应用技术型大学转型背景下高校实验室建设.

Under the background of universities transferring to applied universities, how to establish a pattern of laboratory construction and management to fit the technical talents cultivation, has become an important problem for the colleges to achieve successful transition. Therefore, taking Resources and Environment Experiment Teaching Center in Shijiazhuang College as an example, this paper introduces the importance of the construction of experimental technical personnel in the whole experimental teaching system and the concrete measures which have taken in the process of construction, and discusses the important role that the experiment, and points out that the practice innovation system plays a vital role in cultivation of applied talents. It also gives specific definitions of the comprehensive experiment, the designing experiment and the research experiment, and illustrates the great importance of the construction of comprehensive experiment teaching platform in cultivating student' application ability and comprehensive ability. Finally, this paper illustrates some experiences and practices of creating characteristics of the experiment center in details. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
