Sosyal bilgiler öğretmen adaylarının girişimcilik düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi

Bu çalışmada 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Amasya Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Sosyal Bilgiler Eğitimi Ana Bilim Dalı öğrencilerinin girişimcilik düzeylerinin belirlenmesi ve bu düzeylerinin cinsiyet, yaş düzeyi, sınıf seviyesi, baba mesleği, anne mesleği, aile aylık gelir düzeyi ve memleketin bulunduğu coğrafi bölge değişkenlerine göre incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın modeli betimsel tarama modelidir. Öğretmen adaylarının girişimcilik düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla Yılmaz ve Sünbül (2009) tarafından geliştirilen ve 36 maddeden oluşan Üniversite Öğrencileri Girişimcilik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçek, tam sayım örneklem yöntemi kullanılarak evrenin tamamı olan 240 öğrenciye uygulanmış, gönüllülük esası ve geçerlilik çerçevesinde 175 öğrenciden veriler elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS21 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilere yönelik tanımlayıcı istatistiksel analizler için frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Analiz sürecinde araştırmanın alt problemlerine uygun olarak bağımsız gruplar t-testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi yapılmıştır.Araştırmada Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmen adaylarının girişimcilik becerilerinin yüksek girişimcilik düzeyinde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Katılımcıların girişimcilik düzeylerinin cinsiyete ve baba mesleğine göre istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre eğitim fakültelerinde girişimcilik eğitimi adında seçmeli de olsa dersler eklenerek öğrencilerde girişimcilik konusunda bilgi ve beceri artışının gerçekleştirilebileceği ve sadece eğitim fakültesi öğrencilerinin katılabileceği iş, fikir ya da proje yarışmaları düzenlenerek girişimciliğe teşvik edilebileceği önerileri getirilmiştir. This study aims to determinate the entrepreneurship levels of the students of the Department of Social Sciences Education of Amasya University in the academic year of 2017-2018 and to investigate these levels according to the variables of gender, age level, class level, father occupation, maternity occupation, family monthly income level and geographical region where the country is located.Quantitative research method was used in the research. The model of the research is a descriptive scanning model. In order to determine the entrepreneurship levels of the candidate teachers, a Student Entrepreneurship Scale composed of 36 items, developed by Yılmaz and Sünbül (2009), was used. The scale was applied to 240 students who were the whole of the universe by using the full census sampling method and 175 students were obtained on the basis of volunteerism and validity. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS21 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) package program. Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation values were calculated for descriptive statistical analyzes for students participating in the research. Independent groups t-test and one way analysis of variance were performed in accordance with the sub-problems of the research in the analysis process.At the end of the research, social studies teacher candidates' entrepreneurship skills are at the level of high entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurship levels of the participants were statistically significant difference by gender and father's occupation.According to the results obtained from the research, it has been suggested that in case of entrepreneurship education in the education faculties, it is possible to add entrepreneurship knowledge and skills to the students and to encourage entrepreneurship by organizing work, idea or project competitions which only education faculty students can participate. 96
