Abstract Background Many elite genes have been identified from the available cotton genomic data, providing various genetic resources for gene-driven breeding. However, backbone cultivar-driven breeding is the most widely applied strategy. Revealing the genetic basis of cultivar-driven strategy’s restriction is crucial for transition of cotton breeding strategy. Result CRI12 is a backbone cultivar in cultivar-driven breeding. Here we sequence the pedigree of CRI12 using Nanopore long-read sequencing. We construct a graphical pedigree genome using the high-quality CRI12 genome and 13,138 structural variations within 20 different pedigree members. We find that low hereditary stability of elite segments in backbone cultivars is a drawback of cultivar-driven strategy. We also identify 623 functional segments in CRI12 for multiple agronomic traits in presence and absence variation-based genome-wide association study on three cohorts. We demonstrate that 25 deleterious segments are responsible for the geographical divergence of cotton in pathogen resistance. We also characterize an elite pathogen-resistant gene (GhKHCP) utilized in modern cotton breeding. In addition, we identify 386 pedigree fingerprint segments by comparing the segments of the CRI12 pedigree with those of a large cotton population. Conclusion We characterize the genetic patterns of functional segments in the pedigree of CRI12 using graphical genome method, revealing restrictions of cultivar-driven strategies in cotton breeding. These findings provide theoretical support for transitioning from cultivar-driven to gene-driven strategy in cotton breeding.

Abstract Objective The purpose of this study was to compare the therapeutic effects of Kirschner wire fixation and external fixation in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in older children and adolescents. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of older children and adolescents who underwent surgery at our institution for proximal humeral fractures between April 2014 and May 2022. One group (n = 28) underwent fracture reduction and Kirschner wire fixation, and the other group (n = 23) underwent external fixation. During the follow-up, the differences in shoulder joint function between the two groups were compared by analysing Quick Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder, and Hand (Quick DASH) and Constant-Murley scores. Postoperative complications were also recorded. Results The operation time of the Kirschner wire group was shorter than that of the external fixation group (69.07 ± 11.34 min vs. 77.39 ± 15.74 min, P = 0.33). The time to remove the fixator in the external fixation group was shorter than that in the Kirschner wire group (6.74 ± 1.57 vs. 7.61 ± 1.22, P = 0.032). The Quick DASH score and Constant-Murley score of the patients in the external fixation group were significantly better than those in the Kirschner wire group at 3 months after surgery (5.63 ± 4.33 vs. 8.93 ± 6.40, P = 0.040; 93.78 ± 2.43 vs. 91.75 ± 2.15, P = 0.003). There was no significant difference in the Quick DASH score or Constant-Murley score between the patients in the external fixator group and those in the Kirschner wire group at 9 months after the operation (2.77 ± 3.14 vs. 3.17 ± 3.68, P = 0.683; 97.39 ± 1.80 vs. 96.57 ± 2.15, P = 0.152). The most common complication of the two groups was pin tract infection. The incidence rate of infection was higher in the external fixation group than that in the Kirschner wire group (9 vs. 4, P = 0.043). Conclusion Both Kirschner wire fixation and external fixation of N-H III and IV proximal humeral fractures in older children and adolescents produce good outcomes. External fixation is a preferred surgical treatment option for paediatric proximal humerus fractures because early mobilization of the affected limb can be realized.

Biomethylation is an effective means of arsenic detoxification by organisms living in aquatic environments. Ciliated protozoa (including Tetrahymena species) play an important role in the biochemical cycles of aquatic ecosystems and have a potential application in arsenic biotransformation. This study compared arsenic tolerance, accumulation, methylation, and efflux in 11 Tetrahymena species. Nineteen arsenite (As(III)) S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) methyltransferase (arsM) genes, of which 12 are new discoveries, were identified, and protein sequences were studied. We then constructed recombinant cell lines based on the Tetrahymena thermophila (T. thermophila) wild-type SB210 strain and expressed each of the 19 arsM genes under the control of the metal-responsive the MTT1 promoter. In the presence of Cd2+ and As(V), expression of the arsM genes in the recombinant cell lines was much higher than in the donor species. Evaluation of the recombinant cell line identified one with ultra-high arsenic methylation enzyme activity, significantly higher arsenic methylation capacity and much faster methylation rate than other reported arsenic methylated organisms, which methylated 89% of arsenic within 6.5 h. It also had an excellent capacity for the arsenic detoxification of lake water containing As(V), 56% of arsenic was methylated at 250 μg/L As(V) in 48 h. This study has made a significant contribution to our knowledge on arsenic metabolism in protozoa and demonstrates the great potential to use Tetrahymena species in the arsenic biotransformation of aquatic environments.

