Abstract Background Breast cancer patients often experience cognitive impairment as a complication during treatment, which seriously affects their quality of life. This study aimed to assess the risk factors associated with cognitive impairment in breast cancer patients and to construct and validate a nomogram model to predict cognitive impairment in this population. Methods In this study, we used a convenience sampling method to select 423 breast cancer patients who attended the Department of Breast Surgery at the First Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from September 2023 to March 2024. We analyzed these patients’ cognitive impairment risk factors through LASSO regression and logistic regression analysis to develop a predictive model. The model was evaluated using the area under the curve (AUC) from the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and the calibration curve and decision curve analysis. Results This study found a prevalence of cognitive impairment of 19.62% among breast cancer patients. A nomogram model was developed based on six influencing factors: age, educational level, pathological type, treatment program, emotional state, and fatigue. The area under the curve (AUC) for the model’s training and validation groups was 0.944 and 0.931, respectively. The model calibration curves showed a high degree of consistency, and the decision curve analysis (DCA) indicated good clinical applicability of the model. Conclusions This nomogram demonstrates good discrimination, calibration, and clinical applicability, making it a more intuitive predictor of the risk of cognitive impairment in breast cancer patients.

Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), a malignancy of the digestive system, is highly prevalent and the primary cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide due to the lack of early diagnostic biomarkers and effective therapeutic targets. Dysregulated ribonucleotide reductase (RNR) expression has been confirmed to be causally linked to tumorigenesis. This study demonstrated that ribonucleotide reductase small subunit M2 (RRM2) is significantly upregulated in ESCC tissue and that its expression is negatively correlated with clinical outcomes. Mechanistically, HuR promotes RRM2 mRNA stabilization by binding to the adenine/uridine (AU)-rich elements (AREs) within the 3′UTR, resulting in persistent overexpression of RRM2. Furthermore, bifonazole is identified as an inhibitor of HuR via computational screening and molecular docking analysis. Bifonazole disrupts HuR-ARE interactions by competitively binding to HuR at F65, R97, I103, and R153 residues, resulting in reduced RRM2 expression. Furthermore, bifonazole exhibited antitumor effects on ESCC patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models by decreasing RRM2 expression and the dNTP pool. In summary, this study reveals the interaction network among HuR, RRM2, and bifonazole and demonstrated that bifonazole is a potential therapeutic compound for ESCC through inhibition of the HuR/RRM2 axis.

Abstract Background Personality is a unique behavioral trait; cognition is how an individual knows and understands things. It is essential for everyday daily living. In patients with breast cancer, despite the growing body of research on personality and cognitive functioning, exploration of the underlying mechanisms is still relatively scarce. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the impact of Big Five personality traits on cognitive functioning and the mediating role of psychological resilience and post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) between personality traits and cognitive functioning in patients with breast cancer. Methods Convenience sampling was used, and a cross-sectional survey of 288 patients clinically diagnosed with breast cancer was conducted in the Department of Breast Surgery of the First Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University. The general information questionnaire, the Ten-Item Personality Inventory in China, the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, the Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Checklist-Civilian Version, and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment were used to measure the patient's general condition, personality traits, psychological resilience, PTSD, and cognitive function, respectively. Descriptive and correlation analyses were performed using SPSS 26.0 software, and mediation effect tests using SPSS PROCESS macro 3.3 software. Results (1) Psychological resilience, PTSD, Big Five personality traits, and cognitive functioning were significantly correlated. (2) The effects of the Big Five personality traits (extraversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, emotional stability, and openness) on cognitive functioning can be mediated through three indirect pathways: the separate mediating effects of psychological resilience and PTSD and the chain mediating effects of psychological resilience and PTSD, with a chain mediation effect of 0.014, 0.018, 0.014, 0.018, and 0.014, respectively. None of the 95% CI contained 0. Conclusion Personality traits can indirectly influence cognitive functioning in patients with breast cancer through the separate mediating roles of psychological resilience and PTSD and their chained mediating roles. This result suggests we pay more comprehensive attention to patients' cognitive function. Workers can be guided to assess patients' personality, psychological, and spiritual characteristics promptly in their work and adopt personalized care to safeguard good cognitive functioning.

