In this paper, we investigate the optical properties of a charged black hole with scalar hair (CSH) within the context of four-dimensional Einstein–Maxwell–Dilaton gravity. To achieve this, we consider three distinct toy models of thin accretion disks. The presence of dilaton coupling allows us to express both the solutions of CSH and the Reissner–Nordström (RN) black hole in terms of their mass (M) and charge (Q). Our findings reveal differences in the effective potentials V eff , photon sphere radii r ph , and innermost stable circular orbit r isco between the CSH and RN black hole cases, which become increasingly pronounced as the charge parameter Q increases. However, no noticeable distinctions are observed concerning the critical impact parameter b ph . When the ratio of the photon ring band and the lensed ring band exceeds 0.1, it may suggest the presence of a charged black hole with scalar hair. Furthermore, our results underscore the significant influence of the charge parameter Q on the brightness distributions of the direct, lensed ring, and photon ring for three standard emission functions. These findings emphasize the potential for distinguishing between CSH and RN black holes through an analysis of direct intensity and peak brightness in specific accretion disk models. Aims: To identify subgroups of people with internet gaming disorder (IGD) based on addiction‐related resting‐state functional connectivity and how these subgroups show different clinical correlates and responses to treatment. Design: Secondary analysis of two functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data sets. Setting: Zhejiang province and Beijing, China. Participants: One hundred and sixty‐nine IGD and 147 control subjects. Measurements k‐Means algorithmic and support‐vector machine‐learning approaches were used to identify subgroups of IGD subjects. These groups were examined with respect to assessments of craving, behavioral activation and inhibition, emotional regulation, cue–reactivity and guessing‐related measures. Findings Two groups of subjects with IGD were identified and defined by distinct patterns of connectivity in brain networks previously implicated in addictions: subgroup 1 ('craving‐related subgroup') and subgroup 2 ('mixed psychological subgroup'). Clustering IGD on this basis enabled the development of diagnostic classifiers with high sensitivity and specificity for IGD subgroups in 10‐fold validation (n = 218) and out‐of‐sample replication (n = 98) data sets. Subgroup 1 is characterized by high craving scores, cue–reactivity during fMRI and responsiveness to a craving behavioral intervention therapy. Subgroup 2 is characterized by high craving, behavioral inhibition and activations scores, non‐adaptive emotion‐regulation strategies and guessing‐task fMRI measures. Subgroups 1 and 2 showed largely opposite functional–connectivity patterns in overlapping networks. Conclusions: There appear to be two subgroups of people with internet gaming disorder, each associated with differing patterns of brain functional connectivity and distinct clinical symptom profiles and gender compositions. We study the dissipation of oscillating scalar backgrounds in a spatially flat Friedmann-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker universe using non-equilibrium quantum field theory. To be concrete, a Z2-symmetric two-scalar model with quartic interactions is used. For quasi-harmonic oscillations, we adopt the multi-scale analysis to obtain analytical approximate expressions for the evolution of the scalar background in terms of the retarded self-energy and retarded proper four-vertex function. Different from the case in flat spacetime, we find that in an expanding universe the condensate decay in this model can be complete only if the imaginary part of the retarded self-energy is not negligibly small. We investigate two different kinds of modified Schwarzschild black holes: A regularized Schwarzschild black hole and a quantum deformed Schwarzschild black hole. We study the geodesics and geodesic congruences in these two modified Schwarzschild black holes. In particular, we calculate the expansion of radial timelike and null geodesic congruences. Neural mechanisms underlying internet gaming disorder (IGD) are important for diagnostic considerations and treatment development. However, neurobiological underpinnings of IGD remain relatively poorly understood. We employed multi-voxel pattern analysis (MVPA), a machine-learning approach, to examine the potential of neural features to statistically predict IGD status and treatment outcome (percentage change in weekly gaming time) for IGD. Cue-reactivity fMRI-task data were collected from 40 male IGD subjects and 19 male healthy control (HC) subjects. 23 IGD subjects received 6 weeks of craving behavioral intervention (CBI) treatment. MVPA was applied to classify IGD subjects from HCs and statistically predict clinical outcomes. MVPA displayed a high (92.37%) accuracy (sensitivity of 90.00% and specificity of 94.74%) in the classification of IGD and HC subjects. The most discriminative brain regions that contribute to classification were the bilateral middle frontal gyrus, precuneus, and posterior lobe of the right cerebellum. MVPA statistically predicted clinical outcomes in the craving behavioral intervention (CBI) group (r = 0.48, p = 0.0032). The most strongly implicated brain regions in the prediction model were the right middle frontal gyrus, superior frontal gyrus, supramarginal gyrus, anterior/posterior lobes of the cerebellum and left postcentral gyrus. To investigate effects of using a large-sized coil first on embolizing cerebral aneurysms compared with conventional coils. Forty-six patients with 51 saccular intracranial aneurysms who underwent embolization with a large-sized coil first were enrolled as the large-sized coil group. There were 33 female and 13 male patients with a mean age of 56.9 ± 8.8 years. The treatment modality was coiling alone in 30 aneurysms and stent-assisted coiling in 21. Meanwhile, 50 patients with 53 intracranial aneurysms who were treated with conventional-sized coils were selected as the control conventional-sized coil group, including 36 female and 14 male patients with a mean age of 54.6 ± 5.8 years. The treatment modality was coiling alone in 29 aneurysms and stent-assisted coiling in 24 aneurysms. The occlusion rate, percent packing volume, total coil number and length, and follow-up occlusion rate were compared between the 2 groups. Significantly (P < 0.001) decreased percent packing volume (19.54% ± 6.44% vs. 27.39% ± 5.68%), decreased coil number (2.98 ± 1.09 vs. 6.38 ± 1.65), and length (26.20 ± 26.57 vs. 44.35 ± 35.88 cm) were achieved in