This work aims to analyze the relationship between the so-called post-truth and current national politics. First it is necessary to start from a theoretical basis that begins with Gramsci's studies of superstructures. The theoretical development of the work also includes the advancement of the internet and its relationship with politics and public opinion. In this sense, the 2018 Brazilian elections were strongly marked by massive waves of false information that characterize the phenomenon of so-called “fakenews”. This phenomenon had already been noticed and scrutinized in the 2016 North American elections. It is observed that in Brazil the extreme right is the political spectrum that most uses such communication ways with the citizens, attracting supporters and exercising political consensus inside the virtual spaces. In this way it is possible to observe the role of this false information with the rise of fascist-based extreme-right political forces in the country. It can be concluded, therefore, that the extreme right, both Brazilian and elsewhere, has been using virtual space for shameless propagation of lies, often through robots, to gather supporters to their undemocratic, anti-unionist, anti-socialist ideas. against the left and human rights. Primeiramente, faz-se necessário partir de uma base teórica que se inicia com os estudos de Gramsci acerca das superestruturas. O desenvolvimento teórico do trabalho também passa por abordagem sobre o avanço da internet e a relação com a política e opinião pública. Nesse sentido, as eleições brasileiras de 2018 foram fortemente marcadas por ondas massivas de informações falsas que caracterizam o fenômeno das chamadas “fakenews”. Tal fenômeno já havia sido notado nas eleições norte-americanas, de 2016. Observa-se que no Brasil a extrema-direita é o espectro político que mais se utiliza de tais formas de comunicação com os cidadãos, atraindo adeptos e exercendo o consenso político dentro dos espaços virtuais. Deste modo é possível observar uma correlação entre o papel destas informações falsas e a ascensão de forças políticas de extrema-direita de matriz fascista no país. Conclui-se, portanto, que a extrema-direita tanto brasileira quanto em outros locais do globo, vem utilizando o espaço virtual para propagação despudorada de mentiras, muitas vezes por intermédio de robôs, para aglomerar adeptos às suas ideias antidemocráticas, antissindicalistas, antissocialistas, contra as esquerdas e os direitos humanos. The Acquisition Advisory Panel (2007) and Gansler Report (2007) have both expressed concerns that the DoD contracting workforce is not adequate in size to handle the current contracting workload. Core to determining the correct workforce size is establishment of a proven manning model that can be used throughout the DoD to estimate the number of contracting specialists required to handle a given workload. This project looked at the demand factors that two U.S. Navy systems commands (SYSCOMs) use to signal when they need more contracting full-time equivalents (FTEs). The study applied the Air Force Manning Standard Operational Contracting model to Naval Supply Systems Command's contracting workload. Results show that the model effectively estimates manning for that SYSCOM.