The state-of-the-art lithium-ion capacitors (LICs), consisting of high-capacity battery-type anode and high-rate capacitor-type cathode, can deliver high energy density and large power density when comparing with traditional supercapacitors and lithium-ion batteries, respectively. However, the ion kinetics mismatch between cathode and anode leads to unsatisfied cycling lifetime and anode degradation. Tremendous efforts have been devoted to solving the abovementioned issue. One promising strategy is altering high conductive hard carbon anode with excellent structural stability to match with activated carbon cathode, assembling dual-carbon LIC. In this contribution, one-pot in-situ expansion and heteroatom doping strategy was adopted to prepare sheet-like hard carbon, while activated carbon was obtained involving activation. Ammonium persulfate was used as expanding and doping agent simultaneously. While furfural residues (FR) were served as carbon precursor. The resulting hard carbon (FRNS-HC) and activated carbon (FRNS-AC) show excellent electrochemical performance as negative and positive electrodes in a lithium-ion battery (LIB). To be specific, 374.2 mAh g−1 and 123.1 mAh g−1 can be achieved at 0.1 A g−1 and 5 A g−1 when FRNS-HC was tested as anode. When combined with a highly porous carbon cathode (SBET = 2961 m2 g−1) synthesized from the same precursor, the LIC showed high specific energy of 147.67 Wh kg−1 at approximately 199.93 W kg−1, and outstanding cycling life with negligible capacitance fading over 1000 cycles. This study could lead the way for the development of heteroatom-doped porous carbon nanomaterials applied to Li-based energy storage applications.

Abstract Circular RNA (CircRNA)–microRNA (miRNA) interaction (CMI) is an important model for the regulation of biological processes by non-coding RNA (ncRNA), which provides a new perspective for the study of human complex diseases. However, the existing CMI prediction models mainly rely on the nearest neighbor structure in the biological network, ignoring the molecular network topology, so it is difficult to improve the prediction performance. In this paper, we proposed a new CMI prediction method, BEROLECMI, which uses molecular sequence attributes, molecular self-similarity, and biological network topology to define the specific role feature representation for molecules to infer the new CMI. BEROLECMI effectively makes up for the lack of network topology in the CMI prediction model and achieves the highest prediction performance in three commonly used data sets. In the case study, 14 of the 15 pairs of unknown CMIs were correctly predicted.

Abstract In this paper, a class of fractional Sturm–Liouville advection–dispersion equations with instantaneous and noninstantaneous impulses is considered, in particular, the nonlinearities discussed here include Caputo fractional derivatives. Since the nonlinear terms contain fractional derivatives, this problem does not directly have variational structure, we need to combine critical point theory and an iterative method to deal with such problems. Finally, the existence of at least one nontrivial solution is proved by the mountain pass theorem and the iterative method. At the same time, an example is given to illustrate the main result.

The identification a signature comprising a group of genes as markers of cancer response to chemoradiotherapy would be more appropriate and effective for predicting chemoradiotherapy efficacy. This study investigated the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) related to chemoradiotherapy resistance and established a multigene expression model for predicting the sensitivity of rectal cancer to chemoradiotherapy in rectal cancer patients, elucidated the mechanism of resistance to synchronized chemoradiotherapy. The genome-wide expression profiling microarray were performed in the tissues of 81 rectal cancer patients before neoadjuvant therapy to analyze and discover DEGs related to chemoradiotherapy resistance, and the results were verified in 45 rectal cancer patients, and finally a 20-gene signature was proposed to be a predictor of chemoradiotherapy response. Molecular biology experiments revealed that zinc finger protein 37A (ZNF37A) downregulation leads to therapeutic resistance. This study identified a 20-gene signature with group of genes can help predict the response to chemoradiotherapy of rectal cancer patients. ZNF37A demonstrated a statistically significant correlation with sensitivity to chemoradiotherapy and survival in patients with LARC who underwent chemoradiotherapy. The findings revealed that ZNF37A bound to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 6B (TNFRSF6B) promoter region, thereby suppressing its transcriptional activity. Reduced expression of ZNF37A induces chemoradiation resistance by inhibiting apoptosis in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells. TNFRSF6B Knockdown restored the sensitivity of CRC to chemoradiotherapy. ZNF37A is an effective modulator of chemoradiotherapy response in rectal cancer. These findings elucidate the molecular mechanism underlying chemoradiotherapy resistance and provide potential applications for individualized clinical therapy.