the large versus the conventional coil group. At angiographic follow-up of 8 months, only 1 aneurysm (2.2%) recurred in the large coil group compared with 5 aneurysms recurrent (11.1%) in the conventional coil group. The use of a large-sized coil as the first one for embolizing cerebral aneurysms may be a better embolization strategy because it achieves similar initial occlusion rates, decreased packing density, decreased coil numbers and lengths, and reduced recurrence prevalence at follow-up. It is well-known that the nonstrictly thermal character of the Hawking radiation spectrum generates a natural correspondence between Hawking radiation and black hole quasinormal modes. This main issue has been analyzed in the framework of Schwarzschild black holes, Kerr black holes, and nonextremal Reissner-Nordstrom black holes. In this paper, by introducing the effective temperature, we reanalyze the nonstrictly thermal character of large AdS black holes. The results show that the effective mass corresponding to the effective temperature is approximatively the average one in any dimension. And the other effective quantities can also be obtained. Based on the known forms of frequency in quasinormal modes, we reanalyze the asymptotic frequencies of the large AdS black hole in three and five dimensions. Background: Thromboembolic complications after stenting of intracranial aneurysms may be affected by antiplatelet administration. Aims: This retrospective study aimed to assess the safety of intravenous tirofiban versus loading dose of oral clopidogrel for preventing thromboembolism in stent-assisted coiling of intracranial aneurysms. Methods: From January 2006 to December 2013, 281 patients with cerebral aneurysms were treated with stent-coiling using two antiplatelet strategies in comparison: the initial strategy (a loading dose of ≥300 mg clopidogrel followed by dual antiplatelet, clopidogrel group) and the modified strategy (intravenous administration of tirofiban 8 μg/kg over 3 min followed by a maintenance dose of 0.1 μg/kg/min for 24 h, tirofiban group). The end points were rates of perioperative thromboembolic events and intracranial hemorrhages. Results: Thromboembolic events were observed more often in the clopidogrel group (13/120 aneurysms, 10.83%) than the tirofiban group (6/178 aneurysms, 3.37%; P=0.010), with no increase in the rate of intracranial hemorrhages (P=0.164). In the ruptured subgroups, thromboembolic events were significantly fewer in the tirofiban subgroup (5/128, 3.91%) compared with the clopidogrel subgroup (7/53, 13.21%; P=0.043) with no increase in the rate of hemorrhage (P=0.360). In this paper, by proposing a generalized specific volume, we restudy the P- V criticality of charged AdS black holes in the extended phase space. The results show that most of the previous conclusions can be generalized without change, but the ratio $${\tilde{\rho }}_c$$ should be $$3 {\tilde{\alpha }}/16$$ in general case. Further research on the thermodynamical phase transition of black hole leads us to a natural interpretation of our assumption, and more black hole properties can be generalized. Abnormal interactions among addiction brain networks associated with intoxication, negative affect, and anticipation may have relevance for internet gaming disorder (IGD). Despite prior studies having identified gender-related differences in the neural correlates of IGD, gender-related differences in the involvement of brain networks remain unclear. One-hundred-and-nine individuals with IGD (54 males) and 111 with recreational game use (RGU; 58 males) provided resting-state fMRI data. We examined gender-related differences in involvement of addiction brain networks in IGD versus RGU subjects. We further compared the strength between and within addiction brain networks and explored possible relationships between the strength of functional connectivities within and between addiction brain networks and several relevant behavioral measures. The addiction brain networks showed high correct classification rates in distinguishing IGD and RGU subjects in men and women. Male subjects with versus without IGD showed stronger functional connectivities between and within addiction brain networks. Moreover, the strength of the connectivity within the anticipation network in male IGD subjects was positively related to subjective craving. However, female subjects with versus without IGD showed decreased functional connections between and within addiction brain networks. The strength of connectivity between the anticipation and negative-affect brain networks in female IGD subjects was negatively related to maladaptive cognitive emotion-regulation strategies. Addiction brain networks have potential for distinguishing IGD and RGU individuals. Importantly, this study identified novel gender-related differences in brain-behavior relationships in IGD. Introduction: This study was to investigate the periprocedural stroke rates, safety, and long-term effect of Wingspan stenting for symptomatic severe stenosis of the middle cerebral artery (MCA) at a high-volume center. Methods: Between July 2007 and April 2013, 196 consecutive patients with severe MCA atherosclerotic stenosis (≥70 %) who were treated with Wingspan stenting were retrospectively studied. All patients had arterial stenosis-related temporary ischemic attack or strokes. The demographic data, cerebral angiography, technical success rate, periprocedural complications, and clinical and imaging follow-up were analyzed. Results: The successful stenting rate was 98.0 %, and the stenosis rate was improved from pre-stenting (80.6 ± 8.3 %) to post-stenting (15.5 ± 6.8 %). The 30-day periprocedural stroke or death rate was 7.1 %, with a disabling or fatal rate of 2.6 %. The perioprocedural stroke rate was significantly ( P < 0.01) greater in the early learning stage (16.0 %) than in the later technical maturation stage (4.1 %). The total periprocedural ischemic and perforator stroke rates were greater in patients with the most stenosis in the distal MCA 1/3 segment (6.8 and 5.7 %, respectively) than in the proximal and middle 2/3 segments (0.9 and 0 %, respectively). The ipsilateral stroke or death rate beyond 30 days (6-69 months, mean 30 ± 16) was 4.8 %, with the 1- and 2-year cumulative stroke rates of 9.6 and 12.1 %, respectively. Imaging follow-up 6-69 months (mean 10.9 ± 8.5) revealed restenosis in 21 cases (20.4 %). Conclusion: Intracranial stenting of MCA stenoses may have the potential of better clinical outcomes if patients are properly selected and treated by an experienced operator at a high-volume center. Purpose To investigate the safety, effect and instent restenosis rate of Wingspan stenting in treating