5. Analiza poškodb na izbranih orodjih za toplo iztiskanje Al profilov

Za izboljšanje gospodarnosti toplega iztiskanja Al profilov je za inženirjev v praksi podaljšanje življenjske dobe orodij pomembna naloga saj ima orodje pomembno postavko pri ceni iztiskanega profila. Nastanek razpok, obraba, krušenje nitridnih plasti, plastična deformacija, lomi, itd., so najpogostejši vzroki za odpoved orodij, ki ne zagotavljajo več doseganje zahtev kupca glede kvalitete iztiskanih profilov. Katera od poškodb bo odločilno vplivala na življenjsko dobo orodja je odvisno od konstrukcije orodja, kvalitete materiala orodnega jekla, obremenitev in tehnoloških deformacijskih parametrov, izbranih parametrov nitriranja (nitridiranje), vzdrževanja, itd., i.e. gre za kompleksen problem. Izboljšanje obrabne obstojnosti drsnih površin je pomembno za podaljšanje življenjske dobe orodji pri čemer se večinoma uporablja postopek plinskega nitriranja. Ta postopek v času služenja orodja lahko tudi večkrat ponovimo. Na izbranih orodjih za toplo iztiskanje Al je bila opravljena analiza vzrokov za nastalo poškodbo ter rekonstrukcija njihovega razvoja ter tako tudi predlagane izboljšave za podaljšanje življenjskih dob analiziranih orodij. Prekomerno izločanje nitridov na kristalne meje je posledica nepravilnih parametrov nitriranja, to so čas, temperatura in potencial nitriranja. To vodi do pokanja nitridov in s tem njihovega hitrejšega adhezijskega odnašanja delov zrn z površine. Na drsnih površinah matric in trnov prevladujejo različni kontaktni pritiski, kar vodi do lokalnega povečanja obrabe na področjih maksimalnih kontaktnih pritiskov. Proces obrabe se nadaljuje z tvorbo majhnih brazd med adhezijsko odnešenimi plastmi s površine ter njihovim podaljševanjem v smeri drsenja materiala, ter tudi lateralnim širjenjem brazd oz. tvorbe žleba v lateralni smeri. Ob lateralnem dotiku dveh vzporednih brazd v smeri drsenja materiala se nam začne tvoriti žleb tudi v lateralni smeri, ki z nadalnjim razvojem obrabe vodi do tvorbe daljšega žleba po obodu drsne površine. Extending the die service time is for engineers in practice an important task for improvement the economy of hot extrusion of Al profiles since the dies have an important proportion in the price of the extruded profile. The formation of cracks, wear, crushing of nitride layers, plastic deformation, fractures, etc., are the most common causes of failure of dies, i.e. the time when used dies can not ensure the customer's requirements regarding the quality of extruded profiles, i.e. dimension tolerances, surface finish and mechanical properties. Which of the damages will be decisive at service time of dies depends on the construction of the dies (Al flow), the quality of die steels, loads and technological deformation parameters, selected parameters of nitriding, maintenance, etc., i.e. it is a complex problem. Improving the wear resistance of the sliding surfaces is important for extending the die service time whereas gas nitriding process is mostly used for improving of wear resistance of bearing surface. The process of nitriding can be repeated several times during the service lime of dies. An analysis of the causes leading to damages and a reconstruction of their development on selected dies for hot extrusion of Al were performed as well as improvements for extension of service time of the analysed dies are given. Excessive occurrence of nitrides on grain boundaries is the result of improper nitriding parameters, i.e. time, temperature and nitriding potential. This leads to the cracking of nitrides on grain boundaries and thus to accelerated adhesive removal of small parts from die bearing surface. Different contact pressures prevail around the perimeter of the bearing surface of dies and mandrels higher contact pressures leads to increase of wear, i.e. increased density of adhesive removed parts (craters) from bearing surface. The wear progress continues with the formation of small furrows between the adhesively removed craters from the surface and their lengthening in the direction of aluminium sliding, as well as the lateral expansion of the furrows or formation of the groove in the lateral direction. Upon lateral contact of two parallel furrows in the direction of sliding of the material, a groove begins to form in the lateral direction as well, which with further development of wear leads to the formation of a longer groove around the perimeter of the bearing surface.

