Un enfoque eficaz para tratar con este problema es generar automaticamente nuevos ejemplos etiquetados usando tecnicas de data augmentation. En el procesamiento del lenguaje natural, en particular en el idioma espanol, hay una falta de tecnicas bien definidas que permitan incrementar un conjunto de datos. En este articulo, se proponen un conjunto de heuristicas para data augmentation en NLP, las cuales son aplicadas en el dominio de las revisiones de articulos cientificos. EnglishData augmentation techniques are essential for training machine learning algorithms, where the initial data set is smaller than required due to the model complexity. In machine learning models, the robustness of the training process is highly dependent on large volumes of labeled data, which are expensive to produce. An effective approach to deal with this problem is to automatically generate new tagged examples using data augmentation techniques. In the processing of natural language, particularly in the Spanish language, there is a lack of well-defined techniques that allow increasing a set of data. In this article, we propose a set of heuristics for data augmentation in NLP, which are applied to the domain of reviews of scientific articles.

This day-long workshop will examine successes and challenges related to public policy and human computer interaction, in order to provide a forum to create a baseline of examples, and to start the process of writing a white paper on the topic.

Resumen La investigación en Educación Matemática suele centrarse en compartir los resultados de la aplicación de instrumentos de obtención de información. Si bien dichos instrumentos suelen describirse en la sección de metodología, el proceso de su desarrollo no suele ser muy transparente para el lector. En esta investigación el objetivo es abordar dicha problemática y describir con todo detalle el proceso de generación de un cuestionario, basado en el modelo MTSK, para la exploración del conocimiento del profesor acerca de la parábola, entendida como cónica. Se presenta el diseño de un instrumento de carácter cualitativo que permite hacer una aproximación al conocimiento matemático del profesor acerca de la parábola, poniendo énfasis tanto en el uso de la teoría, como de la triangulación, interna y externa, como elementos clave en el diseño metodológico. El principal aporte fue determinar pautas para el diseño de cuestionarios basados en el modelo MTSK, las cuales pueden ser tomadas en cuenta al margen de los contenidos matemáticos. Abstract Research in mathematics education usually focuses on sharing results from the application of instruments to obtain data. Even though these instruments are usually described in the methodology section, their development process tends to not be transparent for the reader. The objective of this paper is to study this problem and describe in detail the process of creating a questionnaire based on the MTSK model, in order to explore the teacher's knowledge of parabolas, understood as conic sections. We present the design of a qualitative instrument that allows for the approximation of the teacher's mathematical knowledge of parabolas, emphasizing on the use of theory, as well as both internal and external triangulation, as key elements in the methodological design. The main contribution of this paper is to give guidelines for the design of questionnaires based on the MTSK model, which can be taken into account regardless of the mathematical contents. Resumo A pesquisa na Educação Matemática tende a estar centrada no compartilhamento dos resultados da aplicação de instrumentos de alcance de informação. Embora tais instrumentos se inclinem a estar descritos na seção de metodologia, o processo de seu desenvolvimento tende a não ser muito transparente para o leitor. Nesta pesquisa o objetivo é abordar essa problemática e descrever detalhadamente o processo de criação de um questionário, com base no modelo MTSK, para a exploração do conhecimento do professor sobre a parábola, entendida como cônica. É apresentado o desenho de um instrumento de carácter qualitativo, que permite fazer uma aproximação ao conhecimento matemático do professor sobre a parábola, colocando ênfase tanto no uso da teoria quanto da triangulação, interna e externa, como elementos-chave no desenho metodológico. A principal contribuição foi determinar pautas para o desenho de questionários baseados no modelo MTSK, que podem ser levadas em consideração independentemente dos conteúdos matemáticos.

Objective. The objective of this work is to find the best semantic path of research papers that matches the given research publication. This paper elaborates on the finding of continuous research progress analysis from semantic perspective.Methodology. Previous work reported the work progress analysis and the integrated as well as optimized approaches to find the progressive research citations which had carried forward the essence of the base reference paper. In this work, we propose to identify the most useful research papers which are semantically closer to the research context, and lie in the citation path of the base paper.Result. Our data set is generated for the popular paper of Hirsch published in 2005, in which, h-index is proposed. The paper has 5299 direct citations till date and the results of the proposed approach indicate very promising findings in view of measuring scientific research progress.Conclusion. The inference reveals a couple of research papers connected as a path among the citation thread, which have significantly progressed the idea of base research paper into a more elaborate yet related context of research..

