- Abstract
Cooperation between the profit and non-profit sectors is a topic that is gaining more and more importance and visibility in today's society. Corporate companies are expected to return part of the profits they make to the community, thus fulfilling the principles of corporate social responsibility. Non-profit companies are interested in building relationships with the commercial sector because the resources coming from there are often a basic prerequisite for their operation. Through the analysis of documents, websites and conducting semi-structured interviews with respondents, I map the types of collaboration between Fandi mámám and the for-profit sector. At the same time, I focus on their evaluation and effectiveness, not only from the point of view of the non-profit organization itself, but also from the point of view of corporate companies. The thesis summarizes and evaluates the current types of cooperation between the organization, which is specific in its position as an intermediary rather than a recipient of aid. This has an impact not only on the organization's ability to help its clients, but also on the companies' willingness to commit to cooperation. The research part of the work is a case study, which was carried out in the social enterprise Přestupní stanice as a hybrid form of civil society organization operating on the border of the non-profit sector and the market sector. Through a case study, the work seeks to understand the experience that managers have with situations where there is a confrontation between the social mission and the requirements of the market economy, whether they perceive this confrontation as conflict or not, and how to resolve a potential conflict. The research findings show that in the researched organization, commercialization in the form of the introduction of commercial activities serves to support goals and social mission, and both of these elements (fulfillment of social mission and implementation of commercial activities) complement each other, constantly balance and cannot be separated for functioning.

The research results show that social enterprises educate their employees, but in most enterprises it is a relatively unsystematic process, with reserves mainly on the theoretical and methodological side, which is mainly hampered by lack of funds and lack of time space. However, in the jungle of social entrepreneurship, there are clear exceptions that, despite all the obstacles, provide their staff with quality education services and care for their development.