BackgroundThe active coping strategies of family members can help breast cancer patients better handle the crisis, and family adaptation is a manifestation of the family's active coping with the crisis. In the study of breast cancer, a disease that predominantly affects women, we explored the influence of spouses on patients' family adaptation. This aspect has not been explored in previous studies.PurposeIn recent years, with the development of family stress coping theory, cancer coping styles have shifted from an individual focus to a whole-family approach. This shift has the potential to help families of cancer patients adapt to the crisis. This study aimed to explore the correlation between dyadic coping, family adaptation, and benefit finding in couples with breast cancer.MethodsUsing convenience sampling, the study included 325 pairs consisting of breast cancer patients and their spouses who attended breast surgery, oncology, and chemotherapy sessions between April and November 2023. The survey utilized the General Information Questionnaire for patients and spouses, the Dyadic Coping Scale, the Benefit Finding Scale, and the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scales. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0 and Amos 24.0 software.ResultsIn the actor effect of dyadic coping on family adaptation, the benefit finding of patients and their spouses played a mediating role. Regarding the partner effect (B = 0.019, 95% CI = 0.003–0.045, P < 0.05), the dyadic coping of spouses indirectly affected the family adaptation of patients through the benefit findings of patients. The patient's dyadic coping can directly affect the spouse's family adaptation. The spouse's dyadic coping can influence the patient's benefit finding.ConclusionThere is a partial interaction between breast cancer patients and their spouses' dyadic coping, benefit finding, and family adaptation. Therefore, clinical staff should promptly identify patients and spouses with poor coping abilities and provide them with positive psychological interventions to enhance the dyadic coping abilities of both partners and assist them in overcoming the problems encountered during the treatment process, ultimately helping them better cope with family crises.

Abstract The relationship between bone mineral density and type 2 diabetes is still controversial. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and bone mineral density (BMD) in elderly men and postmenopausal women. The participants in this study included 692 postmenopausal women and older men aged ≥ 50 years, who were divided into the T2DM group and non-T2DM control group according to whether or not they had T2DM. The data of participants in the two groups were collected from the inpatient medical record system and physical examination center systems, respectively, of the Tertiary Class A Hospital. All data analysis is performed in SPSS Software. Abstract The fluoroalkyl-containing organic molecules are widely used in drug discovery and material science. Herein, we report ligand regulated nickel(0)-catalyzed regiodivergent hydrosilylation of α-(fluoroalkyl)styrenes without defluorination, providing an atom- and step-economical synthesis route of two types of fluoroalkyl substituted silanes with exclusive regioselectivity. The anti-Markovnikov addition products (β-fluoroalkyl substituted silanes) are formed with monodentate phosphine ligand. Noteworthy, the bidentate phosphine ligand promote the generation of the more challenging Markovnikov products (α-fluoroalkyl substituted silanes) with tetrasubstituted saturated carbon centers. This protocol features with easy available starting materials and commercially available nickel catalysis, a wide range of substrates and excellent regioselectivity. The structure divergent products undergo a variety of transformations. Comprehensive mechanistic studies including the inverse kinetic isotope effects demonstrate the regioselectivity controlled by ligand structure through α-CF3 nickel intermediate. DFT calculations reveal a distinctive mechanism involving an open-shell singlet state, which is crucial for generating intricate tetra-substituted Markovnikov products.

Abstract The cell membrane not only serves as the boundary between the cell’s interior and the external environment but also plays a crucial role in regulating fundamental cellular behaviours. Interfacial membranization of membraneless coacervates, formed through liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS), represents a reliable approach to constructing hierarchical cell-like entities known as protocells. In this study, we demonstrate the capability to modulate the interfacial membrane fluidity and thickness of dextran-bound coacervate protocells by adjusting the molecular weight of dextran or utilizing dextranase-catalyzed hydrolysis. This modulation allows for rational control over colloidal stability, interfacial molecular transport and cell-protocell interactions. Our work opens a new avenue for surface engineering of coacervate protocells, enabling the establishment of cell-mimicking structures and behaviours.

