[Objective] The aim of this study is to clarify the temporal and spatial status of ecological environment quality and the main driving factors of its evolution under the continuous promotion of urbanization in Shandong Province, which is of great importance for recognizing the status quo of ecological environment in Shandong Province and formulating reliable protection strategies and systems in the later stage. [Methods] Based on remote sensing ecological index: a comprehensive index from 1991 to 2021, with the help of Sen trend method, coefficient of variation method, Hurst index method and geographical detector, the characteristics and driving factors of ecological environment quality change in Shandong Province were explored. [Results] (1) From 1991 to 2000, the ecological environment quality in Shandong Province showed the decreasing trend and the change was relatively stable. From 2001 to 2010, RSEI showed the increasing trend, mainly stable change trend. From 2011 to 2021, RSEI changes in most areas showed the stable state, and RSEI in woodland and cultivated land areas showed the increasing trend, while other land use types showed the decreasing trend. (2) RSEI will mainly increase in the future period, and the change trend of different land use types in the future period is opposite to that in the past 31 years. (3) Land use change had the greatest impact on the spatial distribution of RSEI in Shandong Province during 1990—2000 and 2001—2010, and the spatial distribution of RSEI during 2011—2021 was greatly affected by humidity change and land use change, and the interaction between land use and other factors had a greater impact on RSEI. [Conclusion] There are significant differences in the sensitivity of ecological environment quality to environmental factors at different periods in Shandong Province, which is caused by the differences in the intensity and mode of human activities in different regions and the vulnerability of ecological environment in different regions. The visual expression of ecological environment quality can reflect the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of ecological environment quality, and provide important reference information for the decision making of maintaining human-ecological environment balance. At present, the state has issued a series of policies to encourage and support migrant workers to return to their hometowns to find jobs or start businesses. The situation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship is improving, but there are still many problems. Based on 56 questionnaires collected from 9 cities in Hebei Province in July 2021, this paper analyzes the basic situation and employment situation of returnees, and explores their employment choices and influencing factors after returning to their hometowns. The study finds that the returnees are mostly engaged in agriculture, service industry and manufacturing, and their employment and entrepreneurship choices are mostly influenced by migrant work experience. Their human capital, family factors, capital constraints, and policy support for entrepreneurship and employment also affect their choice of entrepreneurship and employment. According to the research results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of returnees, such as increasing skills training, developing rural industries, lowering the financing threshold and increasing policy support. The experiment was to study the effect of artificial combined diet and fresh diet on growth performance, muscle nutrient composition and digestive enzyme activity of Siniperca chuatsi. A total of 6 000 Siniperca chuatsi with an average body weight of 42.90 g were randomly divided into two groups, with three replicates in each group and 1 000 Siniperca chuatsi in each replicate. Each group was fed artificial diet and fresh diet, respectively, for 200 d of culture comparative test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in weight gain rate, specific growth rate, fatness and hepatobody ratio between Siniperca chuatsi of artificial diet and fresh diet (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in moisture and protein contents of fish body (P>0.05). The ∑TAA content of fresh diet group was extremely higher than that of artificial diet group (P<0.01). The EAA/TAA of two groups were 36.41% and 37.20%, EAA/NEAA were 66.85% and 69.52%, respectively, which met FAO/WHO standards. According to AAS, Val was the first limiting amino acid in muscle of both groups. The first limiting amino acid was Met+Cys in muscle of both groups when evaluated by CS. The content of EPA and DHA in artificial diet group were extremely higher than those in fresh diet group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the activity of amylase and lipase in liver and intestine between two groups (P>0.05). The study indicates that Siniperca chuatsi with high nutritional value can be cultivated with both kinds of diets, different diets have no obvious effect on growth and digestive enzyme activitiy of Siniperca chuatsi. In order to improve the efficiency of water and fertilizer, and guide the scientific watering and fertilization of the poplar, using Populus deltoides Bartr. Huashi 2 as the material, the growth and photosynthetic characteristics were compared and analyzed in different water gradient and fertilizer amount. The two-factor analysis of variance