6. Arhitektonski elementi episkopske bazilike v Konjuhu, R. Makedonija

Osrednja tema magistrskega dela je arheološko gradivo, odkrito na arheološkem najdišču Golemo Gradište, v. Konjuh, R. Makedonija, natančneje arhitekturni členi episkopalne bazilike, ki leži na severni terasi najdišča. Golemo Gradište se nahaja 41 km vzhodno od Skopja, R. Makedonija. Leži pribl. 6 km južno od avtoceste Kumanovo - Kriva Palanka, ob reki Krivi v rudarski regiji. Prvi, ki je našel to najdišče, je bil starec iz vasi Šopsko Rudare, ki je imel videnje, da je na hribu Golemo Gradište cerkev. V svoji viziji je videl cerkev, posvečeno sv. Janezu, in to je bil razlog, ki je prepričal redovnice iz tamkajšnjega samostana, da so mu pomagale pri izkopavanju te cerkve. Dogodek se je zgodil leta 1919, ko so našli zelo nenavadno cerkev imenovano Rotunda. Po letu 1919 se skoraj 18 let nihče ni več ukvarjal s tem spomenikom. Šele leta 1937 je najdišče obiskal srbski arheolog Nikola Vulić (Vulić, 1948). Po Vulićevem obisku Konjuha je leta 1938 Svetozar Radojčić izdelal širši pregled območja in prvi zaznal veliko episkopalno baziliko na severni terasi najdišča (Radojčić, 1952). Takrat so bili vidni le obrisi bazilike, na njihovem vrhu pa so bili vidni ostanki marmorne oltarne ograje. Po Radijčićevem obisku se je za to najdišče zanimalo veliko raziskovalcev: v začetku sedemdesetih let prejšnjega stoletja je Ivan Mikulčić najdišče pregledal in opisal njegove številne arheološke značilnosti (Mikulčić, 1973), dve desetletji pozneje pa prav tako Viktor Lilčić (Lilčić, 1994). Borka Dragojević-Josifovska je zbrala napise iz okolice najdišča in jih objavila leta 1982 (Dragojević-Josifovska 1982). Leta 1988 je Živojin Vinčić z Nacionalnega konservatorskega inštituta vodil projekt, osredotočen na morebitno konservacijo Rotonde (Vinčić, 1988). Ob gradnji železniške proge Skopje – Sofija so se leta 1995 začela nujna reševalna izkopavanja pod vodstvom Milana Ivanovskega iz Nacionalnega konservatorskega inštituta na pokopališkem območju K’šla, onstran reke nasproti najdišča Golemo Gradište, so odkrili številne prazgodovinske in zgodnjerimske pokope ter manjšo zgodnjebizantinsko cerkev, povezano z velikim obokanim grobom (Ivanovski, 1996). Leta 1998 so v okviru makedonsko-ameriškega raziskovalnega projekta, ki sta ga vodila Kiril Trajkovski iz Muzeja Makedonije in Carolyn S. Snively iz Gettysburg Collegea, raziskali najdišče in njegovo neposredno okolico. Njuni cilji so bili najti, identificirati in opisati značilnosti najdišča, ki so vidne na površini, ter jih zabeležiti na topografskem načrtu pregledati rotundo pri iskanju odgovorov na specifična arhitekturna in liturgična vprašanja ter zbrati in analizirati keramično gradivo s površine in iz testnih jarkov (Snively, 2002). Od leta 2000 do 2004 je bil glavni poudarek na izkopavanju akropole, od leta 2005 do danes, tokrat pod vodstvom Gorana Saneva iz Arheološkega muzeja Makedonije in Carolyn S. Snively iz Gettysburg Collegea, pa je bil poudarek na raziskavah severne teras. Pri teh raziskavah so se leta 2005 prvič jasno pojavile ostaline velike škofovske bazilike, ki so predmet tega dela. Glede na to, da gre za izjemno bogato najdišče, in da gre za številna arheološka vprašanja, ki se jih preučuje že skoraj celo stoletje, je bilo v zvezi njim objavljenih že mnogo razprav. V njih so bili obravnavani različni vidiki življenja v tem mestu, npr. umetniška vrednost najdb, njihov nastanek, razvoj urbanistične zasnove mesta, pokopališča in še marsikaj. Toda kljub velikemu zanimanju raziskovalcev vprašanju arhitekturnih členov episkopalne bazilike doslej še nihče ni posvetil posebne p ozornosti. Pomojem mnenju je glavni razlog za to dejstvo, dasose raziskovalci osredotočili na pomembnejša vprašanja življenja in razvoja poznorimskega mesta. Glavni cilj mojega dela je natančna preučitev tega detajla v celoti arheološkega gradiva. Gradivo je predstavljeno kot posebna celota in nadgrajeno z novimi informacijami, pridobljenimi z najnovejšimi arheološkimi izkopavanji, s čimer poskušam odgovoriti na več odprtih vprašanj. Predstavitev arheološkega gradiva z najdišča daje priložnost za ustrezno obdelavo dela ogromnega arheološkega fundusa, odkritega kot rezultat sistematičnih arheoloških raziskav, pri katerih sem aktiven udeleženec od leta 2011 do danes. Predstavitev arhitekturnega gradiva bo moj skromen prispevek k poznoantični arheologiji Makedonije. Magistrsko delo je nekakšen monografski prikaz arheološkega najdišča Golemo Gradište v posebnem obdobju človeške zgodovine, v katerem so se zgodile velike spremembe, s posebnim poudarkom na gradbenih elementih episkopalne bazilike, arhitekturnih členih te stavbe in izvoru materiala, uporabljenega pri gradnji. Pri tem mislim predvsem na obdobje Justinijanove gradnje. Pristop k raziskovanju te naloge je multidisciplinaren, zato so upoštevane vse razpoložljive informacije o regiji. Glavni poudarek je na materialu iz bazilike, torej na njenih strukturnih elementih. Noben del tega gradiva ni bil še nikoli objavljen. Obdelava gradiva, njegova sistematizacija in tipološka določitev je potekala na podlagi primerjave s trenutnimi spoznanji arheološke znanosti. Predmeti so kataloško obdelani, predstavljeni s fotografijami in risbami ter razvrščeni glede na material, iz katerega so bili izdelani, glede na funkcijo, ki so jo imeli, nato pa kronološko določeni in tipološko razvrščeni. Iz nekaterih artefaktov, zlasti iz teles stebrov, so bili odvzeti vzorci za laboratorijsko analizo, da bi ugotovili, ali so bili narejeni iz lokalnih virov materiala, ali je bil material uvožen oz. so bili predmeti prineseni kot spolije. Po opravljenih meritvah in rekonstrukciji močno fragmentiranih stebrov je bila izračunana višina stebrišča bazilike oz. njenih kolonad, kar je omogočilo izdelavo jasne slike videza stavbe. Glede na to, da je bilo veliko število strukturnih elementov na najdišču premaknjenih (delno s strani zadnjih prebivalcev naselja, deloma pa med arheološkimi izkopavanji), je bilo treba pregledati vsa poročila iz preteklih izkopavanj in rekonstruirati njihovo originalno pozicijo pri odkritju. The main subject of this thesis is the archaeological material discovered within the archaeological site Golemo Gradište, v. Konjuh, R. Macedonia, to be more precise the architectural members of the Episcopal Basilica which lies on the northern terrace of the site. Golemo Gradište is located 41 km east of Skopje, R. Macedonia. It lies ca. 6 km south of the Kumanovo - Kriva Palanka highway, on the Kriva River in a mining region. The first person who found this site was an old man from the village of Šopsko Rudare who had a vision that there is a church on the Golemo Gradište hill. In his vision, he saw a church dedicated to St. John, and this was the motive that convinced the nuns from the local monastery to help him excavate this church. The aforementioned event occurred in 1919 when they found a very unusual church Rotunda. From 1919 for nearly 18 years nobody paid any attention to this monument until 1937 when N. Vulić visited the site (Vulić, 1948). After Vulić’s visit to Konjuh in 1938 S. Radojčić was the next researcher that made an extended survey of the area and he was the first who noticed the big Episcopal Basilica on the northern terrace (Radojčić, 1952). At that time only contours of the basilica were visible, and on top of those contours, there were visible remains of the marble altar rail. After this event a large number of researchers showed interest in this site: in the early 1970s, Ivan Mikulčić surveyed the site and described a number of its archaeological features (Mikulčić, 1973), as did Viktor Lilcic two decades later (Lilčić, 1994). Borka Dragojevic - Josifovska collected the inscriptions from the vicinity and published them together in 1982 (Dragojević – Josifovska 1982). In 1988 Živojin Vinčić of the National Institute for conservation directed a project focused on the eventual conservation of the Rotunda (Vinčić, 1988). The Skopje – Sofia railroad line construction initiated emergency salvage excavations in 1995 directed by Milan Ivanovski from the National Institute for conservation in the cemetery area of K’šla, across the river from Golemo Gradište, a number of prehistoric and early Roman burials were discovered as well as a small early Byzantine church associated with a large vaulted tomb (Ivanovski, 1996). In 1998 a Macedonian - American project, directed by Kiril Trajkovski from the Museum of Macedonia and Carolyn S. Snively from Gettysburg College surveyed the site and its immediate environment. Their objectives were to find, identify, and describe the features of the site visible on the surface and to record them on a topographical plan to examine the Rotunda searching for answers to specific architectural and liturgical questions and to collect and analyze ceramic material from the surface survey and test trenches (Snively, 2002). From the year 2000 to 2004 the main focus was the excavation of the acropolis, and from 2005 till today under the leadership of Goran Sanev from the Archaeological Museum of Macedonia and Carolyn S. Snively of Gettysburg College, the focus is placed on the northern terrace wherein 2005 the large Episcopal basilica, the subject of this work, first appeared. Taking into consideration that this is an exceptionally rich site and that there are open archaeological issues that are studied for almost a century we have numerous published papers on this topic. Various aspects of life in this city have been covered in these papers, such as the artistic value of the findings, their origin, the development of the city's urban planning, cemeteries and many more. But despite the researchers' great interest, nobody has paid special attention to the problem of the architectural members of the Episcopal Basilica so far. In my belief, the main reason for this is the fact that the researchers have focused on the more important problems covering the life and development of the Late Roman town. The main objective of this paper is the study of this part of the entire archaeological material. The material is presented as a whole and upgraded with new information obtained through the latest archaeological excavations thus trying to answer the larger part of the open issues. The presentation of the archaeological material from the site gives an opportunity for adequate processing of one part of the enormous archaeological fundus discovered as a result of the systematic archaeological research of Golemo Gradište where I have been an active participant starting as of 2011 until the present. The presentation of this material will be my modest contribution to science. This thesis is a kind of monographic presentation of the Golemo Gradište archaeological site in a characteristic period of human history where great changes occurred, with a special focus on the construction work of the Episcopal Basilica, the architectural members of this building and the origin of the material used in the construction. I am primarily referring to the period of Justinian's construction works. The approach to the research of this thesis is multidisciplinary, and therefore all available information about the region is considered. The main focus is placed on the material from the basilica i.e., its structural elements. Not a single piece of this material has ever been published. The processing of the material, its systematization and typological determination are done by a comparative analysis with current knowledge of archaeological science. The items are processed in a catalogue, presented with photographs and drawings and they are classified according to the material they were made from, according to the function they had, and then chronologically determined and typologically classified where they belong. Samples were taken from certain artefacts, especially from the columns, for laboratory analysis to determine whether they were made from local resources or the material was imported. After taking all the measurements I’m calculating the height of the basilica’s colonnade. The results derived from this research give a clear picture of the true look of the building. Taking into consideration that a large number of the structural elements had been moved (partly by the latest occupants of the settlement and partly by previous excavations) all of the reports from the past excavations are consulted to determine which elements had been moved through the years.

