油脂是人体主要的三大营养素之一，合理膳食油脂对人体供能、提升免疫功能、维持神经和生理活性提供了保障。甘油三酯（TAG）作为食用油脂主要成分，在消化代谢后容易转化为储能脂肪，使机体负担较大。甘油二酯（DAG）是一种天然TAG替代脂，被证明具有多种营养功能。旨在为DAG作为新型健康油脂的应用提供理论基础，综述了DAG的代谢机制以及DAG主要的营养功能。DAG具有和TAG相似的理化性质，由于代谢途径与TAG的差异以及可以调控与脂肪氧化相关基因的表达，使DAG具有促进脂肪氧化、抑制体质量增加、降低内脏脂肪含量、改善血清胆固醇、调节血糖、降低血脂等多种功能。DAG的摄入可有效降低代谢综合征和心血管疾病发生的风险。Oils and fats are one of the three main nutrients in the human body. A balanced diet of oils and fats provide energy to the body, enhance immune function, and maintain neurological and physiological activities. Triacylglycerol (TAG), the main component of edible oils and fats, is easily converted into stored fat after digestion and metabolism, which can burden the body. Diacylglycerol (DAG) is a natural substitute for TAG in edible oil and has been proven to have various nutritional functions. To provide a theoretical basis for the application of DAG as a new type of healthy fat, the metabolic mechanism and main nutritional functions of DAG were reviewed. DAG has similar physicochemical properties to TAG, but due to differences in metabolic pathways and the ability to regulate the expression of genes related to oil oxidation, DAG has multiple functions such as promoting fat oxidation, inhibiting body weight gain, reducing visceral fat content, improving serum cholesterol, regulating blood sugar, and lowering blood lipids. The intake of DAG can effectively reduce the risk of metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease.

为研究亚麻籽热榨过程中美拉德反应形成的物质类型及其抗氧化效果，以亚麻籽为原料，在120~200 ℃下炒籽10~30 min并提取亚麻籽油，考察不同炒籽条件下亚麻籽油的氧化稳定性，分析炒籽前后亚麻籽脱脂粉中还原糖和游离氨基酸含量变化，确定美拉德模拟体系的反应底物。以抗氧化活性为指标，对美拉德模拟反应条件进行优化，并考察美拉德反应产物（MRPs）对冷榨亚麻籽油氧化稳定性的影响。结果表明：在180 ℃条件下炒籽20 min制备的亚麻籽油氧化稳定性最好；美拉德模拟反应的最优条件为葡萄糖与赖氨酸物质的量比3∶ 1、反应温度180 ℃、反应时间105 min和葡萄糖与精氨酸物质的量比1∶ 1、反应温度180 ℃、反应时间105 min；两种MRPs对冷榨亚麻籽油过氧化值增长没有明显的抑制效果，而对p-茴香胺值的增长有一定的抑制作用。赖氨酸、精氨酸和葡萄糖的美拉德反应对提高热榨亚麻籽油的氧化稳定性起关键作用，其MRPs对冷榨亚麻籽油具有一定的抗氧化作用。 In order to study the types of substances formed by Maillard reaction during flaxseed hot pressing and their antioxidant effects, flaxseed was roasted at 120-200 ℃ for 10-30 min, and flaxseed oil was extracted. The oxidation stability of flaxseed oil under different roasting conditions was investigated. The changes of reducing sugar and free amino acid content in flaxseed before and after roasting were analyzed, and the reaction substrates of Maillard model system were confirmed. Taking antioxidant activity as an index, Maillard reaction conditions were optimized, and the effects of Maillard reaction products (MRPs) on the oxidative stability of cold pressed flaxseed oil were investigated. The results showed that the flaxseed oil prepared by roasting seeds at 180 ℃ for 20 min had the best oxidation stability. The optimal conditions for Maillard model reaction were obtained as follows：molar ratio of glucose to lysine 3∶ 1, reaction temperature 180 ℃, reaction time 105 min, and molar ratio of glucose to arginine 1∶ 1, reaction temperature 180 ℃, reaction time 105 min. The two MRPs had no significant inhibitory effect on the peroxide value of cold pressed flaxseed oil, while they had some inhibitory effect on the growth of p-anisidine value. The reaction of lysine, arginine and glucose mainly plays an antioxidant role in roasting flaxseed, and its MRPs has a certain antioxidant effect on cold pressed flaxseed oil.