Resumen: Existen muchos artículos técnicos acerca de la construcción, calibración y solución de los modelos de equilibrio general aplicados, pero pocos acerca de la metodología y conceptos usados para llegar a la construcción de estos. Este trabajo, concentra la discusión en el área conceptual de estos modelos, más que en su parte técnica. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar los elementos conceptuales clave para tener en cuenta antes de la construcción de esta clase de modelos. Como se aprecia a lo largo del trabajo, estos modelos tienen una sólida base conceptual que permite la construcción de diferentes choques económicos o alternativas de política económica, que sirven para el análisis y la evaluación de políticas públicas. Finalmente, dada la microfundamentación de estos modelos, la forma en la cual se esparcen los choques a través de la economía puede analizarse; sin embargo, esto depende de los parámetros que son colocados en las formas funcionales del modelo. Abstract: There are many technical papers about construction, calibration and solution of applied general equilibrium models, but few about methodology and concepts used to arrive at the construction of these. This paper aim is discussion in the conceptual area of these models, rather than in the technical part. In this way, here shows key conceptual elements to take in account before building this kind of models. As it can be seen throughout this paper, this kind of models have a solid conceptual base that allows the construction of different economic shocks or economic policy alternatives, which serve for the analysis and evaluation of public policies. Moreover, this way of building policy scenarios is not only applied in this type of model, but in other alternatives of public policy analysis. Lastly, given the microfoundation of these models, the way in which shocks are spread throughout the economy can be analyzed, however, this depends on the parameters that are settled in the functional forms of the model. Résumé: Il existe de nombreux articles techniques sur la construction, l’étalonnage et la solution des modèles d’équilibre général appliqués, mais très peu parmi d’eux font référence à la méthodologie et les concepts utilisés dans leur construction. Ce travail concentre la discussion dans le domaine conceptuel de ces modèles plutôt que dans sa formulation technique. L’objectif de ce travail est de présenter les éléments conceptuels clés à prendre en compte avant la construction de cette classe de modèles. Nous verrons que ces modèles ont une base conceptuelle solide qui permet la construction de différents chocs économiques ou alternatives de politique économique, lesquelles servent à l’évaluation des politiques publiques. Enfin, compte tenu des fondements micro-économiques de ces modèles, nous analysons la manière dont les chocs sont répartis dans l’ensemble de l’économie, cependant, cela dépend des paramètres placés dans les formes fonctionnelles du modèle. Event cameras are a new type of image sensors that output changes in light intensity (events) instead of absolute intensity values. They have a very high temporal resolution and a high dynamic range. In this paper, we propose a method to detect and decode binary square markers using an event camera. We detect the edges of the markers by detecting line segments in an image created from events in the current packet. The line segments are combined to form marker candidates. The bit value of marker cells is decoded using the events on their borders. To the best of our knowledge, no other approach exists for detecting square binary markers directly from an event camera using only the CPU unit in real-time. Experimental results show that the performance of our proposal is much superior to the one from the RGB ArUco marker detector. [ES] Este trabajo presenta una estrategia de control digital para inversores trifásicos de cuatro piernas, para cumplir con el requerimiento de normas internacionales de calidad de energía para UPS cuando se alimentan cargas equilibradas y desequilibradas. La estrategia de control propuesta se desarrolla en el marco de referencia dq0 en tiempo discreto, posee un lazo interno para controlar la corriente de los inductores y un lazo externo para controlar la tensión de salida. Se demuestra que utilizando controladores convencionales pueden desacoplarse las variables de los ejes d y q, lo que permite diseñar los controladores del lazo externo de control de tensión como sistemas SISO independientes, cumpliéndose los requerimientos de régimen transitorio y de régimen permanente impuestos por norma. Para mejorar el desempeño del inversor cuando se alimentan cargas desequilibradas, se propone utilizar un controlador Proporcional-Resonante únicamente en el lazo interno del eje 0, lográndose una estrategia de control simple y de bajo costo computacional. Se presentan resultados de simulación y experimentales que permiten validar la estrategia de control propuesta., [EN] This paper presents a digital control strategy for three-phase four-leg inverters to meet the requirements of international power quality standards for UPS, when balanced and unbalanced loads are feeding. The proposed control strategy is developed in the discrete-time dq0-reference frame. It has an inner current loop to control the inductors currents and an outer voltage control loop. The analysis of this paper demonstrates that using conventional controllers, the voltages of d and q axes can be decoupled, into the whole operating range, which allows the outer voltage controllers to be designed as independent SISO systems, meeting the requirements of the transient and permanent regimes imposed by Standards. To improve the performance when the inverter feeds unbalanced loads, this paper proposes to use a Proportional-Resonant controller only in the inner loop of the axis 0, achieving a simple control strategy and, consequently with a low computational cost. La contaminación atmosférica por Material Particulado (PM) es un problema claramente reconocido a nivel mundial como uno de los factores de riesgo más importantes para la salud humana, en los últimos años han surgido diferentes modelos basados en inteligencia artificial para predecir la concentración de PM, con el fin de generar sistemas de alerta temprana que eviten la exposición de las personas. En este trabajo, se analizó un esquema de caracterización en el dominio tiempo-frecuencia usando la transformada Wavelet para la predicción de series temporales de PM10 y PM2.5 usando un algoritmo de Regresión por Vectores de Soporte optimizado por Enjambre de Partículas (SVR-PSO), además, se evaluó el efecto de la imputación de datos sobre las estimaciones. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que, empleando características temporales, más las características tiempo-frecuencia propuestas, se obtiene el mejor desempeño de la SVR-PSO, además se encontró que el uso de la imputación de datos no afecta el desempeño de la SVR-PSO. El sistema propuesto en este trabajo permite disminuir el error de las estimaciones de concentración de PM10 y PM2.5 haciendo uso de características tiempo-frecuencia y es capaz de operar de forma robusta contra datos perdidos, aumentando su viabilidad de ser implementado en escenarios reales. Atmospheric pollution by particulate matter is a problem recognized worldwide as a major risk factor for human health, over last years different models based on artificial intelligence has been proposed to forecast particulate matter concentration with the purpose of generate early warning systems that avoid people exposition. This paper analyzed a characterization scheme in time-frequency domain using the Wavelet to predict time series of PM10 and PM2.5 using the Support Vector Regression optimized with Particle Swarm Optimization (SVR-PSO). This paper also evaluated the effect of data imputation over estimations. Results showed that using time characteristics along with time-frequency characteristics SVR-PSO reach its best performance, also, it was found that use of data imputation does not affect SVR-PSO performance. The system proposed in this paper allow to estimate PM10 and PM2.5 concentrations with less error through time-frequency characteristics, in addition, it is capable to operate robustly against missing data, which improve its viability to be implemented in real scenarios.

Analysing the programming content of six channels (TVE, La2, Antena 3, Telecinco, Cuatro and La Sexta), we have studied the presence, typology and strategies of the programmers to incorporate them into the offer of prime time. The longitudinal sample allows us to detect the tendencies that have influenced the audiovisual treatment of the non-daily current affairs information in the most competitive television time slot. The result of the analysis shows that the most important topics on current affairs such as politics, or the economy, have been integrated into the prime time. In addition, there has been a recovery of analytical genres such as the television reportage to explain topics of current interest. This new informative offer, much more innovative in the treatment, has enabled new programming strategies to be applied to the non-daily current affairs formats in order to improve their profitability. Well-established methods in software engineering research, such as Systematic Literature Reviews, Systematic Mappings and Case Studies are effective research methods to explore emerging areas, since they are systematic and replicable, and produce reusable result avoiding bias. Frequently, software engineers have to evaluate and select CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) tools that address trending issues with a non-systematic and replicable processes. This work addresses this problem by tailoring the ISO/IEC 14102:2008 to a systematic-oriented process for the evaluation of software engineering CASE tools in order to embrace the advantages of software engineering systematic methods in the exploration of new areas or emerging issues. This tailored ISO/IEC 14102:2008 standard prescribes a process for the preparation, design and conduction of the software engineering CASE tools evaluation and selection. This process is founded in the application of systematic methods and the generation of a pre-established assets to ensure the reusability of knowledge. In this paper, this tailored process has been applied to address two great emerging concerns in architectural reconstruction: technical debt and energy consumption. As result of this adoption, this paper details the reporting analysis and the set of reusable assets that have been generated during the evaluation process. Specifically, this contribution presents a set of tables, statistics and a decision-making tree of the selected tools for technical debt and energy consumption analysis in architecture reconstruction.