Abstract Background Cotton is the source of natural fibers globally, fulfilling 90% of the textile industry's requirements. However, fiber development is a complex biological process comprising four stages. Fiber develops from a single cell, and cell elongation is a vital process in fiber development. Therefore, it is pertinent to understand and exploit mechanisms underlying cell elongation during fiber development. A previous report about cell division control protein 42 (CDC-42) with its key role in cell elongation in eukaryotes inspired us to explore its homologs Rho GTPases for understanding of cell elongation during cotton fiber development. Result We classified 2 066 Rho proteins from 8 Gossypium species into 5 and 8 groups within A and D sub-genomes, respectively. Asymmetric evolution of Rho members was observed among five tetraploids. Population fixation statistics between two short and long fiber genotypes identified highly diverged regions encompassing 34 Rho genes in G. hirustum, and 31 of them were retained through further validation by genome wide association analysis (GWAS). Moreover, a weighted gene co-expression network characterized genome-wide expression patteren of Rho genes based on previously published transcriptome data. Twenty Rho genes from five modules were identified as hub genes which were potentially related to fiber development. Interaction networks of 5 Rho genes based on transcriptional abundance and gene ontology (GO) enrichment emphasized the involvement of Rho in cell wall biosynthesis, fatty acid elongation, and other biological processes. Conclusion Our study characterized the Rho proteins in cotton, provided insights into the cell elongation of cotton fiber and potential application in cotton fiber improvement.

Abstract Background Upland cotton provides the most natural fiber in the world. During fiber development, the quality and yield of fiber were influenced by gene transcription. Revealing sequence features related to transcription has a profound impact on cotton molecular breeding. We applied convolutional neural networks to predict gene expression status based on the sequences of gene transcription start regions. After that, a gradient-based interpretation and an N-adjusted kernel transformation were implemented to extract sequence features contributing to transcription. Results Our models had approximate 80% accuracies, and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve reached over 0.85. Gradient-based interpretation revealed 5' untranslated region contributed to gene transcription. Furthermore, 6 DOF binding motifs and 4 transcription activator binding motifs were obtained by N-adjusted kernel-motif transformation from models in three developmental stages. Apart from 10 general motifs, 3 DOF5.1 genes were also detected. In silico analysis about these motifs’ binding proteins implied their potential functions in fiber formation. Besides, we also found some novel motifs in plants as important sequence features for transcription. Conclusions In conclusion, the N-adjusted kernel transformation method could interpret convolutional neural networks and reveal important sequence features related to transcription during fiber development. Potential functions of motifs interpreted from convolutional neural networks could be validated by further wet-lab experiments and applied in cotton molecular breeding.

Background The current study aimed to evaluate the serum pretreatment lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and overall survival (OS) in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) patients who received first‐line platinum‐containing chemotherapy. Methods A total of 234 SCLC patients, who received first‐line platinum‐based chemotherapy between 2013 and 2018, were retrospectively analyzed. The data of hematological characteristics, age, gender, ECOG score, staging, metastatic site, smoking history, chemotherapy cycle, thoracic radiotherapy and hyponatremia were collected. Overall survival was calculated using the Kaplan‐Meier method. The statistically significant factors in the univariate analysis were selected for the multivariate COX model analysis. Results Age, ECOG score, stage, thoracic radiotherapy, hyponatremia, liver metastasis, brain metastasis, bone metastasis, LDH, NSE and neutrophil‐to‐lymphocyte ratio (NLR) were closely correlated to OS in the univariate analysis. Abstract Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ultra-early rehabilitation on elbow function after Slongo’s external fixation for supracondylar humeral fractures in older children and adolescents. Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical data from 49 older children (> 8 years) and adolescents with supracondylar humerus fracture who were treated with Slongo’s external fixation in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2020. Twenty-three patients received ultra-early postoperative rehabilitation (rehabilitation group) and 26 patients were not subjected to postoperative rehabilitation (control group). Time to ROM required for functional activity of daily living(ROM-ADL) in both groups was recorded postoperatively. Patients were followed up at 3 and 6 months after surgery to compare the elbow range of motion (ROM) and carrying angle (CA). Postoperative complications were assessed in both groups. Flynn scores and modified Mayo Elbow Performance Scores were also performed. Results The elbow function at 6 months after surgery was significantly better than that at 3 months in the control group (P = 0.32). Time to ROM-ADL in the rehabilitation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P = 0.028). The elbow function, Flynn scores, and modified Mayo scores in the rehabilitation group at 3 and 6 months after surgery were significantly better than that of the control group (P(ROM, 3 months and 6 months) = 0.012 vs 0.039; P(Flynn scores, ROM, 3 months and 6 months) = 0.028 vs 0.005; P(Flynn scores, CA, 3 months and 6 months) = 0.032 vs 0.026; P(Modified Mayo scores, 3 months and 6 months) = 0.039 vs 0.024; respectively). There were no iatrogenic injuries, secondary fracture displacements, myositis ossificans, elbow deformities, or other complications in either group. One case of nail tract infection occurred in the rehabilitation group and was cured. Conclusion Slongo’s external fixation is a safe and effective surgical treatment for supracondylar humeral fractures in children over 8 years old and adolescents. Ultra-early rehabilitation treatment for postoperative children can significantly speed up the recovery after surgery.

