deeply discussed, and the construction ideas and concrete measures are discussed.
