Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Bu çalışma, öğretmen görüşlerine göre okul yöneticilerinin algı yönetim taktikleri ve öğretmenlerin işle bütünleşmelerinin örgütsel ikiyüzlülükle ilişkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı 4 bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde demografik özelliklerin bulunduğu katılımcıların cinsiyet, medeni durum, mezuniyet durumu, branş, kıdem, çalışılan okul türü ve mezun olunan fakülte değişkenlerinin olduğu kişisel bilgi formu; ikinci bölümde öğretmenlerin işle bütünleşme düzeylerini belirleyebilmek için 17 maddeden oluşan Utrecht İşle Bütünleşme Ölçeği (UWES) kullanılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre okul yöneticilerinin algı yönetim taktiklerini incelemek üzere 5’li likert tipinde toplam 22 maddeden oluşan Yönetici Algı Yönetimi Taktikleri Değerlendirme Ölçeği (YAYTAD) kullanılmıştır. Son bölümde ise ilişkisi araştırılan örgütsel ikiyüzlülük düzeyini ortaya koyabilmek için 3 alt boyutu bulunan, 17 maddeden oluşan örgütsel ikiyüzlülük ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubuna, 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılında Konya Büyükşehir merkezinde bulunan kamu okullarında görev yapan gönüllü 640 öğretmen katılmıştır. Demografik özelliklerin betimlenmesinde kategorik ikili karşılaştırmada t testi; çoklu karşılaştırmalarda ise varyans analizi yapılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin okul yöneticilerinin algı yönetim taktikleri algıları ve öğretmenlerin işle bütünleşme düzeyleri ile örgütsel ikiyüzlülük ve alt boyutları düzeyleri arasındaki ilişki, “Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon Kat Sayısı Tekniği”, öğretmenlerin okul yöneticilerinin algı yönetim taktiklerini algılama düzeylerinin örgütsel ikiyüzlülük düzeyini açıklayıp açıklamadığını tespit etmek için ise regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin işle bütünleşme ve alt boyutları düzeylerinin örgütsel ikiyüzlülük düzeyini açıklayıp açıklamadığını ortaya çıkarmak için regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre öğretmenlerin okul yöneticilerinin algı yönetimi taktikleri puan ortalamalarının, örgütsel ikiyüzlülük algı düzeylerini çok düşük düzeyde pozitif yönde anlamlı bir şekilde açıkladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin işle bütünleşmenin zindelik ve adanma boyutlarını algılama düzeylerinin örgütsel ikiyüzlülüğü anlamlı bir şekilde açıkladığı ancak işle bütünleşmenin bütünleşme alt boyutunun ise örgütsel ikiyüzlülük değişkenliğini istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir şekilde açıklamadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin örgütsel ikiyüzlülük algılama düzeylerinin cinsiyet, medeni durum, mezuniyet durumu, branş, kıdem ve mezun olunan fakülte değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaşmadığı ancak öğretmenlerin örgütsel ikiyüzlülük algılama puan ortalamalarının okul türü değişkenine göre ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir., This study aims to examine the relationship between school administrators' perception management tactics and teachers' work engagement with organizational hypocrisy, according to teachers' opinions. Data Collectıon Tool consısts of 4 parts: A personal information form including demographic characteristics and the participants’ gender, marital status, graduation status, branch, seniority, school type and graduated faculty variables was used in the first part; the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) consisting of 17 items was used to determine teachers' work engagement levels in the second part. The Administrator Perception Management Tactics Evaluation Scale consisting of a total of 22 items in 5-likert type was used to examine the perception management tactics of school administrators according to teachers in the third part; and the organizational hypocrisy scale consisting of 17 items with 3 sub-dimensions was used in order to reveal the level of organizational hypocrisy in the last part. 640 volunteer teachers in working in public schools in Konya Metropolitan Center in the 2019-2020 academic year participated in the study group. One Way Anova was applied to describe the demographic characteristics; t-test was used for pairwise comparison and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) was used for multiple comparisons. In order to determine the relationship between teachers' perceptions of school administrators' perception management tactics and teachers' work engagement levels with organizational hypocrisy and its sub-dimensions, the ‘’Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient Technique" was used and the regression analysis was applied to determine whether teachers' perceptions of school administrators' perception management tactics explained the level of organizational hypocrisy.In addition, regression analysis was conducted to reveal whether teachers' levels of work engagement and its sub-dimensions explained the level of organizational hypocrisy. According to the findings, it was found that the teachers' school administrators' perception management tactics score averages positively and meaningfully explains the organizational hypocrisy perception levels at a very low level. It was concluded that the levels of teachers' perception of the vitality and dedication (job excitement) dimensions of work engagement significantly explained organizational hypocrisy, but the concentration sub-dimension of work engagement did not statistically explain the variability of organizational hypocrisy. It was determined that teachers' organizational hypocrisy perception levels did not differ significantly according to gender, marital status, graduation status, branch, seniority and graduated faculty variables, but their organizational hypocrisy perception average score differed statistically according to the school type variable.

Bu çalışmada IX. yy.'ın son yılları ile X. yy.'da dini, tarihi, kültürel ve ekonomik bağlamda seyyahların gözünden Mısır'ı incelenmektedir. This heritage comprises of certain elements such as architecture, art, trade, agriculture, mining and use of underground resources, the collection of taxes. It also contains certain social, political, economic and cultural components. Since the traveler's journey book(diaries) are not considered official documents; the knowledge and information given in these works reflects the views of the authors. The elements we mentioned above are coming from an outsider's eyes and views. Therefore, these works are very important in the term of social history arena. Diğer taraftan okulun misyoner okuluolmasından duyduğu endişeyi açıkça dile getirerek merkez teşkilatına bu konudabazı kritik önerilerde bulunmuştur., Education policies have an important effecton political, cultural, social and economic developments of societies.Missionaries, who knew the geopolitical and geostrategic importance of OttomanGovernment well, had utilized the educational settings, like schools to reachtheir goals since they stepped on Ottoman territories. The missionaryeducational institutions founded on Ottoman territories are one of theimportant issues that the Republic of Turkey has taken over from the OttomanState. In the first years of the Republic, some important legal regulationswere issued and more inspection was done for the missionary educationalsettings.The study examines the evaluations ofMerzifon American School, which was an important section of the inspectionreport of Mr. Remzi, who worked as a primary school inspector in the area ofMerzifon and Gümüşhacıköy in the province of Amasya during the 1928-1929 schoolyear. He conducted an inspection by calling on the authority andresponsibilities that a primary school inspector held in accordance with theexisting laws and regulations. He prepared the report based on the guidelinesof inspection, investigation, and guidance. In his report, it was seen that hehad some poor practices terminated, and made the necessary corrections andnotifications as a guidance for some improper practices. On the other hand, hemade some critical recommendations to the central governance by declaring hisconcern about the school being a missionary school.

Bu çalışma, iman ve fısk kavramlarını büyük İslam bilgini Mâtürîdî'nin görüşleri çerçevesinde incelemeyi konu edinmiştir. Giriş bölümünde Mâtürîdî'nin hayatı ve ilmî kişiliği hakkında bilgi verildi. Konunun daha iyi anlaşılması için iman ve fısk kavramlarının anlamları alanında özlü bilgiler verilmeye çalışıldı. Son bölümde asıl araştırma konumuz olan Mâtürîdî'nin iman ve fıskla ilgili görüşleri eserlerinden hareketle incelenerek ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır ve konuyla alakalı diğer eserlerle desteklenmeye gayret edilmiştir., Faith and fısk have a large and important ground among the subjects of Quran . This study examines the subjects of "fısk" and faith in the light of the view of İslamic master Maturidi. In the introduction section of this study focuses on the life and the personality of the Mâturîdî. Afterwards basic information about the means concepts of fısk and faith are given to provide better understanding. Final part covers the ideas of Mâturîdî about the fısk and faith, the investigation from his works and also are supported by other sources related to the subject.

The purpose of this study is to express the historical development of Ahilik, Gedik, Lonca and Enderun School wich are the formal and informal education institutions in shaping the vocational and technical education in Turkey. Vocational technical education in Turkey, since the beginning of Turks in Anatolia, as formal vocational technical education began to spread in Anatolia with Ahi, Gedik and Lonca. In this period vocational technical education occurred as the master-apprentice tradition. conditions of that period vocational technical education institutions in Anatolia was providing the community needs in the best way.Besides these institutions have been institutions that shape vocationel and technical education at the same time period and subseguent periods., Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye'deki Mesleki Teknik Eğitimi şekillendiren yaygın ve örgün eğitim kurumlarından Ahilik, Gedik, Lonca ve Enderun Mekteplerinin tarihi gelişimini ifade etmektir. Bu çalışmada yukarıda ifade ettiğimiz konu başlıkları genel hatlarıyla ifade edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Zira her biri yüksek lisans ve doktora çalışması olabilecek konu başlıklarıdır. Bu makale konuyla ilgili mevcut tezler, makaleler ve kitaplardan yararlanılarak ortaya konmuştur. Konumuzu en sade biçimde şöyle özetleyebiliriz. Türkiye'de mesleki teknik eğitim, Anadolu'nun Türkleşmeye başladığı dönemden itibaren, yaygın mesleki teknik eğitim olarak, Ahilik, Gedik ve Loncalarla Anadolu'da yayılmaya başlamıştır. Bu dönemde mesleki teknik eğitim, usta- çırak geleneğinde yaşanmıştır. O dönemdeki koşullarda Anadolu'daki mesleki teknik eğitim kurumları, toplum ihtiyacını en iyi şekilde karşılamaktaydı. Bu kurumlar aynı zamanda döneminin ve sonraki dönemlerin mesleki teknik eğitimine yön veren kurumlar olmuştur. Fakat Osmanlı Devleti'nin duraklama dönemine girdiği 1700 yılların başında mesleki teknik eğitim teşkilatı kendini yenileyemedi ve mesleki teknik eğitim sistemi de bozulmalar başladı.

Bu araştırmanın amacı: 2011-2012 eğitim öğretim y ılında Ahi Evran Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yü ksekokulu"nda farklı bölü mlerde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin Powerpoint ile yapılan ders sunumlarının etkililiği ile ilg ili görüşlerini belirlemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Çalış ma grubunu AEÜ BESYO"da beden eğitimi öğretmenliğinde 199, antrenörlük eğ itimi bölü münde 107 ve spor yöneticiliği bölü münde 57 öğrenci olmak üzere toplam 363 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. A raştırma için gerekli veriler in toplan masında; Gelişli (2009) tarafından geliştirilen "Po werpoint ile Yap ılan Ders Sunu mlarının Etkililiğ i" ölçeğ i kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin iç tutarlık kat sayısı .68 dir. Toplanan veriler ü zerinden frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, t -testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS 17 istatistik programı kullanılmış olup değişkenler arasında ilişki ve farklarda 0.05 önem düzeyi dikkate alın mıştır. Sonuç olarak, öğrencilerin Powerpoint ile ders sunumlarının öğretmenlerle ve arkadaşları ile iletişimini engellediği, derste öğrencilerin katılımını pasifleştird iği, dersleri sıkıcı ve tek dü ze yaptığı g ibi olu msuz ifadelere "katılmadıkları" ,öğrencilerin Po werpoint sunumların ın dikkatlerini u zun süre toplamalarına yardımcı olduğu, derste başarıların ı olu mlu etkiled iği, konuları daha iyi anladıkları, derslere istekle katıldı kları gibi o lu mlu ifadelere "büyük ölçüde" ve "kısmen" katıldıkları görülmektedir. Sonuçlarda ayrıca, Powerpoint sunumların ın başka yöntemler, teknikler, araç-gereçlerle ve görsel öğelerle desteklen mesi ile ilgili görüşlere bakıldığında ise öğrencilerin bu ifadelere büyük ölçüde katıld ıkları görülmektedir. The purpose of this study is to determine the opinions of students in different departments about Powerpoint lecturing effectuality in Ahi Evran University in 2010 -2011. The sample of the study consist of 363 students ( department of physical education teacher 199, depart ment of coaching 107, depart ment of sports management 57). Data was gathered by the "Effectuality of Powerpoint Lecturing" scale that was developed by Gelisli (2009). The internal consistency parameter of the scale is .68. the data was analysed by frequency, percent, mean, t-test and one way anova. SPSS 17.0 was used while analysing data and 0.05 significant level was taken into consideration in relat ionships and differences between the variables. As conclusion, students "do not agree" negative expressions just as; Powerpoint lecturing blocks co mmunication with lecturers and feriends, passivates students" attendance to lessons, makes lessons boring and prosaic. Students agree "largely" and "partially" positive expressions just as; Powerpoint lecturing helps gathering attention long time, affects positively the successes, helps understanding topics be tter, helps attending to lessons amb itiously. Besides, students largelly agree that Po werpoint lecturing should be supported by other methods, techniques, equipments and visual things.