En este esfuerzo identificamos meticulosamente a los autores y sus alianzas de coautoría, encontrando una topología distinta sin un componente gigante. Real Options Theory arose as an alternative to valuate flexibilities entrenched in projects and has acquired popularity since the end of the twentieth century. Through bibliometric methods and graph theory, this paper develops an analysis of the collaboration network comprised of Real Options’ researchers, including scientific papers from over the last eighteen years. In this effort, we meticulously identify authors and their co-authorship alliances, finding a distinct topology without a giant component. Developing unweighted and weighted models, the network is unraveled, providing measurement from internationalization propensity and computing different impact metrics, which recognize the most relevant researchers on the subject.

La dinámica de los mercados ha conducido a las organizaciones empresariales a implementar herramientas de gestión que les permitan adquirir nuevas ventajas competitivas. Actualmente, estas ventajas no solamente son generadas por las condiciones del entorno, sino también por la optimización de los procesos internos. Este artículo presenta un modelo para la implementación del sistema integrado de gestión de calidad y ambiental en una empresa del sector metalmecánico desde el enfoque a procesos. Se realiza un diagnóstico de la empresa frente al cumplimiento de los requisitos de las normas ISO 9001:2015 e ISO 14001:2015. Posteriormente, se presenta un modelo estructurado en dos etapas para la implementación del sistema integrado de gestión. El modelo involucra los procesos y las actividades a tener en cuenta para dar cumplimiento a los requisitos normativos y garantizar la eficacia y eficiencia del sistema. Modelo Sip Seguro para una Comunicación extremo a extremo sobre IPV6 Sip Security Model for End to End Communication on IPv6 Ross M. Benites, José L Quiroz, Raúl Villafani INICTEL-UNI, Lima 41 DOI: https://doi.org/10.33017/RevECIPeru2011.0024/ RESUMEN Las implementaciones VoIP hoy en día se han incrementado considerablemente, sin embargo no entodos los escenarios se tiene en cuenta los mecanismos de seguridad adecuados. Este último punto es muy importante a considerar el día de hoy , sobre todo por el agotamiento de las direcciones IPV4 y el despliegue hacia IPV6 de muchos de los servicios, donde aparecerán nuevas amenazas a la seguridad que trataran de opacar el gran auge de la tecnología VoIP. Si bien IPv6 fue desarrollado para solucionar muchas vulnerabilidades en seguridad que actualmente se ven presentes en IPv4, el hecho es que no logra alcanzar aún estas metas según pruebas realizadas. El protocolo SIP, el actor principal de la tecnología VoIP , requiere de la implementación de mecanismos de seguridad . Los escenarios actuales requieren terminales de usuario de alto rendimiento y soporte para adaptarse a mecanismos de seguridad heterogéneos o asumir relaciones de confianza. Sin embargo debemos tener en cuenta que hay varias combinaciones de soluciones de seguridad que son proporcionados por usuarios finales y los servidores. En este trabajo se expone un modelo de seguridad aplicado a un escenario experimental VoIP sobre el Internet de Próxima Generación (IPv6), que utiliza la seguridad salto a salto y extremo a extremo. El escenario propuesto se encuentra sobre una red local con direcciones IPv6. Utiliza dos servidores Asterisk implementados bajo las mismas características que cumplen la función de SIP Proxy, y se encuentran conectados mediante un enlace troncal SIP – TLS. Se utilizan además dos terminales de usuario (teléfonos IP) provenientes de una marca comercial conocida, registrados cada uno mediante el protocolo SIP-TLS a cada servidor Asterisk. En trabajos anteriores, se han realizado varios estudios sobre el rendimiento del uso de VoIP sobre IPv4 e IPv6 comparando los resultados [1], evaluación de mecanismos de seguridad para mantener la autenticación de usuario, confidencialidad e integridad de la señalización y media de los mensajes VoIP sobre las redes IPv4 [2] y [3]. Este trabajo se esboza en un marco de seguridad, donde se presenta un escenario basado en una red VoIP en IPV6 utilizando TLS y SRTP. TLS es utilizado para la seguridad en el establecimiento de la sesión con mecanismos de autenticación salto a salto y SRTP (Secure Real Time Protocol) para la seguridad del establecimiento del stream de media. Nos enfocaremos en analizar y evaluar la seguridad de los mensajes en este escenario sobre el protocolo de transporte seguro (TLS). Descriptores: sip, tls ,ipv6, srtp. ABSTRACT VoIP deployments today have increased considerably, but not all the scenarios consider appropriate security mechanisms. This last point is very important to consider today, especially the depletion of IPv4 addresses and the deployment of many services IPv6, where will new security threats to try to overshadow the great technology boom VoIP. Although IPv6 was developed to solve many security vulnerabilities are currently present in IPv4, the fact is that still fails to achieve these goals by testing. The SIP protocol, the main actor of VoIP technology requires the implementation of security mechanisms. The current scenarios require high-end user performance and support to adapt to heterogeneous security mechanisms or assume trust relationships. But keep in mind that there are various combinations of security solutions that are provided by end users and servers. This paper presents a security model applied to an experimental scenario VoIP over Next Generation Internet (IPv6), which uses hop by hop security and end to end. The proposed scenario is on a local network with IPv6 addresses. Use two Asterisk servers implemented under the same characteristics that act as SIP Proxy, and are connected via SIP trunk - TLS. They also use two user terminals (IP phones) from a known trade mark registered by each SIP-TLS protocol for each server Asterisk. In previous work, there have been several studies on the performance of VoIP using IPv6 and IPv4 and comparing the results [1], evaluation of security mechanisms to support user authentication, confidentiality and integrity of the signaling and media messages VoIP over IPv4 networks [2] and [3]. This paper outlines a framework of security, which presents a scenario based on a VoIP network in IPv6 using TLS and SRTP. TLS is used for the security session establishment authentication mechanisms hop by hop and SRTP (Secure Real Time Protocol) for the safety of the establishment of media stream. This paper presents the relevance that can reach the cross-wind actions when isolated buildings with more that 50m height are designed by means of the different analysis methodologies that are stablishes in those three international codes: Eurocode, Australian and Japanese. This paper includes both cross-wind loads that are the result of periodic wind oscillations due to vortex shedding and that should unavoidably be considered in any isolated building, and wind actions that are a consequence of the frequency coupling between the vortex shedding and the fundamental frequency of the building. These actions may determine the design of the structure that has to face the horizontal actions over the building., En el presente trabajo se evalúa la relevancia que pueden llegar a adquirir las acciones eólicas transversales cuando se diseñan edificios aislados de más de 50m mediante las diferentes metodologías de análisis que establecen tres normas internacionales, el Eurocódigo, la norma australiana y la norma japonesa. El trabajo incluye tanto las acciones transversales que resultan de las oscilaciones periódicas del viento debido al desprendimiento de los vórtices, y que debiera ser considerado inevitablemente en cualquier edificio aislado, así como las acciones eólicas que son consecuencia del acoplamiento de frecuencias entre el propio desprendimiento de los vórtices y la frecuencia fundamental en sentido transversal del edificio, pudiendo dichas fuerzas llegar a condicionar el diseño de la estructura que debe hacer frente a las acciones horizontales del edificio.