Abstract Objective The standard surgical treatment for supracondylar humeral fractures in children is closed reduction and percutaneous pinning. Given the need for greater fixation strength and higher risk of joint stiffness for children older than 8 years, external fixation is often performed for treating supracondylar humeral fractures in older children. The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of lateral entry pins and Slongo’s external fixation for treating supracondylar humeral fractures in older children. Methods Children older than 8 years who underwent surgery for supracondylar humeral fractures at our hospital for surgery from January 2016 to December 2020 are to be retrospectively assessed. One group (n = 36) underwent internal fixation and percutaneous pinning with three lateral Kirschner wires, and the other group (n = 32) underwent Slongo’s external fixator surgery. The demographic data, operation duration, number of fluoroscopies, and fracture healing time were compared between both groups. The elbow joint function was evaluated 6 months after the surgery on the basis of fracture healing time, lifting angle, elbow joint range of motion (ROM), and Flynn score. The incidence of postoperative complications was also recorded. Results There was no significant difference between the two patient groups in terms of the demographic parameters. Compared to external fixation surgery, Kirschner wire surgery required shorter duration and fewer fluoroscopies (P < 0.05). Nevertheless, the fracture healing time was significantly less (P < 0.05), and the elbow ROM and Flynn scores were higher in the external fixator group compared to the Kirschner wire fixation group (P < 0.05). There was one case of secondary fracture displacement in the Kirschner wire group and one of pin tract infection in the external fixator group. No other iatrogenic injuries or complications were observed. Conclusion Maybe Slongo’s external fixator is a suitable alternative treatment option for supracondylar humeral fractures in children older than 8 years since it can achieve better fixation strength and early restoration of elbow joint movement with a lower risk of joint stiffness.

Magnetic composite was synthesized by hydrazine hydrate reduction of cobalt ions on covalent triazine frameworks (CTFs). The CTFs/Co composites are chemically stable in organic solvents; the porous structure and magnetic property contribute to fast adsorption/desorption dynamics, phase separation and high extraction efficiency (52–67%) for interest pyrethroids. Accordingly, CTFs/Co composites were employed for the extraction and pre-concentration of five pyrethroids (bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, cypermethrin, permethrin and fenvalerate) from food samples, followed by gas chromatography (GC)-flame ionization detector (FID) measurement. Under the optimized conditions, the limits of detection for interest pyrethroids were 0.34–0.84 μg/L, with the enrichment factor of 156–201. The developed method was validated by analyzing quality control samples (apple juice, CFAPA-QC198A-1), fruit juice, honey and vegetables (recovery of 73.0–118% for spiked samples). This method is simple, sensitive, selective, environment friendly, and could be employed for other aromatic compounds analysis in food samples.

