Optimal Strategy for Strengthening the Management of Self-made Instruments and Equipment in Colleges and Universities.

With the improvement of scientific research ability and technical level, the proportion of self-made equipment is rapid growth. It leads to the increase of management problems. The paper makes a case study for Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Many problems, such as research demonstration, technical content, cost accounting are analyzed. Combined with experimental teaching reformation and laboratory construction, the paper puts forward the ideas and strategies to strengthen the management of self-made equipment. Chinese coHeges and universities must adopt the project management mode, set up a scientific management system, increase efforts to support the policy and funding, realize management of the whole process, establish performance mechanism and focus on results promotion, so as to achieve maximum benefit of self-made equipment, to inspire and cultivate the experimental teachers ' and students ' innovation spirit and practice ability, and continuously improve the experimental teaching level.