Abstract MEMS/NEMS resonant sensors hold promise for minute mass and force sensing. However, one major challenge is that conventional externally driven sensors inevitably encounter undesired intrinsic noise, which imposes a fundamental limitation upon their signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and, consequently, the resolution. Particularly, this restriction becomes increasingly pronounced as sensors shrink to the nanoscale. In this work, we propose a counterintuitive paradigm shift that turns intrinsic thermal noise from an impediment to a constituent of the sensor by harvesting it as the driving force, obviating the need for external actuation and realizing ‘noise-driven’ sensors. Those sensors employ the dynamically amplified response to thermal noise at resonances for stimulus detection. We demonstrate that lightly damped and highly compliant nano-structures with high aspect ratios are promising candidates for this class of sensors. To overcome the phase incoherence of the drive force, three noise-enabled quantitative sensing mechanisms are developed. We validated our sensor paradigm by experimental demonstrating noise-driven pressure and temperature sensors. Noise-driven sensors offer a new opportunity for delivering practical NEMS sensors that can function at room temperature and under ambient pressure, and a development that suggests a path to cheaper, simpler, and low-power-consumption sensors.

Abstract Based on the available experimental data, fiber models for four prefabricated fiber-reinforced concrete beam–column joint specimens with grouted sleeve connections are first developed in OpenSees software. Then, the simulated seismic performance of the specimens is compared with the experimental results. Finally, the effects of axial load ratio and shear-to-span ratio on the seismic performance of the specimens are further investigated numerically. The results indicate that Concrete02 material model and Reinforcing Steel material model can accurately simulate the constitutive relationship of concrete and reinforcing steel, respectively; the beam–column joint elements can accurately simulate different damage behaviors of the joint zone. Fiber-reinforced concrete can significantly improve the seismic performance of the specimens. The relative errors of the simulated seismic performance indexes are about 15%. It is recommended that the optimum value of shear-to-span ratio for prefabricated FRC BCJs is 2.0–2.5. The effect of axial load ratio on the seismic behavior of PBCJs-CM is very small, and can be negligible in the case that the prefabricated FRC BCJs has a moderate value of shear-to-span ratio. The fiber model developed in this article can provide a numerical simulation basis for subsequent studies of prefabricated fiber-reinforced concrete beam–column joint specimens with grouted sleeve connections.

Abstract Seipin is one key mediator of lipid metabolism that is highly expressed in adipose tissues as well as in the brain. Lack of Seipin gene, Bscl2, leads to not only severe lipid metabolic disorders but also cognitive impairments and motor disabilities. Myelin, composed mainly of lipids, facilitates nerve transmission and is important for motor coordination and learning. Whether Seipin deficiency-leaded defects in learning and motor coordination is underlined by lipid dysregulation and its consequent myelin abnormalities remains to be elucidated. In the present study, we verified the expression of Seipin in oligodendrocytes (OLs) and their precursors, oligodendrocyte precursor cells (OPCs), and demonstrated that Seipin deficiency compromised OPC differentiation, which led to decreased OL numbers, myelin protein, myelinated fiber proportion and thickness of myelin. Deficiency of Seipin resulted in impaired spatial cognition and motor coordination in mice. Mechanistically, Seipin deficiency suppressed sphingolipid metabolism-related genes in OPCs and caused morphological abnormalities in lipid droplets (LDs), which markedly impeded OPC differentiation. Importantly, rosiglitazone, one agonist of PPAR-gamma, substantially restored phenotypes resulting from Seipin deficiency, such as aberrant LDs, reduced sphingolipids, obstructed OPC differentiation, and neurobehavioral defects. Collectively, the present study elucidated how Seipin deficiency-induced lipid dysregulation leads to neurobehavioral deficits via impairing myelination, which may pave the way for developing novel intervention strategy for treating metabolism-involved neurological disorders.

