Abstract

This study investigates the turnover intentions of medical and non-medical personnel at RS XYZ, Bogor Regency, both directly and indirectly through organizational commitment. The approach used is quantitative, involving hypothesis testing. Purposive sampling was used to collect data from all medical and non-medical personnel of RS XYZ, Bogor Regency, via questionnaires. A total of 201 suitable samples were evaluated using PLS-SEM. The study's findings show that Organizational Commitment has a negative impact on Turnover Intentions, Organizational Culture has a negative impact on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture has a positive impact on Turnover Intentions, and Organizational Commitment mediates Organizational Culture and Turnover Intentions. The paper highlights many shortcomings and makes recommendations for further research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