patients with intracranial vertebral artery atherosclerotic stenosis (70–99%) concurrent with contralateral vertebral artery atherosclerotic diseases. Materials and methods Eighty-eight patients with severe symptomatic intracranial vertebral artery atherosclerotic stenosis (≥70%) combined with contralateral vertebral artery atherosclerotic diseases were treated with the Wingpsan stent. All the baseline, cerebral angiography, success rate, perioperative complications, clinical and imaging follow-up data were prospectively analyzed. Results The success rate of stenting was 100%, and the mean stenotic rate was reduced from prestenting (84.9 ± 6.8)% to poststenting (17.2 ± 5.9)%. The perioperative stroke rate was 1.1%. Among eighty patients (90.9%) with clinical follow-up 8-62 months (mean 29.3 ± 17.2) poststenting, five (6.3%) had posterior circulation TIA only, three (3.8%) had mild stroke in the posterior circulation but recovered completely, and another five patients greater than 70 years old died of non-ischemic stroke. Imaging follow-up in 46 patients (52.3%) 5–54 months (mean 9.9 ± 9.9) following stenting revealed instent restenosis in 12 patients (26.1%) including 7 (58.3%) symptomatic restenosis. Age and residual stenosis were the two factors to significantly ( P < 0.05) affect instent restenosis. Conclusion Wingspan stenting in the intracranial vertebral artery atherosclerotic stenosis combined with contralateral vertebral artery atherosclerotic diseases has a low perioperative stroke rate and a good preventive effect on long-term ischemic stroke, but the instent restenosis rate is a little high. Abstract: Two supra-molecular compounds: (1,1′-biphenyl)-4,4′-diammonium bis(3,5-dinitrobenzoate) (1) and 4,4′-methylene bis(benzenammonium) bis(3,5-dinitrobenzoate) monohydrate (2) were synthesized and characterized by IR spectrum, UV spectrum and element analysis. The single crystal structure analysis indicates that these compositions in two compounds are linked through N–H⋯O and O–H⋯O hydrogen bonds into infinite two-dimensional structure. Moreover, theoretical investigation was performed by using RHF/6-31G(d) method, and their stabilities, frontier molecular orbital composition and Mulliken charge distribution were discussed. Two kinds of complexes [Ni(DETA)2]3[SiNiW11O39]·2.5H2O (DETA=diethylenetriamine) (1) and [H2en]2[Ba0.15(H2O)2(Hen2)]H1.7[SiNaW11O39]·2H2O (2) were obtained from the hydrothermal reaction and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and IR spectra. Both of them consists of one mono-substituted Keggin unit [SiMW11O39](8-n)- (M&z.dbnd;Ni, Na, n=2, 1) obtained by metal atom substituting for a W atom from the plenary anion [SiW12O40]4-. This unit then connects with other adjacent units via M–O–W bridges constructing an infinitely one-dimensional chain-like structure in which the metal cation and polyanion alternate. A Keggin-type tungstocobaltate [Co(2,2′-bipy)3]2H2[CoW12O40] · 9.5H2O was prepared by the hydrothermal method for the first time and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV, EPR spectra, TG-DTA analyses and X-ray single crystal diffraction, showing that the complex consists of a Keggin anion [CoW12O40]6− and two isolated chiral ions [Co(2,2′-bipy)2]2+. The characteristic band of Keggin anion [CoW12O40]6− appears at 298 nm in the UV spectrum. EPR spectra reveal two Co2+ coordination environments in the title compound, high spin state (g=5.1, 4.2) and low spin state (g=2.0). Furthermore, when the temperature increases from 110 K to room temperature, the signal g=5.1 of high spin Co2+ disappears, caused by the negative zero-field splitting. Prolonged postsurgical pain, which is associated with multiple risk factors in the perioperative stage, is a common medical and social problem worldwide. Suitable animal models should be established to elucidate the mechanisms underlying the perioperative prolonged postsurgical pain. In this study, standard and modified social defeat stress mice models, including chronic social defeat stress (CSDS), chronic nondiscriminatory social defeat stress (CNSDS) and vicarious social defeat stress (VSDS), were applied to explore the effect of perioperative social defeat stress on postsurgical pain in male and female mice. Our results showed that exposure to preoperative CSDS could induce prolonged postsurgical pain in defeated mice regardless of susceptibility or resilience differentiated by the social interaction test. Similar prolongation of incision-induced mechanical hypersensitivity was also observed in both sexes upon exposing to CNSDS or VSDS in the preoperative period. Moreover, we found that using the modified CNSDS or VSDS models at different recovery stages after surgery could still promote abnormal pain without sex differences. Further studies revealed the key role of spinal microglial activation in the stress-induced transition from acute to prolonged postoperative pain in male but not female mice. Together, these data indicate that perioperative social defeat stress is a vital risk factor for developing prolonged postoperative pain in both sexes, but the promotion of stress-induced prolonged postoperative pain by spinal microglial activation is sexually dimorphic in mice. To investigate the safety and effect of Tubridge flow diverter deployment for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms, 85 patients with intracranial aneurysms treated with the Tubridge flow diverter were retrospectively enrolled. The clinical data including the baseline data, aneurysm parameters before and after treatment, and follow-up outcomes were assessed. Among 85 patients, there were 35 (41.2%) males and 50 females (58.8%) aged 17–77 (mean 56.7 ± 11.1) years with 110 aneurysms. Five (5.9%) patients initially presented with subarachnoid hemorrhage from aneurysm rupture. The aneurysm size was 2–30 (mean 8.6) mm, and the aneurysm neck was 2–10.6 (mean 5.7 ± 2.3) mm. Ninety-three Tubridge stents were deployed. Twenty-five (29.4%) patients experienced adjunctive loose coiling. Blood flow was significantly reduced from entering the aneurysm after stent deployment. Periprocedural complications occurred in three (3.5%) patients, including in-stent thrombosis during embolization in one patient (1.2%), conjunctiva edema on the right in one patient (1.2%), and acute multiple cerebral infarctions in one patient (1.2%). Angiographic follow-up was conducted in 67 (78.8%) patients 3–36 (mean 15.3 ± 5.6) months later. In 11 (16.4% or 11/67) patients, blood flow still entered the aneurysm with the O'Kelly-Marotta (OKM) grade B in two (3.0%) patients and grade C in nine (13.4%), whereas complete occlusion (OKM grade D) was achieved in the other 56 (83.6% or 56/67) aneurysms. In-stent