This paper introduces the teaching method of waterborne polyurethane polymerization and the virtual simulation experiment of supercritical continuous foaming. Using 3D virtual simulation technology to present the complex process of polymer synthesis, so that students can conduct experiments in intuitive and vivid scenes, and realize the real experimental teaching effect. Multiple screening design experiments can be carried out in the limited time, which greatly improves the experimental efficiency. This teaching method also solves the problems of toxic risk of polymerization experimental materials, difficult recovery of experimental solvents and high experimental cost.