[Resumen] Este artículo propone un sistema de control visual directo basado en imagen para guiar a un manipulador móvil. El robot está compuesto por una plataforma móvil diferencial con un brazo de 7 gdl (grados de libertad) y una cámara en configuración eye-in-hand. Como se describe en el documento, la información visual se emplea para guiar tanto el robot manipulador como la plataforma base durante el seguimiento de trayectorias definidas en el plano imagen. A diferencia de los enfoques anteriores, el sistema propuesto en este documento emplea un control visual directo para guiar al manipulador móvil. De esta forma, el controlador genera directamente los pares (fuerza y momentos) que se aplicarán al manipulador y la plataforma base teniendo en cuenta la dinámica del robot. Este artículo describe los diferentes componentes cinemáticos y dinámicos del controlador propuesto y se valida a partir del seguimiento de trayectorias de imágenes repetitivas y no repetitivas. [Abstract] This paper proposes a direct image-based visual servoing system for the guidance of a mobile manipulator. The robot is composed of a mobile differential platform with a 7 dof (degrees of freedom) arm and an eye-in-hand camera. As described throughout the paper, the visual information is employed to guide both the robot manipulator and the base platform for the tracking of image trajectories. In contrast with previous approaches, the one proposed in this paper employs a direct visual servoing system for guiding mobile manipulators. In this case, the controller directly generates the torques (force and moments) to be applied to the manipulator and base platform taking into account the robot dynamics. This paper describes the different kinematic and dynamic components of the proposed controller and it is validated during the tracking of repetitive and nonrepetitive image trajectories