Medicinal herbs can be used for the development of antioxidant and anticancer platforms. However, the mechanisms by which the bioactive materials show these properties remain largely unclear. Also, a detailed understanding of the interaction between small compounds and carrier proteins like albumin can provide useful information about the regulation of their stability and circulation time properties. In this paper, the interaction of rhamnazin (C17H14O7), an O-methylated flavonol exists in Rhamnus petiolaris, with human serum albumin (HSA) was investigated. Also, the antioxidant and anti-lung cancer effects of rhamnazin were assessed. The results showed that a static rhamnazin-HSA complex was formed by the contribution of hydrophobic forces, which led to an increase in the content of the α-helix structure of HSA. Cellular assays revealed that rhamnazin (10 µM) recovered cell viability in human proximal renal tubular epithelial cells (HK2) reduced by H2O2 (0.5 mM) through reduction of ROS, restoration of CAT and SOD activities and GSH content, regulation of Bax, Bcl-2, and caspase-3. Moreover, the anti-lung cancer data demonstrated that rhamnazin induced apoptosis on lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells associated with a p53-dependent manner via overexpression of apoptotic Bax and caspase-3 and down-regulation of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2. To summarize, the potential binding of rhamnazin and HSA, as well as its antioxidant/anticancer properties, are critical for understanding the solubility and stability of this bioactive compound in plasma, as well as its therapeutic implications.

Objective The study investigates value of preoperative prognostic nutritional index (PNI) combined with N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in predicting postoperative acute kidney injury (AKI) in congenital heart disease (CHD) children. Methods The clinical data of 108 children with congenital heart disease were retrospectively collected. According to whether AKI occurred 48 h after operation, they were divided into AKI group (n = 32) and non-AKI group (n = 76). The clinical data, preoperative PNI and NT-proBNP levels were compared between the two groups. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of AKI, and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to evaluate the predictive value of preoperative PNI, NT-proBNP and their combination. Background/purpose: 3D-printed bone tissue engineering is becoming recognized as a key approach in dentistry for creating customized bone regeneration treatments fitting patients bone defects requirements. 3D bioprinting offers an innovative method to fabricate detailed 3D structures, closely emulating the native bone micro-environment and better bone regeneration. This study aimed to develop an 3D-bioprintable scaffold using a combination of alginate and β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) with the Cellink® BioX printer, aiming to advance the field of tissue engineering. Materials and methods: The physical and biological properties of the resulting 3D-printed scaffolds were evaluated at 10 %, 12 %, and 15 % alginate combined with 10 % β-TCP. The scaffolds were characterized through printability, swelling behavior, degradability, and element analysis. The biological assessment included cell viability, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity. Results: 10 % alginate/β-TCP 3D printed at 25 °C scaffold demonstrated the optimal condition for printability, swelling capability, and degradability of cell growth and nutrient diffusion. Abstract Background Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) is one of the leading causes of digestive system tumor related death in the world. Unfortunately, effective chemopreventive agent is lack for patients with ESCC in clinical practice, which leads to the extremely high mortality rate. Methods A library of prescribed drugs was screened for finding critical anti-tumor properties in ESCC cells. The phosphoproteomics, kinase array, pulldown assay and drug affinity responsive target stabilization assay (DARTS) were applied to explore mechanisms and searched for synergistic targets. Established models of PDX in mice were used to determine the therapeutic effect of domperidone. Results After screening a library of prescribed drugs, we discovered that domperidone has anti-tumor properties. Domperidone, acting as a gastroprokinetic agent, has been widely used in clinic for gastrointestinal motility disorders. Despite limited research, there are indications that domperidone may have anti-tumor properties. In this study, we determined that domperidone significantly inhibited ESCC proliferation in vitro and in vivo. We employed phosphoproteomics to reveal p-ERK, and p-SMAD3 down-regulation upon domperidone treatment. Then, the results of kinase assay and pulldown assay further validated that domperidone directly combined with MEK1/2 and CDK4, leading to the inhibition of their kinase activity. Furthermore, our results revealed that MEK/ERK and CDK4/SMAD3 signal pathway were major pathways in domperidone against ESCC. Conclusion Collectively, these findings suggest that domperidone serves as an effective “multi-target” inhibitor of MEK1/2 and CDK4, offering potential benefits for the chemoprevention of ESCC.

