Given the current dynamism of university libraries as knowledge hubs through innovations and adaptations, this qualitative study incorporated the practices of developing innovation capabilities (IC) in libraries, particularly for Indonesian state-owned higher education institutions using grounded theory. In expanding the current body of literature on IC, this research highlighted non-profit stances and proposed a framework for the present context. As the first empirical work to map IC processes from university libraries, this study presented an in-depth view of their progress and a novel variable, relationship-based leadership (RL), for further examination. Notably, potential research topics were formulated for future works.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) on performance, Variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) on Job Satisfaction (JS), the variable: Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Job Performance (JP) and the variable Organizational citizenship behavior ( OCB) to Job Satisfaction (JS). This research method includes explanatory quantitative research, The independent variables in this study are OCB and innovation culture which affect the dependent variable performance and job satisfaction. The population in this study are star hotels in Tangerang City, which amount to 66 hotels. This study uses simple random sampling method to determine the sample of respondents. The research instrument used was an online questionnaire via google form. For data analysis use software SmartPLS 3.3.3 . The results of this study are Innovative work behavior (IWB) has a positive and significant effect on work performance (JP), Variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (JS), Job Satisfaction Variable (JS) has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (JS ), Innovative work behavior (IWB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP) through Job Satisfaction (JS), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP) through Job Satisfaction (JS).

This research aims to explore the mediation of Customer trust on the influence of Social Media Influencers and Brand image on Visit intention at Skaer.Clinic. The results show that Social Media Influencer and Brand image have a positive and significant influence on Visit intention, and both influence Customer trust. However, Customer trust mediation on the influence of Social Media Influencers on Visit intention was rejected. Skaer.Clinic is advised to strengthen cooperation with appropriate influencers, improve brand image and maintain consumer trust. The research puts forward sample expansion, deeper mediation measurements, and demographic analysis for a better understanding of Visit intention factors in the beauty clinic context. The Jakarta National Monument is a monument that is a characteristic of the city of Jakarta. The National Monument offers a tourist attraction in the form of history about the struggle of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of service quality and access to elderly tourism support at Mona's. The method used in this study is qualitative. The data sources in this study were obtained through interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature from previous research or journals. From the results that have been obtained by the author, it can be concluded that Monas can still be developed in terms of access and facilities, unfortunately, for now, Monas are still not friendly to elderly tourists who still need a lot of special facilities and access to run and can also enjoy tourist activities at Mona's. It can be concluded that tourism for the elderly is still very minimally done, but elderly tourism is one of the aspects that can be profitable if more is worked on. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Knowing and testing the influence of digital transformation on the performance of employees at Moewardi Hospital Surakarta, the influence of Individual Readiness to Change (IRTC) on the performance of employees at Moewardi Hospital Surakarta, the influence of digital transformation on the Individual Readiness to Change (IRTC) of employees at Moewardi Hospital Surakarta, the influence of digital transformation on performance with Individual Readiness to Change (IRTC) as an intervening variable for employees at Moewardi Hospital, Surakarta. This research uses a quantitative type of research. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The samples taken in this study were 200 employees in various hospital departments. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed using path analysis with the help of the SEM-PLS program. The results of this research show that digital transformation has proven to have a positive effect on the performance of Moewardi Hospital employees in Surakarta, Individual Readiness to Change (IRTC) has proven to have a positive influence on employees of Moewardi Hospital Surakarta, digital transformation has proven to have a positive influence on Individual Readiness to Change (IRTC) of Home employees. Moewardi Hospital Surakarta and the influence of digital transformation significantly act as mediating variables on the Individual Readiness to Change (IRTC) of employees at Moewardi Hospital Surakarta. This study investigates the turnover intentions of medical and non-medical personnel at RS XYZ, Bogor Regency, both directly and indirectly through organizational commitment. The approach used is quantitative, involving hypothesis testing. Purposive sampling was used to collect data from all medical and non-medical personnel of RS XYZ, Bogor Regency, via questionnaires. A total of 201 suitable samples were evaluated using PLS-SEM. The study's findings show that Organizational Commitment has a negative impact on Turnover Intentions, Organizational Culture has a negative impact on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture has a positive impact on Turnover Intentions, and Organizational Commitment mediates Organizational Culture and Turnover Intentions. Shifting patterns of social relations among millennials due to the use of social media in networks without a theological basis for social cohesion is a challenge for Christianity now and in the future. The nature and work of the Triune God as stated in the Bible should always be relevant in various challenges of the times. Research on the theological foundations that form the basis of social cohesion among millennials is still very limited. Social cohesion among millennials tends to be limited to the use of social media in cyberspace as is characteristic of millennials