stenosis was present in five (7.5%) patients with approximately 25% stenosis in three (4.5%) patients and 50% in two (3.0%). In conclusion, the Tubridge flow diverter can be safely and efficiently applied in the treatment of small and large intracranial aneurysms, with a low periprocedural complication rate, a high occlusion degree, and a low in-stent stenosis rate at follow-up even though large aneurysms may necessitate a longer surgical time and adjunctive coiling. This study investigated factors affecting the safety and in-stent restenosis after intracranial stent angioplasty using the Enterprise stent for symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis. Between January 2017 and March 2019, patients with intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis treated with Enterprise stent angioplasty were enrolled, including 400 patients in the modeling group and 89 patients in the validation group. The clinical factors affecting in-stent restenosis after Enterprise stent angioplasty in the modeling group were analyzed, and a logistic regression model of these factors was established and validated in the validation group. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and the area under the ROC curve (AUC) were analyzed. In the modeling group with 400 patients, there were 410 lesions, including 360 stenotic lesions and 50 occluded lesions, with 176 (42.9%) lesions in the anterior circulation and 234 (57.1%) in the posterior circulation. Successful stenting was performed in 398 patients (99.5%). Stenosis was significantly (P < 0.05) improved after stenting compared with before stenting (27.7% ± 2.9% vs. 77.9% ± 8.0%). Periprocedural complications included ischemic stroke (3.25%), hemorrhagic stroke (0.75%), and death (0.50%), with a total periprocedural complication rate of 4.0%. The first follow-up angiography was performed in 348 (87.0%) patients with 359 lesions 3.5–14 months (mean 5.7 months) after stenting. In-stent restenosis occurred in 62 (17.3%) lesions, while the other 295 (82.7%) had no restenosis. Lesion location, calcification degree, balloon expansion pressure, residual stenosis, intraprocedural dissection, and cerebral blood flow TICI grade were significant (P < 0.05) risk factors for in-stent restenosis. The in-stent restenosis prediction model was established as follows: P = 1/[1 + e−(−6.070–1.391 location + 2.745 calcification + 4.117 balloon inflation pressure + 2.195 intraprocedural dissection + 1.163 residual stenosis + 1.174 flow TC grade)]. In the validation group, the AUC in the ROC curve analysis was 0.902 (95% CI: 0.836–0.969), and when the cutoff value was 0.50, the sensitivity and specificity of this model were shown to be 76.92% and 80.26%, respectively, in predicting in-stent restenosis at angiographic follow-up, with a total coincidence rate of 79.78%. In conclusion, in-stent restenosis after intracranial Enterprise stenting is affected by stenosis location, calcification, balloon inflation pressure, intraprocedural arterial dissection, residual stenosis, and cerebral flow grade, and establishment of a logistic model with these factors can effectively predict in-stent restenosis. Kidney, bladder, and prostate cancer are the three major tumor types of the urologic system that seriously threaten human health. Circular RNAs (CircRNAs), special non-coding RNAs with a stabile structure and a unique back-splicing loop-forming ability, have received recent scientific attention. CircRNAs are widely distributed within the body, with important biologic functions such as sponges for microRNAs, as RNA binding proteins, and as templates for regulation of transcription and protein translation. The abnormal expression of circRNAs in vivo is significantly associated with the development of urologic tumors. CircRNAs have now emerged as potential biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of urologic tumors, as well as targets for the development of new therapies. Although we have gained a better understanding of circRNA, there are still many questions to be answered. In this review, we summarize the properties of circRNAs and detail their function, focusing on the effects of circRNA on proliferation, metastasis, apoptosis, metabolism, and drug resistance in kidney, bladder, and prostate cancers. CircRNAs are widely distributed within the body, with important biologic functions such as sponges for microRNAs, as RNA binding proteins, and as templates for regulation of transcription and protein translation. The abnormal expression of circRNAs in vivo is significantly associated with the development of urologic tumors. CircRNAs have now emerged as potential biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of urologic tumors, as well as targets for the development of new therapies. Although we have gained a better understanding of circRNA, there are still many questions to be answered. In this review, we summarize the properties of circRNAs and detail their function, focusing on the effects of circRNA on proliferation, metastasis, apoptosis, metabolism, and drug resistance in kidney, bladder, and prostate cancers. To investigate the safety and short-term effect of Pipeline Flex devices in the treatment of complex unruptured intracranial aneurysms, a retrospective study was performed for patients with complex unruptured intracranial aneurysms who were treated with the Pipeline Flex embolization device (PED Flex device) combined with or without coiling. The clinical, endovascular, and follow-up data were analyzed. One hundred and thirty-one patients with 159 complex unruptured cerebral aneurysms were treated with the PED Flex device, with 144 Flex devices deployed. Periprocedural complications occurred in four patients, resulting in the complication rate of 3.1%, including ischemic complications in three patients (2.3%) and hemorrhagic complication in one (0.8%). At discharge, the mRS was 0 in 101 (77.1%) patients, 1 in 25 (19.1%), 2 in four (3.1%), and 4 in one (0.8%), with the good prognosis rate (mRS 0–2) of 99.2%. Clinical follow-up was carried out in 87 (66.4%) patients 3–42 months after the procedure, with the mRS of 0 in 78 (89.7%), 1 in five (5.7%), 2 in three (3.4%), and 4 in one (1.1%). No significant (P = 0.16) difference existed in the mRS at discharge compared with that at clinical follow-up. Angiographic follow-up was performed in 61 (46.7%) patients with 80 (50.3%) aneurysms at 3–40 months, with the OKM grade of D in 57 (71.3%) aneurysms, C in eight (10%), and B in 15 (18.8%). Asymptomatic instent stenosis occurred in four patients (6.6%). In conclusion: The treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms with the Pipeline Flex embolization device may be safe and