Bu araştırmanın amacı eğitim sistemindeki değişimlerden biri olan 4+4+4 eğitim modeline ilişkin öğretmenlerin görüşlerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul ili Sarıyer ilçesinde, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı resmi ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın örneklemini Sarıyer ilçesindeki resmi ilkokullarda ve ortaokullarda görev yapan toplam 112 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın kuramsal çerçevesinde değişim, değişimin türleri, değişimin etkileri ve milli eğitim sistemi gibi konular tartışılmıştır. Araştırma tarama modelidir. Araştırmanın veri aracı olarak Helvacı ve arkadaşları (2012) tarafından geliştirilen "Değişimi Yönetme Bağlamında 4+4+4 Modeline İlişkin Görüşler Anketi" kullanılmıştır. Anket iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde katılımcılara ait demografik bilgiler (cinsiyet, branş, mesleki kıdem, yaş) yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise 4+4+4 eğitim modeline ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla oluşturulan algı ölçeği bulunmaktadır. Kullanılan ölçek tek alt boyuta sahip olup, 5'li Likert türünden 23 madde içermektedir. Faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre tek faktörlüdür ve varyansın 66.99'unu açıklamaktadır. Cronbach Alpha değeri R=.901 olarak belirlenmiştir. Ölçekten elde edilen veriler SPSS 22.0 paket programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada 2 bağımsız değişkenli verilerde t-testi uygulanmış, ikiden fazla demografik değişkenli verilerde ise varyans analizi (Anova) yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda öğretmenlerin 4+4+4 eğitim modeline ilişkin görüşleri cinsiyet ve mesleki kıdem değişkenleri bakımında anlamlı bir fark göstermektedir. Cinsiyet bakımından 4+4+4 eğitim modeline kadın öğretmenlerin erkek öğretmenlere göre daha az katıldıkları tespit edilmiştir. Mesleki kıdem açısından ise 26 ve üzeri kıdeme sahip öğretmenlerin 4+4+4 eğitim modeline ilişkin görüşlerinin ortalamaları diğerlerine göre daha yüksek ortalamaya sahiptir. Diğer 6 gruplardaki öğretmenlerin 4+4+4 eğitim modeline ilişkin görüşlerinin ortalamaları 'olumsuz' düzeyinde iken 26 ve üzeri yıla sahip öğretmenlerin görüşleri ise 'tarafsız' düzeyindedir. Branş ve yaş değişkenleri bakımından ise anlamlı bir farklılık görülmediği sonucuna varılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin 4+4+4 eğitim modeline ilişkin görüşlerinin "olumsuz" düzeyinde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın son bölümünde elde edilen veriler yorumlanmış ve öneriler geliştirilmiştir. The purpose of this research is to examine the opinions of education teachers that about education model changing to 4+4+4 system. The research population consist of teachers in public schools that affiliated to the Ministry of Education in the province of Istanbul Sariyer district. The sample of the study consistend of 112 teachers of Sariyer's official primary and secondary schools acting in this district. Theoretical framework of the study change, the types of the changes, issues such as the impact of the system change and the national education system are discussed. "Perceptions survey on the 4+4+4 education teachers in the context of management of change" that developed by Helvacı et al. (2012) was used as a research scan model. The survey consists of two parts. Demographic information on participants in the first chapter (gender, branch, seniority, age) and in the second part has created the perception scale to determine teachers' views on the 4+4+4 education model. The scale used is sub-dimensions with a single, 5-point Likert-type contains 23 items. Factor analysis is based on a single factor and explains the variance of 66.99. Cronbach's alpha value was determined as R=.901. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 software package from the scale. 2 t-test for independent-variable data in applied research, while more than two demographic variables in the data analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed. Opinions regarding the results of the teachers' survey in the 4+4+4 model gender education and seniority variables shows a significant difference in care. 4+4+4 education by gender in terms of the model of female teachers, male teachers were found to participate less. In terms of average seniority 26 and older vision of the teachers with seniority of 4+4+4 educational model has a higher average than the others. The average of the opinions of the other 6 groups of teachers that about model of 4+4+4 are 'negative' and the teachers that older than 26 years old have a 'neutral' view about this new education model, with the views of the teachers is level. A significant difference was not seen in terms of the branches and age variables. Research results show that in teachers' views on the 4+4+4 educational model is "negative". In the last part of the research data obtained interpreted and recommendations were developed. Mesleki kıdem açısından ise 26 ve üzeri kıdeme sahip öğretmenlerin 4+4+4 eğitim modeline ilişkin görüşlerinin ortalamaları diğerlerine göre daha yüksek ortalamaya sahiptir. Diğer 6 gruplardaki öğretmenlerin 4+4+4 eğitim modeline ilişkin görüşlerinin ortalamaları 'olumsuz' düzeyinde iken 26 ve üzeri yıla sahip öğretmenlerin görüşleri ise 'tarafsız' düzeyindedir. Branş ve yaş değişkenleri bakımından ise anlamlı bir farklılık görülmediği sonucuna varılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin 4+4+4 eğitim modeline ilişkin görüşlerinin "olumsuz" düzeyinde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. The purpose of this research is to examine the opinions of education teachers that about education model changing to 4+4+4 system. The research population consist of teachers in public schools that affiliated to the Ministry of Education in the province of Istanbul Sariyer district. The sample of the study consistend of 112 teachers of Sariyer's official primary and secondary schools acting in this district. Theoretical framework of the study change, the types of the changes, issues such as the impact of the system change and the national education system are discussed. "Perceptions survey on the 4+4+4 education teachers in the context of management of change" that developed by Helvacı et al. (2012) was used as a research scan model. The survey consists of two parts. Demographic information on participants in the first chapter (gender, branch, seniority, age) and in the second part has created the perception scale to determine teachers' views on the 4+4+4 education model. The scale used is sub-dimensions with a single, 5-point Likert-type contains 23 items. Factor analysis is based on a single factor and explains the variance of 66.99. Cronbach's alpha value was determined as R=.901. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 software package from the scale. 2 t-test for independent-variable data in applied research, while more than two demographic variables in the data analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed. Opinions regarding the results of the teachers' survey in the 4+4+4 model gender education and seniority variables shows a significant difference in care. 4+4+4 education by gender in terms of the model of female teachers, male teachers were found to participate less. In terms of average seniority 26 and older vision of the teachers with seniority of 4+4+4 educational model has a higher average than the others. The average of the opinions of the other 6 groups of teachers that about model of 4+4+4 are 'negative' and the teachers that older than 26 years old have a 'neutral' view about this new education model, with the views of the teachers is level. A significant difference was not seen in terms of the branches and age variables. Research results show that in teachers' views on the 4+4+4 educational model is "negative". In the last part of the research data obtained interpreted and recommendations were developed.

Bu araştırma; Erciyes Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor yüksekokulu ile Selçuk Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulunun farklı bölümlerinde öğrenimlerine devam eden öğrencilerin umutsuzluk ve yaşam doyum düzeylerini belirlemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma betimsel nitelikte ve tarama modelinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalışma gurubunu; Erciyes Üniversitesinden 113, Selçuk Üniversitesinden 117 olmak üzere toplam 230 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Umutsuzluk ölçeği ortalamalarına göre öğrencilerin; öğrenim gördükleri üniversiteler, cinsiyet ve öğrenim gördükleri bölümler ile umutsuzluk düzeyleri arasında anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmamıştır (P> 0.05). Yaşam doyumu ölçeği ortalamalarına göre; öğrencilerin öğrenim gördükleri üniversitelerle yaşam doyum düzeyleri arasında anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmazken (P> 0.05), cinsiyet ve öğrenim gördükleri bölümler ile yaşam doyum düzeyleri arasında anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmıştır (P< 0.05). Öğrencilerin genel olarak umutsuzluk düzeyleri ile yaşam doyum düzeyleri arasında yapılan korelasyon analizine göre anlamlı ilişkiye rastlanmamıştır (P> 0.05) This research aims to determine the students’ level of hopelessness and satisfaction with life who attend to Physical Education and Sport Department of Erciyes University and Physical Education and Sport Department of Selçuk University. The research is qualified as descriptive and was implemented in lining model. The research’s study group is 230 students who are consisted of 113 students from Erciyes University and 117 students from Selçuk University. The research’s data is gathered by Beck Hopelessness Scale which was improved by Beck and ark and adapted to Turkish by Seber and satisfaction with life scale which was improved by Diener et al. and adapted to Turkish by Köker. Test, unilateral analysis of variance and correlation analysis test was done over the gathered data. The 0.05 level of significance was taken into account among the relations and differences of variables. At the and of this research, score means of students who were taking course at Physical Education and Sports Colleges in different universities was defined showed that there was a middle level relation between level of hopelessness and life satisfaction. Hopelessness scale showed that there were no significant relation (P< 0.05) among sex, different universities department and level of hopelessness. Scale of life satisfaction showed that there was no significant relation (P< 0.05) among sex, different universities department and level of hopelessness. Çalışmanın amacı; öğretmen adaylarının eğitimde ölçme ve değerlendirmeye ilişkin özyeterliklerini belirlemeye yönelik bir ölçme aracı geliştirmek ve psikometrik özelliklerini belirlemektir. Çalışma grubunu farklı üniversitelerde öğrenim gören 764 öğretmen adayı oluşturmuştur. Kapsam ve görünüş geçerliği sağlanan 23 özyeterlik ifadesi 5?li Likert türü ölçme maddesine dönüştürülmüştür. Geçerlik ve güvenirlik sürecinde tek bir oturum ve tek bir ölçme aracı kullanıldığı için iç tutarlılık anlamında Cronbach alfa katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. Madde analizi ve yapı geçerliğinin belirlenmesi için de doğrulayıcı faktör analizine başvurulmuştur. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizinde 4 farklı model sınanmıştır. GFI, CFI, NNFI ve RMSEA değerleri kabul edilebilir değere sahip olduğu görülmektedir. Ölçeğin genelinin ve boyutlarının iç tutarlık katsayıları incelendiğinde yüksek düzeyde güvenirliğe sahip olduğu görülmektedir. Ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri sonucunda ölçeği oluşturan 23 maddenin bilgiye dayalı özyeterlikler ve beceriye dayalı özyeterlikler şeklinde iki alt boyutta oluşan “öğretmen adaylarının ölçme ve değerlendirmeye yönelik özyeterlik algılarını” ölçtüğü görülmektedir. The a im of the study is to construct a scale to measure self- efficacy of teacher candidates and develop a measurement tool measuring their self-efficacy related to assessment and evaluation in education. S tudy group has been composed of 764 candidates teachers currently stu dying in different universities . After providing content and appearance validity of 23 items about self-efficacy, turned into 5 -point Likert scale. For validity and reliability, Cronbach‟s Alpha Coefficient was calculated because the study was applied at one session. For factor analyzing and validity of structure, Confirmatory Factor Analysis was performed . In this factor analysis four different models were tried. The values of GFI, CFI, NN FI and RMSEA were found acceptable. The scale was seen highly reliable from both general and sub -dimension respect. As a result, 23 -item measurement tool was found constructed in two sub -dimensions such as cognitive and skill based and also scaling self- efficacy of candidate teachers‟ perceptions.