8. Optimizacija odzračevalnih kanalov oblikovnega dela orodja pri brizganju duroplastičnih izdelkov

Pri brizganju duroplastičnih izdelkov iz fenol formaldehidnih smol prihaja pri segrevanju orodja do zamreževanja, ki poteče s polikondenzacijo, pri čemer se voda izloči v obliki vodne pare, izločajo pa se še nekatere druge spojine v plinastem stanju, med katerimi je tudi amonijak. Poleg odvoda zgoraj omenjene vodne pare in plinov je potrebno med polnjenjem orodne votline poskrbeti še za odvod ujetega zraka v njej. Za odvod vseh zgoraj navedenih spojin uporabljamo odzračevalne kanale. Ti ne smejo biti preveliki, da jih masa pri polnjenju ne prelije, pa tudi ne premajhni, saj bi bilo v tem primeru odzračevanje škodljivih spojin nezadostno. Posledica nezadostnega odzračevanja bi bil nastanek »diesel efekta«, na kosih pa bi bile zaradi slednjega vidne ožganine. V tem diplomskem delu smo najprej opravili pregled literature in teorije za področje injekcijskega brizganja plastike in odzračevanje orodij ter analizirali primer slabega in dobrega orodja v proizvodnji. Na koncu smo primerjali predpisana priporočila za izdelavo kanalov z dimenzijami kanalov, izmerjenih iz primera dobrega in slabega orodja, ter naredili analitični preračun, ki je prikazan v literaturi. Ugotovili smo, da se da s preračunom predvideti dimenzije in zasnovati odzračevanje, ki pa potrebuje optimizacijo s praktičnim pristopom. During injection molding of parts made from phenol formaldehyde resin, polycondensation process takes place. When polycondensation occurs, volatiles are produced. In our case byproduct is steam, ammonium and other gases. If they are not allowed to escape through the vents than the product ends up with burn marks or other visual problems on top of dimensional faults and less than expected physical and strength properties. But there is a certain level of caution and expertise required when dimensioning and constructing the vents otherwise we may end up with vents to big which result in spews or with vents too small which prevent volatiles from escaping and we end up with burnt parts as we mentioned above. In this thesis we first checked the available literature for injection molding and venting. Next step was analysis of good and bad tool example. In the end we compared recommendations for venting with vent dimensions on our “good and bad” tool example and conducted a theoretical calculation based on a literature. What we found was that you can foresee vent dimensions and make a venting concept but have also reached the conclusion that the concept will need further optimisation by practical means.

9. Razvoj maloserijskega orodja za sestavljanje elektromotorja

V zaključni nalogi je predstavljena konstrukcija orodja za sestavo elektromotorjev dimenzij 120x240x170. Orodje je zasnovano tako, da omogoča natančno pozicionirano vpetje ohišja s statorjem in rotorja. Glavna naloga orodja je translacija rotorja v stator. Preverjene so maksimalne napetosti in maksimalni povesi v kritičnih točkah orodja. Zaradi pomembnosti pozicije, je izveden tudi tolerančni izračun za pozicijo igel in meritev vpliva delovanja spon na premik ohišja. Izmerjen je tudi povprečen proizvodnji čas sestave elektromotorja, ter ovrednoten ergonomski vpliv orodja na delavca. This diploma thesis presents the construction of a tool for assembling electric motors with dimensions 12x240x170. The tool is designed to allow precisely positioned mounting of the housing with the stator and the mounting of the rotor. The main task of the tool is to move the rotor into the stator. Maximum stresses and maximum suspensions at critical points of the tool were checked. Due to the importance of the position, a tolerance calculation was also performed for the position of the needles and a measurement of the influence of the action of the clamps on the displacement of the housing. The average production time of the electric motor assembly was also measured, and the ergonomic impact of the tool on the worker was evaluated.

V magistrskem delu smo raziskali področje metod za ocenjevanje količine tehničnega dolga. Izvedli smo sistematičen pregled literature, s katerim smo raziskali metode, ki se uporabljajo v orodjih za samodejno ocenjevanje količine tehničnega dolga. Analizirali in zbrali smo orodja, ki te metode implementirajo. Na petih izbranih projektih razvoja informacijskih rešitev smo izvedli popis tehničnega dolga. Pri tem smo najprej izvedli manualno identifikacijo in ocenjevanje količine tehničnega dolga. Sledila je samodejna identifikacija in ocenjevanje količine tehničnega dolga s pomočjo orodij. V zaključnem delu popisovanja smo dobljene manualne in samodejne ocene med seboj primerjali in analizirali. Empirični podatki, pridobljeni v popisu nakazujejo na velik razkorak med manualno in samodejno oceno. In this master thesis, we report a researched in the field of the methods of the technical debt amount estimation. We conducted a systematic literature review to investigate the methods used in a tools for automatically estimating the amount of technical debt. We analysed and collected the tools that implement these methods. We collected technical debt items on a five selected software projects, in which we firstly performed manual identification and estimation of the amount of technical debt. We followed by automatic identification and assessment. In the final part, the obtained manual and automatic estimates were compared and analysed. The empirical data obtained indicate a gap between manual and automatic estimation.

12. Razvoj orodja za lepljenje permanentnih magnetov na prototipne rotorje servomotorjev

Pri izdelavi podsklopov rotorjev prototipnih servomotorjev avtomobilskih krmilnih sistemov je potrebno nenamagnetene permanentne magnete nalepiti na jedra rotorjev s pomočjo ustreznega montažnega orodja. Pri tem želimo pospešiti postopek lepljenja in izboljšati natančnost pozicioniranja nenamagnetenih magnetov na jedru rotorja servomotorja ter s tem zmanjšati izmet prototipnih rotorjev. Opravili smo vhodno kontrolo magnetov in jeder rotorjev ter tako zmanjšali možnost napak zaradi slabe kakovosti dobavljenih delov. Preračunali smo obremenitev lepljenih spojev in izmerili silo vzmeti, ki drži magnet ob jedro med postopkom lepljenja. Nato smo ob upoštevanju vseh pomembnih dimenzijskih in geometrijskih toleranc rotorja skonstruirali novo montažno orodje. Izdelano orodje smo uporabili za izdelavo desetih podsklopov rotorjev, na katerih smo natančnost položajev magnetov na jedru primerjali z desetimi podsklopi, izdelanimi s starim orodjem. Merili smo tudi čas, porabljen za izdelavo podsklopa z obema orodjema, in ugotovili, da je čas izdelave pri uporabi novega orodja krajši za povprečno 18,2 sekund. Z novim orodjem smo dosegli v povprečju za 22 % boljšo natančnost položaja permanentnih magnetov na valjastem obodu jedra rotorja, kot je bila dosežena pri uporabi starega orodja. Glede natančnosti zunanjih premerov rotorjev smo z obema orodjema izgotovili 100% delež ustreznih podsklopov glede na zahtevane tolerance. Pridrževalni sistem novega orodja je uspešno odpravil privzdigovanje jedra med lepljenjem. In the manufacture of subassemblies of prototype servomotors rotors of automotive steering systems, non-magnetized permanent magnets must be affixed to the rotor cores by means of suitable mounting tools. We want to speed up the bonding process and improve the positioning accuracy of non-magnetized magnets on the core of the servomotor rotor, thus reducing the ejection of prototype rotors. We performed an input check of magnets and rotor cores, thus reducing the possibility of errors due to the poor quality of the delivered parts. The load on the bonded joints was calculated and the force of the spring holding the magnet to the core during the bonding process was measured. Then, considering all the important dimensional and geometric tolerances of the rotor, we designed a new mounting tool. The tool was used to make ten sets of rotors, where the accuracy of magnet positions on the core was compared with ten sets made with the old tool. We also measured the time taken to produce a subassembly with both tools and found that the manufacturing time when using the new tool was shorter by an average of 18.2 seconds. The new tool improved the accuracy of the position of permanent magnets on the cylindrical surface of the rotor core by an average of 22% compared to the one achieved when using the old tool. With regard to the accuracy of the outer diameters of the rotors, a 100% proportion of the corresponding subassemblies was obtained with both tools according to the required tolerances. The retaining system of the new tool successfully eliminated any core lifting during the bonding process.

