- Abstract
A captive 17-year-old male cynomolgus monkey (Macaca fascicularis) developed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This was the first report of DLBCL presenting with a mandible mass and violation of the paranasal sinus in a cynomolgus monkey. The neoplasm showed marked microscopical malignant aspects. Immunohistochemical staining showed strong positive expression of CD20. These features may contribute to the diagnosis and therapeutics of DLBCL in NHPs., (© 2024 John Wiley & Sons A/S.