Cataloged from PDF version of article. In this thesis, we study the problem of logical network design in telecommunication networks. Given a set of nodes and a set of commodities, we aim to locate lightpaths(links) between nodes and route the commodities over these lightpaths. The cost to be minimized is the number of lightpaths used. The problem has capacity, degree and delay constraints. An important characteristic of our problem is that the commodities can not be split, therefore they must be routed on a single path. We present two integer programming formulations of the problem and consider four sets of valid inequalities. Additionally, a relaxation of the problem is presented to obtain a lower bound to the problem. Finally, we propose two algorithms of generating good feasible solutions to the problem. In this study, precipitation data were obtained from 4 precipitation station (Yamula-Gülşehir-Söğütlühan-Bulakbaş) for season in Yukarı Kızılırmak Region, and it is aimed to determine the probability of distribution from the monthly total precipitation. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Burdur ilinde öğrenim gören ortaokul öğrencilerinin erken dönem uyumsuz şemaları ile duygu düzenleme yöntemleri arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya çıkarmak ve öğrencilere ait bazı değişkenlere göre ölçeklerden elde edilen puanlar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmanın olup olmadığını belirlemektir.Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2017-2018 öğretim yılında Burdur merkezinde öğrenim gören 1629 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri, `10-16 Yaş Çocuk ve Ergenler İçin Erken Dönem Uyumsuz Şema Ölçekler Takımı (ÇEŞÖT)`, `Ergenler İçin Duygu Düzenleme Ölçeği (EİDDÖ)` ve araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen `Kişisel Bilgi Formu` ile toplanmıştır. ÇEŞÖT'ün Cronboach alfa güvenirlik katsayısı .92 olarak hesaplanmıştır. EİDDÖ'nün ise Cronboach alfa güvenirlik katsayısı .68 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde, frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, Independent-Samples t testi, One Way ANOVA, Pearson Momentler Çarpım Korelasyonu, Doğrusal Regresyon Analizi- Stepwise Tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre erkek öğrencilerde uyumsuz şemaların daha fazla olduğu ve cinsiyete göre alt boyutlarda anlamlı düzeyde faklılık olduğu görülmektedir. Present study aims to is to determine the relationship between early maladaptive schemes and emotion regulation methods of secondary school students studying in Burdur province and to determine whether there are statistically significant differences between scores obtained from scales according to some variables.In this study, correlational comparative survey model was used. The study group consisted of 1629 students studying in the center of Burdur in the 2017-2018 academic year. The data of the study were `Early Maladaptive Schema Questionnaires Set for Children and Adolescents between the ages of 10-16`, `The Regulation of Emotions Questionnaire` and `Individual Knowledge Form` developed by researcher. The Cronboach alpha reliability coefficient of ÇEŞÖT was calculated to be .92. The Cronboach alpha reliability coefficient was calculated as .68. Frequency, percentile, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Independent- Samples t test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson moments correlation correlation, linear regression analysis - Stepwise technique were used for data analysis. According to research results it is seen that there are more maladaptive schemas among male students and there is significant difference at gender based lower levels. Although there is not a significant difference according to gender based general scale points in emotion regulation methods, lower bases shows significant differences. Maladaptive schemas differ based on the educational level of parents and as the education level rises, the presence of maladaptive schemas decreases. Another obtained finding is that among emotion regulation methods in students based on parental occupations, only interior functional emotional regulation shows significant difference; it is discovered that at other lower levels does not show a significant difference. When the relation between early period maladaptive schemas and emotion regulation methods is studied, a relation is found at at middle and lower level and the direction of the relation showed variance to the lower levels. Lastly, maladaptive schemas' predictive level of emotion regulation is studied and it is seen that ''Impaired Autonomy and Performance'' and ''Other Directedness'' schema field explains 33% of the variance, and, ''Disconnection and Rejection'' schema field explains 21% of the variance. In addition, it was found that non-functional emotion regulation methods predict different maladaptive schemes. 127

Majör Kardiyak Olaylar ve Akut Koroner Sendrom Olgular küresel ölçekte en önemli ölüm sebepleri arasında olup, ileriye dönük yapılan tahminlemelerde uzun bir süre daha en önemli ölüm sebebi olmaya devam edeceği öngörülmektedir. Dünya Sağlık Örgütü verilerine göre 2018 yılında 17,5 milyon insanın kalp ve damar hastalıkları nedeniyle öldüğü ve bu rakamın küresel ölümlerin %30'unu teşkil ettiği tahmin edilmektedir. Aynı verilere göre bu ölümlerin 7,6 milyonu akut miyokard enfarktüsüne (MI), 5,7 milyonu ise inmelere (stroke) bağlıdır. Ölümlerin %80'i düşük ve orta gelirli ülkelerde meydana gelmiştir. Eğer uygun önlemler alınmazsa 2020 yılına kadar her yıl yaklaşık 20 milyon insan daha kalp ve damar hastalıklarından, özellikle de MI ve inmeden hayatını kaybedecektir. According to World Health Organization data, it is estimated that 17.5 million people died due to cardiovascular diseases in 2018 and this figure constitutes 30% of global deaths. According to the same data, 7.6 million of these deaths are due to acute myocardial infarction (MI) and 5.7 million are due to stroke. 80% of deaths occurred in low and middle income countries. If appropriate measures are not taken, approximately 20 million people will die of cardiovascular disease, especially MI and stroke, by 2020 each year. In our study, to assist in the development of preventable cardiovascular disease prevention strategies for such an important problem, the development of non-invasive analysis methods for the determination of some compounds and biomarkers that can be used in the diagnosis, monitoring and estimation of the mentioned cases and the analytical method validation studies have been made. The aim of our thesis; was to develop non-invasive analysis methods that continuously monitor some physiological parameters and biomarkers; different from current conventional MI diagnostic methods. Thus, for the first time, non-invasive determination methods will be developed and compared with conventional determination methods.

HPLC günümüzde en yaygın olarak kullanılan ayırma tekniklerinden biridir. Bunun nedenleri; tekrarlanabilir olması, kullanımının kolay olması, geniş uygulama alanının olması, duyarlı olması ve hızlı sonuç vermesidir. Proteinler hücredeki bütün yaşamsal reaksiyonlarda rol oynarlar. Aminoasit zincirlerinden oluşurlar. Aminoasit tayini için kullanılan yöntemlerin başında türevlendirme sonrasında HPLC analizleri gelir. Türevlendirme HPLC'de belirlenebilirliği arttırır, daha iyi bir kromatografi için analitin moleküler yapısını ve polaritesini değiştirir ve analizin stabilitesini arttırır. Ancak türevlendirmede uygulanan prosedürlerde çokça adım bulunur. Bu adımları uygulanan analistlerden kaynaklanan birçok hata faktörü vardır. Bunların başında ölçüm hataları, bekleme sürelerinin standardizasyonu gelir. Türevlendirmede küçük hacimli örneklerle çalışıldığında yada örneğin türevlendirme reaksiyonu sonucunda çabuk parçalanan numune vermesi durumunda tayin zorlaşır. Bu hata faktörlerini ortadan kaldırmak için HPLC'nin otomatik numune cihazının (autosampler) iğnesine verilen komutlarla yapılan türevlendirme ile bu hatalar minimuma indirilebilir. Her örnek için harcanan süre azalır ve tekrarlanabilirlik artar. Tez çalışmamızda laboratuvarımızda konuşlu bulunan HPLC'nin sahip olduğu otomatik numune cihazının (autosampler) iğnesinde türevlendirme yaparak aminoasitlerin ayrımı yapıldı. Türevlendirme ajanları olarak o-ftalaldehit (OPA) ve merkapto etanol kullanılmıştır. Bu amaçla kullanılan model aminoasitler; L-asparajin L-glisin, L-alanin ve DL-lizin'dir. Oluşturduğumuz metodla farklı deneysel parametrelerin değişikliğinin kromatogramlara etkisi araştırıldı., HPLC is one of the most widely used separation technique today. There are several reasons for this; its reproducibility, practicality, wide range of usability, sensitivity and quickness. Proteins play a role in all the vital reactions of the cell. They consist of amino acid chains. The most used method for the acid determination is HPLC analyze after derivatization. The derivatization increases the detectability on HPLC, changes the molecular structure and polarity of the analyte for better chromatogram, and increases the stability of the assay. However, there are many steps in the procedures applied to derivatization. Because of that, numbers of errors are made by analysts who apply those steps. Most frequent errors that are made are measurement errors and standardization of waiting times. In addition to that if small amount of samples are used or if sample's derivatization gives a rapid degraded result the determination becomes really difficult. These errors can get eliminated by derivation with the commands to the needles of the autosampler. By doing this the time spent for each sample can be reduced and repeatability increases. In this study, we first separated our amino acids by derivatization in the needle of the autosampler of the HPLC in our laboratory. We used o-phthalaldehyde (OPA) and mercapto ethanol as the derivatization agents. The model amino acids, used for this purpose, were L-glycine, L-arginine, L-alanine and DL-lysine. The effect of various experimental parameters on the chromatograms were investigated with the method we created.

Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın modeli betimsel tarama modelidir. Öğretmen adaylarının girişimcilik düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla Yılmaz ve Sünbül (2009) tarafından geliştirilen ve 36 maddeden oluşan Üniversite Öğrencileri Girişimcilik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçek, tam sayım örneklem yöntemi kullanılarak evrenin tamamı olan 240 öğrenciye uygulanmış, gönüllülük esası ve geçerlilik çerçevesinde 175 öğrenciden veriler elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS21 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilere yönelik tanımlayıcı istatistiksel analizler için frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Analiz sürecinde araştırmanın alt problemlerine uygun olarak bağımsız gruplar t-testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi yapılmıştır.Araştırmada Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmen adaylarının girişimcilik becerilerinin yüksek girişimcilik düzeyinde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Katılımcıların girişimcilik düzeylerinin cinsiyete ve baba mesleğine göre istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre eğitim fakültelerinde girişimcilik eğitimi adında seçmeli de olsa dersler eklenerek öğrencilerde girişimcilik konusunda bilgi ve beceri artışının gerçekleştirilebileceği ve sadece eğitim fakültesi öğrencilerinin katılabileceği iş, fikir ya da proje yarışmaları düzenlenerek girişimciliğe teşvik edilebileceği önerileri getirilmiştir. This study aims to determinate the entrepreneurship levels of the students of the Department of Social Sciences Education of Amasya University in the academic year of 2017-2018 and to investigate these levels according to the variables of gender, age level, class level, father occupation, maternity occupation, family monthly income level and geographical region where the country is located.Quantitative research method was used in the research. The model of the research is a descriptive scanning model. In order to determine the entrepreneurship levels of the candidate teachers, a Student Entrepreneurship Scale composed of 36 items, developed by Yılmaz and Sünbül (2009), was used. The scale was applied to 240 students who were the whole of the universe by using the full census sampling method and 175 students were obtained on the basis of volunteerism and validity. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS21 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) package program. Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation values were calculated for descriptive statistical analyzes for students participating in the research. Independent groups t-test and one way analysis of variance were performed in accordance with the sub-problems of the research in the analysis process.At the end of the research, social studies teacher candidates' entrepreneurship skills are at the level of high entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurship levels of the participants were statistically significant difference by gender and father's occupation.According to the results obtained from the research, it has been suggested that in case of entrepreneurship education in the education faculties, it is possible to add entrepreneurship knowledge and skills to the students and to encourage entrepreneurship by organizing work, idea or project competitions which only education faculty students can participate. 96