Sodobna tehnologija nam omogoča izboljšave že poznanih tehnologij. Tako lahko tehnologijo izsekavanja in krivljenja materila povzpnemo na višji nivo. Največkrat pride pri tej tehnologiji do nepotrebnih stroškov ravno zaradi prepoznega odkritja napake. Lomi orodja in zagozditev materiala lahko povzročijo velike stroške popravila, če jih neodpravimo pravočasno. Zato lahko s sistemom nadzora in varovanja stiskalnic težave zmanjšamo oziroma jih odpravimo. Sistem tako omogoča spremljanje dogajanja tudi ko operater stroja ni pozoren. Sistem se lahko vgradi na katerokoli stiskalnico, kar je tudi njegova predonost. Delovanje sistema pa je potrebno prilagoditi posamezni stiskalnici, saj se med seboj razlikujejo po sili in načinu delovanja, kar vpliva na krivuljo delovanja. Sami določimo meje ob katerih naj sistem izklopi delovanje in ob katerih naj opozori operaterja Modern technology is offering us improvements of existing technologies. That is how we can raise technlogy of cutting and bending materials to another level. Most of the times unnecesery expenses in this technology are caused by to slow detection of error. Breackages of tools and stuck material can cause great expenses of repair, if we do not remove them in time. System can be build in any press, that is an advantage of this system. Operation of the system must be adjusted to induvidual press, because they are different form each other in the force and way of working, witch influences on their working curve. We select the boarders on witch system is shut down, and on witch system just gives us a warning.

Namen naloge je ugotoviti, katero od danih orodij je najbolj primerno za uporabo. Izbrali in primerjali smo šest orodij, ki so na spletu med najbolj zaželenimi. Dodatno je opravljena analiza funkcionalnosti, ki jih orodja pokrivajo. V zadnjem sklopu naloge je izveden intervju z osebami, ki v realnem podjetju planirajo in izvajajo strateški plan. The master's thesis addresses the field of strategic planning. It covers the analysis and presentation of tools, design to assist in strategic planning. The purpose of the task is to determine which of the given tools is most suitable for use. In order to make a comparison, six tools were selected, which are among the most desirable on the web. The functionalities provided by the tools are analysed in more detail. In the last part of the assignment, interviews were conducted with persons who plan and execute a strategic plan in a real company.

Diplomsko delo je nastalo na podlagi literature s področja rezanja, deformacijskega rezanja in obdelovalnosti materialov. V njem so predstavljeni problematika vpliva nihanja lastnosti materiala na deformacijsko rezanje in nedoseganja zahtevanih dolžinskih in oblikovnih toleranc ter mesta, na katerih so bili izvedeni eksperimenti in meritve. V eksperimentalnem delu diplomske naloge smo prikazali, kako različne lastnosti materiala vplivajo na proces deformacijskega rezanja in doseganje želenih rezultatov. Vzorčni kosi so nastali pri enakih pogojih kot kosi za serijsko izdelavo z namenom, da bi bili končni rezultati čim realnejši. Na izdelanih vzorčnih kosih smo izvedli meritve in analize materiala, nato pa na podlagi analiz, meritev in rezultatov na koncu ugotovili, katera od lastnosti materiala najugodneje vpliva na proces in pripomore k zanesljivejšemu procesu. The thesis covers the literature rewiev in the scope of cutting, deformation cutting and workability of materials. In this work is presented the problem of influence of material properties on deformation cutting and failure to achive required length and design tolerances. We also presented the sites where experiments and measurments were performed. In the experimental part of thesis we tried to prove how diferent material properties affect to the deformation cutting proces and to achivement to the desired results. The sample pieces were manufactured under the same candition as the batch pieces are made, to make results as realistic as possible. On the samples pieces we made measurements and analyzes on the material. Based on the analyzes and results of measurments, we have finally identified which of the four materials has the most favorable effect on the proces and contributes to a more reliable proces.

17. Razvoj rezilne postaje dolivkov za plastične elemente

Glavni problem obravnavane naloge je odstranitev dolivkov s plastičnih elementov takoj za procesom brizganja. Dolivkov v nadaljnjih postopkih obdelave ne potrebujemo in gredo v ponovno predelavo. Izdelali smo tri koncepte rezilne postaje in pri vsakemu določili pozitivne in negativne lastnosti. Na podlagi pregleda smo izbrali najprimernejšega, na katerem je kasneje potekalo detajliranje. Po izdelavi prototipa in izvedbi eksperimenta smo rezultate razdelili na pozitivne in negativne. Razvili smo smiselne rešitve. Glavni problem so predstavljali prijemi dolivkov, saj je bila od njih odvisna kvaliteta odreza. The diploma deals with the the removal of sprues from plastic elements. Cutting takes place right after the polymer injection process. The sprues are not needed in the upcoming processes, therefore they need to be removed and put into material recycle. After developing three concepts of a cutting station and selecting the most appropriate one, the winning solution was detailed to the level of technical drawings. After building the prototype an performing the experimental run the results were divided them into two groups, positive and negative. The latter served as a starting point for new solution concepts. The main prtoblem presented the backrests of sprues, because if they were out of place, the cut was not acceptable.

In the bachelor’s thesis, we developed and expanded tools for patching and countersigning a document. In the beginning, we made certain questions and then created a schematic representation with clear details of all the processes that are implemented. The bachelor’s thesis represents the development of a new extension of the existing tools. Each of these tools has its purpose to get to the countdown process, which we had to implement. Chips that are located on various devices (mobile devices, tablets, credit cards, etc.) need updates from time to time. However, since there is a need for the very high level of confidentiality, all the operations that could change functionality must be signed by a reliable authority. The primary purpose of these tools and the encoding capability is that the NXP does not issue updates on chips that are already in use without the knowledge of the customer. This ensures that only valid and certified updates are installed, of which the customer knows and have confirmed them with the signature. All the tools were developed in the integrated development environment of Eclipse Neon and written in the Java programming language. The final version of the tools meets the foreseen conditions that were set at the beginning of the thesis. Similarly, unit testing has shown that the functionality of these tools is correct. V diplomskem delu smo razvijali in širili orodja za krpanje in sopodpisovanje dokumentov. Na začetku smo si sestavili določena vprašanja in nato ustvarili shematski prikaz z jasnimi podrobnostmi o vseh procesih, ki se izvajajo. Diplomsko delo predstavlja razvoj novih in širjenje že obstoječih orodij. Vsako od teh orodij ima svoj namen, da pridemo do procesa sopodpisovanja, katerega smo morali implementirati. Čipi ki so na raznoraznih napravah (mobilne naprave, tablice, kreditne kartice...), potrebujejo posodobitve. Ker pa krpanje potrebuje zelo veliko stopnjo zaupnosti, je potrebno vse operacije, ki bi lahko spremenile funkcionalnost, podpisati s strani zanesljive avtoritete. Primarni namen teh orodij in možnosti sopodpisovanja je, da NXP ne izda posodobitev na že nameščenih čipih brez vednosti stranke. Tako zagotovimo, da so nameščene le veljavne in certificirane posodobitve, katere stranka pozna in jih je z podpisom potrdila. Vsa orodja so bila razvita v integriranem razvojnem okolju Eclipse Neon in napisana v programskem jeziku Java. Končna verzija orodij ustreza predvidenim pogojem, ki so bila postavljeni na začetku diplomske naloge. Prav tako je enotno testiranje pokazalo, da je funkcionalnost teh orodij pravilna.

