Purpose: In this experiment, spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) were used to further explore the antihypertensive effect of acupuncture twirling reinforcing and reducing manipulation and the central effect mechanism of regulating blood pressure. Methods: 32 male SHR rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: twirling reinforcing manipulation group (RF), twirling reducing manipulation group (RD), electroacupuncture group (EA) (n = 8) and model group (M) (n = 8) and 8 WKY rats were used as blank control group (WKY). Group RD, RF and EA SHR took bilateral Taichong(LR3) point for acupuncture twirling method or electroacupuncture treatment, while WKY and M group did not use any acupuncture manipulation, but only carried out the same grasping and fixation. The differential proteins in cerebellum were screened by proteomic technology, and the key proteins and pathways involved in the pathogenesis of hypertension were selected.Results: RD, RF and EA lowered the blood pressures of the SHRs by varying degrees. The results of Parallel reaction monitoring(PRM) verification showed that among all the differential proteins, 13 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) were selected for PRM verification. The KEGG annotations of differential proteins are involved in the regulation of lipolysis, autophagy, gap junction, phosphate inositol metabolism, splicing, lysosome, thermogenesis and RNA transport in adipocytes, etc. Conclusion: The results of the current study demonstrated that RD, RF and EA manipulations at the LR3 point reduced blood pressure and that RD was the most effective of the techniques used. Different acupuncture techniques have different pathways for screening and activating cerebellar differential proteins.

Four controversial types of simplex reinforcing-reducing manipulation of acupuncture and their possible meanings were summarized to explore several key elements of reinforcing-reducing manipulation of acupuncture, in addition, the simplex reinforcing-reducing manipulation of acupuncture was classified by single factor. It is concluded that the definition of simplex reinforcing-reducing manipulation of acupuncture should try not to include other non-manipulative elements. According to single factor, it can be divided into: needle-oriented reinforcing-reducing manipulation, twisting reinforcing-reducing manipulation, lifting and interpolating reinforcing-reducing manipulation, fast and slow reinforcing-reducing manipulation, breathing reinforcing-reducing manipulation, opening and closing reinforcing-reducing manipulation. In addition, after considering the effect and principle of number reinforcing-reducing manipulation, it can be considered.

A novel complex of [Ag (poa)(bpp)] n (poa:2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid;bpp: 1,3-Bis (4-pyridyl) propane) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex belongs to Monoclinic system with space group P21/c,a=8.849(4)Å,b=26.654(13)Å,c=9.821(5)Å,α=90°,β=111.257(8)°,γ=90°,V=2158.7(17)Å3,Z=4,Dc=1.619 g/cm3,μ=1.206 mm-1,F(000)=1056. A novel complex of [Ag (bib)(3-pySO3)] n (3-pySO3:3-pyridinesulfonate; bib 1, 4-bis (2-methyl-imidazol-1-yl) butane) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex belongs to triclinic system with space group P-1, a=7.8030(16)Å, b=8.0070(16)Å, c=10.742(2)Å,α=84.64(3)°,β=82.33(3)°,γ=82.76(3)°, V=657.8(2)Å3, Z=2, Dc=1.894g/cm3, μ= 1.697mm-1, F(000)= 374. Final indices is R =0.0480, wR =0.1169. Thermal stability and luminescent property of compound have also been investigated.

The macro-synthetic fiber is widely used to prevent the cracking at concrete members. By the way of experiment that macro-synthetic fiber-reinforced concrete ductile columns comparing with the usual fiber-reinforced columns under the action of low-frequency cyclic loading, seismic performance of the columns in different form of bars were obtained. Meanwhile, the damage pattern, hysteresis curve, ductile coefficient and equivalent viscous damping coefficient of the columns could be also obtained. The results show that the macro-synthetic fiber-reinforced concrete ductile column has the better ductility and the higher post-crack energy absorption ability.

