Abstract

In the design of photoelectrocatalytic cells, a key element is effective photogeneration of electron‐hole pairs to drive redox activation of catalysts. Despite recent progress in photoelectrocatalysis, experimental realization of a high‐performance photocathode for multi‐electron reduction of chemicals, such as nitrate reduction to ammonia, has remained a challenge due to difficulty in obtaining efficient electrode configurations for extraction of high‐throughput electrons from absorbed photons. This work describes a new design for catalytic photoelectrodes using chromophore assembly‐functionalized covalent networks for boosting eight‐electron reduction of nitrate to ammonia. Upon sunlight irradiation, the photoelectrode stores a mass of reducing equivalents at the photoexcited chromophore assembly for multielectron reduction of a copper catalyst, enabling efficient nitrate reduction to ammonia. By introducing the new photoelectrode structure, it is demonstrated that the electronic interplay between charge photo‐accumulating assembly and multi‐electron redox catalysts can be optimized to achieve proper balance between electron transfer dynamics and thermodynamic output of photoelectrocatalytic systems. 30. Policy and Characteristics of School Physical Education in China from Perspective of Core Literacy--Quantitative Analysis of 11 Policy Texts since 2014.

Abstract

Using three types of policy analysis tools, this paper classified the related items of student' core literacy development in 11 school sports policy documents in China since 2014 by means of literature and content analysis. The results showed that in the cultivation of students' core literacy, China's school sports policy tended to use supply-side and environment-side policy tools, while the demand-side policy tools were inadequately used. The unbalanced structure of the three types of policy tools and the improper use of secondary policy tools had affected the overall effect of school sports policies in promoting the development of students' core literacy. It was manifested in the lack of overall planning and detailed arrangement for the development of students' core literacy in the policy system, insufficient policy intervention in key links of cultivating core literacy, such as situation construction for problem solving, innovative practice for learning and application, and healthy living ability of individual development. It was suggested that the use structure of policy tools be further optimized, and that the overall improvement and detailed implementation of core literacy in school sports policies be improved so as to form an effective match with policy tools. 32. Therapeutic effects of cytoprotective agent on breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery.

Abstract

Most patients will choose breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery, while radiotherapy will damage skin and soft tissue so that will have adverse effect on reconstruction. In this study, we assume that the usage of Amifostine can reduce the incidence of complications after breast reconstruction so that provides more choices of reconstruction operation. Dividing SD rats into surgical placement expansion material group (include 15 ml normal saline) and simple operation group. Then further divide the former into non intervention group , radiation group and Radiation therapy combined with Amie amifostine treatment group. The decubation is 45 days after operation. Macroscopic evaluate the complications of skin and soft tissue by ImageJ. There is no obvious complications of skin and soft tissue for control group, radiotherapy alone group and radiotherapy with application of Amifostine group by macroscopic evaluation. The animals that are in expanded object group, damage probability of skin and soft tissue when use Amifostine is lower than that of radiotherapy alone group (30% vs. 69%, P=0.041). ImageJ shows the necrosis probability of skin and soft tissue when use Amifostine is obvious lower than radiotherapy alone group (6.96% vs. 12.94%, P=0.019). In conclusion, prevention and treatment of Amifostine can significantly reduce the complications of skin and soft tissue which is helpful to breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery.

Abstract

Fluorine-18-labeled 2-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose positron emission tomography/computerized tomography ((18)F-FDG PET/CT) plays an important role in detecting differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) metastases with elevated thyroglobulin (Tg) and negative radioiodine ((131)I) uptake. In conclusion, (18)F-FDG PET/CT may fail to detect all DTC metastases, while (131)I WBS combined with (131)I SPET/CT may be a better cheaper and diagnostic tool as suggested by the case we presented here. Positive metastases in both (131)I and (18)F-FDG SPET/CT may indicate worse prognosis. Future research may add more evidence as to which is the best diagnostic imaging modality and relate it to the molecular mechanism of the uptake of the radionuclide used.