Magistrsko delo obsega analizo in predstavitev orodij za podporo optimizacij procesov. Namen dela je ugotoviti, katero izmed orodij najbolje podpira optimizacijo poslovnih procesov, ter identificirati ključne lastnosti in razlike med orodji. Iz tega razloga se je izbralo pet orodij, ki se jih je analiziralo in predstavilo. V praktičnem delu je izveden eksperiment, z namenom prikazati razlike med orodji. Opravljena je analiza ključnih funkcij, kot so modeliranje, optimizacija, simulacija, validacija, nadzor in tipi notacij. Prav tako je v sklopu raziskovalnega dela izvedena anketa z namenom prikazati poznavanje orodij in njihovo uporabo na oddelkih informatike v slovenskih podjetjih. The master's degree involves the analysis and presentation of tools to support process optimizations. The purpose of the work is to determine which of the tools best supports the optimization of business processes and identify key features and differences between tools. For this reason, the five tools have been selected, analyzed and presented. The research includes an experiment which has been performed to show differences between optimization tools. An analysis of key functions such as modeling, optimization, simulation, validation, control and types of notations has been performed. A survey was also carried out with the aim of showing the knowledge of tools and their use in information technology departments in Slovenian companies.

Results of Six Sigma projects are related to company performance. Successful Six Sigma projects increase customer satisfaction and have many other positive effects on organisations. Success of Six Sigma projects is related to key management decision about how to identify potential projects and which projects to select for final implementation. This research is oriented toward the study of tools used in the phase of Six Sigma project identification and criteria used in the phase of Six Sigma project selection. The purpose of this research is to compare results from manufacturing sector in Slovenia and the UK. Results of this study indicate that management within the organisations tend to identify potential Six Sigma projects with the use of different tools, such as: brainstorming (Slovenia and UK.), followed by Critical To Quality tree (UK.), and interviews and customer visits (Slovenia). Further, the results show that the final decision about Six Sigma projects selection in the UK and Slovenia include different criteria, such as: customer benefit (Slovenia and UK), finance impact (UK) and connection to business strategy (Slovenia). Many companies in the UK as well in Slovenia combine the use of tools and balanced selection criteria at the same time. Rezultati Šest sigma projektov so povezani s poslovanjem urganizacije. Uspešni Šest sigma projekti nam pomagajo povečati zadovoljstvo kupcev in na številne ostale načine pozitivno vplivajo na poslovanje. Uspešnost Šest sigma projektov je povezana z odločitvami managementa organizacije o tem, kako identificirati potencialne Šest sigma projekte in katere izmed njih v nadaljevanju tudi izvajati. Ta raziskava obravanava orodja, ki jih organizacije uporabljajo v fazi identifikacije in izbire Šest sigma projektov v Sloveniji in Veliki Britaniji (VB). Namen raziskave je primerjava proizvodnih sektorjev v Sloveniji in VB. Rezultati kažejo, da management v organizacijah za identifikacijo potencialnih Šest sigma projektov uporablja različna orodja, kot so: viharjenje možganov, diskusije s kupci (Slovenija in VB), kritične parameter kakovosti (VB) in intervjuje s kupci (Slovenija). V nadaljevanju nam rezultati kažejo, da organizacije tv Sloveniji kot v VB pri končni izbiri projektov uporabljajo več meril, kot so: koristi za kupca (Slovenija in VB), finačni učinek (VB) in povezanost projekta s poslovno strategijo (Slovenija). Mnoge organizacije v Sloveniji in VB pri tem hkrati uporablja več orodij in uravnoteženih meril.

V diplomsko seminarskem delu z naslovom Pomen in sporočilo atributov (orodij) izbranih svetnikov avtorica opredeli, kaj so to znamenja, kakšen je njihov pomen in vloga v vsakdanjem življenju ter zakaj pogosto prihaja do njihovih nerazumevanj. Predstavi tudi pomembna znamenja, ki se odvijajo pri bogoslužnem obredu (stojo, kretnjo klečanja, ležanje na tleh, sedenje, kretnje rok, tihoto, kretnjo umivanja rok, kretnjo trkanja na prsi, poklekovanje, priklanjanje, bogoslužni poljub, obred pokaditve, prihod k oltarju, pokropitev, obhajilo, procesijo, prinašanje darov in romanje). Poleg vseh naštetih znamenj poda tudi kratke opise in njihovo vlogo ter zakaj so tako pomembna. V nadaljevanju avtorica predstavi sedemindvajset svetnikov, ki so razdeljeni v pet skupin glede na svoje atribute ‒ orodja. Poda njihove ključne življenjske podatke in podrobno opiše, zakaj ima vsak svetnik določen ikonografski atribut. Predstavi tudi njihovo duhovno sporočilo. Na koncu se osredotoči še na izraz Božje lepote in njegove povezanosti z umetnostjo, kjer nakaže, zakaj sta v teološkem smislu ta dva izraza tako pomembna. Avtorica je pri svojem delu uporabila različne raziskovalne metode, in sicer deskriptivno metodo, metodo klasifikacije ter metodi sinteze in analize. Z njimi je dosegla naslednje cilje čim bolj natančno opredelitev znamenj, atributov svetnikov, predstavitev orodij izbranih svetnikov ter na koncu še njihovo sporočilo in njihov pomen. In the graduation seminar entitled The Meaning and the Message of Attributes (tools) of the Selected Saints, the author defines, what signs are, what their significance and role in everyday life is, and why they are often misunderstood. She also presents important postures, and gestures which occur during the liturgical ritual (standing, kneeling, prostration, sitting, movements of the hands, silence, hand washing gesture, striking the breast, genuflection, bowing, the Holy Kiss, the Incense ritual, approaching the altar, the Rite of Sprinkling, The Holy Communion, the procession, the bringing of gifts and the pilgrimage). Additionally, all of the mentioned postures and gestures are described and their role and their importance are mentioned. Furthermore, the author presents twenty-seven saints, divided into five groups according to their attributes ‒ the tools. Their key life information is presented and the reason, why each saint has a certain iconographic attribute is explained in detail. Their spiritual message is also presented. Finally, the author focuses on the expression of God's beauty and its connection to art, and indicates why these two terms are so important in the theological sense. In her work, the author used various research methods: descriptive method, classification method, and the synthesis and analysis methods. As a result, the following goals were achieved: the most precise definition of signs and attributes of saints, presentation of the tools of the selected saints, and finally, their message and significance.