Birçok patofizyolojik olgunun temelinde yatan önemli sebeplerden olan oksidatif stresin tespiti ve izlenmesi için uzun yıllardır çalışmalar sürmektedir. Bu bağlamda analitik olarak ölçülebilecek deneysel değişkenler olarak özellikle oksidatif stres biyogöstergelerinin keşfi ve düşük derişim aralıklarında ve matriks ortamlarda tayinlerinin yapılması son yılların önemli çalışma konularındandır. Tez çalışmamız esnasında bir grup oksidatif stres biyogöstergenin eş zamanlı sıvı kromatografik tayini için yöntem geliştirilmiş ve geliştirilen yöntemin analitik yöntem geçerliliği çalışmaları ICH Q2(R1) kılavuzuna göre gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tayini gerçekleştirilen 6 adet biyogösterge 8-hidroksi-2'-deoksiguanozin (8OHdG); 2'-deoksiuridin (2dU); 2'-deoksiadenozin (2dA); 2'-deoksisitidin (2dC); 5-hidroksimetilurasil (5HMU) ve 3-nitrotrozin (3NLT)'dir. Geliştirilen 5 farklı HPLC yöntemi HPLC-DAD yöntemleri olup, gradient koşullarda, 40OC kolon sıcaklığında, 0,3-0,7mL/dakikalık akış hızı aralığında, 200-450nm aralığında DAD spektrumu kaydedilerek, analitik kolon olarak C18 Thermo Hypersil Gold, 100x2,1mm, 3µm partikül büyüklüğüne sahip kolon kullanılarak, mobil faz (MF) olarak MFB: metanol ve MFA: 10mM H3PO4 (pH 2,5) varlığında, 20µL enjeksiyon hacmi ve otomatik örnekleyiciye ait 5OC tepsi sıcaklığında tayinler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen her yöntemin gradient programı farklı olup optimum koşullar ayrıca saptanmıştır. Detection and quantification of oxidative stress biomarkers, as measurable analytical parameters, in low quantities in matrix environments is an important topic of the recent years. During our thesis studies methods were developed for the simultaneous liquid chromatographic determination of a group of oxidative stress biomarkers and analytical method validation studies of the developed methods were performed in accordance to the ICH Q2(R1) validation guidance. The biomarkers determined were 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8OHdG); 2'-deoksiuridin (2dU); 2'-deoxyadenosine (2dA); 2'-deoxycytidine (2dC); 5-hydroxymethyluracil (5HMU) and 3-nitrotyrosine (3NLT). The 5 different developed HPLC methods were HPLC-DAD methods in gradient conditions, assays were performed at 40OC coulumn temperature, in 0.3-0.7 mL/min flow rate range, by recording DAD spectrum in the range 200-450nm, by using C18 Thermo Hypersil Gold, 100x2,1mm, 3µm as the analytical column, mobile phases (MP) as; MPA: methanol and MPB: 10mM H3PO4 (pH 2.5), at 20µL loop volume and at 5OC rack temperature of the autosampler. Each developed method has its unique and optimized gradient programme. A solid phase extraction (SPE) method was also developed by using AccuBOND II ODS-C18 SPE cartidges for the quantifications done in the artificial body fluids prepared by spking desired amount of standards of the studied biomarkers. Bu araştırmanın amacı, akran baskısıyla başa çıkma konusunda hazırlanan psikoeğitim programının lise öğrencilerinin akran baskısı düzeylerine etkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu amaçla öğrencilerin akran zorbalığı ve akran baskısı hakkında bilinçlendirilmesi, bu kavramlarla ilgili farkındalık kazandırılması ve uygun çözüm yolları geliştirmesine yardımcı olmak amacı ile hazırlanan psikoeğitim programının geçerliğini araştırmaktadır.Araştırma 2015-2016 Eğitim Öğretim yılında Burdur/Yeşilova ilçesinde bulunan Yeşilova Çok Programlı Anadolu Lisesinde 9, 10, 11, 12. sınıfta eğitim-öğretim gören seçkisiz olarak alınan öğrenciler üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verileri, tüm sınıf seviyelerinden toplam 11 sınıf olmak üzere 169 öğrenciden toplanmıştır. Araştırmada deney ve kontrol gruplarını oluşturmak için öğrenci seçiminde Kıran (2003) tarafından geliştirilen ''Akran Baskısı Ölçeği'' kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bağımsız değişkenleri için araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan `Kişisel Bilgi Formu` kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada ön-test, son-test kontrol gruplu deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubu Yeşilova Çok Programlı Anadolu Lisesi öğrencilerinden, seçkisiz olarak belirlenen çalışma grubundan düşük, orta, yüksek puan alan, 24 kişilik kontrol ve 24 kişilik deney gurubu oluşturulmuştur. Gruplara üye ataması tesadüfi yöntem kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Gruplar belirlendikten sonra deney grubuna psikoeğitim programı haftada bir kez olmak üzere 10 hafta uygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubu ile herhangi bir çalışma yapılmamıştır. Veriler; `Akran Baskısı Ölçeği` ile deney ve kontrol gruplarına ön-test, son-test uygulanarak elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde bağımsız gruplar t testi ve bağımlı gruplar t testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda deneklerde uygulanmış olan psikoeğitim programının olumsuz akran baskısı düzeylerinde olumlu yönde etkisi olduğu saptanmıştır. Deney grubundaki öğrencilerin akran baskısı düzeylerinde düşüş gözlemlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda öneriler geliştirilmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler: Akran Baskısı, Psikoeğitim Programı, Zorbalık Aim of this research is to investigate effect of psychoeducatıon program prepared ın terms of copıng wıth peer pressure on high school students' level of peer pressure. To this end, validity of psychoeducation program that is prepared to assist raising awareness about peer bullying and peer pressure among students, raising awareness about these concepts and development of appropriate solutions is studied. The study was conducted on students selected randomly from the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades in Yeşilova Multi-Program High School located in Yesilova, Burdur as of 2015-2016 Academic Year. Research data was collected from 169 students from a total of 11 classes from all grade levels. In the research, 'Peer Pressure Scale' developed by Kıran (2003) was used towards students selection to establish experiment and control groups. For independent variables of the study, `Personel Information Form` developed by the researcher was used. In the research, an experimental pattern with pretest, posttest control group was used. Study group consisted of students from Yesilova Multi-Program High School as selected randomly with low, middle and high scores in equal numbers, and control group of 24 people, experiment group of 24 people. Member assignment to groups were carried out using random method. After determining groups, psychoeducation program was applied to experiment group once a week for a period of 10 weeks. No studies were conducted with the control group. Data was obtained by applying pretest and posttest to experiment and control groups with `Peer Pressure Scale`. In data analysis, independent groups t test and dependent group t test were used. As a result of the study, it was found that applied psychoeducation program had positive effect on levels of negative peer pressure. Decrease in peer pressure levels among students in experiment group was not observed. Senegal'in başkenti olan Dakar İli sıcaklık değerlerinin yüksek olduğu yarı kurak bir iklime sahiptir. Dakar'ın yağış sezonu Temmuz-Ekim ayları arasındadır. Bu kısa periyotta yağan yağışlar, yerleşim bölgelerinde tahribata, can ve mal kayıplarına sebep olmaktadır. Tahribatın ve kayıpların asıl nedeni ani yağışlardan ziyade taşkın yataklarında inşa edilen konutlar ve yerleşim birimleridir. Doğal taşkın alanlarının tahrip edilmesi neticesinde taşkın kaynaklı felaketler oluşmaktadır. Taşkın kaynaklı felaketleri önlemek için doğal taşkın alanlarında koruma ve hafifletme çalışmaları yapılmalıdır. Bu çalışmada, Dakar havzası için hidrolojik modelleme çalışmaları yapılarak taşkın hidrografları oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır. Havza sınırlarının ve drenaj hatlarının belirlenmesinde Mekânsal Hidrolojik Modelleme Uzantısı (HEC-GeoHMS) yazılımı, hidrolojik modelleme çalışmalarında ise Hidrolojik Modelleme Sistemi (HEC-HMS) yazılımı kullanılmıştır. Çalışma neticesinde elde edilen hidrograflar yorumlanıp neticelerine yer verilecektir. Bunun yanı sıra model parametrelerinin Dakar taşkın önleme çalışmalarında kullanılabilir nitelikte olması amaçlamıştır. Dakar, capital city of Senegal, has a hot semi-arid climate with a short rainy season. Dakar's rainy season lasts from July to October. Floods due to rainfall during this short period of time cause destruction in residential area and loss of life and properties. Actually, the main reason of destructions and losses is not exactly the heavy rains. Houses built in the floodplain and settlements in this area destroy the nature of the floodplain and cause disasters. To avoid disasters caused by flooding, conservation and mitigation studies and activities should be performed in natural floodplains. The main objective of this study is applying hydrological model to Dakar Basin and obtaining flood hydrographs of the basin. In the study, for determination of watershed boundaries and drainage lines, Geospatial Hydrologic Modeling Extension (HEC-GeoHMS); for hydrologic modeling studies, Hydrologic Engineering Center's Hydrologic Modeling System (HEC-HMS) software's were applied to Dakar Basin. According to the modeled hydrographs, results will try to be interpreted. Moreover, it is aimed to use obtained model parameters for Dakar's flood prevention studies. 70

