Preparation and performance test of polymer modified emulsified asphalt waterproofing membrane.

Polymer emulsion modified emulsified asphalt was used to prepare liquid waterproofing membrane, the selection of Polymer emulsion, emulsified asphalt and heavy calcium were discussed, and the influence of the amount of emulsion and emulsified asphalt on the performance of paint film was determined. The results showed that the breaking elongation of the film was 1050% and the bond strength was 1.4 MPa, when EM-6122 emulsion was added 30%, emulsified asphalt 1 was added 35% and 325 mesh heavy calcium was added 30%.