As an important part of complementary and alternative medicine, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been applied to treat a host of diseases for centuries. Over the years, with the incidence rate of human colorectal cancer (CRC) increasing continuously and the advantage of TCM gradually becoming more prominent, the importance of TCM in both domestic and international fields is also growing with each passing day. However, the unknowability of active ingredients, effective substances, and the underlying mechanisms of TCM against this malignant tumor greatly restricts the translation degree of clinical products and the pace of precision medicine. In this review, based on the characteristics of TCM and the oral administration of most ingredients, we herein provide beneficial information for the clinical utilization of TCM in the prevention and treatment of CRC and retrospect the current preclinical studies on the related active ingredients, as well as put forward the research mode for the discovery of active ingredients and effective substances in TCM, to provide novel insights into the research and development of innovative agents from this conventional medicine for CRC treatment and assist the realization of precision medicine.

Recent studies have shown that autophagy upregulation can attenuate sepsis-induced acute kidney injury (SAKI). The tumor suppressor p53 has emerged as an autophagy regulator in various forms of acute kidney injury (AKI). Our previous studies showed that p53 acetylation exacerbated hemorrhagic shock-induced AKI and lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced endothelial barrier dysfunction. However, the role of p53-regulated autophagy in SAKI has not been examined and requires clarification. In this study, we observed the dynamic changes of autophagy in renal tubular epithelial cells (RTECs) and verified the protective effects of autophagy activation on SAKI. We also examined the changes in the protein expression, intracellular distribution (nuclear and cytoplasmic), and acetylation/deacetylation levels of p53 during SAKI following cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) or LPS treatment in mice and in a LPS-challenged human RTEC cell line (HK-2 cells). After sepsis stimulation, the autophagy levels of RTECs increased temporarily, followed by a sharp decrease. Autophagy inhibition was accompanied by an increased renal tubular injury score. By contrast, autophagy agonists could reduce renal tubular damage following sepsis. Surprisingly, the expression of p53 protein in both the renal cortex and HK-2 cells did not significantly change following sepsis stimulation. However, the translocation of p53 from the nucleus to the cytoplasm increased, and the acetylation of p53 was enhanced. In the mechanistic study, we found that the induction of p53 deacetylation, due to either the resveratrol/quercetin -induced activation of the deacetylase Sirtuin 1 (Sirt1) or the mutation of the acetylated lysine site in p53, promoted RTEC autophagy and alleviated SAKI. In addition, we found that acetylated p53 was easier to bind with Beclin1 and accelerated its ubiquitination-mediated degradation. Our study underscores the importance of deacetylated p53-mediated RTEC autophagy in future SAKI treatments.

Background The biological function of squalene epoxidase (SQLE), an important rate‐limiting enzyme in downstream cholesterol synthesis, is to convert squalene to 2‐3 oxacin squalene. The expression of SQLE in lung cancer is abnormal. We conducted this study to investigate the effect of SQLE expression on lung squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) proliferation, migration, and invasion and its role in extracellular signal‐regulated kinase (ERK) signaling. Methods Cell Counting Kit 8, wound healing, and Transwell assays; Western blotting; and quantitative real‐time PCR were used to investigate the effect of SQLE in a lung SCC H520 cell line. Kaplan–Meier analysis was used to identify the prognostic significance of SQLE. Results Overexpression of SQLE promoted lung SCC cell proliferation, migration and invasion, whereas knockdown of SQLE expression showed the opposite effect. SQLE can interact with ERK to enhance its phosphorylation. SQLE may contribute to the pathogenesis of lung cancer by modulating ERK signaling. Further survival analysis indicated that high expression of SQLE indicated poor prognosis in lung SCC. Conclusion Our study presents novel evidence of potential biomarkers or therapeutic targets for lung SCC therapy and prognosis.

Chemical fertilizer has been excessively used for high yield of citrus around the world, especially in China; meanwhile, it deteriorates the citrus orchard soil environment. To resolve the conflict, the use of organic fertilizer provides a promising solution. However, the data about organic fertilizer used in citrus orchard is rarely available. Here, four treatments including CK (no fertilizer), CF (chemical fertilizer), OF + CF (chemical fertilizer reduction combined with organic fertilizer; application of N, P2O5, K2O fertilizer and organic fertilizer is 0.564, 0.236, 0.336 and 10 kg/plant), and BF + CF (chemical fertilizer reduction combined with bioorganic fertilizer; application of N, P2O5, K2O fertilizer and bioorganic fertilizer is 0.508, 0.320, 0.310 and 10 kg/plant) were performed in a ‘Ponkan’ (Citrus reticulata Blanco) orchard to evaluate the effect of organic fertilizer on citrus yield, growth, soil properties etc. when nutrients of fertilizer of each treatment were equal except CK. The data obtained in 2019 and 2020 showed that both OF + CF and BF + CF were beneficial to improve soil fertility (soil physicochemical and microbe properties) and citrus growth physiology (growth, nutrient and photosynthesis), alleviate NO3−-N leaching, and promote yields. Comprehensive evaluation indicated that BF + CF was more effective than OF + CF. Together, organic fertilizer has the potential to substitute partial chemical fertilizer with improvement in soil properties, growth physiology, and yield of citrus.