Farmasötik analizlerde etkin madde tayinleri için `altın standart yöntem` olarak da adlandırılan sıvı kromatografi (LC) yöntemlerinden yüksek performanslı sıvı kromatografisi (HPLC) ile ilaç etkin maddelerinin miktar tayinleri standart analitik LC yöntemlerinin kullanımıyla 1970'li yıllardan beri yapılmaktadır. Sıvı kromatografide son yıllarda genel eğilim olarak analiz süresi onlarca dakika sürebilen HPLC yöntemlerinin yerini artık toplam analiz süresi 1-2 dakika civarında olan ultra performanslı sıvı kromatografisi (UPLC) yöntemleri almaktadır. Tez çalışmalarımızın ana hedefi olan model bileşikler için farklı LC dedektörlerinin yanıtlarının elde edilmesi ve mukaye edilmesi hususunda HPLC'ye bağlı elektrokimyasal (ECD), UPLC'ye bağlı sıralı fotodiyot (DAD) ve kütle (MS ve MS/MS) dedektörleriyle fenilefrin hidroklorür (PE) ve parasetamol (PA) etkin maddelerine ait veriler, standart koşullar altında uygun LC yöntemleriyle elde edilmiştir. Bu sayede ECD, DAD, MS ve MS/MS dedektörlerinin iki etkin maddenin tayinlerindeki eş-zamanlı performansı kıyaslanabilecektir. ECD ve DAD dedektörler ile her iki mobil faz olan MF1 (%75-25, h/h, MeOH-50mM PBS) ve MF2 (%30-70, h/h, Ach-50mM PB) ile çalışılmıştır. MS ve MS/MS dedektörleriyle de aynı etkin maddeler için iyonlaştırma yönteminin (ESI) gereği olarak farklı bir mobil fazda kütle kromatogramları, birincil ve ikincil parçalanma ürünlerine ait iyon pikleri ve bu piklerin alanlarına dayalı kalibrasyon eğrileri elde edilmiştir. MS ve MS/MS çalışmalarında MF3 mobil fazı (%10-90, h/h, B-D. B: 4mM amonyum asetat + %0,1, ağ/h, formik asit + MeOH, D: 4mM amonyum asetat + %0,1, ağ/h, formik asit + H2O ) kullanılmıştır. Ancak her çalışılan tüm dedektörlerle aynı koşullar altında analitik geçerlilik (validasyon) çalışmalarının tamamlanması uygun olacaktır. Hali hazırda elde edilen veriler bu anlamda çok az ve kısmi veriler içermektedir. Ayrıca daha fazla sayıda deneysel parametrenin deneysel değişkenler olarak kullanılmasıyla daha fazla sayıda deney yapılarak daha kesin ve anlamlı veriler elde edilmelidir. With the use of standardized analysis methods, the determination of drug substances with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), one of the methods of the `golden standard method`; liquid chromatography (LC), is a on-going application area since 1970s. In liquid chromatography the trend in the latest years is the replacement of HPLC methods with UPLC methods as an effort of decreasing the total run time from 10 folds of minutes to 1-2 minutes range.Data for paracetamol (PA) and phenylephrine hydrochloride (PE) drug substances is obtained under standard conditions with appropriate LC methods with electrochemical (ECD) dedector connected to HPLC, diode array (DAD), tandem mass (MS and MS/MS) dedector connected to UPLC, to obtain and compare the results of various LC dedectors for the model drug substances, which is the main goal of our thesis studies. Thus the simultaneous performances of ECD, DAD, MS and MS/MS dedectors in the determination of both drug substances may be compared. With ECD and DAD both mobile phases (MF1 ? 72/25%, v/v, MeOH/50mM PBS, pH 6.0 and MF2 ? 30/70%, v/v, Ach/50mM PBS, pH 4.0) are employed. With MS and MS/MS dedectors for both drug substances because of the need for charge transfer in the mobile phase (for ESI ionisation) another mobile phase was used and ion peaks of the primer and seconder fragments and calibration plots out of these data were obtained. For MS and MS/MS studies MF3 mobile phase (MF3 ? 10/90%, v/v, B/D, B: 4mM amonium acetate and 0.1%, w/v, formic acid in MeOH and D: : 4mM amonium acetate and 0.1%, w/v, formic acid in H2O) is used. But to make an accurate comparison exactly the same operation conditions should be achieved during the analytical method validation studies with the all used dedectors (including the mobile phase and seperation conditions). Regarding that, the current data obtained may be accepted as partial small in run number. Also performing consecutive experiments with the use of more experimental parameters should be achieved to obtaine more acquire and precise data. 211

Dünyanın bir çok ülkesinde bulunan peat, genellikle ince tabakalar halinde ve sınırlı alanlarda görülür. Peat yumuşak zeminlerin extrim halde ki formudur ve bundan dolayı düşük kesme dayanımı ve yüksek oranda oturma problemleri gösterir. Bu çalışma da içine kum kolon yerleştirilmiş fiberli peat?in kesme dayanımı ve oturma karakteristiklerinin laboratuvar bulguları sunulmuştur. Bu çalışmada kullanılan peat Türkiye?nin Sakarya bölgesinden alınmıştır. ASTM D 1997-91?a göre bu zemin fiberli peat olarak sınıflandırılmış ve Von post ölçeğinde düşük ve orta derecede çürümüş H1-H4 olarak tanımlanmıştır. Bu zeminin tabii su muhtevası % 236 dır ve likit limiti % 119 dur. Bütün deneylerde 200 nolu elekten geçen ve 100 nolu elek üzerinde kalan peat kullanılmıştır. Kum kolon yapımında iyi derecelenmemiş 2 mm elek çapından geçen 0,075 mm elek çapı üzerinde kalan dere kumu kullanılmıştır. Tüm deneylerde kun kolon çapının organik zeminin kesme dayınımı ve sıkaşabilirliği üzerinde ki etkisi üzerine odaklanılmıştır. Sıkışabilirlik ve kesme dayanımı deneyleri için dört farklı çapta kum kolonlar hazırlanmıştır (1.7, 2.5, 3.5 and 4.7cm)..tüm deney sonuçları göstermiştir ki; kum kolon yüzey alanı oranının organik zemin yüzey alanına oranı (S/O) arttığında , sıkışma indeksleri Cc,Cr ve hacimsel sıkışma (mv) azalmıştır. Ayrıca kum kolonlar organik zeminin içsel sürtünme açısını artırırken kohezyonu ise azaltmıştır. Peat is found in many countries throughout the world where it can be generally seen in thick layers in limited areas. Peat is an extreme form of soft soil and is considered problematic due to the low shear strength and large compressibility. This project presents laboratory finding on the compressibility and shear strength characteristics of fibrous peat with sand column.The peat used in the study is taken from Sakarya region, Turkey. It is classified as fibrous peataccording to ASTM D 1997-91 and due to its low to medium degree of decomposition classified as H_1-H_4 in von Post scale. The natural water content of the peat is 236 % and its liquid limit is 119%. In all tests, the fibrous peat used for the test passing #200 and remain on #100. The rounded sand used for making sand column is poorly graded passing from 2 mm sieve size and retaining on 0.075 mm sieve size. The tests focused on effect of diameter of granular column on shear strength and compressibility of the organic soil.Four different sand column diameters were used for compressibility and shear strength testswere (1.7, 2.5, 3.5and 4.7cm).All tests results showed that; when the ratio of sand column surface to organic soil surface area (S/O) increases; compression index (c_c); recompression index (c_( r)); and volume compressibility (m_v) decreases. Also,sand columns causes increase in (IFA)and reduction in (C) of the organic soil. 129

Ultra performanslı sıvı kromatografisi (UPLC), yüksek performanslı sıvı kromatografisi (HPLC)?ne kıyasla göreceli olarak sağladığı daha düşük tayin ve belirleme sınırları, yüksek tekrarlanabilirlik, kısa analiz süresi, sarf malzemesi tasarrufu, daha az tehlikeli atık miktarı gibi sağladığı yararlar nedeniyle son yıllarda hızla HPLC?nin yerini almaktadır. Mevcut durumda sıklıkla sorunla karşılaşılan süreç geçerli (valide) HPLC yöntemlerinin UPLC?ye adaptasyonu aşamasıdır. Tez çalışmamızda her iki cihaz arasında yöntem transferi ve adaptasyonunun, hızlı, az sorunlu ve olabildiğince az deney yapılarak gerçekleşebilmesi için, tamamıyla analitik verilere dayalı, bir transfer çalışmasının yapılması amaçlanmıştır. HPLC ile ilaç etkin maddelerinin miktar tayinleri standart analitik LC yöntemlerin kullanımıyla 1970?li yıllardan beri yapılmakta ancak çalışma sayısı UPLC?nin kullanıma girmesiyle son yıllarda hızlı bir azalma göstermektedir. Benzer analizlerin UPLC ile yapılmasının çok sayıda faydası olmakla birlikte analitik yöntemin UPLC donanımı kullanılarak çalışılacak olması nedeniyle yeniden deneysel olarak oluşturulması, sınanması ve geçerlilik (validasyon) testlerinin yapılması gibi başlıca sakıncaları da bulunmaktadır. Tez konusunun nihai ana hedefi model olarak seçilen iki adet ilaç etkin maddesi (fenilefrin hidroklorür ve parasetamol) için HPLC?de geliştirilen 2 farklı yöntemin (MF1 ve MF2 mobil fazlarını kullanan) UPLC?ye transfer edilmesidir. Bu amaçla kolon boyutları, mobil faz ve dedektör özellikleri, akış hızı, loop hacmi, analiz zamanı vb değişkenler ile çalışılarak kromatogramlara etkileri saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. MF1 olarak %75-25 (h/h) MeOH-50mM PBS (pH 6,0), MF2 olarak ise %30-70 Ach-50mM PBS (pH 4,0) ile çalışılmıştır. MF1 mobil fazıyla izokratik koşullarda C18 tabanlı dolgu maddesine sahip ve boyutları 250mmx4.6mm, 5µm partikül çapı ve 80Å por çapına sahip bir HPLC kolonu 20µL loop hacmi ve 1.0mL/dakika?lık akış hızıyla kullanılarak elde edilen optimum bir HPLC kromatogramını aynı ayırım gücüyle ve aynı mobil fazla (MF1) UPLC?ye transfer etmek için kullanılması gereken aynı dolgu maddesine sahip analitik kolonun boyutları 50mmx2.1mm, 1.7µm partikül çapı ve 100Å por çapı olmalı ve analiz 10µL loop hacmi ve 300µL/dakika?lık akış hızıyla yürütülmelidir. Tez çalışmalarımız esnasında çalışılan diğer mobil faz olan (MF2) %30-70 (h/h) Ach-50mM PBS (pH=4.0) mobil fazıyla da izokratik koşullarda aynı aynı sonuçlara ulaşılarak yöntem transferi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ultraperformance liquid chromatography (UPLC) because of the advantages it has in comparison to high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), such as lower detection and quantification limits, higher reproducibility, shorter run time, savings in consumables, decreased amount of hazardous waste, is replacing HPLC in the recent years. In the current status the most problematic process is the adaptation stage of the valid HPLC methods to UPLC. In our thesis study, to perform a transfer work which is completely based on analytical data is aimed to perform the transfer and adaptation of method between both instruments in a fast and less problematic way which requires fewer practical experiments. Quantification of drug substances with HPLC is being perofrmed since 1970s with the use of standard LC methods but with the UPLC enterin service the number of works is rapidly decreasing in the last decade. Eventhough performing similar analysis with UPLC has various major advantages, it also has some leading disadvantages such as the need of the development, test and validation of the same HPLC method on UPLC, as the method will be used operating the UPLC hardware. The final major aim of the thesis subject is the transfer of two different methods of HPLC analysis (using MF1 and MF2 mobile phases) of two model drug substances (phenylephrine hydrochloride and paracetamol) to UPLC. For this purpose, variables such as column sizes, properties of mobile phases and detectors, flow rate, loop volume and analysis run time are studied to determine their effects on chromatograms. As MF1 75-25% (v/v) MeOH-50mM PBS (pH 6.0) and as MF2 30-70% Ach-50mM PBS (pH 4.0) were used. To transfer an optimum HPLC chromatogram obtained with MF1 mobile phase in isocratic conditions with an C18 analytical column of 250mmx4.6mm, 5µm particule size and 80Å pore size, with a 20µL loop volume at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/minute to UPLC with the same resolution in the same MF1 mobile phase, the C18 column needed has to have the sizes 50mmx2.1mm, 1.7µm particule size and 100Å pore size and the analysis should be performed at 10µL loop volume and 300µL/minute flow rate. Similar results were repeated again in isocratic conditions with 30-70% (v/v) Ach-50mM PBS (pH=4.0) which was the other mobile phase studied in the thesis (MF2). 170