And the complex was characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, thermogravimetrie analysis(TGA), XRD, X-ray single-crystal structure analysis and fluorescence properties have been studied. As a result, complex 1 are one-dimensional structure. Among others, Ag(I) ion is surrounded by two nitrogen atoms from two bipy ligands form an infinite chain, and adjacent Ag-bipy chains produce "rungs" of a ladder by silver ions contacts. To study the effects of dopamin receptors-2 (DR2) on myocardial ischemic postconditioning and explore its underlying mechanisms.The myocardial ischemic postconditioning (PC) model was established in cultured primary rat neonatal cardiomyocytes which were then randomly assigned in the following groups: Nomial control group, Isehemia/reperfusion (L'R) group, PC (ischemic postconditioning) group, PC + Bro (Bromocriptine, a DB2 antagonist) group, PC + Hal (Haloperidol, a DB2 repressor) and PC + Hal + Bro groups. The lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in cell medium were analyzed by colorunetry. The cell ultrastructure changes were observed by transmission electron microscope. The cell apoptosis was analyzed using flowcytometiy. The protein expression level of D112 and activity of p-p38 and p-JNK were detected by Western blot.Compared with the nonnal control group, hR increased the protein expression level of DB2, enhanced LDH activity and MDA content, promoted cell injury and apoptosis, decreased SOD activity, up-regulated the activity of p-p38 and p-JNK. Compared with the hR group, although PC further increased the expression of DR2 protein, it decreased LDH activity and MDA content, cell injury and apoptosis, increased SOD activity, down-regulated activity of p-p38 and p-JNK. Bromocriptine treatment further enhanced PC-induced canlioprotective effect, yet Hal addition attenuated this enhancing effect exerted by bromocriptine.The activation of DB2 is involved in the protective effect of ischemic postconditioning on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury through down-regulating the activity of p-p38 and p-JNK.

The molecular structure of the title compound, [Zn(C8H7O2)2(C7H6N2)2]·2C8H8O2, is composed of a mononuclear ZnII complex, which possesses twofold rotation symmetry, and two uncoordinated 4-methylbenzoic acid molecules. The ZnII atom displays a four-coordinate distorted tetrahedral configuration, formed by two carboxylate O atoms of two monodentate 4-methylbenzoate ligands and two N atoms of two benzimidazole molecules. In the crystal structure, complex molecules are linked by the 4-methylbenzoic acid molecules via N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds, giving rise to the formation of a supramolecular structure.

In the title coordination polymer, ([Ba(C 8 H 5 Cl 2 O 3 ) 2 (H 2 O)]·-H 2 O} n , each Ba II atom is nine-coordinated by six carboxylate O atoms and one ether O atom from five symmetry-related 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate ligands, and by two O atoms from water molecules, thus defining a distorted tricapped trigonal prism. The Ba" ions are bridged by bidentate water molecules and by tridentate and tetradentate 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate groups, leading to a two-dimensional layer structure. The CoII atom has an octa­hedral coordination, involving two carboxylate O atoms of two monodentate 2,4-dichloro­phenoxy­acetate ligands, two N atoms of imidazole ligands and two water mol­ecules. Inter­molecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds give rise to chains, which are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming a sheet structure. In the title coordination polymer, [Cd(C8H5Cl2O3)2(H2O)2]n, each CdII atom lies on an inversion center. The CdII atom exists in a slightly distorted octa­hedral coordination polyhedron, involving four carboxyl O atoms from different 2,4-dichloro­phenoxy­acetate ligands and two water mol­ecules. The first CdIIcentre is hexacoordinated by four O atoms of four sulfate ligands, one water O atom and one N atom of a 1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline (IP) ligand, giving a distorted octahedral coordination environment. These two-dimensional layers are linked by interlayer hydrogen bonds, leading to the formation of a three-dimensional supramolecular network.