effective, with a high complete occlusion rate, a decreased complication rate, and a good prognosis rate at medium follow-up. This paper presents the generation of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against testosterone (TES) through cell fusion technology, and the development of a mAb-based indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (icELISA) method to detect TES residue in bovine edible tissues. Under optimal conditions, this assay exhibited a working range of 0.04–19 ng/mL, with half-maximum inhibition (IC50) and limit of detection values of 0.27 and 0.02 ng/mL, respectively. After three sample pretreatment procedures were checked, a simple dilution method was adopted for further use. The stabilisation studies demonstrated that the icELISA kits can be stored for at least 180 to 240 days, at 4°C and −20°C, respectively. When applied to bovine samples, the data from icELISA and gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry showed excellent correlation (r2=0.9923 in muscle, 0.9884 in liver and 0.9957 in kidney). Background: Craving‐related brain responses have been associated with the emergence and maintenance of addictions. However, little is known about brain network organizations underlying cravings in internet gaming disorder (IGD). Methods: Sixty‐six IGD subjects and 61 matched individuals with recreational game use (RGU) were scanned while performing a cue‐craving task. A recently developed whole‐brain analysis approach, connectome‐based predictive modelling (CPM) with leave‐one‐out cross‐validation was conducted to identify networks that predicted craving responses in IGD. Then, the craving network was tested in different brain states (cue‐craving under deprivation) to investigate replicability. Results: CPM identified an IGD craving network, as indicated by a significant correspondence between predicted and actual craving values (r = 0.49, p < 0.001), characterized by within‐network default mode (DMN) connectivity and connectivity between canonical networks implicated in executive/cognitive control (frontoparietal, medial frontal, DMN) and reward responsiveness (subcortical, motor/sensory). Network strength in the cue‐craving task during gaming deprivation also predicted IGD craving scores (r = 0.43, p = 0.017), indicating network replication across brain states. Conclusions: The CPM results demonstrate that individual differences in cognitive, attention, and control network function can predict craving intensities in IGD subjects. Internet gaming disorder (IGD), a worldwide mental health issue, has been widely studied using neuroimaging techniques during the last decade. Although dysfunctions in resting‐state functional connectivity have been reported in IGD, mapping relationships from abnormal connectivity patterns to behavioral measures have not been fully investigated. Connectome‐based predictive modeling (CPM)—a recently developed machine‐learning approach—has been used to examine potential neural mechanisms in addictions and other psychiatric disorders. To identify the resting‐state connections associated with IGD, we modified the CPM approach by replacing its core learning algorithm with a support vector machine. Resting‐state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data were acquired in 72 individuals with IGD and 41 healthy comparison participants. The modified CPM was conducted with respect to classification and regression. A comparison of whole‐brain and network‐based analyses showed that the default‐mode network (DMN) is the most informative network in predicting IGD both in classification (individual identification accuracy = 78.76%) and regression (correspondence between predicted and actual psychometric scale score: r = 0.44, P < 0.001). To facilitate the characterization of the aberrant resting‐state activity in the DMN, the identified networks have been mapped into a three‐subsystem division of the DMN. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of different degree of substitution on structural characteristics and crystalline properties of resistant starch esterfied by L‐malic acid. With the deepening of the esterification reaction, malate starches particles became larger, particle surface cracks and grooves increased which led to a decline in whiteness of malate starches. With the increase in the degree of substitution (DS), the initial phase transition temperatures (To) and endothermic enthalpies (ΔH) of malate starch gradually decreased. The XRD results indicated that with the increase of DS, the diffraction peak at 15.1° disappeared in the spectrum. Herein, five undescribed oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins, namely, psammosaponins A–E, along with nine known compounds, were isolated from the roots of Psammosilene tunicoides. Moreover, part of the ethanolic extract of P. tunicoides was acid-hydrolyzed and three aglycones were isolated from the resulting hydrolysate. The structures of all compounds were established through extensive analysis involving 1D and 2D NMR experiments, HRESIMS measurements, chemical derivatization, and comparison of spectroscopic data with the values reported in the literature. In all, 10 of the isolated saponins and the three aglycones were evaluated in the acetic acid-induced writhing model for their antinociceptive activity. At a dose of 40 mg/kg, these compounds exhibited significant inhibitory effects on the mouse writhing response, with inhibitions ranging from 31.9% to 79.3%. In addition, the structure–activity relationships of the isolates were discussed. Among the isolates, quillaic acid 3- O -glucuronide and 16α-hydroxygypsogenic acid showed better antinociceptive activity with inhibitions of 79.3% and 73.7%, respectively. Both isolates also exhibited antinociceptive activities in hot plate and formalin tests on mice. Their antinociceptive mechanism was explored in lipopolysaccharide–stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. These isolates could significantly inhibit the production of nitric oxide and interleukin-6 and downregulate the expression levels of inducible NO synthase, COX-1, and COX-2. Fourteen oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins including five undescribed triterpenoid saponins, psammosaponins A–E, were isolated from Psammosilene tunicoides , and three aglycones were obtained by hydrolysis of its ethanolic extract. Purpose To investigate characteristics of the posterior cerebral artery anterior temporal branch aneurysm and the safety and efficacy of endovascular management. Materials and Methods A total of 6 patients with anterior temporal branch aneurysms were enrolled. All 6 patients had concurrent occlusion of the ipsilateral anterior circulating