[EN] Extended Abstract:The objective of this paper is to show the virtual archaeology as one of the methodologies applicated in the research line “Archaeology of the military orders” developed for some years by the University of Castilla-La Mancha in collaboration with the Fundación Castillo de la Estrella.The military orders are very important institutions for the study of the Middle Ages in the Iberian Peninsula. Because of that, there is a rich literature which approaches many aspects of these institutions: their origins and evolution; organisation; economic dimension; social reality... In contrast, the studies which have focused on the heritage linked to these orders have not had the same degree of development. This lack has motivated the creation of this important research line, where several specialists from different disciplines such as history, archaeology, architecture or restoration try to focus on the research of the military orders heritage, mainly in the region of Castilla-La Mancha. Thus, our research line is based on an interdisciplinary methodology, combining traditional practice with new technologies, like the virtual archaeology, which is described as the “using computer-based visualisation for the comprehensive management of archaeological heritage” (Principios de Sevilla, 2012).Virtual archaeology as a research methodologyThere are several applications for the virtual archaeology, but we could summarize them in three: research, conservation and restoration, and communication. In this paper, we focused on the first of them. We have worked with virtual archaeology in several cases such as the Castle of La Estrella (Montiel, Ciudad Real), the fortress and priory of Uclés (Uclés, Cuenca) or the hospital of Santiago of Alarcón (Alarcón, Cuenca), and we can say that this methodology has contributed to progress in the knowledge of all the elements which have been recreated. In the creation process of a virtual model, it is necessary to collect all information and data as are possible of the element on which we work. In this process, a lot of questions about several aspects appears, and we must try to find responses. In this way, we discover things which probably never would have been approached without this process. Furthermore, the virtual archaeology is an excellent method to sketch and discuss different hypothesis. It is a visual language with whom the specialists could show their ideas as support of the traditional text formats or other graphics sources as photos or plans.WorkflowOur workflow is similar toot her projects of virtual archaeology. Before to start to work, is important to think about the objective of the model. For example, there are a lot of differences between a simple model to sketch the possible spatial disposition of a building in the research discussion, and a recreation to show to the public. Then, we can start to work in a process which can be summarized in these steps:Compilation of all the documents, information and data as are possible about the element to recreate.Discussion about several aspects of the model as the plan, materials, constructive technics, decoration, landscape, etc. Is interesting to use sketches or drawings before starting to work in the 3D model.Design of the 3D model starting with the general aspects as the spatial disposition of the different elements, its size or the main details, and after that, work with the specific elements, decorations or contextual items (in recreations).Texturize the different objects of the model. It is important to work with the correct materials. In this way, we try to use the real textures of the archaeological elements when we have them.Integrate the model in a correct context: topography, landscape, people and animals, furniture, etc. These aspects will be present with a different degree of detail depending on the objective of the virtual model.The last step is the creation of various sources as images, videos, interactive application, etcTo preserve the scientific transparency is important to show the degree of evidence of the different elements of the model. An option is to use a colour scale like the one which has been developed by Aparicio & Figueiredo (2016) which reflects the origin of the data and the degree of historical and archaeological evidence that we have.It is important to point out that the discussion between the specialists must be present in all these steps.ConclusionsThe virtual archaeology is a growing methodology in the heritage management sphere. As a communication tool, it is an excellent language to show ideas to the general and the specialised public. But this has many possibilities in other fields such as conservation and restoration, and research. As with any other methodology, it is necessary to create scientific criteria and rules for it use, a process which has already started with the creation of the Seville Principles. Now, is the turn of the researches and heritage specialists to do a correct use of this tool and develop its multiple possibilities., [ES] Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar la arqueología virtual como una de las metodologías empleadas en los proyectos desarrollados en el marco de la línea de investigación “Arqueología de las órdenes militares” y que desde hace unos años se lleva a cabo desde la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha en colaboración con la Fundación Castillo de La Estrella. Su objetivo es el estudio de estas instituciones en el marco de la Edad Media y desde la perspectiva de la cultura material aunando el análisis del patrimonio arqueológico y de las fuentes documentales. En este sentido, la arqueología virtual, entendida como la “aplicación de la visualización asistida por ordenador a la gestión integral del patrimonio arqueológico” ha sido incorporada como una metodología más con el fin no sólo de servir como herramienta de difusión y comunicación, tanto para especialistas como para el público general; sino también como un medio a partir del cual orientar y complementar el proceso de investigación. Presentamos el proceso metodológico en la aplicación de la arqueología virtual a varios casos de estudio de elementos patrimoniales relacionados con las órdenes de Santiago, Calatrava y San Juan, como son el Castillo de la Estrella (Montiel, Ciudad Real), la fortaleza y el convento de Uclés (Uclés, Cuenca) y el hospital santiaguista de Alarcón (Alarcón, Cuenca), entre otros. Este proyecto plantea la integración de herramientas tecnológicas y didácticas en la enseñanza de las ciencias experimentales y exactas bajo el enfoque y principios del modelo Sustitución-Aumento-Modificación-Redefinición (Modelo SAMR). Es importante destacar que el modelo SAMR plantea un proceso que permite mejorar la calidad de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje tomando de base la integración de herramientas tecnológicas y estrategias didácticas. La integración de este modelo hace evidente que las TICs pueden transformar los ambientes de aprendizaje tradicionales en cuatro niveles progresivos de impacto(Sustitución, Aumento, Modificación y Redefinición, de ahí el nombre de modelo SAMR). Sin embargo, es importante tener presente que no todas las herramientas tecnológicas lograrán los cuatro niveles de manera inercial. En este sentido, el docente debe seleccionar e integrar las herramientas tomando en cuenta el potencial de impacto que a su juicio éstas pueden alcanzar. En este proyecto se priorizó el uso de simuladores como elementos sustitutos de metodologías preexistentes para el aprendizaje de temas esenciales en el área de las ciencias exactas y experimentales. Estos simuladores lograron diferentes niveles de impacto al integrarse con herramientas didácticas específicas. Bajo este enfoque las herramientas tecnológicas se aplicaron de tal modo que pudieron ser concebidas como una sustitución, aumento, modificación o redefinición de otras herramientas tradicionales, pero con mejoras funcionales. El presente artículo indaga por los avances en la conceptualización de las capacidades de absorción (CA), desde su redefinición como capacidades dinámicas por Zahra y George (2002). Para ello, se hace un ejercicio bibliométrico de revisión de los artículos publicados entre el 2000 y el 2015 en WoS y Scopus, que consideran las CA como capacidades dinámicas, y contrasta sus resultados con los avances en la discusión en curso sobre las capacidades dinámicas. El trabajo encuentra que la mayoría de los artículos asumen y aplican el concepto, y son escasos los avances conceptuales, especialmente en la condición de las CA como capacidades dinámicas. Se concluye que considerar a priori las CA como dinámicas constituye una restricción y, en muchos casos, un equívoco, y se esboza una propuesta para superar este impasse. This paper explores the progress in the conception of absorptive capacities (ACAP) since its redefinition to the concept of dynamic capabilities by Zahra and George (2002). For this purpose, a bibliometric review exercise is carried out in papers published between 2000 and 2015 in Scopus and WoS databases that consider AC as dynamic capabilities. Results of this exercise are compared with developments in the ongoing discussion over the topic. This research finds that most