In the title coordination polymer, {[Cd(C6H8O4S)(C13H14N2)]·H2O}n, the CdIIatom displays a distorted octahedral coordination, formed by three carboxylate O atoms and one S atom from three different 3,3′-thiodipropionate ligands, and two N atoms from two different 4,4′-(propane-1,3-diyl)dipyridine ligands. To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic nasal cavity enlarging surgery for the alleviation of nasal obstruction.One hundred and eight patients with deviation of the nasal septum (DNS) and chronic hypertrophic rhinitis (CHR) were included in this study. Individualized operations were performed. DNS patients were treated by three line tension relaxing correction or nasal septum plasty. CHR patients were treated by inferior turbinate out fracture in combination with plasma radiofrequency ablation for reducing the volume of nasal soft tissue, sub-mucoperiosteal partial resection of the inferior turbinate or partial inferior turbinectomy.All patients were followed for 3-12 months after surgery with an effective improvement in 97.2%. Symptoms of headache or complications of rhinitis sicca were not found.Being careful to keep the physiological function of nasal mucosa, the integrity of the nasal septum, appropriate expansion of the nasal cavity volume, and restore ventilation with bilateral symmetry of the nasal cavity, satisfactory relief of nasal obstruction can be achieved.

The title complex, [Er(C5H5NO)(C2O4)(H2O)]n, is a new erbium polymer based on oxalate and 4-oxidopyridinium ligands. The ErII center is coordinated by six O atoms from three oxalate ligands, one O atom from a 4-oxidopyridinium ligand and one water mol­ecule, and displays a distorted square-anti­prismatic coordination geometry. The oxalate ligands are both chelating and bridging, and link ErII ions, forming Er–oxalate layers in which the attached water and 4-oxidopyridinium units point alternately up and down. A mirror plane passes through the Er atom, one C, the oxide O and two oxalate O atoms. The layers are assembled into a three-dimensional supra­molecular network via inter­molecular hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking inter­actions [centroid–centroid distances of 3.587 (2) Å between parallel pyridinium rings]. Both the water mol­ecule and the 4-oxidopyridinium ligand are disordered over two sites in a 1:1 ratio.

In the title compound, [Cd(C8H7O2)2(C3H4N2)2(H2O)], the CdII atom is coordinated by four carboxyl­ate O atoms from two bidentate chelating 4-methyl­benzoate ligands, two N atoms from two imidazole ligands and one water mol­ecule in a distorted penta­gonal bipyramidal geometry. Inter­molecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water mol­ecule and the carboxyl­ate O atoms of 4-methyl­benzoate lead to an infinite chain. These chains are further self-assembled into a two-dimensional layer through N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the imidazole ligands and carboxyl­ate groups. One of the imidazole ligands is disordered over two positions with site-occupancy factors of 0.737 (4) and 0.263 (4).

In the mononuclear title complex, [Mg(C(12)H(8)N(2))(H(2)O)(4)](C(8)H(5)Cl(2)O(2))(2), each Mg(II) ion is hexa-coordinated by two N atoms from a 1,10-phenanthroline ligand [Mg-N = 2.233 (2) Å] and four water mol-ecules [Mg-OW = 2.033 (2) and 2.043 (1) Å] in a distorted octa-hedral geometry. A twofold rotation axis passes through the Mg atom. In the crystal structure, the cations and anions are linked by inter-molecular O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking inter-actions [centroid-centroid distance = 3.804 (2) Å] into layers parallel to the ac plane.

In the title mononuclear complex, [Cu(C9H9O3)2(H2O)2], the CuII ion, located on an inversion center, is hexacoordinated by four O atoms from two benzyloxyacetate ligands [Cu—O = 1.9420 (14) and 2.2922 (14) Å] and two water molecules [Cu—O = 2.0157 (15) Å] in a distorted octahedral geometry. In the crystal structure, intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into layers parallel to the bc plane.

In the title mononuclear complex, [Cu(C8H7O2)2(C7H6N2)2], the CuII atom lies on an inversion centre and is coordinated by two O atoms of two monodentate 4-methyl­benzoate ligands and two N atoms of two benzimidazole ligands in a square-planar geometry. The title complex, [Co(C10H12NO2)2(H2O)2], a neutral mononuclear mol­ecule, consists of a CoII ion, two 5-n-butyl­pyridine-2-carboxyl­ate ligands and two water mol­ecules. The CoII atom, located on a centre of symmetry, displays a distorted octa­hedral coordination geometry. Inter­molecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds form a supra­molecular network structure.