arteries. The aneurysms ranged from 2.5 to 5.0 mm. All patients were treated and followed up. Results Four unruptured aneurysms were treated with coil embolization of the aneurysm sac only, with the parent artery maintained in 2 patients, slow flow in the parent artery in one and thrombosis at the aneurysm neck leading to parent artery occlusion in the last one. One patient with subarachnoid hemorrhage was treated with coil embolization of both the aneurysm and the parent artery, and the last patient with subarachnoid hemorrhage was treated with the Glubran 2 glue to embolize both the aneurysm and the parent artery. One patient with subarachnoid hemorrhage died of lung complication after embolization. Followed up for 3 months to 1 year, the 4 patients with unruptured aneurysms had no symptoms, including 1 patient with slow flow in the anterior temporal artery and 1 patient with thrombosis and parent artery occlusion. The remaining patient with parent artery occlusion had a good recovery. Conclusions The anterior temporal artery aneurysm is a special subtype of aneurysm and can be readily misdiagnosed as on the posterior cerebral artery trunk or the superior cerebellar artery. Background The effects and safety of transradial access for stenting of carotid artery stenosis in patients with bovine-type and type III aortic arch are currently unknown and are the purpose of this study. Methods Patients who were treated with stenting via transradial (n = 28) compared with transfemoral (n = 30) access of carotid artery stenosis complicated with bovine-type and type III aortic arch were enrolled. The clinical data were studied for comparison. Results The success rate of transradial access for carotid artery stenting was 100%. During the transradial access procedure, 3 patients experienced a temporary blood pressure drop and bradycardia that was resolved with atropine injection. No radial artery occlusion or severe cardiac or cerebral events occurred. The success rate of transfemoral access for carotid artery stenting was 90% with failure in 3 patients. No complications occurred during or after the stenting procedure. The irradiation duration was significantly ( P = 0.001) smaller in transradial than in transfemoral access stenting (8.6 ± 0.87 vs. 11.4 ± 1.25 minutes). The arterial stenosis ranged 71.25%–96.50% (mean, 86.50% ± 10.15%) for transradial and 78%–97.75% (85.1% ± 10.42%) for transfemoral access groups before treatment, and the residual stenosis following treatment was significantly smaller in either the transradial (2.4%–17.75%; mean, 11.2% ± 6.03%) or transfemoral (4%–18.6%; mean, 12.4% ± 6.3%) groups compared with before treatment, respectively. Conclusions The transradial access for stenting of patients with type III aortic arch plus left carotid artery stenosis or in the bovine-type aortic arch combined with right carotid artery stenosis can decrease the stenting difficulty, risks of embolization, and radiation time and increase the success rate. Conformal transformation as a mathematical tool has been used in many areas of gravitational physics. In this paper, we consider gravity’s rainbow, in which the metric can be treated as a conformal rescaling of the original metric. By using the conformal transformation technique, we get a specific form of a modified Newton’s constant and cosmological constant in gravity’s rainbow, which implies that the total vacuum energy is dependent on probe energy. Moreover, the result shows that Einstein gravity’s rainbow can be described by energy-dependent f(E,R~) gravity. Objective To investigate the safety and long-term effect of using the Wingspan stent for severe symptomatic atherosclerotic basilar artery stenosis (≥70%). Materials and methods Between July 2007 and April 2013, we had 91 consecutive patients (age range 41–82 years old) with symptomatic severe basilar stenosis (70–99%) who underwent Wingspan stenting at our center. All patients had stenosis-related temporary ischemic attack or strokes. We analyzed the demographic data, pre- and post-procedural cerebral angiography, technical success rate, peri-procedural complications, and clinical and imaging follow-ups. Results The Wingspan stenting procedure was successful in all patients: The stenosis was reduced from 82.2% ± 5.8% pre-stenting to 15.9% ± 5.7% post-stenting. The 30-day peri-operative rate for stroke or death was 14.3%, which included ischemic stroke in 12 cases (12/91 = 13.2%) and subarachnoid hemorrhage in one case (1/91 = 1.1%), with a fatal or disabling stroke rate of 2.2%. Among the 77 patients with clinical follow-up assessment within 7–60 months (mean 31.3 ± 15.1 months) after stenting, four patients (5.2%) had posterior ischemia, including one patient with disabling ischemic stroke (1.3%) and three patients (3.9%) with temporary ischemic attack. The 2-year cumulative stroke rate was 16% (95% CI: 8.2–23.8%). Among 46 patients with imaging assessments at 3–45 months (mean, 9.5 ± 8.3) post-stenting, six (13.0%) patients had restenosis, including two (2/46 = 4.3%) with symptomatic restenosis. Conclusions The benefit of stenting for patients with severe basilar artery stenosis (> 70%) may lie in lowering the long-term fatal and disabling stroke rate; and as long as the peri-operative stroke rate can be kept at a relatively lower level, patients with severe basilar stenosis can benefit from basilar artery stenting. Purpose: To investigate the safety and outcome of intracranial stenting for intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis (IAS). Materials and Methods: Between July 2007 and April 2013, 433 consecutive patients with IAS >70% underwent intracranial Wingspan stenting, and the data were prospectively analyzed. Results: Intracranial stenting was successful in 429 patients (99.1%), and the mean stenosis rate was improved from prestenting (82.3± 7.6)% to poststenting (16.6 ± 6.6)%. During the 30-day perioperative period, 29 patients (6.7%) developed stroke. The total perioperative stroke rate was significantly (P <0.01) higher in the basilar artery area than in others, whereas the hemorrhagic stroke rate was significantly (P <0.05) greater in the middle cerebral artery area than in others. The experience accumulation stage (13%) had a significantly (P <0.05) higher stroke rate than the technical maturation stage (4.8%). Clinical follow-up 6–69 months poststenting revealed ipsilateral stroke in 20 patients (5.5%). The one- and two-year cumulative stroke rates were 9.5% and 11.5%, respectively; the two-year cumulative stroke rate was significantly (P <0.05) greater in the experience accumulation stage (18.8%) than in the technical maturation stage (9.1%). Objective: To understand and analyze the situation of