papers assume and apply the concept, and that the conceptual developments on the subject are scarce, especially when considering ACAP as dynamic capabilities. It is concluded that a priori assuming ACAP as dynamic establishes a restriction and, in many cases, an error. In order to overcome this situation we outline a theoretical proposal. O presente artigo indaga pelos avanços na conceituação das capacidades de absorção (CA), desde sua redefinição como capacidades dinâmicas por Zahra e George (2002). Para isso, faz-se um exercício de revisão dos artigos publicados entre 2000 e 2015 em WoS e Scopus, que consideram as CA como capacidades dinâmicas, e contrasta seus resultados com os avanços na discussão em curso sobre as capacidades dinâmicas. [Resumen] El despliegue de plataformas robóticas como apoyo a la gestión de situaciones de emergencia constituye un reto que persigue mejorar la eficiencia en misiones de búsqueda y rescate. Este artículo propone un planificador estratégico para el rescate de víctimas mediante un equipo de robots terrestres. Este sistema inteligente permitirá planificar las trayectorias para acceder a las víctimas de acuerdo con su ubicación y prioridad de asistencia médica (triaje). Para la planificación se propone una nueva variante del algoritmo “fast marching method” (FMM). En este trabajo se ofrecen resultados preliminares mediante un ejemplo de aplicación en condiciones simuladas. This paper proposes a strategic planner for the rescue of victims with a team of ground robots. The purpose of this intelligent system is planning the routes to access a number of victims according to their location and priority of medical assistance (i.e., triage). In particular, this paper offers work in progress regarding a new anisotropic variant of the fast marching method (FMM). [EN] This paper proposes the design and development of a telescope network scheduler for the GLORIA telescope network. This telescope network, which main objective is helping users to get involved in astronomy research, is composed by 18 heterogeneous telescopes located in different countries. These telescopes are managed by the scheduler to execute the observations requested by the users. A key module of this scheduler is the telescope decision algorithm which objective is to avoid serving an observation to a telescope that cannot execute it. This paper proposes two different algorithms: the first one is based on weather forecast, and the other one is based on fuzzy logic. Both algorithms were deployed and used into the GLORIA network, an analysis of the results and a performance comparative between both algorithm are shown in this paper. As well, the scheduler architecture based on a hybrid distributed-centralised schema is detailed., [ES] Este artículo propone el diseño y desarrollo de un planificador para la red de telescopios GLORIA. Esta red, cuyo principal objetivo es acercar los ciudadanos a la astronomía, está formada por 18 telescopios ubicados en cuatro continentes. Parte de la gestión de esta red se lleva a cabo por el planificador, que se encarga de recibir peticiones de observación de usuarios de usuarios y enviárselas a uno de los telescopios de la red. Para esto, necesita un algoritmo que decida el mejor telescopio, evitando ofrecer una petición a un telescopio que finalmente no pueda ejecutarla. Este artículo presenta dos algoritmos de decisión: el primero se basa únicamente en la predicción meteorológica, y el segundo emplea lógica difusa e información de cada telescopio. Ambos algoritmos fueron implantados en la red GLORIA. Los resultados obtenidos, así como una comparativa del rendimiento de ambos se presenta en este artículo. This article seeks to describe the interference of cybernetics as a key intervening factor in the consolidation of information as a power resource in the 21st century. Aware that information is the main substrate for the practice of intelligence, the studies carried out also seek to understand the transformations generated by the inclusion of cyberspace in this practice, highlighting how the particular characteristics of this domain are responsible for generating new demands to States in terms of defense and security. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, this paper is structured into three main discussion topics. The first one will hold a brief discussion about the particular characteristics of this new domain and its political significance to International Relations. The second topic will deal directly with the issues of intelligence and an evaluation of the interference of cyberspace in the intelligence practice will be carried out focusing on the study of the North American - dedicating a third topic to such discussion. In methodological terms it is a descriptive work; therefore, it will be guide by the analysis of international events that approach this subject, as well as by the literature that dedicated to such discussions. This article does not seek to end with such questions, but to present itself as a north to future discussions on this subject. Conscientes de que la información es el principal soporte para la práctica de la inteligencia, los estudios realizados también buscan comprender las transformaciones generadas por la inclusión del ciberespacio en esta práctica, destacando cómo las características particulares de este ámbito son responsables por generar nuevas demandas a los Estados en términos de defensa y seguridad. Con el fin de lograr los objetivos propuestos, este documento se estructura en tres temas principales de discusión. La primera tendrá una breve discusión sobre las características particulares de este nuevo dominio y su significado político para las Relaciones Internacionales. El segundo tema abordará directamente las cuestiones de inteligencia. International audience; The reflective middlewares have been used as a powerful tool to cope with inherent heterogeneous nature of distributed systems, in order to give them greater adaptability capacities. Recently, some papers have extended the reflective middlewares with autonomic capabilities based on the autonomic computing paradigm. One of the main component is the MAPE-K (Monitor-Analyze-Plan-Execute plus Knowledge) component of the autonomic manager. In this paper we develop a MAPE-K component as a service of the autonomic managers of a reflective middleware based on autonomic computing. In this way, the MAPE-K is distributed to each service that is part of the composition, and internally each component of MAPE-K is constructed as a separate service, distributed and weakly coupled, giving great flexibility. We test the MAPE-K component as a service in a reflective middleware architecture based on autonomic computing, for the distributed diagnostic of faults in the services composition. Los mapas cognitivos difusos han recibido una creciente atención para la representación del conocimiento causal. Son de especial utilidad en el diagnóstico médico. El trabajo despliega una propuesta para el modelado de las interrelaciones entre síntomas, signos y enfermedades cardiovasculares, basado en mapas cognitivos difusos competitivos, utilizando el paradigma de computación con palabras, con el objetivo de proporcionar modelos causales que sean fácilmente comprensibles. Para ello, se propone el uso del modelo de representación lingüístico basado en 2-tuplas lingüísticas en los mapas cognitivos difusos competitivos, lo cual permite realizar los procesos de computación con palabras, sin pérdida de información. Como resultado del trabajo se obtiene un nuevo modelo de mapa cognitivo difuso, denominado mapa cognitivo difuso competitivo lingüístico (LCFCM por sus siglas en inglés). La principal ventaja del modelo propuesto para el diagnóstico médico basado en mapas cognitivos difusos es que permite aumentar la interpretabilidad de los modelos causales. Finalmente, se presenta un estudio de caso del modelo propuesto y el análisis estático de dicho modelo con el objetivo de determinar los síntomas y signos más importantes en el mapa obtenido así como recomendaciones de trabajos futuros., Fuzzy cognitive maps have received increasing attention for the representation of the causal knowledge, due to its especial use fulness in medical diagnosis . This paper proposes a representation of interrelations among symptoms, signs and cardiac diseases based on competitive fuzzy cognitive maps, using the paradigm of Computing with Words, in order to provide causal models easy to understand. To this end, the use of linguistic representation model based on linguistic 2-tuple in the competitive fuzzy cognitive maps is proposed, which allowing to perform the Computing with Words Processes without losing information. As a result of this paper, a new model of fuzzy cognitive maps is obtained, which is called Linguistic Competitive Fuzzy Cognitive Map (LCFCM). The main advantage of the model proposed for medical diagnosis, based on fuzzy cognitive maps, is that it allows increasing the interpretability of the causal models, being this fact useful in medical diagnosis. Last, the paper presents a case study of the model proposed and a static analysis of this model to determine symptoms and s ig ns more important in the map obtained, as well as recommendations for future works.