Boronik asit türevlerinin, girişim yapabilecek kimyasal türlerin varlığında glukoz tayinlerinde kullanımı son yıllarda değişik makalelere konu olan yeni bir uygulama alanıdır. Bu konuda literatürde çok sayıda makale olmamakla birlikte rastlanan çalışmaların büyük çoğunluğu spektroflorimetrik yaklaşımları içermektedir. Bahsi geçen bu çalışmaların glukoz tayininde dayandığı temel, kullanılan boronik asit türevinin artan glukoz konsantrasyonuna karşılık gösterdiği floresans sönümlenmesinin monitörize edilmesidir. Tez çalışmamızda asetil-, hidroksil-, metoksi- ve formil- türevi benzenboronik asitler ve 1- ve 2-naftalenboronik asitler kullanılarak spektroflorimetrik tayinler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalarla pH, sıcaklık ve çözünmüş oksijeninglukoz yanıtına etkisi incelenmiştir. Buna göre spektroflorimetrik çalışmalarda optimum floresans sönümlenmesi, 2NBA ile, incelenen pH değerlerinden (5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.4, 8.0 ve 9.0) pH 7.4'de, %50-50 0,01M ultrasaf su-metanol çözgen sisteminde ve 380 nm'de elde edilmiştir ( ? ex:280nm, ? em:380nm). Buna göre elde edilen kalibrasyon grafiklerinden gerçek örneklerin çalışılmasında da kullanılan ve 0.66 ile 3.96mM glukoz konsantrasyon aralığı için çizilen doğru denklemi: y=-58.182x+310,1 olup regresyon katsayısı olarak ise R2=0,9983 bulunmuştur. Çözünmüş oksijenin varlığı ve değişen sıcaklık değerlerinin (25 ve 40oC) okunan floresans şiddeti değerlerine herhangi bir girişim etkisi yoktur. Glukoz tayini için geliştirilen spektroflorimetrik yöntem ayrıca yapay göz yaşı gerçek örneklerinde glukoz tayininde denenmiştir. Bilinen glukoz içerikleriyle saptanan glukoz düzeyleri kıyaslanarak %bağıl hata hesaplaması yapılmış ve elde edilen tüm veriler tablolar halinde özetlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak boronik asit türevlerinin glukoz ile verdikleri seçici kompleksleşme tepkimesine dayanan ve matriks ortamlara sahip gerçek örneklerde glukoz tayini için, spektroflorometrik yöntem başarıyla geliştirilmiş ve kısmi analitik validasyon verileri elde edilmiştir The use of boronic acid derivatives for the determination of glucose in the presence of interferring chemical species is a novel application area being subject to various manuscripts in the recent years. There aren?t too many papers on the mentioned subject and the ones found are mainly containing spectrofluorometric approaches. The basic principle of these papers for glucose determination is the monitorization of fluorescence quenching that boronic acids display against the increasing glucose concentration. In our thesis, spectrofluorometric determination was performed by the use of acetyl-, hydroxyl- methoxy,- formyl- derivatives of benzeneboronic acids and 1- and 2-naphthalenboronic acids.In the works done, the effects of pH, temperature, presence of dissolved oxygen and the functional group type of boronic acids on the response were investigated seperately. According to this, optimum fluorescence quenching during spectrofluorometric measurements was obtained with 2NBA of boronic acids at pH 7.4 of the searched pH values (5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.4, 8 and 9) in the solvent system of 50-50% 0,01M ultrapure water-methanol at 380 nm ( ? ex:280nm, ? em:380nm). Thus the calibration graph plotted for the concentration range of 0.66 to 3,96mM glucose andused, among the all other obtained graphs, during the determination of the real samples was obtained with a linear equation of y= -58.182x + 310.1and the regression coefficient being R2=0.9983. The presence of dissolved oxygen and the change in temperature (25 and 40oC) have no interferring effect on the read fluorescence intensity. The spectrofluorimetric method developed for glucose determination was also tried during real sample studies of artificial tear samples. The measured and known glucose levels were used to calculate relative % errors and all obtained data was summarized as tables. Finally as a result, a spectrofluorimetric method, based on the selective complexation reaction of boronic acids with glucose, were developed successfully and partial analytical validation data is obtained for the glucose determination in real samples with matrix medium 136

Bir grup antioksidan karotenoid bileşiğin (alfatokoferol, beta karoten, astaksantin, retionik asit ve likopen) eş zamanlı tayini için seri bağlı DAD ve ECD dedektör kullanımına dayalı izokratik bir YBSK yöntemi geliştirilerek yöntem geçerliliği çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Yöntem geçerliliği çalışmalarında International Conference of Harmonization (ICH) tüzel kişiliği tarafından 1999 tarihinde yayınlamış ve 2005 yılında ICH Q2(R1) adıyla güncellenen analitik yöntem geçerliliği kılavuzu baz alınmıştır. Alıkonma zamanları ilgili bileşikler için sırasıyla 15,6 dakika, 38,9 dakika, 6,1 dakika ve 5,79 dakika olarak saptanmıştır. Likopen için ilgili temel enstrümental analiz verisi elde edilmekle birlikte YBSK verileri eldeki standardın bozunması nedeniyle elde edilememiştir. Belirleme sınırı (LOD) ve tayin sınırı (LOQ) her bileşik için DAD baz alındığında sırasıyla 0,79, 0,04, 0,01, 0,01 ve 0,49, 0,12, 0,01, 0,05 olarak saptanmıştır. ECD baz alındığında ise ICH Q2(R1) uygunluk kriteri (S/G oranı LOD için en az 2/1 veya 3/1, LOQ için ise en az 10/1) sağlanmadığından hesaplanmamıştır. ICH Q2(R1) kılavuzunda yer alan özgüllük (specificity), doğrusallık (linearity), doğruluk (accuracy), kesinlik (precision), belirleme sınırı (limit of detection ? LOD), tayin sınırı (limit of quantification ? LOQ) parametreleri ve sistem uygunluk testlerine (system suitability tests) ait veriler elde edilmiş ve sunulmuştur. İlgili herbir parametre için elde edilen verilerin kabul kriterlerine uygunluğu gösterilmiştir. Dolayısıyla tanımlanan yöntemin alfatokoferol, beta karoten, astaksantin, retionik asit ve likopenin ECD ve DAD kullanılarak eş zamanlı tayini için geçerli olduğu bulunmuştur.Gerçek örnek olarak müstahsarlarla yapılan YBSK tayinlerinde sadece alfa tokoferol ve beta karoten içeren örnek sağlanabildiği için alfa tokoferol için 20 ppm ve beta karoten için 15 ppm optimum derişim değerleri olarak belirlenmiştir. Buna göre alfa tokoferol ve beta karoten içeren örneklerde final konsantrasyon değeri sırasıyla 20 ve 15 ppm olacak şekilde yeterli düzeyde standart ilavesi, ekstraksiyon öncesi, yapılmıştır. Takiben yapılan ekstraksiyon sonucu elde edilen verimler baz alındığında en yüksek verimin (büyükten küçüğe) A-OD, Alaska, A-OC ve Multivitamin Plus müstahsarlarıyla elde edildiği görülmüştür. İlgili müstahsar örneklerinin %geri kazanımları sırasıyla %99, %89, %85 ve %79 şeklindedir. Alaska müstahsarında beta karoten ve A-OO müstahsarın da ise alfa tokoferol tespit edilememiştir. An isocratic HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of a group of carotenoid compounds (alphatocopherol, betacarotene, astaxanthine, retionic acid and lycopene), based on DAD, FLD and ECD Detectors connected in series, is developed and analytically validated. Analytical method validation studies were based on the guideline ICH Q2(R1) prepared by International Conference of Harmonization (ICH) in 1999 and updated in 2005. The retention times of the mentioned compounds were determined as; 15.6 min, 38.9 min, 6.1 min and 5.79 min, respectively. Eventhough basic instrumental analysis data were obtained for lycopene, it was impossible to obtain HPLC data since the standard itself had decomposed unexpectedly. Limit of dedection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) for each compound were found to be 0.79, 0.04, 0.01, 0.01 and 0.49, 0.12, 0.01, 0.05, respectively for DAD. For ECD as the required ICH Q2(R1) suitability criteria was not achieved (S/N ratio for LOD to be minimum 2/1 or 3/1, for LOQ to be minimum 10/1) calculation was not performed. Data were obtained and presented for the parameters; specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, limit of detection ? LOD, limit of quantification ? LOQ and system suitability tests present in the ICH Q2(R1) guideline. The suitability of the data obtained for the each parameter to the acceptance criteria was also presented. Thus the described method is found to be valid for the ECD and DAD employed simultaneous determination of alphatocopherol, betacarotene, astaxanthine, retionic acid and lycopene.As real sample applications could only be performed on the drug products containing alphatocopherol and betacarotene only, optimum operational concentration of these compounds were found to be 20 and 15 ppm, respectively. Therefore prior to extraction adequate amount of the standard solutions of these compounds to reach mentioned ppm levels were spiked to the real samples containing them. When recovery values obtained with the following extraction procedure are considered, the best recovery was obtained with the samples in the order A-OD, Alaska, A-OC and Multivitamin Plus. The correspondinf recoveries were calculated as; 99%, 89%, 85% and 79%, respectively. Betacarotene in the sample ?Alaska? and alphatocopherol in the sample ?A-OO? were not dedectable. 294

Bu bakımdan mekanik aderans oluşturabilmek için nervürlü donatı kullanımı da önem kazanmıştır.Son yıllarda büyük can ve mal kaybına sebep olan depremlerin ardından tekrarlı yüklerin etkisini azaltabilmek için betonarme donatısının cinsine ve aderans boyuna ilişkin değişikliklere gidilmiştir.Bu çalışmada değişken beton mukavemetleri için nervürlü donatı aderansında yorulma olup, olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmada farklı beton dayanımları için altışar adetten toplam 48 adet numune hazırlanarak, statik ve dinamik yorulma deneylerine tabi tutulmuştur.Her grup için hazırlanan 6 numuneden üçü statik sıyırma deneyine tabi tutulmuştur. Adherence is a bond between steel and concrete without crip which is proportional to the strength of concrete.Durability of adherence is possible if thermal expansion constants of concrete and steel are almost equal. Because of lower density and strength of concrete corossion groves, due to the corossion adherance around the steel bars embaded in concrete become weaker. Use of deformed reinforcement becomes important to get mechanical adherence.There has been some changes in types of reinforcements and length of adherence to reduce effects of cyclic loads in earthquakes which causes many life and property losses.Whether there is or not a fatique in adherence of deformed reinforcement because of variable concrete strengths is investigated in this study. After the tests, for each different strength of concrete six samples are casted and totely 48 samples are prepared and these samples are tested in static and dynamic fatique experiments.3 of 6 samples prepared for each group of concrete strenght are tested under static load. 90 % of observed load is applied as dynamic load to other 3 samples of each group and 100 cyclic load applied then, samples are tested under static load again. Results are showed by graphs and charts.