Diplomsko delo je razčlenjeno na dva dela. Prvi del je uvod s teoretičnim delom o elektronskemu izobraževanju uporaba e-knjig in spletnih tečajev na splošno ter orodja, s katerimi jih izdelamo. Vključena so tudi učna okolja in njihov prodor v šolski sistem. Pred začetkom drugega dela pa so predstavljena še orodja za izdelavo interaktivnih nalog. V drugem praktičnem delu se diplomsko delo osredotoči na projekt Založbe Mladinska knjiga. Opisan je celotni proces predpriprave in priprave interaktivnih nalog za izobraževalni spletni portal UČIMse. Podrobno se osredotočim na izdelavo in oblikovanje same naloge, ki se na to objavi na portalu. V zaključku drugega dela so zbrani podatki o obiskanosti portala UČIMse. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is an introduction to the theoretical work on electronic education the use of e-books and online courses in general, and the tools with which we build them. Learning environments and their penetration into the school system are also included. Before the beginning of the second part, tools for creating interactive tasks are presented. In the second practical part, the thesis focuses on the project of Mladinska knjiga publishing house. The entire process of pre-preparation and preparation of interactive tasks for educational web portal UČIMse is described. I focus in detail on the creation and design of the task itself, which is published on the portal. In conclusion of the second part, data on the attendance of the UČIMse portal are collected.

23. Izdelava 3D modela objekta v naravi z brezpilotnim letalnikom

V diplomskem delu je opisana tehnika za izdelavo 3D-modela objekta v naravi iz zajetih fotografij z brezpilotnim letalnikom. Cilj diplomske naloge je izdelava 3D-modela cerkve sv. Uršule na Sorškem polju pri Kranju. V diplomski nalogi so opisana orodja, s katerimi sem projekt realiziral, to je brezpilotni letalnik, opremljen s kamero, in ustrezna programska oprema. Pri programski opremi sem primerjal tri različne programe za 3D-modeliranje objektov na podlagi zajetih fotografij. Izmed pregledanih programov sem izbral program DroneDeploy, s katerim sem projekt izvedel. Obrazložen je celoten postopek zajemanja slik objekta v naravi in postopek obdelave fotografij s storitvijo v oblaku. V delu je narejena primerjava dveh načinov zajema fotografij. Prvi način temelji na avtomatskem zajemu fotografij po predhodno določenem načrtu leta, drugi način pa je ročni v orbitalnem letu okoli objekta v naravi. Oba načina zajema sem uporabil pri izdelavi izbranega objekta v naravi. V zaključku predstavljam tudi svoja predvidevanja glede možne uporabe 3D-modelov objektov v prihodnosti v razvoju nepremičninskega trga in težave, ki so se pojavile pri izvedbi projekta. The diploma thesis describes the technique for creating a 3D model of an object in nature using an unmanned aerial vehicle. The goal of the thesis is to create a 3D model of the church of St. Uršula located on Sorško polje near Kranj. The diploma thesis describes the tools with which the project was realized, an unmanned aerial vehicle and software programs. Three different programs are compared that promise the same result when creating a 3D model from a series of photos. From the compared programs, I chose DroneDeploy as the tool with which I finished the project. The entire process of capturing an object and the process of processing the series of photos on the cloud of the program is explained. Two different methods of capturing are compared. The first method is based on the automatic capture of photographs according to a predetermined flight plan, while the other way of capturing photographs is based on manual capture in an orbital flight around the structure and then merging these photographs with the ones from the predetermined flight plan. In the conclusion we also present the possible future development of the real estate industry and present the problems that were faced during the project.

Diplomsko delo predstavlja proces priprave interaktivnih video vsebin. Prvi del naloge predstavlja razvoj video vsebin, od klasičnega videa, ki poteka po linearni časovni premici (statični video) do interaktivnega videa, ki vsebuje številne interaktivne povezave. V nadaljevanju naloge so predstavljene zakonitosti interakcije gledalca in teoretične podlage, ki se uporabljajo pri izdelavi interaktivnega videa. Za izdelavo interaktivnega videa potrebujemo posebna orodja. V nalogi so predstavljena orodja YouTube, Raptmedia in Vidzor. Slednje orodje je služilo izdelavi končnega projekta. V projektu so bile upoštevane smernice in priporočila predstavljena v uvodnih poglavjih naloge. Na osnovi literature in dostopnih primerov smo ugotovili, da interaktivne video vsebine povečujejo gledalčevo pozornost, vendar le, če so pri povezavah dosledno upoštevane v nalogi predstavljene smernice in priporočila ter število povezav ni preveliko. The thesis presents the process of creating interactive video. The first part of the work presents the development of interactive video, from classic video based on a linear timeline (static video) to interactive video, which includes multiple interactive links. The rest of the work presents the interactivity and navigation schemes which are being used in the creation of interactive video. The difficulties of producing interactive video are emphasized. Special tools are needed to create interactive video. The work presents the following tools YouTube, Raptmedia and Vidzor. The latter tool was used to create the final project. The guidelines and recommendations presented earlier in the work were followed in the creation of the project. Based on literature review and available examples, we found out that interactive video increases viewer retention, but only when presented guidelines are closely followed and when the number of links used is not too large.