We will focus, in this article, the work of the Portuguese writer Luis Korso Serguilha which was published by the Brazilian publisher Dulcinea Catadora in printed volumes on recycled paper and edited by collectors of paper’s children. For this analysis, we will use the concept of performance as reading operator.

Este trabajo se centra en estimar los parámetros modales del sistema dinámico que constituye la pasarela peatonal del Museo de la Ciencia de la ciudad de Valladolid (Spain). El trabajo consiste no sólo en calcular frecuencias propias o naturales y factores de amortiguamiento asociados a cada uno de los modos estimados, como proporcionan muchos programas comerciales a partir de los registros de aceleraciones de ensayos OMA (Operational Modal Analysis) y/o EMA (Experimental Modal Analysis), sino que el objetivo de este articulo es calcular las masas generalizadas correspondientes a cada uno de los modos estimados de la estructura. Para ello, en primer lugar se obtiene una representación del sistema dinámico en el espacio de estados mediante la técnica SSI (Stochastic Subspace Identification), y en segundo lugar se escalan los modos de vibración a partir de la estimación de los residuos de la descomposición en fracciones parciales de la función de respuesta en frecuencia (FRF) de las mediciones. Con este método se consiguen obtener buenas precisiones en los resultados, siempre que se consigan excitar los modos de vibración de los que queramos estimar los parámetros, lo que nos permite simular la respuesta dinámica de la estructura sin tener que recurrir a otros procedimientos como la actualización de un modelo de elementos finitos de la estructura en estudio. This paper focuses on estimating the modal parameters of the dynamic system that constitutes the pedestrian footbridge of the Science Museum of the city of Valladolid (Spain). The work consists not only of calculating natural frequencies and damping factors associated to each of the estimated modes, as many commercial software provide from acceleration measurements of tests OMA (Operational Modal Analysis) and/or EMA (Experimental modal Analysis), but the aim of this paper is to calculate the generalized masses corresponding to each of the estimated modes of the structure. For this purpose, firstly a representation of the dynamic system is obtained in the state space by SSI technique (Stochastic Subspace Identification), and secondly, vibration modes are scaled from the estimation of the residues of the decomposition in partial fractions of the frequency response function (FRF) measurements. This method gets accurate estimations in the results whose vibration modes are excited, allowing the simulation of the dynamic response of the structure without the need for updating a finite element model of the structure under study.

A major part of the interface to a database is made up of the queries that can be addressed to this database and answered (processed) in an efficient way, contributing to the quality of the developed software. Efficiently processed spatial queries constitute a fundamental part of the interface to spatial databases due to the wide area of applications that may address such queries, like geographical information systems (GIS), location-based services, computer visualization, automated mapping, facilities management, etc. Another important capability of the interface to a spatial database is to offer the creation of efficient index structures to speed up spatial query processing. The xBR + -tree is a balanced disk-resident quadtree-based index structure for point data, which is very efficient for processing such queries. Bulk-loading refers to the process of creating an index from scratch, when the dataset to be indexed is available beforehand, instead of creating the index gradually (and more slowly), when the dataset elements are inserted one-by-one. In this paper, we present an algorithm for bulk-loading xBR + -trees for big datasets residing on disk, using a limited amount of main memory. The resulting tree is not only built fast, but exhibits high performance in processing a broad range of spatial queries, where one or two datasets are involved. To justify these characteristics, using real and artificial datasets of various cardinalities, first, we present an experimental comparison of this algorithm vs. a previous version of the same algorithm and STR, a popular algorithm of bulk-loading R-trees, regarding tree creation time and the characteristics of the trees created, and second, we experimentally compare the query efficiency of bulk-loaded xBR + -trees vs. bulk-loaded R-trees, regarding I/O and execution time. Thus, this paper contributes to the implementation of spatial database interfaces and the efficient storage organization for big spatial data management.

23 páginas El propósito de este artículo es examinar la literatura reciente acerca del emergente campo de Learning Analytics; describir su evolución o crecimiento; analizar los elementos que lo diferencian de otros en cuanto campo, líneas, madurez, y establecer cómo se relaciona con el aprendizaje. Se revisaron 23 papers resultantes de la aplicación de una metodología que incorporó una serie de criterios de inclusión y exclusión, propuestos para cumplir el propósito. Los resultados señalaron que el principal elemento diferenciador de Learning Analytics en cuanto campo es que se centra en el mejoramiento u optimización del aprendizaje, y para alcanzar esta meta, utiliza distintas técnicas y métodos de variados campos, por lo que surge, además, un importante grupo de trabajos que se preocupa por delimitar el campo a través de modelos o frameworks de Learning Analytics. The purpose of this article is to examine recent publications on the emerging field of learning analytics, to describe its evolution or growth, to analyze the elements that differentiate it from other disciplines in terms of field, lines of work and maturity, and to determine how it relates to learning. Twenty-three papers were reviewed, based on the application of a method that incorporated a series of inclusion and exclusion criteria proposed for that purpose. The results indicate the main element differentiating learning analytics in terms of its field is the focus on improving or optimizing learning. It uses different techniques and methods from different fields to accomplish that goal. As a result, an important body of work also has emerged that is concerned with delimiting the field through models or frameworks for learning analytics.