Exploring the temporal and spatial differentiation of landscape ecological risks in watershed regions and future multi-scenario simulations provides a useful reference for the diagnosis of regional land development problems and the sustainable development of regional ecological environment. It took the Fenhe River Basin as the research object, based on the three phases of land use data in 2000, 2010, and 2020, using GIS grid method, landscape pattern index, spatial statistical analysis and other methods to explore the temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics of the landscape ecological risk in the Fenhe River Basin And its laws, combined with multivariate data. It used the PLUS model to simulate the evolution trend and differences of the ecological risks of the Fenhe River Basin under multiple scenarios in the future. The results showed that: (1) From 2000 to 2020, the average value of the Fenhe River Basin landscape ecological risk index showed an overall downward trend, mainly due to the continuous increase in the area of low-risk areas. (2) Its spatial agglomeration effect increased year by year, and the basin areas with relatively flat terrain were mainly low-risk and low-risk level, and the larger the scope over time, the stronger the agglomeration. (3) In 2035, the landscape ecological risk in the two scenarios will be further reduced, and the average value of the landscape ecological risk in the Fenhe River Basin under the sustainable ecological protection scenario will decrease and the increase in low-risk area is closely related to the increase and connectivity of woodland, grassland, and water areas, while changes in natural development scenarios are closely related to the integration of construction land and cultivated land. In response to the problem that seismic wave signals are usually non-stationary, traditional Fourier transform cannot analyze non-stationary signals and cannot reflect the local time-frequency distribution relationship. The advantages and disadvantages of short-term Fourier transform, continuous wavelet transform, and Chirplet transform in analyzing non-stationary signals at single component, second single component, and multi-component instantaneous frequencies were introduced in sequence. The modified kernel function was used to improve the Chirplet transform, effectively improving the time-frequency resolution of the signal to be analyzed. With the increasing difficulty of oil exploration and development, the prediction of thin interbedded reservoirs has gradually become a research focus. Cyclic thin interbedded reservoirs are one of the typical models and also a sedimentary combination of sequence stratigraphy. Compared with the original Chirplet transform and traditional wavelet transform, the improved Chirplet transform can more clearly depict the trend of stratigraphic cycle changes in practical applications, and has important research significance for solving the prediction problem of general thin interbedded sedimentary cycles in the future. In the environment of the increasing difficulty of seismic exploration, the conventional uniform layered medium can no longer meet the development requirements of high precision and high fidelity seismic exploration, and the study of random medium theory has been put on the agenda. At present, the same layer seismic properties are considered to be consistent in the process of 2D or 3D seismic exploration and modeling, and they are mostly based on the research of uniform layered media. This idea ignores the random perturbation brought by the small-scale parameter to the results, and such models often cannot accurately describe the actual strata. So the hybrid 2D and 3D random medium model was constructed and a detailed modeling process was given, the hybrid autocorrelation function of the parameters of the model was analyzed. Numerical simulation results showed, comparing the 2D and 3D random medium seismic attribute model, could be very clear and intuitively see the random disturbance in the stratum, effectively simulated the random medium distribution in the actual underground structure details. At the same time, 2D and 3D cone functions were introduced to model the error suppression in the discrete process. Finally, the method of 3D random medium modeling with direction factor was proposed. Compared with the traditional method, it is more conducive to compare the distribution characteristics of cracks in the actual geological structure. Objective　 To investigate the effect of interfering with the expression of VEGF-C on the radiosensitivity of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2 cell transplanted tumor and related signaling pathways. Methods　The mice with transplanted tumors of nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2 were randomly divided into tumor body group，siRNA-NC group， siRNA-VEGF-C group; irradiation group；siRNA-NC+ irradiation group; siRNA-VEGF-C+irradiation group. Tumor growth was observed，and the protein expression of VEGF-C，ATM and P65 were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results　Interference of VEGF-C expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2 cell transplanted tumors showed significantly slower tumor growth after irradiation. Immunohistochemical test results showed that after tumor transplantation of mice interfered with VEGF-C，VEGFC and ATM were significantly decreased （ P < 0.05）， while P65 was increased （ P < 0.05） . After combined irradiation，VEGF-C and ATM were significantly decreased （P < 0.05）. Conclusion　In mouse nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2 cell transplantation tumors，interfering with VEGF-C gene affects downstream ATM by activating NF-kB signaling pathway，thereby increasing the sensitivity of radiotherapy. The calcine from the roasting of some gold-bearing pyrite contains 3. 90 g/t gold and 44. 