The topic of this Master’s Thesis is risk management support systems for banking industry. The research was focused on Russian Federation banking system. Risk management is an important part of bank management. The banking sector is one of the most sensitive ones for currency fluctuation, economical as well as political instability. And it is necessary to be able to forecast future risks and prepare the banks to meet them, as well as to create the most suitable way to treat these risks. Risk management in banks has changed substantially over the past ten years. In conditions of uncertainty and rapidly changing world banks have to introduce innovative approaches and mechanisms to risk management. Now banks use IT tools and automated systems for managing the risk. The case study was chosen for empirical part of research. As an example, the largest bank of Russian Federation banking industry – PJSC “Sberbank” was taken. The empirical analysis was conducted with two research hypotheses. The purpose of H1 was to define the stage of use of automated risk management systems in Russia. It was accepted the Russian banking sector is on early stage of use IT tools. However, the Russian software market is developing rapidly and can be called catching up. The purpose of H2 was to analyze the risk management support systems in the selected bank. The hypothesis was confirmed the most important functionality of automated risk management system in Sberbank is credit risk management. Credit risk gives the bank "work". Credit operations of commercial banks are one of the most important types of banking activity. In the financial market, lending retains the position of the most lucrative asset line of credit institutions, although the most risky. The loan portfolio of banks averages 50‒70% of assets. Consequently, the credit risk in the structure of banking risk has a decisive influence on the performance of banks. Raziskava je bila osredotočena na bančni sistem v Ruski federaciji. Danes obstaja tveganje na katerem koli področju. Vsak dan se soočamo s tveganji. V sodobnem gospodarskem okolju je tveganje postalo tudi del poslovanja in vsako posamezno podjetje je, ne glede na to, ali ponuja izdelek ali storitev, pod določenim tveganjem v skladu s svojim značajem in obsegom poslovanja. Na finančnem trgu torej vedno obstaja določeno tveganje. Obvladovanje tveganj je pomemben del upravljanja banke. Bančni sektor je eden izmed najbolj občutljivih za nihanja valutnih tečajev, pa tudi za ekonomične in politične nestabilnosti. Potrebno je znati napovedati prihodnja tveganja in pripraviti banke na soočenje z njimi, potrebno pa je tudi ustvariti primeren način za preprečitev tveganj. Bolj natančna, kot je ocena tveganja in izbira odločitve o tem, kako ga zmanjšati pri različnih scenarijih, bolj učinkovito je upravljanje v banki in manjše tveganje za plačilno nesposobnost. V današnjem času je ta tema še bolj aktualna zaradi negotovosti in volatilnosti ruskega gospodarstva. Zato je treba paziti na bančna tveganja in njihovo obvladovanje, paziti a je potrebno tudi na težave, s katerimi se soočajo "risk"-menedžerji poslovnih bank. Glavni namen raziskave je bil oceniti trenutno stanje uporabe informacijskih sistemov za obvladovanje bančnih tveganj v Ruski federaciji in raziskati podporne sisteme in orodja za njihovo obvladovanje. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili pomen tveganja, ki je opisan kot koncept obvladovanja tveganj. Tveganje je pomemben koncept na številnih znanstvenih področjih še vedno ni soglasja o tem, kako ga lahko opredelimo in razložimo. Obstaja veliko različnih pristopov k opredelitvi tveganja. Veliko definicij je povezanih z nevarnostjo ali priložnostjo, verjetnostjo izgube ali dobička itd. V finančnem sektorju na splošno, še posebej pa v bančnem sistemu, se tveganje nanaša samo na negativna odstopanja od pričakovanega ali želenega rezultata in je povezano z verjetnostjo izgube, medtem ko pozitivna odstopanja pomenijo priložnosti. Tveganje, ki je povezano z bančno dejavnostjo, se pojavlja v vseh operacijah, poslih ali odločitvah, kar pomeni določeno negotovost glede rezultata. V vsaki banki obstaja sistem za obvladovanje tveganj. Banke prejemajo dobiček, ko prevzamejo tveganja in tveganja obvladujejo. Sistem obvladovanja bančnih tveganj je skupek metod, ki zagotavljajo pozitivne finančne rezultate v pogojih negotovosti, napovedujejo dogodke tveganja in sprejemanje ukrepov za odpravo ali zmanjšanje njegovih negativnih posledic. Nato smo raziskali področja obvladovanja tveganj. Sistem obvladovanja tveganj v bankah lahko temelji na različnih področjih. Zaradi kompleksnosti sodobnega gospodarstva obstaja veliko število tveganj, s katerimi se lahko srečujejo finančne institucije, kot so banke, in težko je odgovoriti na vprašanje, kako ta tveganja razvrstiti. Različne študije razumejo in razvrščajo bančna tveganja na drugačen način. V naši raziskavi smo se fokusirali na glavno tveganje v bančništvu, po našem mnenju je to kreditno tveganje. Kreditno poslovanje poslovnih bank je eden izmed najpomembnejših bančnih dejavnosti. Na finančnem trgu kreditiranje ohranja položaj najbolj donosnega posla kreditnih institucij, čeprav je najbolj tvegano. Kreditno tveganje je bilo in tudi ostaja glavna vrsta bančnih tveganj. Preučili smo tudi metodologijo ocenjevanja kreditnih tveganj in glavne kazalnike tveganja. Baselski odbor za bančni nadzor predlaga izračun koeficienta tveganja z uporabo zunanjih bonitetnih ocen, ali lastnega (notranjega) sistema ocene sredstev in zunaj bilančnih postavk (za izračun kapitalske zahteve). Zunanje bonitetne ocene objavljajo specializirane bonitetne agencije, kot so Moody, Standard & Poor, Fitch. V diplomskem delu sem predstavila osnove vektorske grafike in naredila primerjavo med dvema najbolj priljubljenima vektorskima programoma, Adobe Illustrator in CorelDraw (verziji kateri sta mi bili dostopni). Za lažje razumevanje sem izdelala primerjalno tabelo. Predstavila sem vektorsko grafiko, formate zapisa in osnovne pojme pri postopku od osnutka na papirju do digitalne oblike in tiska. V obeh programih sem izdelala tri različne vektorske grafike. Ukvarjala sem se s podobnostmi in razlikami med orodji in funkcijami, njihovo pozicijo in uporabnostjo. Predstavila sem postopek izdelave in rešitev problema izdelave grafičnega vektorskega izdelka od idejne zasnove do tiska. Moj glavni namen je bil prikazati, da so si različni vektorski programi po orodjih in funkcijah zelo podobni, a vseeno lahko oblikovalec opazi že občutne razlike in se zato odloči za programsko opremo, ki je njemu ljubša. The thesis features a presentation of vector graphic basics and a comparison between two of the most popular vector programmes, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw (versions which were available to me). I prepared a comparative table for an easier understanding. I also presented vector graphics, their formats and basic concepts which are part in the process from draft paper to digital format and press. I made three different vector graphics in both programmes. I studied the similarities and differences between their tools and functions, their positions and usefulness. I presented the production process and its problem solution when realizing a vector graphic product from concept to print. My main purpose was to show that different vector programmes are very similar with regards to their tools and functions, nevertheless, the designer can notice significant differences between them and therefore choose a software which is most suitable for him or her.