Resumen Durante más de un siglo el concepto de Estado desarrollista se ha enfocado desde la perspectiva unidimensional del desarrollo económico. Sin embargo, la progresiva evolución de la teoría del desarrollo hacia enfoques multidimensionales ha propiciado su incipiente reconcep-tualización como Estado desarrollista humano. Este trabajo plantea, mediante la revisión de la literatura reciente, algunos de los retos conceptuales, teóricos y metodológicos que surgen en este proceso de integrar la multidimensionalidad en el Estado desarrollista. Entre estos, destacan: 1. la elección de enfoque conceptual ante la heterogeneidad multidimensional, 2. la construcción de marcos teóricos y analíticos comunes en un contexto multidisciplinar, 3. la tensión entre enfoques metodológicos deductivo-normativos e inductivo-descriptivos y 4. la necesidad de desarrollar métodos e indicadores cuantitativos para ampliar el análisis comparado. En conclusión, se plantea una serie de retos de distinto orden que exigirán progresos en distintas disciplinas hasta alcanzar un cuerpo teórico y analítico sólido que permita hablar de una conceptualización unificada y consolidada del Estado desarrollista humano. Este trabajo trata de dar un paso en este sentido mediante una propuesta de sistematización conceptual y operacionalización analítica. Abstract For more than one century Developmental State has been conceptualized from the unidimensional approach of economic development. However, development theory evolution towards multidimensional approaches has led to its conceptualization as Human Developmental State. This paper poses the main conceptual, theoretical and methodological challenges for this approach. These are: i) choosing the conceptual approach within the multidimensional heterogeneity, ii) constructing common theoretical and analytical frameworks in a multidisciplinary context, iii) resolving the tension between inductive-normative and deductive-descriptive methodological approaches and developing methods and quantitative indicators for international comparisons. In conclusion, a series of challenges of different order are presented and will demandprogress in different disciplines until reaching a solid theoretical and analytical body that allows to speak of a unified and consolidated conceptualization of the human developmental state. This paper tries to take a step in this direction through a proposal of conceptual systematization and analytical operationalization.

En la actualidad, las redes móviles e inalámbricas de nueva generación, tales como las redes de área personal IPv6 de baja potencia (6LoWPAN), redes de sensores inalámbricos sobre IPv6 y redes móviles IPv6 jerárquicas se encuentran bajo rigurosa investigación y desarrollo, pues representan el paso por seguir en la evolución de las redes Machine-to-Machine (M2M), al tiempo que apoyan el acceso de banda ancha de la próxima generación de tecnologías y sistemas inteligentes sobre Internet futuro. Estas redes de nueva generación imponen restricciones en cuanto al poder de procesamiento, ancho de banda y recursos de energía, lo que representa una gran limitante en la implementación de mecanismos de seguridad. En este sentido, en lo últimos años han surgido diversas propuestas para la administración de claves, procedimientos de firma digital y cifrado de datos basados en curvas elípticas e híper-elípticas, que logran niveles de seguridad equivalentes a los algoritmos convencionales basados en algoritmos Dffie-Hellman y Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA), pero que reducen la longitud de clave y, por ende, los recursos computacionales y de red asociados. Este artículo examina los algoritmos basados en criptografía de curvas elípticas (ECC) y su aplicación a redes móviles e inalámbricas de nueva generación habilitadas para IPv6. Así mismo, describe un modelo de simulación para la evaluación de ECC, donde se comparan los recursos computacionales necesarios y las limitaciones en mecanismos ligeros de seguridad. Currently, mobile networks and next generation wireless networks such as, IPv6 low-power Wireless Personal Area networks 6LoWPAN, wireless sensor networks and hierarchical mobile networks in IPv6, are under rigorous research and development, thereforethose networks represent the next step in the evolution of the Machine-to-Machine M2M networks, while supporting broadband access for the next generation of intelligent systems, technologies and future Internet. These next generation networks impose restrictions on the processing power, bandwidth and energy resources, which represents a major constraint in the implementation of security mechanisms. In this regard, in recent years there have been various proposals for key management, digital signature procedures and data encryption based on elliptic and hyper-elliptic curves, to achieve levels of safety equivalent to conventional algorithms based on Diffie-Hellman and Rivest-Shamir-Adleman RSA, but reducing the key length and thus the computational and network resources. This paper reviews algorithms based on Elliptic Curves Cryptography ECC and their application to IPv6-enabled new generation wireless networks. This paper also describes a simulation test-bed for the evaluation of ECC, where we compare computational resources required and limitations for lightweight security mechanisms in secure neighbor discovery, and DNS security extensions.

Desde que el plástico es considerado materia prima esencial para la fabricación de diferentes productos, existe la oportunidad de analizar el comportamiento dinámico de la gestión de la cadena de suministro en Colombia. Este artículo argumenta que el diseño estratégico es una medida importante para crear confianza en un modelo de simulación, sin considerar una prueba de validez. Con el fin de analizar las principales variables de la cadena de suministro, el artículo muestra una visión dinámica para entender la relación entre los actores. El objetivo de este artículo es explorar y discutir la estructura de cadena de suministro del plástico, así como también las directrices para el diseño estratégico a través del diagrama de flujo y abastecimiento de un modelo dinámico de sistema. El mayor resultado de este artículo consiste en un resumen sobre el diseño estratégico y los impulsores de un modelo dinámico de sistema en la gestión de la cadena de suministro. Since plastic is considered an essential raw material for the production of several products, there is the opportunity to analyze the dynamic behavior of the supply chain management in Colombia. This paper argues that strategic modeling is an important measure to build confidence in a simulation model regardless of validity test. In order to analyze the main variables of the supply chain, the article shows a dynamic viewpoint to understand the relationship between the players. The aim of this paper is to explore and discuss the plastic-supply chain structure, and the guidelines for the strategic modeling through a stock-and-flow diagram of a system dynamics model. The major finding of this paper consists in an overview of the strategic modeling and drivers of a system dynamics model in supply chain management. Dado que o plástico é uma matéria prima essencial para a produção de diversos produtos, existe a possibilidade de analisar o comportamento dinâmico da gestão da corrente de abastecimento na Colômbia. Este artigo expõe a modelagem estratégica como uma importante medida para construir confiança num modelo de simulação sem importar as provas de validade. Para analisar as principais variáveis da corrente de abastecimentos, o artigo expõe um ponto de vista dinâmico para compreender a relação entre os participantes. O objectivo deste artigo é explorar e discutir a estrutura da corrente de abastecimento de plástico, e os alineamentos para a modelagem estratégica através de um diagrama de existências e fluxos correspondente a um sistema de modelagem dinâmica. O maior achado deste artigo consiste numa descrição da modelagem estratégica e drivers de um modelo de sistema dinâmico na gestão da corrente de abastecimentos.
