Background Post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) brings a heavy burden to patients and their families. An early recognition and intervention can help delay the occurrence and development of PSCI. Therefore, the use of accurate neuropsychological assessment tools to screen for PSCI is essential for the management and treatment of PSCI. Objective To analyze the screening accuracy of assessment tools for PSCI by meta-analysis, thus providing references for an accurate screening of PSCI. Methods Diagnostic trials on screening tools of PSCI published from the establishment of the database to December 2022 were searched in CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data, SinoMed, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library. Two researchers respectively screened literatures, extracted data, and assessed the risk of bias. Stata 17.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results A total of 57 articles were included, involving 7 assessment tools [the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke-Canadian Stroke Network 5-Minute Battery (NINDS-CSN 5-Minutes), the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), the Informant Questionnaire on Cognitive Decline in the Elderly (IQCODE), the Addenbrooke's Cognitive Examination-Revised (ACE-R), the Telephone Interview for Cognitive Status Modified (TICS-m) and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment 5-minute protocol (MoCA-5 min) ] to screen 12 113 patients. Meta-analysis results showed that the combined sensitivity and specificity of MoCA in screening PSCI were 0.84 (95%CI=0.80-0.87) and 0.74 (95%CI=0.67-0.80), respectively, with a combined area under the curve (AUC) of 0.87 (95%CI=0.84-0.90). The combined sensitivity and specificity of MMSE in screening PSCI were 0.73 (95%CI=0.67-0.79) and 0.76 (95%CI=0.69-0.82), respectively, with a combined AUC of 0.81 (95%CI=0.77-0.84). The combined sensitivity and specificity of IQCODE in screening PSCI were 0.73 (95%CI=0.48-0.89) and 0.95 (95%CI=0.75-0.99), respectively, with a combined AUC of 0.91 (95%CI=0.88-0.93). The combined sensitivity and specificity of the NINDS-CSN 5-min in screening PSCI were 0.83 (95%CI=0.78-0.87) and 0.69 (95%CI=0.60-0.76), respectively, with a combined AUC of 0.85 (95%CI=0.81-0.88). The combined sensitivity and specificity of the ACE-R in screening PSCI were 0.90 (95%CI=0.80-0.95) and 0.61 (95%CI=0.19-0.91), respectively, with a combined AUC of 0.90 (95%CI=0.87-0.92). The combined sensitivity and specificity of TICS-m in screening PSCI were 0.84 (95%CI=0.75-0.91) and 0.67 (95%CI=0.61-0.74), respectively, with a combined AUC of 0.66 (95%CI=0.60-0.71) . Conclusion The combined AUC of IQCODE and ACE-R is larger, and the former as a higher combined specificity and the latter has a higher combined sensitivity. Therefore, IQCODE and ACE-R are optimal assessment tools to accurately screen PSCI. Due to the limited number of literatures reporting the IQCODE and ACE-R in screening PSCI, our conclusions still need to be validated by multicenter and large-sample studies.

ObjectiveTo determine the prevalence of ticks parasitic on domestic animals in Yiwu City of Zhejiang Province.MethodsWe monitored， identified and analyzed ticks parasitic on domestic animals in Yiwu in 2021.ResultsA total of 452 domestic animals were monitored， of which 306 were infected with ticks， suggesting a prevalence of 67.70%. A total of 2，603 ticks were captured， and the tick index was determined to be 5.76. The ticks were identified to belong to one family， four genera， and 10 species. Haemaphysalis longicornis was the dominant tick （59.16%）， followed by Rhipicephalus haemaphysaloides （26.32%） and Rhipicephalus microplus （6.45%）. Prevalence of ticks， tick index， and number of tick species were listed for domestic animals as follows： goats （74.37%， 7.45， 7 species）， yellow cattle （62.50%， 4.14，6 species）， and dogs （54.62%， 2.59， 8 species）. Moreover， goat was the main domestic animal infected with more than two tick species （25.99%）； H.longicornis （91.26%） was the species with most repated infections. The dominant species of ticks were H.longicornis （65.15%） and R.haemaphysaloides （29.42%） in goats， R.microplus （67.67%） and R.haemaphysaloides （20.69%） in yellow cattle， and H.longicornis （57.14%） and Haemaphysalis porcupines （21.10%） in dogs. However， seasonal fluctuation in tick index differed among goats， yellow cattle and dogs. The fluctuation in tick index in goats and dogs was consistent with that of H.longicornis， with a major peak in March and the minor peaks in September and October. The fluctuation in tick index in yellow cattle was consistent with that of R.microplus， with two peaks in April and August-September. In addition， larval ticks， nymphal ticks and adult ticks were caught in this study， among which nymphal ticks were most common. We found that single domestic animals were infected with ticks of the same species and different stages， which was more common in goats and those animals infected with H.longicornis.ConclusionTicks parasitic on domestic animals are common in Yiwu. Multiple species of ticks have been identified， with H.longicornis as the dominant species. It warrants further monitoring and countermeasures.