Bolj kot kadar koli prej v zgodovini človeštva postaja potreba po učinkovitem in uspešnem internem komuniciranju ključno merilo uspešnosti organizacij. Organizacije se namreč soočajo s povečano lokalno in globalno konkurenco, s pospešenim razvojem tehnologij in vsak dan bolj zahtevnimi kupci, posledično pa vneto iščejo rešitve, kako uspešno upravljati spremembe, ki se dogajajo vse pogosteje in intenzivneje. Zavedanje o pomenu internega komuniciranja, še posebej v času sprememb, narašča ne le v akademskih krogih, ampak tudi v praksi pri menedžerjih in drugih strokovnjakih, saj lahko le dobro informirani, motivirani in zavzeti zaposleni prispevajo k uresničevanju vizije, strategije in poslovnih ciljev. Najboljše organizacije namreč razvijajo in izvajajo programe internega komuniciranja, ki so osredotočeni na potrebe zaposlenih, s tem pa dvigujejo sposobnost organizacij, da se uspešno soočajo s spremembami. Danes, ko spremembe predstavljajo ključno ali pa edino stalnico v življenju organizacij, je pospešen razvoj mogoče zabeležiti tudi na področju internega komuniciranja. Nove tehnologije namreč vsak dan močneje prodirajo v osrčje komuniciranja v organizacijah in interno komuniciranje ni izjema. Znanstveno področje komuniciranja sicer relativno obširno pokriva interno komuniciranje, največkrat v smeri pretoka informacij in znanja na splošno. Ne glede na to pa ostaja del internega komuniciranja, ki je bil doslej kljub temu precej zapostavljen. Ena izmed pomembnejših nalog internega komuniciranja je namreč, da se v čim večji meri izkoristijo potenciali zaposlenih s komuniciranjem prek raznoterih orodij internega komuniciranja. Optimalna izbira orodij internega komuniciranja igra pomembno vlogo pri delovanju organizacij na splošno, še posebej pa v času sprememb, ko je treba obdržati motivacijo in zavzetost zaposlenih na visoki ravni. Posledično je potrebno dobro poznavanje in razumevanje potenciala orodij internega komuniciranja v smeri, da spodbuja zaposlene, da vneto prispevajo k uresničevanju poslovnih ciljev. Za boljše razumevanje raziskovalnega področja v doktorski disertaciji predstavimo tri ključne teoretične sklope: teoretični okvir internega komuniciranja, orodja internega komuniciranja in komuniciranje o spremembah v organizaciji. Najprej pozornost namenimo internemu komuniciranju, tj. področju, ki v času sprememb pridobiva vedno več pozornosti, saj komuniciranje znotraj organizacije postaja vse bolj kompleksen in zahteven proces, ki ga je vedno teže obvladovati. Množica podatkov, s katerimi se dnevno srečujejo zaposleni, spodbuja organizacije k vzpostavitvi sistema pravočasnega in učinkovitega komuniciranja, ki tesno zasleduje poslovne cilje. V nadaljevanju podrobneje predstavimo orodja internega komuniciranja, tako tradicionalna kot tudi tista sodobna, ki gredo v korak s časom. Namreč, vedno večja pestrost izbora orodij internega komuniciranja pomeni tudi, da se organizacije soočajo z vedno večjimi izzivi komuniciranja, hkrati pa nastaja potreba po spremljanju trendov in redni reviziji uporabnosti posameznih orodij. Z dobro premišljenim planiranjem internega komuniciranja, tudi orodij, je mogoče povečati zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, s tem pa tudi produktivnost in učinkovitost organizacije. Teoretični del zaključimo z izčrpnim in obsežnim pregledom komuniciranja o spremembah v organizacijah s poudarkom na orodjih internega komuniciranja. Gre za področje, ki kljub priljubljenosti v literaturi menedžmenta sprememb še vedno ostaja pomanjkljivo raziskano. Dejstvo je, da v času negotovosti in sprememb največkrat ravno interno komuniciranje predstavlja ključen izziv, pogosto pa tudi razlog za neuspešno vpeljavo sprememb v organizacijah. Zaposlene je namreč treba prepričati ne le o tem, da poznajo in sprejmejo spremembe, ampak da tudi aktivno prispevajo k njihovemu uresničevanju. Danes je pravzaprav že mogoče zaznati naraščanje pozornosti, namenjene odnosu med internim komuniciranjem in organizacijskimi spremembami, v More than ever before the need for efficient and effective internal communications is becoming a key benchmark for organizational success all over the world. Organizations face heightened local and global competition, rapid technological development and increasingly demanding customers every day. As a result, there is high demand for solutions how to successfully cope with and manage these changes, which are occurring with ever-growing intensity and frequency in today’s dynamic business environment. The crucial role played by internal communications – especially during times when change is introduced – has not only been noted in academic circles but also in the practice of managers and experts because only well-informed, motivated and committed employees can contribute to a positive realization of the vision, strategy and business objectives of any organization. The most successful organizations develop and implement internal communication programmes which focus on the needs of their employees and the ability of the organizations themselves to cope with the changes. Today, as change is the only constant in the lives of organizations, the area of internal communications is also experiencing rapid development. New technology is seeping into every aspect of everyday life and internal communications in organizations are no exception. The scientific field of communications covers internal communications relatively comprehensively, mainly through the fluid and smooth flow of information and knowledge in general. However, there is another aspect that has been widely neglected. One of the main tasks of internal communications is to really exploit the employee’s potential through the use of internal communication tools. The optimal selection of internal tools plays an important role in the success of organizations, especially during times when change is being introduced – a time when it is essential to keep motivation and commitment at high levels. Internal communications professionals therefore need to really understand the potential of internal communication tools in such a way that encourages employees to contribute eagerly to achieving business goals. For the purpose of gaining a better understanding of the field, this doctoral dissertation includes three main theoretical fields: internal communications, internal communication tools, and change communications in organizations. First, the focus is on internal communications, an area which has been gaining increasing attention as communications within organizations are becoming ever more complex and difficult to manage. While employees are constantly faced with information overload, the organizations are encouraged to establish a prompt and efficient internal communication system, which closely pursues the goals of the business. Traditional and modern internal communication tools are both then presented in detail. The wide range of internal communication tools available also means that organizations are faced with the greater challenge of selecting the tools which are the most appropriate. As a result, there is also a need to regularly monitor communication trends and to review the efficiency of the existing tools. Through prudent internal communication planning, employee satisfaction can be increased, thereby raising the organisation’s productivity and efficiency. The theoretical part of the thesis concludes with a comprehensive review of change communications in organizations, with the main focus on internal communication tools. This is an area which, despite the popularity of the literature available on change management, still remains insufficiently investigated. The fact remains that, in times of uncertainty, the introduction of change to internal communications often represents a huge challenge and is, at the same time, also the main reason the failure of its implementation. V diplomskem delu smo opisali postopek testiranja programske opreme ter ga umestili v proces razvoja programske opreme. Postopek smo iz splošnega zapisa konkretizirali na postopek testiranja v okolju Microsoft Visual Studio 2013, ki smo ga izbrali kot najprimernejše orodje za testiranje naše aplikacije. Pri izbiri so nam pomagali kriteriji za izbiro najustreznejšega orodja za testiranje. Pregledali smo tudi standard za dokumentacijo o testiranju programske opreme in preverili, ali izbrano orodje pomaga pri izpolnjevanju priporočil standarda. Obstoječo aplikacijo smo opremili s testnimi primeri, pri čemer so nam bili v veliko pomoč vtičniki za hitrejše pisanje testne kode, kot tudi dodatki za prikaz rezultatov testiranja. In the diploma thesis we have described the process of software testing and placed it in the procedure of software development. The process was first laid out in general terms, and later applied in practice to testing process in the MS Visual Studio 2013 environment, which we selected as the best tool for testing of our application. When selecting the testing tool we have followed the criteria for selecting the best testing tool. In addition, we have inspected the standard for software test documentation and verified if the selected tool fits the recommendation of the standard. We have equipped the existing application with test cases, where we made use of plugins for faster test case implementation as well as accessories for test results display.

Diplomska naloga obravnava celoten postopek retuširanja portretnih fotografij in primerjavo kvalitet ter zahtevnosti izbranih programov. V prvem delu opisujemo orodja ter praktično prikažem retuširanje treh portretov različnih kvalitet v treh programih. Ti programi so Adobe Photoshop CS5, PortraitPro 12 in VisageLab. V drugem delu pa opravljamo različne primerjave kvalitet različnih izsekov, zahtevnosti in razlike samih programov ter prikažemo, kje so prednosti določenega programa. Kot prvi rezultat dobimo popravljene (retuširane) portretne fotografije, pri drugem rezultatu pa smo prišli do zaključka, da je najbolj primeren program izmed naših treh izbranih programov za retuširanje Adobe Photoshop CS5, saj ponuja največ možnosti pri retuširanju portretnih fotografij. Celotna diplomska naloga služi kot navodilo za retuširanje portretov ter pomoč uporabniku, da lažje izbere, v katerem programu bo opravljal retuširanje. The thesis deals with the entire process of retouching portrait photographs and comparing the quality as well as complexity of the selected programs. The tools and practical display of retouching three portraits in different qualities and three programs are shown in the first chapter of the thesis. Adobe Photoshop CS5, PortraitPro 12 and VisegeLab programs are used. In the second chapter we perform different comparisons of different qualities of various sectors, complexity and differences of the used programs and, furthermore, try to show the benefits of a particular program. Corrected (retouched) portrait photos are gained as the first result. Moreover, Adobe Photoshop CS5 is selected as the most suitable program for retouching as it offers many possibilities to retouch photos. The entire thesis is meant to be a guide for retouching portraits and help a user to choose the most convenient program easily.

Diplomsko delo vsebuje teoretično osnovo strojnega učenja, podrobnejši opis podatkovnega rudarjenja ter njegove metode, natančneje klasifikacije. V drugem, praktičnem delu smo opisali tri prosto dostopna orodja, ki podpirajo strojno učenje ter metodo klasifikacije. Orodja smo testirali ter izmerili njihovo natančnost klasifikacije s statistično metodo cross-validation oz. prečnim preverjanjem klasifikacijske točnosti. Obravnavana in analizirana orodja, ki podpirajo metode strojnega učenja, so bila Weka, See5 in GATree. Rezultati analize so pokazali, da je od le teh najbolj natančno orodje za izvajanje klasifikacije program Weka. Diploma paper contains theoretical basis of machine learning, a more detailed description of the data mining and its methods, specifically classification. In the second, practical part, we describe three tools that are available free and which support the machine learning and classification method. Tools were tested and measured the accuracy of the classification by the statistical method and cross-validation or cross-checking the classification accuracy. Discussed and analyzed tools that support the machine learning methods have been Weka, See5 and GATree. Results of the analysis showed that among these tools, the program Weka is the most accurate for the implementation of the classification.