in Indonesia. An important question that must be answered by the Christian faith is what the theological basis for social cohesion is, especially among youth so that Christian millennials can maintain their faith properly in social cohesion among them. This article aims to demonstrate the relational Nature of the Trinity and His work as the basis for the solidarity of believers. The first part of this article will examine the essence of perichoresis in the Trinity and the theology of solidarity. The second part demonstrates the theology of God's solidarity in the story of creation and for Israel in the Old Testament. The third part seeks is to analyze God's solidarity in the person and work of Jesus Christ. The fourth part demonstrates God's solidarity among believers in the New Testament. The fifth part aims to analyze the theology of solidarity for especially millennials in Indonesia, This is followed by a conclusion which hopefullu encapsulates the notions expressed. This research analyzes the influence of factors that influence the efficiency of drug logistics at Permata XYZ Hospital. The research results show that drug procurement methods, procurement process efficiency, ABC VEN method, and staff training and expertise have a significant influence on drug logistics efficiency. Better procurement methods can improve the availability and use of medicines, procurement process efficiency contributes to efficient medicine logistics management, and the ABC VEN method helps reduce waste of resources and procurement costs. In addition, the training and expertise of medical and nonmedical staff play an important role in managing drug supply, distribution and more efficient use of resources. Recommendations include increased transparency in the procurement process, automation of the procurement process, use of integrated information systems, better collaboration with drug suppliers, as well as investment in staff training in drug inventory management, use of information systems, and best procurement practices. This study aims to understand the meaning of vocation in the leadership journey of female pastors by conducting an in-depth analysis of the vocation stories of female pastors in order to provide an understanding of the meaning of vocations as depicted in their leadership journey. This study uses a qualitative type of research with a narrative analysis approach that focuses on analyzing the meaning of vocations to service in leadership carried out by twenty (20) female pastors who serve in various institutions in Indonesia, such as synods, churches, seminaries, Christian universities, Christian schools etc. Data processing used Nvivo software which is very reliablesoftware in such a qualitative research undertaking. Participants emanated from various tribes, ethnicities and from various islands in Indonesia such as Java, Sumatra, East Nusa Tenggara, Bali, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Papua. Data collection was through the use of in-depth interviews, surveys, and observations of participants including their families, service partners and followers. The results of the data analysis will hopefully provide a comprehensive process description of the meaning of the vocation in the ministry of the female pastor's leadership which is illustrated in her unique leadership journey. The meaning of the vocation in the female pastor's leadership journey is illustrated in the diversity of vocational motivations that underlie the participants' decisions to enter the seminary. The meaning of the vocation in the female pastor's leadership journey is also illustrated in her leadership journey with the dynamics of issues of gender inequality and sociocultural views prevailing in society. As of June 30, 2021, Indonesia ranks third in Asia with the highest number of deaths due to COVID-19. One of the provinces in Indonesia, Central Java, is ranked third nationally in the accumulation of positive cases, recoveries, and deaths. Fulfilling the need for burial grounds for COVID-19 positive bodies needs attention because several countries and regions in Indonesia were experiencing a COVID-19 public cemetery land crisis. Sragen Regency is one area in Central Java designated as a red zone. The number of death cases is relatively high needs to ensure the availability of COVID-19 burial grounds. Therefore, this study aims to model the forecast for COVID-19 burial grounds. The approach used in this research is systems thinking, while the method used is system dynamics with Powersim software. Reference data for modeling is obtained from the http://corona.sragenkab.go.id page. The simulation results show the AME value of 4.7% or less than 5% so that the model is declared valid. Based on the Business as Usual (BAU) simulation, in the 20th week, it is estimated that there will be 320 deaths with a burial area of 961.13 m². Until the 20th week, the increase in COVID-19 Positive Population, Death, and Cemetery Land Needs on the graph of the BAU simulation results shows an exponential growth trend.

Many Korean missionaries worldwide serve the local community by demonstrating leadership through Korean language teaching. This paper aims to understand the influence of transformational (TF) leadership and transactional (TS) leadership of Korean missionaries on teachers' job satisfaction (JS) in Korean Language and Culture Centers (KLCCs), with shinbaram (SH) as a Korean ethnic factor as the intervening variable. This research used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method to analyze 133 samples of KLCC teachers in 23 countries. The findings showed that the TF leadership did not significantly influence the KLCC teachers' JS, but it did have an influence through the effect of SH intervention. In contrast, the TS leadership directly influenced the KLCC teachers' JS significantly, but it did not have an influence through the effect of SH intervention. The TF leadership influenced the SH significantly, although the TS leadership did not. In other words, if the TF leadership was implemented in the KLCCs, the teachers' JS could be improved only when the SH was applied to the organizational culture. Also, this study confirms that the SH directly influenced the KLCC teachers' JS. These results demonstrate the role of SH as social psychological energy in strengthening JS in a non-profit educational organization whose leaders are missionaries, such as the KLCCs. Non-profit organizations with relatively weak compensation systems should utilize the SH as a catalyst to improve the teachers' JS. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