of water and fertilization showed significant difference in seedling height and ground diameter between different soil water (P<0.05), significant difference in ground diameter between different fertilizer amount (P<0.05), but no significant difference in seedling height. The growth of A4B4 was the worst, and the growth of A2B2 was the best. No matter different fertilizer amount or soil water, the numbers of leaves were significantly different (P<0.05), the numbers of leaves in A4B1 were the least, the mean value was 17.67, while the numbers of leaves in A1B2 were the largest, with an average value of 39.00. It was found that the treatments with lower chlorophyll content were mainly those with less fertilizer amount (B4), while the treatments with higher chlorophyll content were mainly those with higher fertilizer amount (B1,B2). The maximum light saturation point (PLS) was A1B1(1961.59 μmol·m-2·s-1), and the maximum net photosynthetic rate (Pnmax) of A2B1 was the highest (24.75 μmol·m-2·s-1). There was no significant difference and regularity about the light compensation point (PLC) and dark respiration rate (Rd). To improve the quality of poplar seedlings, water and fertilizer were not the more the better. Keeping soil water as 80%-85% of field water holding capacity and applying compound fertilizer 15 g with one plant from May to July could effectively increase the number of leaves, enhance the ability of leaf to adapt to strong light and photosynthetic potential, and enhance the growth advantage. Urbanization is the carrier of urban informal economy development and one of the important factors affecting informal employment. This paper adopts the inter-provincial panel data from 2006 to 2017, and uses the adjacent-matrix and geographical distance matrix to con‐ struct the Spatial Durbin Model (SDM), and empirically analyzes the impact of urbanization de‐ velopment on informal employment and its mechanism. It is found that urbanization can signifi‐ cantly promote informal employment through direct effect and spatial spillover effect. Among them, the direct effect mainly through agglomeration effect, space effect and investment effect to directly promote the informal employment in the region. At the same time, the urbanization development of synergies between neighborhood, which makes the regional urbanization devel‐ opment of informal employment has a significant positive spillover effects. Compared with the border region, the spillover effect of geographically close regions is stronger. Further research shows that government competition between provinces plays a strong mediating role in the spa‐ tial spillover effect of urbanization development on informal employment and is an important factor that produces such spatial spillover effect. To enhance the performance of image classification and improve the accuracy and efficiency of copy detection, this paper proposed an image hash algorithm based on QBFM moments and three-dimensional structure. Firstly, it used normalization to process the color image, and obtained the Gaussian fusion image and Laplace fusion image through multi-scale fusion, then extracted the QBFM features of two fusion images. At the same time, it directly extracted gradient information of the Gaus-sian fusion image in the RGB color space and constructed a three-dimensional model, used the concave convex point information of peak and valley curve of gradient from different perspectives to obtain the three-dimensional local structure features. Then, it disposed the three-dimensional model of gradient image by equidistant segmentation, Counted the number of pixels and variance of each section as the three-dimensional global structure features. Finally, it combined the QBFM features and three-dimensional features of the image and scrambled to form the final hash sequence. Experimental results show that the algorithm has a better balance between robustness and discrimination. Compared with the existing hash algorithms, it has good image classification performance. 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者并发微血管病变与血管内皮功能及血压的相关性。方法　选取2型糖尿病患 者92例，根据是否并发微血管病变分为单纯2型糖尿病组 (对照组) 45例和2型糖尿病合并微血管病变组 (观察组) 47例。测定两组血管循环内皮细胞 (CEC) 数量和血清内皮素-1 (ET-1) 水平、肱动脉血流介导性舒张率 (FMD) 及平 均动脉压 (MAP) 。观察组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗24周，比较治疗前后患者CEC、ET-1、MAP及FMD变化。 采用 Pearson相关分析法分析微血管病变指标与内皮功能及血压的相关性。结果 观察组 CEC、ET-1及 MAP均高 于对照组，FMD低于对照组 (P均<0. 05); 观察组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗24周后，患者CEC、ET-1及MAP水 平下降，FMD 水平上升 (P 均<0. 05) 。CEC、ET-1 与 FMD 呈负相关 (r 分别为－0. 413、－0. 486，P 均<0. 05) ，与 MAP 呈正相关 (r分别为0. 507、0. 516，P均<0. 05) 。结论　血管内皮功能受损及血压升高与2型糖尿病并发微血管病变 存在明显的相关性，二者共同参与2型糖尿病患者并发微血管病变的发生及发展。