Epilepsi, tekrarlayan ve uyarıya bağımlı olmayan kriz ataklarıyla karakterize olan, yaygın kronik bir nörolojik düzensizliktir. Bahsi geçen kriz atakları bayinde anormal, aşırı veya eş-zamanlı nöral aktivitenin geçici işareti ve/veya belirtileridir. Epilepsi, her ne kadar zor vakalarda cerrahi müdaheleler düşünülebilirse de, genellikle tedavi edilememekte ancak ilaçlarla kontrol edilebilmektedir. Projemizin araştırma konusuna ile ilşkili olarak, kronik kriz ataklarının zamanlaması ve epileptik odağın lokalizasyonu ile ilişkilendirilebilecek bazı kimyasal türlerin monitörizasyonu için dizi (İng. array) sensörlerin geliştirilmesine odaklanılmıştır. Nitrik oksit ve çözünmüş oksijen monitörize edilecek model bileşikler olarak seçilmiştir. Kimyasal olarak modifiye edilen elektrotlar hassas bir şekilde nitrik oksit ve okksijeni tayin edebilir hale gelmişlerdir. İmal edilen dizi simetrik olarak yerleştirlimiş 8 adet katı altın mikroelektrotdan meydana gelen 2x4'lük bir matriksten oluşmaktadır. Nitrik oksit için duyarlılık sağlanırken elektrotlar elektropolimerizasyonla kısa adı MnTPPS olarak sembolize edilen tetrakis (4-sulfonatofenill) mangan (III) porfirin ile kaplanmışlar ve nitrik oksit'in benzonitrildeki çözünürlüğü sulu herhangi bir çözgen sistemine göre daka yüksek olduğundan ilave bir dış benzonitril tabakası da elektrot yüzeyine ilave edilmiştir. Oksijen tayini için dizi elektrotlar antrakinon sınıfı disperse boyar maddelerle çözünmüş oksijenin indirgenmesinde elektrokataliz sağlanması için kaplanmıştır. İncelenen model boyar maddeler, disperse blue 1 (DB1), disperse blue 3 (DB3), disperse red 11 (DR11) ve disperse orange 11 (DO11)'dir. Epilepsy is a common chronic neurological disorder characterized by recurrent unprovoked seizures. These seizures are transient signs and/or symptoms of abnormal, excessive or synchronous neuronal activity in the brain. Epilepsy is usually controlled, but not cured, with medication, although surgery may be considered in difficult cases. Regarding the subject of our thesis, we intended to focus on developing an array of sensors for the monitorization of some chemical species which may later on be associated with the exact locatization of the epileptic focus and the timing of the chronic seizures. Nitric oxide and dissolved oxygen were determined as the model compounds to monitor. Electrodes chemically modified became capable of detecting nitric oxide and oxygen sensitively. Fabricated array contains a 2x4 matrix of totally 8 symmetrically located rigid gold microelectrodes. For the sensitization process for nitric oxide electrodes were coated with tetrakis (4-sulfonatophenyl) manganese (III) porphyrin denoted as MnTPPS by electropolymerization and an additional outer thin layer of benzonitrile served as the nitric oxide enriching section as the solubility of nitric oxide in benzonitrile is higher than any other aqeous solutions. The electrocatalysis provided by MnTPPS was displayed with cyclic voltammetric and chronoamperometric experiments. For oxygen detection array electrodes were coated with antraquinone type disperse dyes to provide electrocatalysis for the reduction of dissolved oxygen. Disperse Blue 1 (DB1), disperse blue 3 (DB3), disperse red 11 (DR11) and disperse orange 11 (DO11) were the model dye compounds employed. DB1 provided the highest electrocatalysis while other dyes followed in the order DR11=DO11>DB3. DB3 indeed did not display any significant electrocatalysis for oxygen reduction. Fabricated array electrodes were used for 8 channel detection of both NO and O2 in an artificial brain model. Obtained chronoamperograms were plotted 3D to show the exact behavior of the array electrodes to analyte (NO or O2) additions. Finally a ?seizures early warning system? hardware prototype was designed and fabricated. The hardware was composed of a 9V battery powdered potentiostat, a 32 digit LCD screen to display any desired acquisition data and a programmamble CPU capable of making comparative logical decisions about pre-determined threshold values to run a beeper and a vibration AC motor.As a result, 2x4 matrix array electrodes were fabricated and modified for the monitorization of two chemical model parameters through 8 channels, arrays were successfully employed for NO and O2 determination on an artificial brain model. Additionally a hardware, (denoted as Seizures Early Warning System) capable of making any necessary electrochemical measurement itself, was designed. This hardware was also capable of making comparative decisions about the current concentration values using pre-determined treshold values and capable of running a beeper and a vibration AC motor if an alarm was necessary. 142

In this thesis, a geotechnical investigation in the Bahcelievler and Fabrikalar neighborhoods of Kırıkkale was performed.For this purpose, underground water levels were identified from 21 wells drilled in the region. Using laboratory results local soil classes were determined in accordance with ?The Regulations for Earthquake Areas for Constraction of 2007. "The bearing capacity of soils for different foundations at different depths were obtained using the Terzaghi bearing capacity theory. In the drilling region, consolidation settlements were calculated using the Terzaghi one-dimensional consolidation theory. Also, the liquefaction risk that was assessed using different dynamic (earthquake) impact scenarios in sandy soils with the method preposed by Seed and Idriss(1971). Settlements due to liquefaction were calculated with the method by Tokimatsu and Seed.The study results indicate that the study region tends to have liquefaction risk for all earthquake scenarios used in the study. The results also show that settlements due to liquefaction are in the acceptable limits. The consolidation settlements in areas with clay soils are found reasonable rangers. The bearing capacity of the region generally is in the acceptable range.

Drenaj kimi zaman yüzeysel, kimi zaman yol boyu hendeklerle, borularla, oluklarla ve bacalar yardımıyla yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada otoyollar için drenaj esasları, yeraltı ve yüzey suyu drenaj sistemleri incelenmiştir. After that we determine how many metres to drop elevation to raise the value of slope safety to migration in a wanted value.Finally we order drainage ditchs to realize this.Drainage is made some times in the surface and some times throughout road vith pipes, gutters and flues. In this study the principles of drainage for highways, the systems of underground and surface water drainage are analysed.

YÖK Tez ID: 237058 Bu çalışmada, statik ve dinamik sıyırma yükleri altında, beton çekme mukavemetinin ve ankrajlama açısının betonarme donatı aderans kuvveti üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Burada ankraj donatılarının çapı ve türü sabit tutularak, 15 cm çapında 10 cm yüksekliğinde 24 adet silindir numune, yüzey açıları farklı 33 adet küp numune kullanılmıştır.Donatı çekme aletine aderansta sıyrılma deneyi yapabilmek için özel bir çelik kalıp hazırlanmıştır. Betonun çekme dayanımının aderans üzerindeki etkisini inceleyebilmek için, numune ile kalıbın yükleme yüzeyi arasına yerleştirilmek üzere 12 mm kalınlığında, delik çapı 2, 4, 7, 8 cm olan 4 adet çelik plaka hazırlanmıştır. Ayrıca 2 ve 8 cm delik çapındaki plakalar kullanılarak, betonun çekme dayanımının aderansta yorulmaya etkisi incelenmiş, 2000 yükleme ve boşaltmadan sonra statik çekme yapılmış, 2 cm delik çapı için yorulmanın etkisinin büyük olduğu, ancak 8 cm için etkilemediği görülmüştür.Sonuç olarak, delik çapı ve ankrajlama eğimi arttıkça dinamik ve statik donatı sıyırma aderans kuvvetlerinin azaldığı gözlenmiştir. In this research, under the static and dynamic loads, the effect of tensile stress of concrete and anchorage angle on pull-out force of reinforcement adhesive is studied. Here in the type and diameter of steel anchorage is assumed constant for all the specimans and 24 plain and reinforced concrete sylindrical specimens 15 cm in diameter and 10 cm in hight and 33 plain and reinforced concrete cube specimens are prepared. For the tensile machine a special steel model is prepared to pull-out the reinforcement through the concrete. To investigate the effect of tensile stress of concrete on adhesive to fit inner loading face four steel plates with a whole 2, 4, 7, 8 cm in diameter and 1.2 cm in tickness is prepared.To investigate teh effect of tensile stress of concrete on fatigue of edhesive, using plates with a whole of 2 and 8 cm in diameter, two tests is conducted. It showed that after 2000 cycling the effect of fatigue is getting less when whole diameter of plate becomes bigger.As a resut of this study. ıt is inverstigated that when the whole diameter and angle of anchorage are increased the pull out force of reinforcement adhesive is decreased.

Zemin kitlesini fazla sudan korumak, sakıncalı dereceye ulaşmış ise su seviyesini düşürmek için yapılan işlemlere `'drenaj'' denilmektedir. Eldeki zemin ve yeraltı suyu verilerine göre bir şev stabilite analizi yapılarak şevin göçmeye karşı güvenliği bulunmakta, bu değerin istenilen bir değere çıkarılması için yeraltı suyu seviyesinde gerekli düşürülme kotu saptanarak arazide bunu gerçekleştirecek drenaj hendeği düzenlenmesine gidilmelidir. Drenaj kimi zaman yüzeysel, kimi zaman yol boyu hendeklerle, borularla, oluklarla ve bacalar yardımıyla yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada otoyollar için drenaj esasları, yeraltı ve yüzey suyu drenaj sistemleri incelenmiştir. After that we determine how many metres to drop elevation to raise the value of slope safety to migration in a wanted value.Finally we order drainage ditchs to realize this.Drainage is made some times in the surface and some times throughout road vith pipes, gutters and flues. Osman YILDIZ January 2005,173 pages Droughts are natural phenomena caused by precipitation deficits ör below normal precipitation levels. They are among natural hazards and they cannot be predicted with certainty in terms of duration, magnitude and intensity. Therefore, a drought is a random event and can be analyzed using probabilistic and statistical methods. Estimation of drought characteristics (i.e., duration, magnitude and intensity) in a region can certainly provide valuable information on water need during drought events. in this study, a drought analysis was performed in the Inner Anatolia Region where severe droughts often take place. The so-called standardized precipitation index method (SPI) was utilized in the drought analysis. The precipitation data between 1953 and 2003 obtained from 28 meteorology stations across the region were used in SPI calculations for monthly as well as 3, 6, 12, 24 iiiand 48 month moving averages. Drought characteristics of each station for various truncation levels were determined in the region. Also, contour maps of droughts were obtained using the Krigging method and they were utilized to determine areas or subregions in this region in need of water during drought events. 93 ÖZET 'Kanserli dokuların elektrokimyasal ve spektroskopik analiz verilerinin tümör sınıflandırılmasındaki (tumor grading) kullanılabilirliğinin incelenmesi konulu tez çalışmalarımızda hem elektroanalitik bulgulara dayanan kemometrik analizlerin hem de kromatografik yöntem (HPLC) bulgularının tümör tanı ve sınıflandırılmasında kullanılabilirliği incelenmiştir. Voltamogramlardaki pik yeri ve şekillerine bakılarak tümör tanı ve sınıflandırılmasının yapılabilmesi için farklı türlere ait voltamogram veri tabanının çok geliştirilmesi ve tekrarlanabildik ölçüsünün yeterli düzeyde test edilebilmesi için örnek sayısının oldukça arttırılması gerekmektedir. Bu gerçek dikkate alınarak tez çalışmalarımızda tümör tanı ve sınıflandırma işlemleri, dönüşümlü voltamogralardaki pik şekil ve sayısı yerine veri kümelerinin sayısal anlamda birbirlerinden farklılıklarının incelendiği kemometrik analizlere dayandırılmıştır. Kemometrik analizler sonucunda az sayıdaki örneğe rağmen ilk 3 ana bileşen kullanıldığında menengiomaların geri kalan tüm dokulardan başarıyla ayrılabildiği gözlenmiştir. Ancak diğer dokuların ayrılmaları mümkün olamamıştır. Buna istatistiksel anlamsızlığa neden olan örnek sayısının azlığı en olası neden olarak gösterilebilir. Çalışmalarımızın 80HdG düzeylerinin saptanması kısmında gerçekleştirilen HPLC analizleriyle ise glioblastoma dokularının diğer dokulardan daha fazla 80HdG içermekte olduğu gösterilmiştir. 94 SUMMARY In our thesis studies with the subject, 'The investigation of the usibility of electrochemical and spectroscopic data of cancer tissues for tumor grading`, the usibility of chemometric analysis based on electroanalytical data and HPLC method for tumor detection and grading was searched. To make tumor detection and grading based on the peak potential and peak shape of the voltammograms, the voltammogram data base of various tumor types should be improved and the sample number should be increased dramatically to test the reproducibility. Based on this comment, the tumor detection and grading studies of our thesis is based rather than peak number and peak potentials, on chemometric analysis where the variance of the matrices are investigated. As the results of chemometric analysis, even there is small number of samples, when the first 3 components are used, the menengiomas are seperated from the remaining type of brain tumors. Unfortunately the other types of brain tumors couldn't be seperated meaningfully. As the most probable cause of this situation, the few number of those samples decreasing the statistical meaning could be shown. In the HPLC analysis for the 80HdG determination section of our studies, the glioblastoma tissues are found to be richer in 80HdG content in comparison to the remaining types of tumors. 103

