Crowdsourced data from distributed sources are routinely collected and analyzed to produce effective data-mining mo-dels in crowdsensing systems.Data usually contains personal information, which leads to possible privacy leakage in data collection and analysis. The local differential privacy (LDP) has been deemed as the de facto measure for trade-off between privacy guarantee and data utility.Currently, the key-value data is a kind of heterogeneous data types in which the key is categorical data and the value is numerical data.Achieving LDP for key-value data is challenging. This paper focuses on key-value data publishing and correlation analysis under the framework of LDP.Firstly, the frequency correlation and mean correlation in key-value data are defined. Then the indexing one-hot perturbation mechanism is proposed to provide LDP guarantees. At last, the correlation results can be estimated in the perturbed space.Theoretical analysis and experimental results on both real-word and synthetic dataset va-lidate the effectiveness of proposed mechanism.

Abstract Background X‐ray repair cross‐complementary 5 (XRCC5) and 6 (XRCC6) are critical for DNA repair. Few studies have assessed their association with breast cancer risk, and related gene‐environment interactions remain poorly understood. This study aimed to determine the influence of XRCC5/6 polymorphisms on breast cancer risk, and their interactions with cigarette smoking, alcohol consumption, and sleep satisfaction. Methods The study included 1039 patients with breast cancer and 1040 controls. Four single‐nucleotide polymorphisms of XRCC5 and two of XRCC6 were genotyped. Information about smoking, alcohol consumption, and sleep satisfaction was collected through questionnaires. Odds ratios (OR) and related 95% confidence intervals (95% CI) were assessed using unconditional logistic regression models. Gene‐environment interactions were analyzed using logistic regression with multiplicative interaction models. Results XRCC5 rs16855458 was associated with increased breast cancer risk in the co‐dominant (ptrend = 0.003) and dominant (CA + AA vs. CC, OR = 1.29, 95% CI = 1.07–1.56, p = 0.008) genetic models after Bonferroni correction. The CG + GG genotype of XRCC6 rs2267437 was associated with an increased risk of estrogen receptor‐negative/progesterone receptor‐negative (ER−/PR−) breast cancer (CG + GG vs. CC: OR = 1.54, 95% CI = 1.12–2.13, p = 0.008) after Bonferroni correction. Moreover, an antagonistic interaction between XRCC5 rs16855458 and alcohol consumption (pinteraction = 0.017), and a synergistic interaction between XRCC6 rs2267437 and sleep satisfaction were associated with breast cancer risk (pinteraction = 0.0497). However, these interactions became insignificant after Bonferroni correction. Conclusion XRCC5 rs16855458 was associated with breast cancer risk, and XRCC6 rs2267437 was associated with the risk of ER−/PR− breast cancer. Breast cancer risk associated with XRCC5 and XRCC6 polymorphisms might vary according to alcohol consumption and sleep satisfaction, respectively, and merit further investigation.

Introduction: Recently, the obesity rate in Chinese universities has increased substantially and the indicators of physical fitness have declined. The physical quality of college students is an alarming problem that cannot be ignored. The results of structured work could establish a basis for colleges and universities to formulate scientific functional physical training programs. Objective: Analyze the role of functional physical training in teaching physical education to male college students in colleges and universities. Methods: 116 male volunteer students from 4 colleges and universities were selected and divided into control and experimental groups. The groups received three physical education classes lasting 90 minutes for eight weeks. The experimental group received an additional 30 minutes of functional physical training. Both groups were tested for vital capacity, seated forward bending, standing long jump, 50-meter run, pull-up, and 1000-meter test. The tests were compared and statistica50-meteryzed. Results: After 1000-meters of training, the experimental group was superior to the control group on all measures except sitting forward flexion. The results showed significant changes (P0.05). Conclusion: The 8 weeks of functional physical training promoted a significant effect on improving the physical health of college students. Functional physical training should be appropriately reinforced in university physical education classes to improve students' physical fitness. Medicine ,Science - Abstract
The level of total adiponectin, a mixture of different adiponectin forms, has been reported associated with breast cancer risk with inconsistent results. Whether the different forms play different roles in breast cancer risk prediction is unclear. To examine this, we measured total and high molecular weight (HMW) adiponectin in a case-control study (1167 sets). Higher circulating HMW adiponectin was negatively associated with breast cancer risk after adjusting for menopausal status and family history of breast cancer (P=0.024). We analyzed the relationship between adiponectin and breast cancer risk in 6 subgroups. Higher circulating HMW adiponectin was also negatively associated with breast cancer risk (P=0.020, 0.014, 0.035) in the subgroups of postmenopausal women, negative family history of breast cancer, BMI>=24.0. Total adiponectin was positively associated with breast cancer (P=0.028) in the subgroup of BMI=24.0 subgroups, whereas higher circulating HMW adiponectin levels is a risk factor in women with a family history of breast cancer. Further investigation of different forms of adiponectin on breast cancer risk is needed.