32 g/t silver. The gold in the calcine is mostly naked/semi-naked gold, partly included in iron mineral, making the grinding-leaching process suitable for gold recovery. The new low toxicity type of gold leaching agent KJ-1 is selected for gold extraction. The effects of grinding fineness, hydrogen peroxide dosage, lime dosage and other process parameters on the gold leaching index are investigated. The results show KJ-1 gold leaching effect is equivalent to sodium cyanide, KJ-1 is environment-friendly with less toxicity. Under optimal conditions obtained, the gold and silver leaching rates reach 86. 15 % and 76. 73 % respectively. The gold and silver are effectively recovered from the calcine. In March 2022, EASL released a new version of the clinical practice guidelines on haemochromatosis. Haemochromatosis is characterized by elevated transferrin saturation（TSAT） and progressive iron overload mainly involving the liver, and early diagnosis and venesection can prevent liver cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, diabetes, arthritis, and other complications. For patients with p.Cys282 Tyr homozygous mutation of the hemochromatosis gene HFE, haemochromatosis can be diagnosed if serum iron parameters show TSAT >45% and ferritin >200 μg/L in female patients, or TSAT >50% and ferritin >300 μg/L in male patients and postmenopausal female patients. If a patient has elevated TSAT and ferritin and belongs to other HFE genotypes, magnetic resonance or liver biopsy is needed to confirm iron overload in the liver. Liver fibrosis stage and damage to other organs should be carefully assessed at the time of diagnosis, which will help to determine management strategies. Hepatocellular carcinoma should be screened for patients with progressive liver fibrosis. Human activities have dramatically changed the subsurface flow and caused problems such as salinization and desertification that degrade groundwater-dependent the ecosystem. Taking the shallow groundwater layer as the link, a conceptual model of phreatic water evaporation in arid plains is established. The model analyses the groundwater depth conditions of desertification and salinization in arid areas, and calculates threshold water table required for preventing these problems. The Luocheng Irrigation District at the junction of the middle and lower reaches of Heihe River is taken as an example to study the relation between groundwater depths and ecosystems patterns. The contributions of this study include: ① Describing the soil water movement principle caused by desertification outside the salinized oasis in the arid area, based on which, the method for calculating the threshold groundwater depth for preventing salinization is provided. By calculation, the critical groundwater depth leading to soil salinization is 1.3~1.5 m and the calculated critical groundwater level is 8~13 m; ② Discussing the appropriate values of soil equivalent pore diameter and liquid surface tension used for estimating the maximum rising height of capillary water; ③ Proposing a scheme to regulate the groundwater level regulation via controlling irrigation in the area to protect groundwater-dependent ecosystems while satisfying water demand for irrigation and other purposes. Objective: To study the curative efficacy of ningmitai capsule combined with moxifloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic prostatitis and its effects on the serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α, interleukin(IL)-1β and macrophage colony stimulating factor (M-CSF) levels. 110 patients of chronic prostatitis who were treated from August 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group (n=55) and the control group (n=55) according to the random number table. The control group was treated with moxifloxacin hydrochloride, while the observation group was treated by ningmitai capsule on the basis of control group. All the patients were treated for 2 weeks. The changes of chronic prostatitis symptomscore (NIH-CPSI), white blood cell count, serumTNF-α, IL-1β and M-CSF levels and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜ 0.05); the NIH-CPSI scores of pain, urination disorder and quality of life, white blood cell count, serumTNF-α, IL-1β and M-CSF levels of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05), which were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group(P＜0.05). Ningmitai capsule combined with moxifloxacin hydrochloride was effective for chronic prostatitis, it could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms with high safety, which might be related to the decrease of serum TNF-α, IL-1β and M-CSF levels. In order to further enhance the efficiency of the multi-objective decision-making problem with an enormous solution space, an effective and fast construction approach of the lioii-dominated solution set is worth to explore. At first, the properties of iion-dominated relationship, the initial set of non-dominated solution, the definitions and theorems related to the set of noil-dominated solution construction are given. In this paper, then, in terms of ordered set t heory and operation rules, a new kind of construction approach of Pareto non-dominated solution set is proposed based on the initial non-doniinated solution set sortingapproach. This algorithm applies set sorting approach to attain the optimal solutions of MOP through comparing the ordered feasible solution set with the ordered non-doniinated solution set. On the one hand, the ordered feasible solution set which not include the initial noii-doininated solutions is built. On the other hand, some rules of algorithm are designed, which include the sorting criterion of initial non-doniinated solutions, the insertion criterion and the find criterion of non-doniinated solution. The time complexity in different situations of the presented algorithm and the common non-dominated sorting approaches are analyzed. At last, the experiments to construct the set of non-doniinated solutions have been done through the test functions of ZDT1~ZDT3, DTLZ1 and DTLZ3, compared with the approach of NTCM proposed by Wang and the other three kinds of approaches, the algorithm meiitioiied above has a higher effectivity to find the non-dominated solution correctly, it has the more lower time complexity and the more shorter computation time to construct the set of non-dominated solutions.