Many difficult and time-consuming problems are now being solved more easily and fast. Slope stability calculations of fill dams by hand are very tedious and time-consuming and can possibly cause errors. Therefore, computerized solutions are required to minimize such errors. In this study, a computer program written in Visual Basic was developed using the Bishop circle method and Swedish circle method for slope stability analysis. At present, the program can only be applied to homogeneous earthfill 111dams, but it can be modified to other type of fill dams. The program can also be used in the analysis of highway embankments with certains modifications. ÖZET Bu tez çalışmasında genel olarak sedimantasyonun hidrolik prensipleri ile beraber sediment özellikleri, sediment yükü ve rezervuar sedimantasyonu hakkında bir araştırma yapıldıktan sonra bir örnek çalışmayla rezervuar sedimantasyonu hesaplamaları yapılmıştır. Bunun için Karakaya Barajı üzerinde bir örnek çalışma yapmak için seçilmiş ve birer bilgisayar programı ile Meyer - Peter ve Müller ile Değiştirilmiş Einstein Metotları uygulanmıştır. Meyer - Peter ve Müller Yöntemine göre rezervuar girişinde oluşan delta sebebiyle nehir kıyılarını sel basabileceği şeklinde bir tahmin yapılmıştır. Değiştirilmiş Einstein yöntemi ile elde edilen sonucun ise gerçeği yansıtmaktan uzak olması sebebi ile bu metodun uygulandığı bölgeye uygun hale getirilmesi gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır. ABSTRACT In this M. Sc. thesis generally sediment properties, sediment load and reservoir sedimentation are studied and an investigation about reservoir sedimentation is carried out as a case study. Karakaya Dam Reservoir is chosen for this case study. Then Meyer - Peter and Müller, and Modified Einstein Methods are applied for this reservoir. Because of the delta that will be formed at the entrance of the reservoir according to Meyer - Peter and Müller Method, it is expected that the lands adjacent to the river at these regions may be flooded. Since the results obtained from Modified Einstein Method are thought to be far from explaining the real case, it is concluded that this method must be modified to be made applicable before its use for a specific region. Kullanılabilen tatlı su miktarının çok az ve sınırlı olduğu, her geçen gün daha fazla kirlendiği düşünülürse, akarsu havzalarının planlanması ve yönetiminin önemi kendiliğinden ortaya çıkmaktadır. îzmir ili içme suyu ihtiyacının büyük bir bölümünü temin eden İzmir Tahtalı Barajı Su Toplama Havzasında çok çeşitli problemlerin yaşandığı bilinmektedir. Due to the increase in pollution rate and the limited amount of usable water, the importance of watershed planning and managements comes out obviously. Therefore, it is hoped that this research contribute to the solutions of the basin problems. In this research, the importance of water resources planning and the developments in our country and the world were emphasized in the first part. In the second part, the new related information was analyzed by giving literature review. The information which is collected by field observation and project data on Tahtalı Dam Watershed were presented systhematicaly in the third part. The pollution sources in the watershed was investigated in the forth part. In the fifth part, the chemical and biochemical analysis were carried out at the laboratory for the raw water which are taken from the four different points in the basin. The Lake Model Simulation Program developed by ILEC was applied to Tahtalı Dam Resorvoir in the sixth part. The results of Simulation and Chemical and.biochemical analysis were elaborated in the seventh part. In the last part, some solutions for the problems in the basin were suggested. The results of observation and examinations showed that there were complex problems stemming from the interaction among the managerial, social, economical, physical and biological factors. The chemical and biochemical analysis showed that there was raw water pollution originating from heavy metal, inorganic and organic substances came to the dam and they were above the limit value adopted as a function of the activities in the basin. The simulation results proved that it was necessary to control the N and P nutriants in raw water. Otherwise, our research shows that there will be a non-potable water in the reservoir due to the eutrification in the future. Bu çalışmada yonga levha üretiminin temel gereci olan odundan tasarruf saklamak amacıyla odun yongalarına % 30 oranında pomza taşı karıştırılarak yeni bir yonga levha türü geliştirilmiştir, Ülkemizde çeşitli yerlerde 2*8 milyar metre küp tahmini rezervleri bulunan pomza taşı, yonga levhanın orta katına tutkallanarak serpilmiştir. Gerekli zaman, basınç ve sıcaklık altında preslenen tabla daha sonra yüzey zımparası ve ebatlama işlemleri ile son şeklini almıştır. Elde edilen bu yeni yonga levhadan alman deney numuneleri TS 180' e göre testlerden geçirilmiştir. Bu testler sonunda elde edilen pomza taşlı yonga levhanın, normal bir yonga levhanın teknik ve estetik özelliklerini asgari düzey de karşıladığı görülmüştür. Araştırmacı ve yatırımcılara, geliştirilen bu yeni levhanın fabrikasyon şartlarda üretimi için gerekli çalışmaların yapılması tavsiye edilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Pomza taşı, Yonga levha VI PUMICE-STONE PARTICLE BOARD SUMMARY In this study, a new type of particle board is developed by adding 30 % of pumice-stone by weight basis into the wood particle board in order to make savings from wood which is the main substance for producing particle boards. There is a reserve of pumice-stone about 2.8 billion cubic meters in Turkey. Glued pumice-stone particles are scattered into the intermediate layers of this new type of particle boards are produced under the required pressure and temperature in the specified time intervals and are formed into their final shapes by cutting them in their dimensions and surface sanding. Test samples taken from this new particle board were tested according to TS 180 and analyzed. The results showed that pumice-stone particle boards had met the technical and esthetic requirements of a typical wooden particle board. Researchers and investors are advised that the necessary work to produce this pumice-stone particle board in the real conditions of production should be completed. IV ÖZET Türkiye'de her yıl erozyonla 500 milyon ton toprağın denizlere yıkanarak taşındığı göz önüne alınırsa erozyonla mücadelede bölgesel planların yapılmasının ne derece önemli olduğu ortaya çıkar. Yurdumuzun hemen her bölgesinde bütün şiddetiyle devam eden erozyon tehlikesi son yıllarda herkes tarafından anlaşılmaya başlammıştır. Yağmuru düştüğü yerde, topra ğı oluştuğu yerde muhafaza edelim düşüncesiyle; Kütahya bölgesinde yapılan çalışmada Çöğürler havzası, erozyonun çok şiddetli olduğu bölge olarak tesbit edilmiştir. Havzada erozyona karşı mücadelede bir bütün olarak başlanıp kültürel, teknik ve idari tedbirlerin hepsinin bir arada acilen yapılması gerekmektedir. Geçim kaynağı tarım olan bir yörede tarım arazilerinin muhafazası için yukarı havzalardan gelen sel, taşkınların ve getirdiklerinin önlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu sebeple havzada gerekli erozyon kontrol tedbirleri araştırılmış ve dağlık kısımlarda teraslamaların, örme çitlerin, derelerde ise ıslah barajlarının yapılması gerekmektedir. Tarım arazilerinde ise; toprağın eğime dik yönde sürülmesi ve rüzgarlı zamanlardan sonra mahsûlün kaldırılmasına gayret edilmesi ayrıca buğday, arpa hasadından sonra, anızlarının tarlada bırakılması gerekir. Bütün bu zirai ve teknik tedbirlerden sonra bunların korunması için idari tedbirlerde alınırsa erozyonla mücadelede başarılı olunabilir. Danger of the severe erosion all over the country was realized by the people of nation. In this study, the idea was to keep the rain where it is fallen to save the soil where it is formed. Keeping this in mind. Erosion is very fatal event in the Çöğürler basin of the Kütahya province. For the combat against the erosion in this basin, Vegetative, Technical and Administrative measures should be taken simultaneously and immediately. Since the incomes of the farmers are agricultural productions, Agricultural lands should be protected and have to be prevented from flood coming from above basins and resulting erosion. Therefore, the possibilities of the erosion control measures are surveyed and investigated in this basin, then followings are suggested to be done. Suchas, terracing, fencing, contour farmings, strip croppings, stabble mulching, rotations, check dams, silt trap dams and others. In agricultural lands, tillings should be done as parallel to contour lines and harvesting should be done after windy season. Leaving the mulches in the field after small grains hervestings is recomended. Conseqently the adminstrative measures will be the quaranteefor the success of the other measures. As a result, it can be said that the guarantee of the success for technical and vegatative measures are the establisments of the administrative measures. IV ÖZET Kütahya Dumlupmar Üniversitesi Merkez Kampusunun su ihtiyacının temini amacıyla kampüse ait vaziyet planından yola çıkarak su ihtiyacının belirlenmesi tez konusu olarak ele alındı. tiler Bankası Şartnamesine göre, kampus için düşünülen 50 yıl sonraki nüfus esas alınarak bu nüfus değerlerine göre kaynaktan depoya iletilecek su miktarlarına göre gerekli memba sayısı ve bu membalardan elde edilecek debi değerleri bulundu. Kampusun su ihtiyacı cazibe ile temin edileceğinden 24 saat süreye göre depo hacmi hesaplandı. Bu ekonomik depo hacmine göre tesviye eğrili harita üzerinde depo kotu belirlendi ve depo yer seçiminde gerekli şartnamelere uyuldu. Şebekedeki akış yönleri, boru uzunlukları, boru numaraları ve boru çapları belirlenerek her bir borudaki debi değerleri Hardy- Cross metodu ile bulunmuş ve yapılan kontrollerle dengelemenin sağladığı görülmüştür. DUMLUPINAR UNIVERSITY CENTRAL CAMPUS AREA DRINKING WATER SUPPLY PROJECT SUMMARY In this thesis by using the site plan of the Central Campus of the Dumlupmar University to determine the water demand of campus area was searched. According to the offical rules of municipality Bank, the population of the campus area after 50 years was determined. Based on this population valve; the amount of water supplied from source to the water tank, the number of sources and discharge valves from these sources were determined. Since the water supply of the campus is abtained by using gravity, the volume of the water tank was calculated for 24 hours time interal. After that, accarding to the calculated economical volume of the tank, on the map with izohips, the elevation of tank was determined. In the selection of tank site, the proper rules were a beyed. Flow directions in the network, pipe length, pipe numbers, pipe cross sections are determined and by using Hardy- Cross method the discharge valves at each pipe was calculated. IV ÖZET Bu çalışmada, beton barajların tasarına ile ilgili yapısal kriterler incelendi. Standart tasarım kuvvetleri incelenerek, bu kuvvetlerin çeşitli faktörlere göre değişimi hakkında yorumlar getirilmeye çalışıldı. Diğer taraftan, tasarım kriterleri için emniyet değerlendirmesi ve stabilite konuları ile ilgili şimdiye kadar yapılmış olan çalışmalar derlenerek bazı sonuçlar çıkarıldı. Son olarak barajların planlama, inşaat, emniyet yöntemi ve kazaların azaltılması hakkında önerilerde bulunuldu. Standart design forces were examined and then some interpretations were given about the variations of these forces by numerous factors. On the other hand, studies related with the design criteria for the safety evaluation were reviewed and some results were obtained. ÖZET Bu çalışmada yağmur suyu drenaj sistemleri, yağmur suyu kanalizasyon şebekeleri ve yardımcı drenaj yöntemleri olarak incelenmektedir. Kütahya Cephanelik Mevki Toplu Konut alanı örnek proje alanında yağmur suyu kanalizasyon şebekesi hesapları hazırlanan program ile sunulmuştur. Bu proje için gerekli olan kriteler, hesap yöntemleri, havzalar, bacalar ve giriş ağızlıkları verilmiştir. Şebekede kullanılabilecek değişik boru malzemeleri gösterilmiş ve ekonomik olarak karşılaştırmaları yapılmıştır. On the Kütahya Cephanelik Residential Area, the storm water sewer system calculations are present by computer program. Design calculations parameter, methods, locate sewers and inlets are given in the project. Pipe materials that can be used on the sewer, are shown and compared economically.