contraceptive use among women seeking abortions in Shanghai. Methods: The computer-assisted anonymous questionnaire was used to collect data among 1 261 women seeking abortions in 4 hospitals in Shanghai from August to October in 2013. Results: Nearly 60% of the respondents were under the age of 29 and 32.6% were unmarried. Over 50% of the respondents reported having abortion experiences before. Compared with those married women, the unmarried women had a higher proportion of unprotected intercourse (48.0% vs. 33.9%) and a lower proportion of contraceptive use failure (38.6% vs. 47.8%). Logistic regression analysis indicated that younger or sexually inactive women tended not to take contraceptive measures among those married respondents, and that those women who were young, unmarried, with a higher income or a history of abortion were more likely to use emergency contraception. Conclusions: Young women with high proportion of repeated abortion constituted the majority of respondents in Shanghai. Two main factors of unwanted pregnancy are the low proportion of contraceptive use and the high proportion of failure use of contraceptives. It is important to strengthen the post-abortion care services and the contraceptive education, especially to teach them how to use contraceptives, because those induced abortion women were lack of contraceptive precaution or knowledge. Objective: To explore heterosexual and homosexual behaviors, and influencing factors, in those unmarried out-of-school young people aged 15 to 24 years, so as to provide the basis on the education and service of sexual and reproductive health for those young people. Methods: The questionnaire survey form was anonymously filled out by 1 113 unmarried out-of-school young people on six target spots in urban and rural areas of six provinces by the computer assisted self-interview (CASI) system. Results: The incidences of hetero-or homo- sexual behaviors in the 15 to 18 years male group and the 19 to 24 years male group were significantly higher than those in female groups (P < 0.05). 7.14% of the first heterosexual behaviors in the 15 to 18 years female group were forced. Sexual safety precautions were used in 66.67% of males and 40.00% of females in the 15 to 18 years group, and in 58.82% of males and 49.11% of females in the 19 to 24 years group. About 30.00% of males reported that they had partners' pregnancies, and 30% of females reported that they had pregnancies. The incidence of multiple sexual partners in the 19 to 24 years male group was significantly higher than that in the age-matched female group (P < 0.01). On homosexual behaviors, the average age of the first homosexual behaviors in the 15 to 18 years group was about 14 years, 15.79% of males in the 19 to 24 years group were forced to have, and 46.15% of males and 33.33% females reported that they had more than two sexual partners. Multivariate analyses showed that watching pornographic materials and being older were common risk factors of heterosexual behaviors for males (OR, 3.51 and 3.81 respectively) and females (OR, 6.41 and 3.85 respectively). Compared with those factors approving premarital sexual behaviors, the attitudes rejecting premarital sexual behaviors from respondents themselves (OR = 0.18) and their parents (OR = 0.37), and the neutral attitude from friends (OR =0.47), were protective factors in males, while the options that the female respondents thought it being not good but acceptable (OR =0.14) or opposed (OR = 0.06), and that friends thought it being unacceptable (OR = 0.16) or unknown (OR = 0.21), were protective factors and the neutral attitude from parents was risk factor (OR = 12.56) in females. Conclusions: The incidences of heterosexual and homosexual behaviors, and unsafe sexual behaviors, in those unmarried out-of-school young people were high, which were positively related to the pornographic material and the open attitudes from respondents themselves, parents and friends. BACKGROUND Clopidol is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of coccidiosis, which poses a serious potential hazard to public health, in veterinary medicine. The aim of this study was to prepare monoclonal antibodies ( mAbs) against clopidol ( CLOP) and develop an immunoassay for detecting CLOP residues in chicken tissues. After derivation, CLOP hapten was conjugated to carrier proteins to synthesize the artificial antigen, and immunized Balb/C mice were employed to screen mAbs. RESULTS A sensitive hybridoma named C1G3 was screened out and two indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( icELISA) standard curves were established. For the traditional two-step assay the linear range was from 0.06 to 98 ng mL−1, with half-maximal inhibitory concentration ( IC50) and limit of detection ( LOD) values of 2.76 ng mL−1 and 0.03 ng mL−1 respectively, while the rapid one-step icELISA had a working range from 0.08 to 102 ng mL−1, with IC50 and LOD values of 3.52 ng mL−1 and 0.03 ng mL−1 respectively. It was also indicated that a 10-fold dilution in chicken muscles gave an inhibition curve almost the same as that obtained in phosphate-buffered saline. When applied to spiking tests in chicken samples, the correlation coefficient ( R2) between concentrations added and measured was 0.9534. The radicals and anions generated from chlorpyrifos by removing a hydrogen atom have been investigated using the hybrid density functional B3PW91 method. The results show that all the radicals have been classified as three groups and their stability order is methylene (radical 1, 3, 5, and 7) > methyl (radical 9, 11 and 13) > ring ( 15); the anions have the relative energetic order: methyl > methylene > ring. Moreover, some decomposition reactions are also reported. The large HOMO-LUMO gaps indicate that both radicals and anions are predicted to be high-kinetic stable molecules. We also find that radicals 9, 11 and 13 have the highest AEAs and anions 2, 4 and 6 have higher VDEs. Additionally, natural population analysis charges show that there is the lowest Δ q (0.14) for the C7 and C9 atoms. • This systematic review was designed to relate theories of IA to treatments, describe the studies of psychotherapies for IA, and propose a model of intervention and addiction based on extant studies. • The investigated targeted domains and intervention methods employed are not mutually exclusive, and further research is needed to identify the effective components and mechanisms of action for treatments of IA. • Interventions based on different aspects of IA have been shown to have different effects. To intervene the addiction more effectively, a targeted intervention scheme should be designed based on the individual's extant susceptibility