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Taste, the combination of various taste-producing components in tea, is one of the most significant elements for tea quality evaluation. Green tea, a non-fermented tea, is the most produced and consumed tea in China. The enzymes in the fresh leaves for making green tea are basically passivated after high-temperature killing, and the original quality components are maximum retained in the fresh leaves. Different tea cultivars have various taste for the different types, contents, and composition ratios of biochemical components in fresh leaves. In recent years, in order to meet the development needs of the Chinese tea industry and changes in the industrial structure, numerous high-quality tea cultivars can be cultivated to produce green tea. However, the diversification of tea cultivars has brought great difficulties to identify or evaluate taste quality of green tea. A sensory evaluation method for tea taste quality can be susceptible to subjective factors of tea evaluation personnel, and external environmental factors, indicating lacking some objectivity of its evaluation to a certain extent. In this study, a systematic comparative investigation was conducted to evaluate the content of the main taste components and Dot value (concentration of taste components in tea soup/taste components threshold) of green tea made from 25 tea cultivars or strains, and a principal component analysis method was used to establish prediction models for different tea cultivars or strains, and taste quality of green tea. The results demonstrated that caffeine and catechins were the dominate elements for the difference in the intensity of bitterness and astringency. While Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and caffeine were the main contributor to bitterness, EGCG was also a main astringency contributor. Amino acid was the prominent factor for the difference in umami and sweetness of green tea from different tea cultivars or strains, where glutamic acid was the predominant contributor to umami. Principal component analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of 5 principal components were 79.018%. The top four principal components can be considered as Astringent and bitterness, refreshing factor, bitterness factor and umami factor. The taste comprehensive evaluation model was constructed based on the linear regression equation and contribution rate of the previous five principal components, to evaluate the characteristics of green tea. The predictive model evaluation results were similar to that of the sensory evaluation, indicating an extremely significant correlation (P<0.01) and the correlation coefficient index was 0.791. The scores in the prediction model can be utilized to fully distinguish the taste characteristics, such as bitterness, astringent, refreshing, and umami of the tested samples. Therefore, the prediction model can be used to accurately distinguish and evaluate the difference in taste quality and bitterness, astringent, refreshing, umami and other taste characteristics of the tested samples. The finding can provide a theoretical basis for the popularization and application of various tea cultivars or strains, and new ideas and facile methods for the scientific evaluation of the taste quality of green tea from different tea cultivars or strains. According to the experiments of four imitated ancient building connections between concrete filled square steel tubular columns (CFST) and reinforced concrete circular columns ( RC) under low cyclic reversed loading, the failure modes under different axial compression ratios were obtained. The hysteretic loops, skeleton curves, deformability, energy dissipation capacity, stiffness degradation and strength degradation were analyzed. It is shown that the failure modes of CFST-RC column connections are flexural failure, with some characteristics of shear failure. Plastic hinges are formed at the root of CFST column and RC column, and there are obvious shear oblique cracks in the middle and upper part of RC column. The hysteretic loops are full, and the connections have insignificant stillness degradation and strength degradation. As the connections fail, the ductility factor is between 4. 42 and 5.54, and the equivalent viscous damping ratio is between 0. 233 and 0. 311, showing excellent deformation capacity and energy dissipation capacity. In the range of experimental axial compression ratio, the peak load and ductility of the connections increase with the increase of the axial compression ratio. Aiming at the unbalanced energy of the sensor network and the vulnerability of the network performance to selfish nodes, we establish a balanced game model of energy consumption (EBGM) algorithm based on the game theory, which encourages nodes' cooperative behavior. We introduce energy concern factors, which adjusts forwarding willingness according to the proportion of the existing energy differences between the node and its neighbors, rather than the mode of the traditional game algorithms which regard residual energy as the only standard to adjust forwarding willingness. We analyze the theory of the EBGM algorithm, and prove the existence of the Nash equilibrium that tends to be Pareto optimal equilibrium. Simulations indicate that the EBGM algorithm can promote cooperative behavior of nodes while balancing energy cost and prolonging the lifetime of the whole network. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The parity matrix of low density parity check (LDPC) codes with short length has strong column dependence. As a result, it performs poorly in restraining burst-errors. In order to improve the capability of correcting burst-errors, we propose a method to construct irregular LDPC codes, and it can be achieved by randomly distributing edges of variable nodes in each layer. The feature of the construction reduces the column dependence of the parity check matrix. As a consequence, the proposed method performs well in restraining burst-errors. By calculating the minimum hamming distance and column dependence , the proposed method is proved effective. Simulation results demonstrate that the performance of the short-length LDPC codes constructed by the proposed method is better than PEG, CCSDS standard and IEEE 802.16e LDPC codes in low signal-to-noise ratio. [Objective] The study aimed to identify triose phosphate translocator (TPT) genes and analyze their expression pattern, which can provide theoretical reference for exploring its function and resistance breeding of tea plant. [Method] Based on the tea plant genome sequence, bioinformatics methods were used to screen and identify the TPT genes, and then, the expression characteristic in different tissues, and the response to cold stress, drought stress, salt stress, methyl jasmonate treatment and selenium treatment were analyzed. [Result] 3 genes containing TPT domains were identified from the tea plant genome, with sequence lengths ranging from 807 to 1635 bp, encoding 268 to 544 amino acids, respectively. They were weakly basic or basic, and all were stable proteins and hydrophobins. Subcellular localization speculated that the 3 proteins were located in the plasma membrane or chloroplast. Besides, phylogenetic analysis divided CsTPT genes into two groups, and structure and conserved motif analysis indicated that the 3 TPT gene structures and conserved domains were roughly the similar. Moreover, promoter cis-acting element analysis showed that the promoter region of CSTPT genes contained multiple light-responsive, stress-responsive and hormone-responsive elements. Gene expression analysis found that CsTPT3 was highly expressed in buds and leaves, which might be related to photosynthesis of tea plant. CsTPT2 was significantly down-regulated under different stress conditions, and it was speculated that the gene played a negative regulatory role in response to the stresses of low temperature, drought, MeJA, salt and high concentration exogenous selenium in tea plants. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine and metabolic disease commonly in women of reproductive age, characterized by irregular menstruation, hyperandrogenemia and polycystic ovary changes, often manifested as obesity, infertility and insulin resistance. Thioredoxin-interacting protein (TXNIP) is a multifunctional regulator that is not only involved in the regulation of insulin secretion and glucose metabolism, but also closely related to oxidative stress, inflammatory factors and mood disorders. Studies have shown that TXNIP levels are significantly increased in PCOS patients, suggesting that TXNIP may be involved in the development of PCOS and its complications. In recent years, some in vivo and ex vivo studies have attempted to use herbal extracts and western drugs to inhibit TXNIP expression, and the discovery of TXNIP-specific inhibitors makes it a promising and effective target to inhibit the process of PCOS. This article reviews the role of TXNIP in PCOS, in order to provide new ideas and directions for the in-depth study of PCOS pathogenesis and its clinical diagnosis and treatment. The experiment was to study the effect of different dietary enhances on growth, body color and intestinal and hepatopancreas biochemical indexes of red-fin Maylandia zebra juvenile. The red-fin Maylandia zebra juvenile with a body weight of 0.12 g were selected as the feeding group (group A), the unfortified brine group (group B), the spirulina powder-enhanced brine group (group C), and the yeast-enhanced brine group (Group D), cod liver oil-enhanced brine group (group E), and algal meal cod liver oil-enhanced brine group (group F), of which group A was the control group, and each group was placed in each tank with 50 experimental fish, with three replicates in each group. The experimental period was 4 w. The results showed that the final body length, body weight, body length and body weight growth rate of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05), and the data of group D was the highest, with obvious advantages. The fatness of juvenile fish in group D was significantly higher than that in other groups except control group (P<0.05). The L* value of juvenile fish in group C, group D and group F was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). The a* value of juvenile fish in group B, group C and group F was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The b* value of juvenile fish in group B, group C, group D and group F was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The intestinal pepsin and trypsin activities of young fish in group C and group E were significantly higher than those in control group, and those in group B were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05), and the pepsin activities in liver of young fishes in group D were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The trypsin activity in liver of juvenile fish in group C was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the growth, body color and digestive enzyme indexes of red-fin Maylandia zebra juvenile are significantly affected by dietary supplementation, and the algae powder group has significant advantages in improving body color and improving digestive enzyme activity. The degradation efficiency of H2O2/US on total organic carbon in slurry filtration water in the Bayan Obo rare earth flotation concentrator was studied. The results show that H2O2，US and the combination of H2O2/US can effectively degrade the organic carbon in the slurry，and the degradation effect is affected by the concentration of H2O2, reaction temperature, pH value of the recycle water, action time，the mineral type of flotation and ion species. At pH value of 6-8 and H2O2 dosage of 0. 