Vinyl-capped cationic waterborne polyurethane (CWPU) was prepared using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polycarbonate diol (PCDL), N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA), and trimethylolpropane (TMP) as raw materials and hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) as a capping agent. Then, a crosslinked FPUA composite emulsion with polyurethane (PU) as the shell and fluorinated acrylate (PA) as the core was prepared by core-shell emulsion polymerization with CWPU as the seed emulsion, together with dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (DFMA), diacetone acrylamide (DAAM), and methyl methacrylate (MMA). The effects of the core-shell ratio of PA/PU on the surface properties, mechanical properties, and heat resistance of FPUA emulsions and films were investigated. The results showed that when w(PA) = 30~50%, the stability of FPUA emulsion was the highest, and the particles showed a core-shell structure with bright and dark intersections under TEM. When w(PA) = 30%, the tensile strength reached 23.35 ± 0.08 MPa. When w(PA) = 50%, the fluorine content on the surface of the coating film was 14.75% and the contact angle was as high as 98.5°, which showed good hydrophobicity; the surface flatness of the film was observed under AFM. It is found that the tensile strength of the film increases and then decreases with the increase in the core-shell ratio and the heat resistance of the FPUA film is gradually increased. The FPUA film has excellent properties such as good impact resistance, high flexibility, high adhesion, and corrosion resistance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The preparation of one-component waterproof coating by acrylic emulsion was studied in this paper. The effects of emulsion type, emulsion addition amount, formula production process, on properties of the waterproof coating were discussed, the optimum formula composition and production technology were determined. The results showed that the breaking elongation of the coating was 340% and the bond strength was 1.5 MPa, when 50% emulsion, 41% bicalcium, 0.4% B199, 0.3% CF439 were added and the product met the requirements of I type product as specified in standard JC/T 864-2005. Polymer emulsion modified emulsified asphalt was used to prepare liquid waterproofing membrane, the selection of Polymer emulsion, emulsified asphalt and heavy calcium were discussed, and the influence of the amount of emulsion and emulsified asphalt on the performance of paint film was determined. The results showed that the breaking elongation of the film was 1050% and the bond strength was 1.4 MPa, when EM-6122 emulsion was added 30%, emulsified asphalt 1 was added 35% and 325 mesh heavy calcium was added 30%. FLOS LONICERAE JAPONICAE, the dry buds of Lonicera japonica Thunb., is rich in various effective components such as volatile oils, flavonoids, chlorogenic acids and triterpenes. Among them, chlorogenic acid is one of the components having the strongest pharmacological activity. At present, chlorogenic acid content is usually used as the index for the quality evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the detection of effective components in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Therefore, the extraction technology for chlorogenic acid from FLOS LONICERAE JAPONICAE becomes particularly important. In this research, reports on the extraction methods of chlorogenic acid from FLOS LONICERAE JAPONICAE since 1999 were reviewed. OBJECTIVE: To examine the expressions of thioredoxin-1 (TRX-1) and thioredoxin-1 binding protein-2 (TBP-2) in placentas affected by preeclampsia. STUDY DESIGN: We examined the mRNA levels of TRX-1, TBP-2, cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in preeclamptic (n=20) and normal placentas (n=18) by quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction. RESULTS: We found the mRNA level of TRX-1 was significantly decreased (p<0.005), while the mRNA levels of TBP-2, COX-2, and TNF-α were significantly increased in the placentas in preeclampsia when compared to the normal group (p<0.005). CONCLUSION: These data suggest that TBP-2 may play roles in the pathophysiology of preeclampsia, probably by contributing to oxidative stress and inflammation. Thus, TBP-2 may be a potential therapeutic target for preeclampsia.