Plant NAC (NAM, ATAF1/2, and CUC2) family is involved in various development processes including Programmed Cell Death (PCD) associated development. However, the relationship between NAC family and PCD-associated cotton pigment gland development is largely unknown. In this study, we identified 150, 153 and 299 NAC genes in newly updated genome sequences of G. arboreum, G. raimondii and G. hirsutum, respectively. All NAC genes were divided into 8 groups by the phylogenetic analysis and most of them were conserved during cotton evolution. Using the vital regulator of gland formation GhMYC2-like as bait, expression correlation analysis screened out 6 NAC genes which were low-expressed in glandless cotton and high-expressed in glanded cotton. These 6 NAC genes acted downstream of GhMYC2-like and were induced by MeJA. Silencing CGF1(Cotton Gland Formation1), another MYC-coding gene, caused almost glandless phenotype and down-regulated expression of GhMYC2-like and the 6 NAC genes, indicating a MYC-NAC regulatory network in gland development. In addition, predicted regulatory mechanism showed that the 6 NAC genes were possibly regulated by light, various phytohormones and transcription factors as well as miRNAs. The interaction network and DNA binding sites of the 6 NAC transcription factors were also predicted. These results laid the foundation for further study of gland-related genes and gland development regulatory network.

Abstract Methyl mercury (MeHg) is a highly toxic substance and the effect of selenium against MeHg toxicity is a hot topic. Until now, no related works have been reported from the view of the point of elemental speciation which is promising to study the mechanism at the molecular level. In this work, to reveal the effect of selenocystine (SeCys2) against MeHg cytotoxicity in HepG2 cells, a comprehensive analytical platform for speciation study of mercury and selenium in MeHg incubated or MeHg and SeCys2 co-incubated HepG2 cells was developed by integrating liquid chromatography (LC) - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) hyphenated techniques and chip-based pretreatment method. Interesting phenomenon was found that the co-incubation of MeHg with SeCys2 promoted the uptake of MeHg in HepG2 cells, but reduced the cytotoxicity of MeHg. Results obtained by ICP-MS based hyphenated techniques revealed a possible pathway for the incorporation and excretion of mercury species with the coexistence of SeCys2. The formation of MeHg and SeCys2 aggregation promotes the uptake of MeHg; majority of MeHg transforms into small molecular complexes (MeHg-glutathione (GSH) and MeHg-cysteine (Cys)) in HepG2 cells; and MeHg-GSH is the elimination species which results in reducing the cytotoxicity of MeHg.

This study was designed to compare the recovery of target-controlled infusion of sufentanil and remifentanil in patients of colorectal cancer. In total, 104 patients were randomly divided into sufentanil and remifentanil groups. One group was given target-controlled infusion of sufentanil, while the other group received remifentanil. Inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indicators were measured at 10 min before induction of anesthesia (T1), 1 h (T2), 24 h (T3), and 72 h (T4) after surgery. Adverse reactions were also compared. The extubation and recovery time of sufentanil group were longer than remifentanil group. The levels of CRP, IL-8, and IL-4 in sufentanil group and remifentanil group increased continuously. The fruit of Cinnamomum cassia is an important spice material and its branch is a common Chinese herbal medicine as the family Lauraceae. In this study, we reported the complete chloroplast genome of C. cassia. The chloroplast genome of C. cassia with length of 152,675 bp is a characteristic quadripartite structure. The length of the inverted-repeats regions (IRs), large single-copy (LSC) region, and small single-copy (SSC) region of C. cassia was 20,068 bp, 93,663 and 18,876 bp. The chloroplast genome of C. cassia contains 124 genes, which includes 80 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 36 transfer RNA genes (tRNAs) and 8 ribosomal RNA genes (rRNAs). The overall nucleotide content of the chloroplast genome: 30.0% A (Adenine), 30.8% T (Thymine), 19.7% C (Cytosine), 19.5% G (Guanine), and 39.2% GC content. Evolutionary relationship result showed that Cinnamomum cassia was most closely related to Cinnamomum parthenoxylon in the family Lauraceae by the Neighbor-Joining (NJ) method.