1g/L，the degradation rate reaches 82.10%. 【Objective】 CsbHLH62 was analyzed by boinformatics, including physical-chemical properties, structure-function and homolohy relationship. 【Method】 The gene was predicted and analyzed by the method of related softwares and websites. 【Result】 CsbHLH62 gene encoded a protein with 277 amino acids, which was a soluble protein, and located in cell nucleus. It was non-secreted protein and had 35 potential phosphorylation sites, but had no signal peptide and transmembrane domain. Structure-function analysis implied that 131-181 amino acids contained a MYC-type helix-loop-helix domain. Besides, phylogenetic analysis showed that the amino acid of CsbHLH62 was close to Vaccinium corymbosum. The secondary structure is mainly composed of random coil and alpha helia, and the 3 D structural model was constructed. 【Conclusion】 This study laid the foundation for the further study of the biological function of CsbHLH62 in the process of absorption and accumulation of selenium in tea plants. Bio active porous HA-based ceramics can no t meet the requirements of mechanical properties of large segments of bone. And it is also a worldwide problem to be solved in the field of bone repair materials. In this paper, carbon fiber (CF) with different surface modification was creatively used as reinforcer and pore-forming agent. Microporous CF-reinforced Mg-doped hydroxyapatite (CF / Mg-HA) bioceramics with excellent mechanical and biological properties was prepared. The carbon fiber was treated with acid and heat treatment CT- CF) and the thickness-controllable Si coating (Si-CF) was fabricated on the surface of CF by magnetron sputtering, respectively. The pore forming T-CF and reinforcement Si-CF were obtained. Furthermore, microporous CF / Mg-HA bioceramics with excellent mechanical and biological properties were prepared by heat treatment and atmosphere protective sintering. The results show that the compressive strength of microporous CF/ Mg-HA (0. 2 wt %T-CF +o. 3 wt % Si-CF) is 13. 5% higher than that of microporous Mg-HA (0. 2 wt% T-CF). Microporous CF / Mg-HA can quickly induce the formation of apatite and has excellent biological activity due to th e combined action of Mg2+ doping and micropore. Objective To investigate the value of modified objective Bedside Index for Severity in Acute Pancreatitis (BISAP) score (MBISAP) in predicting the severity and prognosis of acute pancreatitis (AP). Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the data of 313 patients with AP who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from June 2018 to June 2020,and the subjective indicator of mental state in BISAP score was removed. According to the scoring criteria for Computed Tomography Severity Index (CTSI), the degree of pancreatic necrosis was classified as 4 grades (0%, 0% - 30%, 30% - 50%, and > 50%) and was assigned a score of 0 -3 points, respectively, and MBISAP score was determined by adding the above points, with the highest score of 7 points. According to the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, the 313 patients with pancreatitis were divided into low - level MBISAP group (MBISAP < 3) and high - level MBISAP group (MBISAP = 3). The two groups were compared in terms of baseline data and clinical outcome. The Mann - Whitney U test was used for comparison of non - normally distributed continuous data between two groups, and the chi - square test or the Fisher’s exact test was used for comparison of categorical data between two groups. The area under the ROC curve (AUC) was used to analyze an compare the value of MBISAP score, BISAP score, and CTSI score in predicting the severity and prognosis of AP. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in age (Z = - 5. 480, P < 0. 001), etiology (χ² = 36. 536, P < 0. 001), length of hospital stay (Z = -6. 038, P <0. 001), mortality rate (P < 0. 001), peripancreatic infection (P < 0. 001), multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) (P <0. 001), BISAP score (χ² = 215. 320, P < 0. 001), and CTSI score (P < 0. 001). Severity of AP, mortality rate, and incidence rates of peripancreatic infection and MODS tended to increase with the increase in MBISAP score (P < 0. 001). In predicting severe AP, MBISAP score had an AUC of 0. 898 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0. 859 - 0. 929, P < 0. 001), with a sensitivity of 71. 43% and a specificity of 90. 53% ; at the optimal cut - off value of = 3, MBISAP score was significantly better than BISAP score (AUC =0. 868) and CTSI score (AUC =0. 827) (both P < 0. 