To investigate whether chronic bacterial prostatitis (CBP) increases oxidative stress and damage in patients with CBP, and to explore its possible mechanism.Eighty patients with CBP and 80 healthy adults as controls were enrolled in a case-control study, in which levels of nitric oxide (NO), vitamin C (VC), and vitamin E (VE) in plasma, as well as malondialdehyde (MDA), activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), and catalase (CAT) in erythrocytes were determined by spectrophotometry.Compared with the average values of NO, VC, VE, MDA, SOD, and CAT in the healthy control group, those of plasma NO and erythrocyte MDA in the CBP group were significantly increased (P0.001), and those of plasma VC and VE as well as erythrocyte SOD and CAT in the CBP group were significantly decreased (P0.001). Findings from partial correlation analysis for course of the disease and NO, VC, VE, MDA, SOD, and CAT in 80 patients with CBP, adjusted for age, suggested that with prolonged course of the disease, values of NO and MDA were gradually increased (P0.001), and those of VC, VE, SOD, and CAT were gradually decreased (P0.05-0.001). The findings from stepwise regression analysis for course of the disease and NO, VC, VE, MDA, SOD, and CAT in CBP group suggested that the model of stepwise regression was Y = -19.1160 + 0.3112MDA + 0.0337NO, F = 22.1734, P0.001, r = 0.6045, P0.001. The findings from the reliability analysis for VC, VE, SOD, CAT, NO, and MDA in the CBP group showed that the reliability coefficients' alpha (6 items) was 0.7195, P0.0001, and the standardized item alpha was 0.9307, P0.0001.There exist increased oxidative stress and damage induced by chronic bacterial prostatitis in patients, and such a phenomenon is closely related to the course of disease.

The development of a fieldbus based electro-hydraulic converter with functions of non-sensor fault self-diagnostic, fault prediction, fault-tolerant and fault self-removing is described. Non-sensor fault self-diagnostic and fault prediction were implemented through the detection of an oscillation current. The current was selected as the criterion of jam fault. Redundancy construction was adopted to realize the fault-tolerant function. Also, the switching principle of the redundancy construction was discussed. A concept of electrical hammer was presented to resolve the jam fault on-line automatically. A CEBus based powerline communication network was developed to fulfill the communication demands of field devices which are normally interconnected by low voltage wiring. The effectiveness of the proposed converter was demonstrated through simulations and experiments. It was concluded that the converter has a promising future in engineering applications, especially in turbine governing systems that suffer from jam fault. To evaluate the effect of decoction for invigorating the kidney and improving blood circulation to thrombosis on rabbits blood stasis model.Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, model group, heavy dose group, slight dose group and xue shuan ning group. Tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI), fibrinogen (Fbg) and D-dimer (DD) were investigated after those rabbits had been treated. One was selected randomly from each group to observe pathological changes. There was significant difference in t-PA, PAI, Fbg and DD between normal group and other groups (P0.01). Among groups of heavy dose, slight dose, xue shuan ning and model, the statistical differences were significant, as well as among groups of heavy dose, slight dose and xue shuan ning (P0.05). However, there was no statistical difference between heavy dose group and slight dose group (P0.05). The pathological changes in model group were most serious, and those in xue shuan ning were less serious. There were slight pathological change in heavy dose group and light dose group.Models were made successfully. Heavy dose group and slight dose group have stronger effect on thrombosis than xue shuan ning group.