factors and combined with the emerging behavioral and cognitive characteristics. Internet addiction (IA) may constitute a widespread and serious mental problem. Previous reviews have not fully considered potential factors that may contribute to therapeutic outcomes or predict behavioral changes. A computer database search of PubMed, PsychINFO, ScienceDirect, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and Google Scholar was conducted to identify all available research evidence on psychological treatments for IA (N = 31 studies). Among these psychological interventions, the targeted reduction of addiction-related impulsivity and craving, improvement of cognitive maladjustment, and alleviation of family problems have been investigated in IA interventions. The targeted domains and intervention methods are not mutually exclusive, and further research is needed to demonstrate the effective components and mechanisms of action for treatments of IA. [Display omitted] • Sandstone reservoirs beneath the layer of mudstones of the Middle Permian Xiashihezi Formation were affected by the magmatic-hydrothermal activities. • The Linxing area was strongly affected by magmatic-hydrothermal activities but there are favorable zones for natural gas development. • The genetic model for reservoir porosity and permeability involved with magmatic-hydrothermal activities illustrates the origin of the porosity and permeability distribution. The eastern margin of the Ordos Basin in the Linxing area has great potential for exploration of natural gas. However, the intrusion of the Zijinshan igneous pluton and associated hydrothermal activities have affected the sandstone reservoirs. Through the data analyses of rock thin sections, cathodoluminescence, X-ray diffraction, vitrinite reflectance, fluid inclusions, and reservoir physical property, this paper aims to clarify the influences of magmatic-hydrothermal activity and to explore the response characteristics of reservoir porosity and permeability. From the outer zone to the inner zone, the closer to the pluton, the closer the contact between the reservoir clastic particles, which confirms the compression caused by magma intrusion. The differences in feldspar dissolution and alteration, siliceous cementation, clay mineral content, vitrinite reflectivity, homogenization temperature and salinity of fluid inclusions, confirmed that magmatic-hydrothermal activity affected fluid properties and evolution of strata temperature. Combined with the vertical distribution characteristics of feldspar dissolution-alteration and the abnormal conversion of clay minerals, it is considered that the influence of hydrothermal fluid was limited to the reservoir under the thick mudstone of the Xiashihezi Formation. Magma intrusion causes the development of reservoir fractures, thus the permeability of the reservoir decreases from the inner zone to the outer zone, and the porosity presents the distribution pattern of "high-low-slightly high". The reservoir porosity and permeability genetic model was established to provide references about favorable areas for oil and gas exploration and development in the Linxing area and areas with similar geological history. This study was conducted to develop a self-assembled direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (dcELISA) kit for the detection of deoxynivalenol (DON) in food and feed grains. Based on the preparation of anti-DON monoclonal antibodies, we established a standard curve with dcELISA and optimized the detection conditions. The performance of the kit was evaluated by comparison with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The minimum detection limit of DON with the kit was 0.62 ng/mL, the linear range was from 1.0 to 113.24 ng/mL and the half-maximal inhibition concentration (IC50) was 6.61 ng/mL in the working buffer; there was a limit of detection (LOD) of 62 ng/g, and the detection range was from 100 to 11324 ng/g in authentic agricultural samples. We examined four samples of wheat bran, wheat flour, corn flour and corn for DON recovery. The average recovery was in the range of 77.1% to 107.0%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) ranged from 4.2% to 11.9%. In addition, the kit has the advantages of high specificity, good stability, a long effective life and negligible sample matrix interference. Finally, wheat samples from farms in the six provinces of Henan, Anhui, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu and Gansu in China were analyzed by the kit. A total of 30 samples were randomly checked (five samples in each province), and the results were in good agreement with the standardized HPLC method. These tests showed that the dcELISA kit had good performance and met relevant technical requirements, and it had the characteristics of accuracy, reliability, convenience and high-throughput screening for DON detection. Purpose To investigate the effect and safety of endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms concomitant with severe adjacent atherosclerotic stenosis. Materials and Methods Twenty-six patients with aneurysms and adjacent stenosis were prospectively enrolled. The characteristics of the aneurysm, parent artery, atherosclerotic stenosis and endovascular treatment methods were analyzed. Results All aneurysms were successfully embolized (100%), with stent-assisted coiling in 14 (53.8%) cases, coiling alone in 10 (38.5%), double microcatheter coiling in 1 (3.8%), and balloon-assisted coiling in the remaining 1 (3.8%). Immediately after embolization, complete occlusion was achieved in 10 cases (38.5%), nearly complete occlusion in 6 (23.1%) and non-complete occlusion in 10 (38.5%). Ten aneurysms were type I and were managed with coiling alone in 8 cases and stent-assisted coiling in the remaining 2 cases, with complete occlusion achieved in 6 cases (60%), nearly complete in 2 (20%), and noncomplete in the other 2 (20%). Sixteen aneurysms were type II and treated with stent-assisted coiling in 12 cases (75%), single coiling in 2 (12.5%), double microcatheters in 1 (6.3%), and balloon-assisted coiling in the remaining aneurysm (6.3%). Aneurysm occlusion was complete in 4 cases (25%), nearly complete in 4 (25%), and noncomplete in the other 8 (50%). Clinical follow-up of 2 months to 5 years (mean 26 ± 11 months) demonstrated no rebleeding, with the modified Rankin scale score of 0–2 in 20 patients, 3 in 4, and 6 in the remaining 2. Conclusions Intracranial aneurysms concomitant with severe adjacent atherosclerotic stenosis can be successfully treated endovascularly, and careful evaluation of the characteristics of the aneurysm, parent artery, stenosis and collateral circulation can help reducing complications.