The induction of angiogenesis will stimulate endogenous recovery mechanisms, which are involved in the long-term repair and restoration process of the brain after an ischemic event. Here, we tested whether exercise influences the pro-angiogenic factors and outcomes after cerebral infarction in rats. Wistar rats were exposed to two hours of middle-cerebral artery occlusion and reperfusion. Different durations of treadmill training were performed on the rats. The expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-related genes and proteins were higher over time post-ischemia, and exercise enhanced their expression. Sixteen days post-ischemia, the regional cerebral blood flow in the ischemic striatum was significantly increased in the running group over the sedentary. Although no difference was seen in infarct size between the running and sedentary groups, running evidently improved the neurobehavioral score. The effects of running on MMP2 expression, regional cerebral blood flow and outcome were abolished when animals were treated with bevacizumab (BEV), a VEGF-targeting antibody. Exercise therapy improves long-term stroke outcome by MMP2-VEGF-dependent mechanisms related to improved cerebral blood flow.

Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) and Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) are considered to mediate the inflammatory reaction of cerebral ischemia injury, and exercise can inhibit the activity of the Toll-like receptor signaling pathway in the peripheral blood of humans. Although physical exercise has been demonstrated to be neuroprotective in both clinical and laboratory settings, the underlying mechanism remains unclear. To clarify this critical issue, this study investigated the effects of treadmill training on the recovery of neurological function and the expression of TLR2 and TLR4 and their main downstream targets, nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-κB) and myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88), in the ischemic rat brain after middle cerebral artery occlusion-reperfusion (MCAo/R). Rats were divided into seven groups: sham control without MCAo/R and five, nine and 16 days post-ischemic exercise or non-exercise. The neurological function and infarct volume were measured, and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blotting were used to detect the expression of TLR2, TLR4, NF-κB and MyD88 in ischemic brain tissue. The results indicated that treadmill training promoted functional recovery and reduced the overexpression of TLR2, TLR4, NF-κB and MyD88 in rat brain tissue after ischemia, a finding that may have implications for understanding the mechanism of exercise therapy after brain ischemia and indicating new therapeutic strategies for the pharmacological modulation of TLR signaling.

Since the proposal of the concept of semi-solid flow batteries (SSFBs), SSFBs have gained increased attention as an alternative for large-scale energy storage applications. As a new type of high energy density flow battery system, lithium-ion semi-solid flow batteries (Li-SSFBs) combine the features of both flow batteries and lithium-ion batteries and show the advantages of decoupling power and capacity. Moreover, Li-SSFBs typically can achieve much higher energy density while maintaining a lower cost. Therefore, Li-SSFBs are some of the most promising technologies for future energy storage. Despite these advantages, a significant gap towards the commercialization of Li-SSFBs still exists. In this article, we have reviewed the research progress of Li-SSFBs in aqueous and non-aqueous systems in recent years. Abstract We determine the N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 supersymmetric topological W ∞ algebra by using the λ deformed bosons (β, γ) and fermions (b, c) ghost system. By considering the real bosons and the real fermions at λ = 0 (or λ = 1 2 $$ \frac{1}{2} $$ ), the N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 supersymmetric W ∞ 2 $$ {W}_{\frac{\infty }{2}} $$ algebra is obtained. At λ = 1 4 $$ \frac{1}{4} $$ , other N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 supersymmetric W 1+∞ [λ = 1 4 $$ \frac{1}{4} $$ ] algebra is determined. We also obtain the extension of Lie superalgebra PSU(2, 2| N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 4) appearing in the worldsheet theory by using the symplectic bosons and the fermions. We identify the soft current algebra between the graviton, the gravitino, the photon (the gluon), the photino (the gluino) or the scalars, equivalent to N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 supersymmetric W 1+∞ [λ] algebra, in two dimensions with the N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 supergravity theory in four dimensions discovered by Freedman, van Nieuwenhuizen and Ferrara in 1976 and its matter coupled theories, via celestial holography.