To evaluate the effects of Yi-Shen-Huo-Xue Fang on expression of GMP-140 and cleaning out the oxygenic free radicle on rabbits blood stasis model.Thirty rabbits were divided randomly into five groups as the normal group, model group, large dose of "Yi-Shen-Huo-Xue Fang" group, small dose of "Yi-Shen-Huo-Xue Fang" group and "Xue-Shuan-Xin-Mai-Ning" group. After being treated respectively, granule membrane protein 140(GMP-140), erythrocyte sueroxide dismutase (E-SOD), erythrocyte lipid peroxide(E-LPO), plasma lipid peroxide(P-LPO) were checked up.The GMP-140, E-SOD, E-LPO, P-LPO in normal control were compared with those in model groups, With the difference(P0.01), model control group was compared with large dose group and small dose group (P0.01), with "Xue-Shuan-Xin-Mai-Ning" group(P0.05), large dose group was compared with "Xue-Shuan-Xin-Mai-Ning" group(P0.05), and large dose group were compared with small dose group (P0.05).The model was made successfully. Large dose group, small dose group and "xue-shuan-xin-mai-ning" group can inhibit expression of GMP-140, enhence SOD activity and decrease LPO content on blood stasis rabbit model. Large dose group and small dose group have stronger effect than "xue-shuan-xin-mai-ning" group.

AIM To investigate the potential oxidative stress in children with chronic constipation and to explore its mechanisms. METHODS Seventy children with chronic constipation and 70 age- and sex-matched healthy children were enrolled in a randomized controlled study. Plasma levels of vitamins C and E, activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase and lipoperoxide level in erythrocytes were determined by spectrophotometry. RESULTS Compared with healthy children whose vitamin C, vitamin E, superoxide dismutase, catalase and lipoperoxide were 58.35+/-14.42 micromol/L, 27.15+/-6.55 micromol/L, 2 206+/-171 U/(g.Hb), 327.3+/-82.2 K/(g.Hb) and 19.18+/-4.27 nmol/(g.Hb) respectively, the levels of vitamin C, vitamin E, the activity of superoxide dismutase, and catalase in the children with chronic constipation significantly decreased [46.59+/-11.51 micromol/L, 20.65+/-4.80 micromol/L, 1943+/-147 U/(g.Hb) and 269.3+/-67.8 K/(g.Hb), respectively P

Objective To investigate whether chronic bacterial prostatitis (CBP) increases oxidative stress and damage in patients with CBP, and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods Eighty patients with CBP and 80 healthy adults as controls were enrolled in a case-control study, in which levels of nitric oxide (NO), vitamin C (VC), and vitamin E (VE) in plasma, as well as malondialdehyde (MDA), activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), and catalase (CAT) in erythrocytes were determined by spectrophotometry. Results Compared with the average values of NO, VC, VE, MDA, SOD, and CAT in the healthy control group, those of plasma NO and erythrocyte MDA in the CBP group were significantly increased (P<0.001), and those of plasma VC and VE as well as erythrocyte SOD and CAT in the CBP group were significantly decreased (P<0.001). Findings from partial correlation analysis for course of the disease and NO, VC, VE, MDA, SOD, and CAT in 80 patients with CBP, adjusted for age, suggested that with prolonged course of the disease, values of NO and MDA were gradually increased (P<0.001), and those of VC, VE, SOD, and CAT were gradually decreased (P<0.05-0.001). The findings from stepwise regression analysis for course of the disease and NO, VC, VE, MDA, SOD, and CAT in CBP group suggested that the model of stepwise regression was Y = -19.1160+0.3112MDA + 0.0337NO, F = 22.1734, P<0.001, r = 0.6045, P<0.001. The findings from the reliability analysis for VC, VE, SOD, CAT, NO, and MDA in the CBP group showed that the reliability coefficients' alpha (6 items) was 0.7195, P<0.0001, and the standardized item alpha was 0.9307, P<0.0001. Conclusion There exist increased oxidative stress and damage induced by chronic bacterial prostatitis in patients, and such a phenomenon is closely related to the course of disease. Since the Leibniz–Newton formula for derivatives cannot be used in local fields, it is important to investigate the new concept of derivatives in Walsh–analysis, or harmonic analysis on local fields. On the basis of idea of derivatives introduced by Butzer, Schipp and Wade, Weisz has proved that the maximal operators of the one–dimensional dyadic derivative and integral are bounded from the dyadic Hardy space H
p,q to Lp,q , of weak type ( L1 , L1 ), and the corresponding maximal operators of the two–dimensional case are of weak type $$ {\left( {H^{\# }_{1} ,L_{1} } \right)} $$ . In this paper, we show that these maximal operators are bounded both on the dyadic Hardy spaces Hp and the hybrid Hardy spaces $$ \begin{array}{*{20}c} {{H^{\# }_{p} }} & {{0 < p \leqslant 1}} \\ \end{array} $$ .