This paper studied the response of rice yield and soil nitrogen (N) cycling microorganisms to the combined application of animal slurry and mineral fertiliser. A pot experiment was conducted on typical yellow-brown paddy soil. There were five treatments: (1) CK - no N fertilisation; (2) S0 - mineral fertilisation; (3) S30 - 30% slurry with 70% mineral fertilisation; (4) S60 - 60% slurry with 40% mineral fertilisation; and (5) S100 - slurry application. Rice yield, yield components, and soil properties were investigated at harvest. The abundance of soil N cycle functional genes abundance was quantified via quantitative real-time PCR. The rice yield reached a high level when the proportion of slurry used to replace mineral fertiliser was 30-50%. The yield in response to mineral fertiliser (S0) was equivalent to that in response to no N fertilisation since the formation of effective panicles was inhibited. With the slurry replacement ratio increase, the available phosphorus and potassium contents in the soil improved, but the nitrate content decreased. Considering the entire soil N cycle, nitrogen-fixing microbes (nifH), ammonia-oxidising archaea (AOA amoA) and nitrite-reducing microbes (nirS and nirK) had greater abundances, reaching 108 copies. Compared with those in the S0 treatment, the abundances of most N cycle functional genes in the S30 treatment, except for napA, significantly increased from 31.2% to 100.9%, and the increase in the abundance of nirS and nosZ in the S100 treatment reached 4 times, which was obviously greater than that of the other genes. Correlation analysis revealed that high soil pH promoted N fixation and nitrification, while NH4+-N had the opposite effect on N fixation and nitrification, and available phosphorus and potassium actively influenced denitrification. These results showed that a 30-50% slurry application ratio was recommended for rice, which was beneficial for maintaining high yields and high abundances of soil N cycle functional genes.

Objective To analyze the albuminocytologic dissociation in cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） and differences in CSF protein levels in Guillain-Barré syndrome （GBS）patients with various types of antecedent infections and investigate the correlation between antecedent infections and increased CSF protein levels in GBS patients. Methods Clinical data and CSF analysis results of 198 GBS patients were collected. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was employed to detect 14 types of infectious pathogens in the serum of GBS patients. The proportion of albuminocytologic dissociation and the differences in CSF protein levels were analyzed in GBS patients with different antecedent infections. Results In total，55.1% （109/198） of GBS patients had serological positivity for infectious pathogens，23.7% （47/198） for Campylobacter jejuni，20.7% （41/198） for Influenza A virus，15.2% （30/198） for Influenza B virus. Among them，18.7% （37/198） of GBS patients had serological positivity for two or more pathogens. In total，73.7% （146/198） of GBS patients had albuminocytologic dissociation in CSF. Among single pathogen-positive patients，83.3% （25/30） of Campylobacter jejuni positive patients showed albuminocytologic dissociation in CSF，100% （18/18） of Influenza A virus patients，6/7 of influenza B virus patients，4/5 of Hepatitis A virus patients，4/5 of Dengue virus patients，4/4 of Mycoplasma pneumoniae patients，1/1 of Epstein-Barr virus patients，1/1 of herpes simplex virus patients，and 1/1 of Varicella-zoster virus patients had albuminocytologic dissociation in CSF. Among patients infected with two or more pathogens，62.2% （23/37） showed albuminocytologic dissociation in CSF，while 66.3% （59/89） of GSB patients without antecedent infection had albuminocytologic dissociation in CSF. The positive rates of albuminocytologic dissociation in CSF exhibited significant differences among patients without and with various types of antecedent infections （P = 0.007），whereas no significant difference was noted in CSF protein levels （P > 0.05）. Conclusion The albuminocytologic dissociation in CSF of GBS patients is correlated with the type of antecedent infection. The highest proportion of albuminocytologic dissociation in CSF is observed in patients with Influenza A virus infections.