05). Conclusion MBISAP score is better than BISAP score in predicting the severity of AP patients and peripancreatic infection, and it also has a good value in predicting mortality and MODS in patients with AP. OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of Xiaoju decoction combined with antibiotic bone cement in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis and its effect on the expression of serum bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). METHODS: Totally 98 patients with chronic osteomyelitis admitted into the 81st Army Group Hospital of PLA from Apr. 2017 to Sept. 2019 were divided into two groups via random number tablet. Patients in the control group (49 cases) was given antibiotics bone cement, while patients in the observation group was given Xiaoju decoction based on the control group. The serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1 (IL-1), BMP-2 levels and blood routine examination of both groups before treatment and at 4 weeks after treatment were observed. The clinical efficacy, incidences of adverse drug reactions during treatment and recurrence rate in 1-year follow-up were analyzed. RESULTS: The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group [95. 92% (47/49) vs. 81. 63% (40/49)], with statistically significant differences (χ² = 5. 018, P = 0. 025). After treatment, the serum TNF-α and IL-1 levels of patients in both groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment, while the BMP-2 levels were significantly increased; compared with the control group, the serum TNF-α and IL-1 levels of patients in the observation group were significantly lower, while the BMP-2 level was significantly higher, with statistically significant differences (P<0. 05). Using manual analysis of case files， it is easy to cause the problem of case entity omission and low efficiency of feature extraction. Therefore， the bidirectional encoder representation from transformers pre-training model based on the traditional long short-term memory networks and conditional random fields was used to fine tune the model parameters on the manually labeled corpus for entity recognition. And then the semantic coding output from the previous layer was decoded by the long short-term memory networks and conditional random fields to complete entity extraction. The pre-training model has the advantages of huge parameters， powerful feature extraction ability and multi-dimensional semantic representation of entities， which can effectively improve the effect of entity extraction. The experimental results showed that the proposed model can achieve more than 89% entity extraction accuracy， which is significantly better than the traditional recurrent neural network and convolutional neural network model. This study explored the influence of design parameters on hydraulic performance and pollutants purification effect of free water surface flow constructed wetlands and selected the optimal design comprehensively considering the hydraulic and pollutants purification effects. An orthogonal test with multi-factor and multi-level of design parameters were performed to access their effects. The test site was located in the experimental base of the Jiangxi Province Center Station of Irrigation Experiment, in the Ganfu Plain of Poyang Lake basin. The geographical coordinates of the basin are 115°49′-116°46′E, 28°24′-29°46′N, characterized by a typical subtropical and humid monsoonal climate with an annual average temperature of 18.1 °C and an annual average rainfall of 1 685 mm. The orthogonal design, L16 (44×23), consisted of 4 4-level factors, namely aspect ratio, water depth, plant spacing and flow rate, and 3 2-level factors that are in- and outlet layout, plant species and blank. The hydraulic performance was analyzed by analyzing tracing data with rhodamine WT as the tracer. The hydraulic index used here were the short circuit indicator, the mixing indicator, the effective volume ratio, and the moment index. The pollutants purification effect of each test plot was obtained through multiple sampling tests of equal time intervals during the test. The detected pollutants were total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total suspended solids. This test achieved a good purification effect on pollutants, the average concentration removal rate of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total suspended solids was 40.0%, 58.3%, and 40.3%, respectively. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between aspect ratio and most hydraulic and treatment performance indicators. Water depth had a significant effect on total nitrogen removal rate, and plant spacing had a significant impact on total suspended solids removal rate (P<0.1). The correlation analysis between evaluation index showed that there was a universally strong significant correlation among the hydraulic performance indicators and also a significant correlation among the pollutants purification effect index. The better the hydraulic performance would have the higher pollutants purification effect. According to range results, aspect ratio, water depth, and plant spacing were the main design parameters that affected the hydraulic and pollutants purification effect of free water surface flow constructed wetlands. At present, few researchers use combination of relatively static and dynamic method to detect Android malicious applications.Most static analysis methods for Android application consider specific code running process, which has high computational complexity.The pure dynamic methods take up Android system resources, which greatly reduces the mobile phone running speed. This paper proposed DApriori algorithm for detecting Android malicious applications effectively. DApriori algorithm respectively calculated the association permission rules of the malicious application samples and benign application samples, and compared the differences between the two kinds of rules. Then, it used the association permission rules obtained from the malicious samples to detect the mixed samples. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively detect the Android malicious applications, and the association rules are applied to the dynamic detection of Android malicious applications. Objective To explore the immunoregulatory mechanisms of glial cells in retina after optic nerve injury in rats by using rats with traumatic optic nerve injury as TON model to detect the activation of microglia， astrocyte，and observe the temporal and spatial expression of inflammatory mediators and neurotrophic factors in retina at different time points after TON. Methods We established an animal model of rat optic nerve traumatic and draw materials from the rats at 1d， 3d， 5d and 7d after injury .Western-blot was used to dectect the expression levels of IL-1β， TNF-α and iNOS at all time points after injury. Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect microglia， astrocytes and the specific lesions expression and distribution of IL-1β，TNF-α，iNOS，Nestin inthe retina. Results Compared with the control group， the expression of IL-1β protein was peaked at 3 days after injury，and the difference was statistically significant （P P＞0.05）， the expression declined at 5 days， the difference was not statistically significant （P P＞0.05） . The expression of TNF-α increased at all time points after injury（P P＞0.05）， and the expression level of TNF-α reached the peak at 3 days after injury. Compared with the control group， the difference was a statistical significant（P ＜0.01） . The level of iNOS was significantly up-regulated at 1 day after injury， and the expression level of iNOS was significantly higher than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P P＞0.05）， the expression declined at 3 days， the difference was not statistically significant （P P＞0.05） . Immunohistochemical staining showed that after the injury，we can observe the activation of microglia and astrocytes. IL-1β and iNOS were expressed in activated microglia and astrocytes.But we were unable to observe the expression of TNF-αin astrocytes at all time points. Nestin expression was observed in astrocytes at 7 days after injury. Conclusions The activated astrocytes and microglia in retina are the main sources of IL-1β and iNOS after traumatic optic nerve injury. Objective To establish a rat model of optic nerve ON contusion after clamp injury， and investigate the application of manganese-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging （MEMRI） in detection of the location and extent of damage． Method 26 healthy female SD rats were randomly divided into two groups （MEMRI group and electron microscopy group）， then the MEMRI group was observed on 1 d，2 d，5 d，90 d after injury， electron microscopy group was observed at 1 d and 2 d after injury． The MEMRI group was focused on dynamic observation of ON tractography and axoplasmic transport changes on 1 d，2 d，5 d，90 d after injury， electron microscope group was focused on ultrastructural changes on 1 d and 2 d after injury． Results MEMRI findings： on T1WI all control group eyes exhibited hyper-intensity in ON， the superior colliculus and lateral geniculate body． Injury group eyes exhibited hyper-intensity in ON proximal to eye and decreased intensity in the distal end on 1 d； hyperintensity in ON proximal to eye and no signal in the distal end on 2 d； no signal in ON， the superior colliculus and lateral geniculate body on 5 d and 90 d． Electron microscope findings： dissolving axons, loosed myelin sheaths which separated from axolemma and swelled mitochondria were observed on 1 d； Further dissolved axons， dissolving microfilament and microtubule， abundance of bulb-like degeneration， swelled mitochondria with bulb-like degeneration inside were observed on 2 d． Conclusion The transport function of neuronal calcium channel can be significantly damaged after ON injury and irreversibly deteriorate with time． MEMRI may be used to evaluate the transport function of damaged neuronal calcium channel in ON and detect the location and extent of damage. Objective To solve the problem that the rat retina paraffin sections are easily exfoliated from the slides and each layer are easily separation and fracture， we need to find a way to improve the retina paraffin section method and evaluate the tissue fixation. Methods We used 4 fixation liquids including 10% paraformaldehyde，4% paraformaldehyde， 4% paraformaldehyde and 95% alcohol and glacial acetic acid mixed liquid （FAA fixatiue solution ） combined with paraformaldehyde to fix the retinal tissue， and observed the fixation efficacy under microscope after HE staining. Results The effects of 10% paraformaldehyde and 4% paraformaldehyde fixed samples showed moderate separation and fracture of retina， but the HE staining retinal slices pre-treated by the FAA fixafive solution had bright and uniform color， although occasionally some parts of the retina were exfoliated from the slide， but it was not easy to take off， and had complete structure without separation and rupture. Conclusion The retina paraffin section fixed by FAA fixafive solution with 4% paraformaldehyde is superior to pure paraformaldehyde， and the paraformaldehyde concentration has no obviously influence on HE staining results.
