The learner is one of the most important pillars of the educational situation, and the reliable element in the success of the development process in the future. All reform paths should end in his favors. Hence, it was necessary to provide him with experience that qualifies him to keep pace with the cognitive and technological development, in addition, the requirements of the 4th and the 5th Industrial Revolutions, and the applications of artificial intelligence, to the extent that he can actively participate in creating these events. Hence, the research aimed at developing innovative thinking among pupils of the basic education stage through the approach of spontaneous education, and knowing the attitudes of teachers towards this, using the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The research reached results ; the most prominent are : The attitudes of the sample individuals towards Spontaneous education as an approach for the development of innovative thinking came in the scope of positive approval within a large degree. There are no statistically significant differences among the responses of the sample individuals due to the gender variable (male / female) and the education variable (governmental / Al-Azhar ). The research also found that there are statistically significant differences due to the two variables (teaching experience) in favor of more than a ten-year experience, and the variable of (training courses), and the differences came in favor of those who received the courses.
